Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé pour l'assemblage de capsules pour l'extraction de boissons, les capsules comportant au moins un corps principal (3) pour contenir un extrait d'une boisson, un élément de filtration (4) positionné à l'intérieur du corps principal (3) et un élément de base (5) positionné à la base du corps principal (3) ; le corps principal (3), l'élément de filtration (4) et l'élément de base (5) formant au moins en partie les composants (3, 4, 5) de la capsule (2) ; le dispositif comporte une conduite d'alimentation (7) pour alimenter lesdits composants (3, 4, 5) et des moyens (8) pour positionner lesdits composants (3, 4, 5) le long de la conduite d'alimentation (7) ; plus particulièrement, la conduite d'alimentation (7) comporte un transporteur (9), qui se déplace en continu, formant un chemin (P) pour alimenter lesdits composants (3, 4, 5) et les moyens de positionnement (8) sont synchronisés avec le transporteur (9) pour l'assemblage des composants (3, 4, 5) sur le transporteur (9).
