但是,现有产品烹饪出的油炸食品经常会出现食物水分不足影响 食物口感的缺陷, 通过参考中国专利 200780029489. 3以及欧洲专利 EP0284420A1可知, 现有产品的容器篮是敞开的底部, 该底部是由栅 格或者网格构成, 这样底部就仅能透过空气, 当热辐射装置加热时不 能大量储存热,在热辐射装置间隙停止加热时,大量热量被直接排除, 并未起到加热食物的作用, 使得烤制的食物风干严重, 食物水分不足 影响食物口感, 并且, 食物篮和锅底空气导向装置在烤制食物后容易 粘上食物和油脂, 很难清洗。

所谓 "聚能板" 是指热传导性能较低的板状部件, "聚能板" 能 够延迟对食物的加热速度, 同样也能够延迟食物的冷却速度, 所述聚 能板的材料优选为铁板、 铝板、 陶瓷板或石板, 其厚度值为 1亳米至 15毫米。

4、 按照权利要求 1或 2所述的充分均匀加热食品的空气炸锅, 其特 征在于: 聚能板(6)上表面设有储油槽(15), 储油槽(15)呈栅格或网 格状分布在聚能板上表面。
5、 按照权利要求 1所述的充分均匀加热食品的空气炸锅, 其特征在 于: 所述锅体(1)由内壁(8)和外壁(9)构成, 内壁(8)和外壁(9)之间 形成一完全贯通的空气夹层;在内壁(8)和外壁(9)夹层内的顶端设有 副对流风扇(10) ,其通过电机驱动;在锅体 (1)侧壁上设有通气管(11), 通气管(11)贯通锅体(1)内外, 同时通气管(11)与内壁(8)与外壁(9) 之间的空气夹层隔离; 在外壁(9)上还设有一个或多个通气孔(16)。
6、 按照权利要求 1所述的充分均匀加热食品的空气炸锅, 其特征在 于: 所述加热装置(3)为电热加热装置、 热光源加热装置或微波加热 装置, 其通过弹簧固定安装在锅体 (1)内。
7、 按照权利要求 1所述的充分均匀加热食品的空气炸锅, 其特征在 于: 在所述锅体 (1)内, 容器篮(4)的上方设有防止油烟向上漂浮的过 滤网(12)。
8、 按照权利要求 1所述的充分均匀加热食品的空气炸锅, 其特征在 于: 所述锅体 (1)内的底壁上设置有扰流装置(13)。
9、 按照权利要求 8所述的充分均匀加热食品的空气炸锅, 其特征在 于: 所述扰流装置(13)为两个或多个凸起。
10、 按照权利要求 1所述的充分均匀加热食品的空气炸锅,其特征在 于: 所述锅体 (1)内的底壁和 /或聚能板 (6)上表面上设置有免洗套圈 (14) , 免洗套圈(14)能够卡住一次性铝箔。
