Abstract
本实用新型涉及厨房电器技术领域，尤其涉及一种空气炸锅，本实用新型的空气炸锅包括炸锅和炸篮，炸篮设置在所述炸锅内，壳体内安装有包括风机和电热组件的热风装置，电热组件的下方还设有可拆卸的隔板。这样的设计方便用户将隔板单独折卸下来，并能够将隔板浸入热水中，利于清洗掉油烟等污物，本实用新型能够带给用户更好的使用体验。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及厨房电器技术领域，尤其涉及一种空气炸锅。
背景技术
空气炸锅是一种利用高速空气循环技术进行烹饪的小家电，由于其烹饪的食物少油、甚至无油，降低了油脂，因而越来越受到消费者的欢迎。正由于空气炸锅是高速热风流循环烹饪，其经过与食物进行热交换后的热风中会携带一些油烟等杂质，从而对热风产生装置造成污染，很多的油烟会慢慢的积聚到热风装置当中，极不美观，甚至可能形成堵塞影响热风流动。因此，有必要对空气炸锅的结构作进一步改进。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足而提供一种改进的空气炸锅。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
一种空气炸锅，包括壳体、炸锅和炸篮，所述壳体内安装有产生热风的热风装置，所述热风装置包括风扇及风扇下方或侧部的电热组件，电热组件的下方还设有可拆卸的隔板。
进一步的，所述壳体设有控制所述隔板脱离的锁止开关。
进一步的，所述隔板包括有压制成型的卡接结构。
进一步的，所述壳体设有安装所述隔板的滑槽。
进一步的，所述隔板设有通孔，所述通孔处还设有滤层。
进一步的，所述滤层包括丝网、活性炭、和/或钢丝。
进一步的，所述壳体内还设有与热风装置工作相连的微动开关，所述隔板通过抵压所述微动开关的触点控制热风装置的通断。
进一步的，所述电热组件的外径大于所述风扇的外径，所述隔板外径大于所述电热组件外径。
本实用新型的有益效果：本实用新型提供的空气炸锅，包括炸篮设置在所述炸锅内，壳体内安装有产生热风的热风装置，并且热风装置包括风扇及风扇下方或侧部的电热组件，电热组件的下方还设有可拆卸的隔板。这样的设计方便用户将隔板单独折卸下来，并能够将隔板浸入热水中，利于清洗掉油烟等污物，本实用新型能够带给用户更好的使用体验。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图，对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。
实施例一。
如图1、图2，本实用新型实施例的一种空气炸锅，包括壳体1、炸锅2和底部设有通孔的炸篮3，炸篮3安装在炸锅2内，炸锅2的内壁与炸篮的外壁之间存在的间隙形成风流通道，壳体1的上部安装有产生热风的热风装置4，热风装置4设在炸锅2的正上方，热风装置4包括风扇41和安装于风扇下方或侧部的电热组件42，在电热组件的下方还设有隔板5，且隔板5可分离的设于所述壳体1。
本实施例的壳体1内于电热组件42的下方的位置设有安装上述隔板5的滑槽11，隔板5可以通过壳体1正面的开口处插入到滑槽11中，并且在壳体1上还设有控制所述隔板脱离的锁止开关6，方便用户操作。
本实施例壳体1内还设有与热风装置4工作相连的微动开关7，微动开关7外侧设有与其触点联动的隔热垫块，上述隔板5安装到位后抵压住隔热垫块，隔热垫块使微动开关7导通。从而使隔板5的安装与脱离能够控制热风装置4的通断，更安全。
如图3，本实施例中的隔板5上设有通孔51，通孔51处还设有包括丝网、活性炭、和/或钢丝等介质的滤层52，在使热风顺利通过的同时，还能对进入烹饪食物的炸锅炸篮的风流进行过滤清洁，更加干净、卫生。
实施例二。
如图3，本实施例空气炸锅的隔板5上设有压制成型的卡接结构53，卡接结构53与隔板5的连接为铆接、螺接或一体成型，隔板5可拆卸的卡接于壳体1或电热组件42上，同时电热组件42的外径大于风扇41的外径，隔板5外径大于电热组件42的外径，起到很好地防护作用。
以上所述，仅为本实用新型的具体实施方式，但本实用新型的保护范围并不局限于此，任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本实用新型揭露的技术范围内，可轻易想到的变化或替换，都应涵盖在本实用新型的保护范围之内。因此，本实用新型的保护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。
Claims (8)
1.一种空气炸锅，包括壳体、炸锅和炸篮，所述壳体内安装有产生热风的热风装置，所述热风装置包括风扇及风扇下方或侧部的电热组件，其特征在于，电热组件的下方还设有可拆卸的隔板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空气炸锅，其特征在于，所述壳体设有控制所述隔板脱离的锁止开关。
3.根据权利要求1所述的空气炸锅，其特征在于，所述隔板包括有压制成型的卡接结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的空气炸锅，其特征在于，所述壳体设有安装所述隔板的滑槽。
5.根据权利要求1所述的空气炸锅，其特征在于，所述隔板设有通孔，所述通孔处还设有滤层。
6.根据权利要求5所述的空气炸锅，其特征在于，所述滤层包括丝网、活性炭、和/或钢丝。
7.根据权利要求1所述的空气炸锅，其特征在于，所述壳体内还设有与热风装置工作相连的微动开关，所述隔板通过抵压所述微动开关的触点控制热风装置的通断。
8.根据权利要求1所述的空气炸锅，其特征在于，所述电热组件的外径大于所述风扇的外径，所述隔板外径大于所述电热组件外径。
