在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以是通过中间媒介间接连接,可以说两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明的具体含义。下面结合附图和实施 例对本发明的技术方案做进一步的说明。
如图1所示,一种抽烟炸锅机,包括炸锅机本体1、排气口2、扣合在炸锅机本体1上的顶盖3和设置在炸锅机本体1内的炸篮4,还包括抽烟过滤装置5;顶盖3与炸锅机本体1的交接处设有一进气空隙6;抽烟过滤装置5设置在炸锅机本体1上并与炸篮4相抵靠;进气空隙6中进入的空气经过炸篮4上方,再经由抽烟过滤装置5过滤后由排气口2中排出,通过抽烟过滤装置5的设置,可以快速把炸锅机内产生的水气、油脂和气味均除掉,保持室内环境的清新,此外,由于抽烟过滤装置设置在炸锅机本体上并与炸篮相抵靠的,可以有效的节约空间,此外,在抽烟过滤的过程中,空气经过抽烟过滤装置的时间较长,能更好的对气味进行去除,简单方便。
如图2-3所示,抽烟过滤装置5包括油烟过滤器7和设置在排气口2出气端的涡轮导气扇8;炸锅机本体上设有一凹槽9;油烟过滤器7一端套设在该凹槽9内,另一端与炸篮4相抵靠;油烟过滤器7的进气端设置在凹槽的顶部,出气端设置在凹槽的底部;所述涡轮导气扇与油烟过滤器的出气端相连通,通过涡轮导气扇,可以把炸锅机内的空气吸进油烟过滤器中,而油烟过滤器对空气进行过滤后,能有效的吸附炸锅机中产生的油脂和水气,在本发明中,油烟过滤器7包括不锈钢网10和静电棉11,静电棉设置在不锈钢网的中部,通过静电棉的设置,可以把炸锅机内烹炸食物时产生的水气和油脂过滤掉,便于炸锅实现无油烟排放的效果,起到净化空气的目的,而把不锈钢网设置在静电棉的两侧,可以在需要时对静电棉进行快速的拆卸和更换,简单方便,除此之外,在炸锅机本体上设有导风入口12,导风入口与油烟过滤器的进气端相连通,通过导风入口,可以更好的把风导入到油烟过滤器中,起到更好的导风作用。
在本发明中,排气口2上设有活性炭吸附网13,通过活性炭吸附网13的设置,可以把烹炸过程中产生的气味去除掉,从而使得炸锅机在使用过程中不会排出有烹饪食品时的异味,保持烹饪环境空气的清新,顶盖上设有玻璃视窗14,通过玻璃视窗的设置,人们可以通过顶盖清晰的看见炸篮内食物的烹饪情况,便于随时对食物的状态进行监控,在本发明中,进气空隙的设置高度高于炸篮的安装高度,由于进气空隙的高度比炸篮的高度高,因此,在烹饪时,热气会先充满炸篮的上方,再由进气空隙输进的气体带动下,结果油烟过滤器后排出炸锅机,便于快速对炸锅机内的食品进行加热,除此之外,进气空隙的设置高度还可以与 炸篮的安装高度相平齐,相平齐的进气空隙和炸篮安装高度,便于炸篮在烹饪食物时,炸篮中产生的油烟能及时被排出,能更好的保持空气的洁净。
实施例一
当抽烟炸锅机在工作时,空气由顶盖与炸锅机本体交接处的进气空隙进入,空气经过炸篮上方,并带走烹饪过程中产生的油烟和水气,涡轮风扇把炸食物产生的水气和油烟及时的抽走,从而保证顶盖视窗的清晰,水气和油烟首先经过风道里的不锈钢网和静电棉过滤层,把水气和油脂过滤掉,然后再经过顶部活性炭层把气味除掉,从而达到视窗清晰可见,无油烟无气味排放的效果。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种抽烟炸锅机,包括炸锅机本体、排气口、扣合在炸锅机本体上的顶盖和设置在炸锅机本体内的炸篮,其特征在于,还包括抽烟过滤装置;
    所述顶盖与炸锅机本体的交接处设有一进气空隙;
    所述抽烟过滤装置设置在炸锅机本体上并与炸篮相抵靠;
    所述进气空隙中进入的空气经过炸篮上方,再经由抽烟过滤装置过滤后由排气口中排出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的抽烟炸锅机,其特征在于,所述抽烟过滤装置包括油烟过滤器和设置在排气口出气端的涡轮导气扇;
    所述炸锅机本体上设有一凹槽;
    所述油烟过滤器一端套设在该凹槽内,另一端与炸篮相抵靠;
    所述油烟过滤器的进气端设置在凹槽的顶部,出气端设置在凹槽的底部;
    所述涡轮导气扇与油烟过滤器的出气端相连通。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的抽烟炸锅机,其特征在于,所述油烟过滤器包括不锈钢网和静电棉,所述静电棉设置在不锈钢网的中部。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的抽烟炸锅机,其特征在于,所述炸锅机本体上设有导风入口,所述导风入口与油烟过滤器的进气端相连通。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的抽烟炸锅机,其特征在于,所述排气口上设有活性炭吸附网。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的抽烟炸锅机,其特征在于,所述顶盖上设有玻璃视窗。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的抽烟炸锅机,其特征在于,所述进气空隙的设置高度高于炸篮的安装高度。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的抽烟炸锅机,其特征在于,所述进气空隙的设置高度与炸篮的安装高度相平齐。
