- the research on water-based polyurethane for synthetic leather in China started relatively late. Domestic technology applications are still at the stage of exploration of simple varieties.
- the application of PU resin on release paper is the mainstream form of synthetic leather production, and it is also the technical threshold that must be broken in the process of waterborne resin promotion. Whether the application of water-based resin on release paper is successful is the main factor for the industrialization of water-based resin tanning.
- the film formation mechanism is different, and the requirements for release paper are also different.

- the distribution ratio of each group of the aqueous polyurethane slurry is: 100 parts without free isocyanate aqueous polyurethane resin; 0.1 to 0.4 parts thickener, further preferably 0.1 to 0.3 parts; defoaming agent 0.1 to 0.4 parts, More preferably, it is 0.1 to 0.3 part; the leveling agent is 0.2 to 0.5 part, further preferably 0.2 to 0.3 part; the silicone dry slip agent is 0.05 to 0.2 part, further preferably 0.05 to 0.1 part; the drier is 0.05 to 0.1 part; 0.2 to 0.5 parts, further preferably 0.2 to 0.4 parts.
- the aqueous polyurethane resin (including the examples) in the present invention adopts a non-free isocyanate aqueous polyurethane, which is further an aqueous polyurethane synthesized by a polyester glycol, which has higher mechanical properties than a polyether type, and has a better modulus. And pull up the strength.
- the cross-linking agent is divided into three types: low temperature, medium temperature and high temperature.
- the cross-linking reaction occurs at different temperatures, which has improved the shortcomings of water-resistant polyurethane materials, such as water resistance, chemical solvent resistance and high temperature resistance.
- the crosslinking agent in the present invention is selected from the group consisting of DT-100 crosslinking agent, EVA medium temperature crosslinking agent, XR-100 crosslinking agent, and DT-100W high temperature crosslinking agent.
- the antifoaming agent in the present invention is selected from the group consisting of polyether modified polyorganosiloxane antifoaming agents.

- the solvent type is low and easy to produce various drawbacks.
- the drier in the present invention is dibutyltin dilaurate.
- the invention also discloses a preparation method of the above-mentioned water-based automobile interior leather: firstly coating a water-based polyurethane slurry on a release paper to form a surface layer, drying at 110 to 130 ° C, and then on the surface layer The water-repellent polyurethane resin is sprayed as an intermediate layer, and dried at 110 to 130 ° C to obtain a copy release paper; the base layer of the aqueous polyurethane resin is scraped on the base fabric, and the intermediate layer of the release paper and the bottom layer of the base fabric are copied. The surface is laminated, dried at 110 to 130 ° C, and finally the paper cloth is separated.
- the "aqueous polyurethane slurry" referred to herein is an aqueous polyurethane slurry obtained by mixing the above respective components.
- the product of the invention mainly uses water-based polyurethane resin to replace the current traditional organic solvent type resin to produce automobile decorative leather.
- the pollution is eliminated from the source, and the production and use place (inside the vehicle environment) due to the volatilization and residue of the organic solvent is solved. pollution problem.
- the second is to solve the physical and industrial problems of waterborne polyurethane resin tanning.
- Water-based polyurethanes lack crosslink density and high molecular weight which can be obtained with an organic solvent-based polyurethane coating film, and thus these aqueous dispersion coating films are inferior in high temperature resistance and chemical organic solvent resistance.
- Artificial leather and synthetic leather must have certain water and chemical resistance. It is necessary to study the mechanical properties of the material system itself, increase the crosslink density of the waterborne polyurethane polymer chain, and increase the molecular weight of the polymer.
- Add silicone dry slip agent Since the silicone component contains reactive groups, not only molecules can interact with each other, but also react with the polar group -NCO of the aqueous polyurethane to form part of the resin molecular chain.
- the active 0H group in the silicone is reacted with the -NC0 group in the polyisocyanate monomer or prepolymer to form an oligomer containing a urethane bond and a silicon-oxygen bond, and further reacts with the -OH group or the -NC0 group to form a large A molecular weight polymer.
- the reaction is as follows: Thereby, great adhesion is obtained, and wear resistance, water repellency, lubricity, mold release property and the like are greatly improved. Successfully solved the key problem of high temperature resistance and chemical organic solvent resistance of waterborne polyurethane.
- This application adopts the compounding of thickener for waterborne polyurethane resin to meet the requirements of leather making process.
- the viscosity of the water-based polyurethane is relatively low, and sag and infiltration tend to occur during construction, so that the thickener is required to impart good thixotropy and proper viscosity to the aqueous polyurethane system.
- the mechanism of action is mainly the thixotropic charge theory, that is, the charge on the surface of the polyurethane particles causes the particles to be ordered, the degree of alignment is different, and the thixotropy intensity of the system is also different.
- the beneficial effects of the invention 1. no free isocyanate, 2. no heavy metal, 3. abrasion resistance.
- the water-based eco-car interior fabric of the invention is produced by using environmentally friendly material without free isocyanate water-based polyurethane resin, and has low cost, pure ecology, high affinity with skin, elasticity, comfortable touch and strong leather feeling, satisfying The need for a low carbon life.
