本发明的较佳实施方式的通信方法和装置使二维码的生成、 移动终端的 用户注册、 二维码的解析验证等操作由一个后台服务器来完成, 而提供与二 维码对应的服务的操作由另外的一个后台服务器或几个后台服务器来完成。 这样可以实现几个后台服务器明确的分工协作。 在某实际的应用中, 二维码 的生成、 移动终端的用户注册、 二维码的解析验证等操作由一个后台服务器 完成, 订单生成由另一个后台服务器完成, 支付由再一个后台服务器完成。 这样, 可以实现各后台服务器的分工协作, 促进企业之间的分工合作, 有利 于实现资源整合。
本发明的较佳实施方式的通信方法和装置能在原有条形码图像的基础 上, 添加移动终端的用户信息后由不同的移动终端二次生成或多次生成新的 条形码图像。 后台服务器根据最终生成的二维码为这些移动终端提供相应的 服务。 本发明的较佳实施方式的装置将解码器内置于移动终端的硬件实体中, 即使移动终端未安装与后台服务器通信的客户端软件, 仍然能对二维码进行 拍照和解码。 另外, 即使移动终端安装了客户端软件, 也可以不打开客户端 软件, 而直接对二维码进行拍照和解码。
本发明的较佳实施方式的装置的后台服务器包含客户端软件监测单元和 客户端软件安装单元。 根据客户端软件监测单元的监测结果来判断是否需要 客户端软件安装单元的参与。 如果未安装有客户端软件, 则后台服务器为移 动终端提供自动的下载和安装服务, 不需要移动终端用户的手动操作, 即可 代入条形图码中的参数信息, 从而提高用户体验的满意度。
本发明的较佳实施方式的可佩戴的部件, 例如眼镜, 其内置有照相机, 用户戴上眼镜即可随时实现条形码图像的拍照功能, 不需要一直手持移动终 端来启动拍照动作, 这极大地提高了用户的便利性。
进一步地, 移动终端可以由手表等其他可佩戴的部件来替换, 进一步增 多了用户的选择和提高了便利性。

在本发明中, 条形码图像可以为一维码、 二维码或多维码, 也可以为肉 眼不可识别或难以识别的光学点阵图 (由明暗光线、 紫外线或红外线构成), 只要能完全存储与服务相关的信息对应的编码信息即可。 虽然一维码的存储 信息量有限, 但在理论上也是可行的。 本文以下以二维码为例, 对本发明的 方法、 移动终端及装置进行详细阐述。
图 1为本发明的采用条形码图像进行通信的装置, 也即服务提供系统 1 的第一实施方式的结构框图。如图 1所示, 服务提供系统 1包括移动终端 2、 无线网络 3和至少两个后台服务器 41、42......。移动终端 2与后台服务器 41、
42......通过无线网络 3进行无线连接。后台服务器 41、 42......之间通过无线 网络或有线网络进行通信。后台服务器 41、 42......之间的连接优选为通过无 线网络来连接。 无线网络可以为 GPRS网络、 3G网络、 4G网络、 WIFI网 络、 蓝牙网络等可以使移动终端 2与后台服务器 41、 42......在有网络信号 之处随时进行通信的网络。 移动终端 2通过其内置的照相机对条形码图像 6 拍照,对拍摄到的条形码图像 6解码,根据解码得到的信息向后台服务器 41、 42......中的一个请求提供服务。 根据服务的类型, 后台服务器 41、 42...... 中的一个可以单独为移动终端 2提供服务, 也可以是后台服务器 41、 42...... 中的两个或多个协同合作来为移动终端 2提供服务。
作为本发明的较佳实施方式, 移动终端 2只需是内置有照相机的移动终 端即可。 移动终端 2可以通过下载、 存储卡或其他方式获得客户端软件, 安 装完成后通过该客户端软件与后台服务器 41、 42......通信。移动终端 2可以 为内置有照相机的移动电话、 个人数字助理 (PDA)、 平板电脑等。
图 2为图 1中的移动终端 2的第一实施方式的结构框图。如图 2所示, 移动终端 2包括控制单元 21,用于产生控制其他各单元的信号并控制其他各 单元实现各自的功能。 照相机 22用于对二维码 6进行拍照。 30万象素以上 的照相机都能清晰地拍摄到二维码 6。解码器 23用于对拍摄到的二维码 6进 行解码以获得编码信息。 发送 /接收单元 25用于向后台服务器 41、 42......中 的一个发送注册信息, 在注册成功后从该后台服务器接收注册成功消息。 如 果二维码 6是根据预定的编码规则所生成的, 发送 /接收单元 25还用于向后 台服务器 41、 42......中的另一个发送服务提供请求消息并从该后台服务器接 收服务; 如果二维码 6不是根据预定的编码规则所生成的, 发送 /接收单元 25 还用于向某一网络浏览器发送网页请求消息并从该网络浏览器接收对应 于编码信息的网页。 输入单元 26用于输入后台服务器 41、 42......所要求输 入的信息。显示单元 27用于显示后台服务器 41、 42......所要求显示的信息。
输入单元 26可以输入用户的注册信息, 例如, 用户名 (也即用户 ID)、 密码、 地址、 兴趣爱好、 QQ号码、 支付账号等。 也可以通过输入单元 26做 出后台服务器 41、 42......所要求的选择。输入单元 26可以为键盘或触摸屏。
相应地,显示单元 27可以显示用户的注册信息、后台服务器 41、 42...... 所要求的选择信息和提示信息。
图 3为图 1中的后台服务器 41的第一实施方式的结构框图。如图 3所示, 后台服务器 41包括控制单元 411,用于产生控制其他各单元的信号并控制其 他各单元实现各自的功能。 二维码生成单元 412, 用于生成对应于服务信息 的编码信息并生成对应于编码信息的二维码 6。 发送 /接收单元 413, 用于从 移动终端 2接收服务提供请求消息并向移动终端 2提供服务, 还用于从移动 终端 2接收注册信息并向移动终端 2发送注册成功消息。用户注册单元 414, 用于完成用户注册, 并将用户的注册信息存储到外部的数据库 415中。 后台 服务器 41可以随时调用数据库 415中的数据。编码信息解析单元 416, 用于 解析解码所得的编码信息, 判断二维码 6是否根据预定的编码规则所生成, 如果二维码 6是根据预定的编码规则所生成的, 编码信息解析单元 416还用 于根据编码信息来提取对应的服务信息。
编码信息解析单元 416解析编码信息,对二维码 6的编码规则进行区分。 如果二维码 6的编码规则与负责生成二维码 6的后台服务器 41的编码规则是 对应一致的, 则发送 /接收单元 25可以与该后台服务器 41通信, 获得想要的 服务。如果二维码 6的编码规则与该后台服务器 41的编码规则不一致,移动 终端 2可以自动连接到二维码 6所对应的网址以浏览网页。 当然, 也可以在 移动终端 2的显示单元 27上显示错误提示信息。
供移动终端 2拍照的二维码 6可以由后台服务器 41的二维码生成单元 412来生成, 也可以由外部的二维码生成装置来生成。 当然, 二维码生成单 元 412与外部的二维码生成装置的编码规则是一致的。
图 4为图 1中的后台服务器 4的第二实施方式的结构框图。 图 4与图 3 的区别在于,图 3中的数据库 415是位于后台服务器 41外部的,而图 4中的 数据库 415是位于后台服务器 41内部的。
图 5为本发明的采用条形码图像在移动终端 2与后台服务器 41、 42之 间进行通信的方法的第一实施方式的流程图。如图 5所示, 在步骤 S500, 由 后台服务服务器 41根据预定的编码规则生成二维码 6。 根据后台服务器 42 所提供的服务,将服务相关的信息根据预定的编码规则生成对应的编码信息, 再将该编码信息生成对应的二维码 6。
作为本发明的另一实施方式, 也可以采用另外的二维码生成装置来生成 二维码 6。二维码生成装置的编码规则和后台服务器 41的编码规则是一致的, 也相应地与移动终端 2的解码规则相匹配。
在步骤 S505中, 将二维码 6发布到移动终端 2的用户可接触之处。 例 如, 二维码 6可以发布在互联网的网页或应用软件上, 例如微博、微信、 QQ 应用等, 还可以发布在销售目录、 电视购物的屏幕、 楼宇广告媒体、 海报、 实体店墙壁、 展示会等多种信息平台上。
在步骤 S510中, 用户通过移动终端 2注册为后台服务器 41的用户, 移 动终端 2向后台服务器 41发送注册信息, 后台服务器 41存储用户的注册信 息。
在步骤 S515中, 后台服务器 41向移动终端 2发送注册成功消息。 注册 信息至少包括唯一的用户名和密码。 当然, 注册信息也可以包括地址、 兴趣 u 爱好、 QQ号码、 支付账号等其他个人信息。
在步骤 S520中, 通过设置在移动终端 2中的照相机对二维码 6进行拍 照。照相机一般为 30万象素或 30万象素以上,可以保证二维码 6的清晰度。 当照相机对准二维码 6且二维码 6在取景屏幕上足够清晰时, 照相机自动对 二维码 6进行拍照。
在步骤 S525中, 移动终端 2解码拍摄到的二维码 6以获得对应于服务 信息的编码信息。

作为本发明的另一实施方式, 如果二维码 6不是后台服务器 41生成的, 在显示错误提示信息后, 本具体实施方式的方法不再执行。
在步骤 S535中, 解析编码信息, 移动终端 2从后台服务器 42提取所存 储的服务信息, 并将与服务相关的信息显示在移动终端 2的显示屏上, 以供 用户査看。
在步骤 S540中, 移动终端 2向后台服务器 42发送服务提供请求消息, 以请求后台服务器 42提供服务。提供请求消息至少包括能唯一识别移动终端 2的信息。 能唯一识别移动终端 2的信息包括移动终端 2的电话号码、 移动 终端 2的 IMEI号码、 用户名、 移动终端 2的接口的物理地址中的一个或多 个。移动终端 2的电话号码、移动终端 2的 IMEI号码、用户名或移动终端 2 的接口的物理地址可以作为用户的唯一标识,使后台服务器 42能正确地识别 移动终端 2。 当然, 提供请求消息还可以包括后台服务器 42认为必要的其他 信息 o
在步骤 S545中, 后台服务器 42根据服务提供请求消息的内容向移动终 端 2提供服务。
作为本发明的另一实施方式, 移动终端 2的用户也可以不发送注册信息 而快速注册为后台服务器 41的用户。例如, 后台服务器 41可以通过移动终 端 2唯一的 IMEI号码、 SIM卡号码或移动终端 2的接口的物理地址来识别 移动终端 2。 当然, 后台服务器 41与移动终端 2是相关联的。
图 6为本发明的采用条形码图像在移动终端 2与后台服务器 41、 42、 43之间进行通信的方法的第二实施方式的流程图。 图 6与图 5的区别在于, 在图 5中, 由后台服务器 42单独向移动终端 2提供服务,而在图 6中,后台 服务器 42需与另一后台服务器 43协同工作来向移动终端 2提供服务。 是否 需要其他的后台服务器协同工作是由服务的类型确定的。 例如, 如果是支付 服务, 需要后台服务器 43来完成支付的动作。如果是内容提供服务, 则只要 后台服务器 42有足够的内容信息, 即可单独完成该内容提供服务。
在本发明的较佳实施方式中, 后台服务器的数量可以为两个, 三个或三 个以上。 后台服务器的数量由所提供的服务的复杂程度决定。 在本发明的实 施方式中, 二维码 6的生成、 移动终端 2的用户注册等操作由一个后台服务 器 41来完成, 而提供与二维码 6对应的服务的操作由后台服务器 42单独完 成, 或者后台服务器 42和 43协同工作来完成。
下面以对商品进行购买和支付为例, 对本发明的采用条形码图像在移动 终端 2与后台服务器 41、 42、 43之间进行通信的方法进行详细介绍。
图 7为本发明的采用条形码图像在移动终端 2与后台服务器 41、 42、 43之间进行通信的方法的第三实施方式的流程图。
图 7与图 6的区别在于,步骤 S530对二维码 6的解析验证以及步骤 S535 对服务信息的提取是在后台服务器 41 中执行。 在移动终端 2解码二维码 6 以获得编码信息 (步骤 S525 )后, 通过步骤 S550将编码信息发送到后台服 务器 41。 后台服务器 41解析编码信息, 判断二维码 6是否根据预定的编码 规则所生成, 即判断二维码 6是后台服务器 41生成的还是其他装置生成的。 如果二维码 6是后台服务器 41生成的,则移动终端 2可以请求获得后台服务 器 42提供的服务。 如果二维码 6不是后台服务器 41生成的, 则移动终端 2 向某一网络浏览器发送网页请求消息, 该网络浏览器将相应的网页发送至移 动终端 2, 并显示在移动终端 2的屏幕上。 如果二维码 6不是后台服务器 41 生成的, 在连接到对应的网页后, 本具体实施方式的方法不再执行。
另外, 后台服务器 41在提取服务信息(步骤 S535 )之后, 在步骤 S555 中, 将服务信息发送至移动终端 2。 移动终端 2再执行后续的服务提供请求 操作。
在本具体实施方式中,二维码 6的验证是在后台服务器 41中进行的。二 维码 6的验证可以在移动终端 2中进行, 也可以在后台服务器 41中进行。 图 8为本发明的采用条形码图像在移动终端 2与后台服务器 41、 42、 43之间进行通信的方法的第四实施方式的流程图。
在步骤 S700中, 后台服务器 41将商品的商品信息进行编码, 生成对应 于商品信息的二维码, 并且将商品信息存储在数据库 415中。 商品信息可以 包括商品代码、 商品分组、 地域 GIS分类信息、 交易价格、 销售组织、 销售 渠道、 付款方式、 收款银行帐号、 第三方收款帐号等与商品相关的信息。
在步骤 S705中, 将商品的二维码 6发布到各种信息平台上。
在步骤 S710中, 用户通过移动终端 2注册为后台服务器 41的用户, 移 动终端 2向后台服务器 41发送注册信息, 后台服务器 41存储用户的注册信 息。
在步骤 S715中, 后台服务器 41向移动终端 2发送注册成功消息。 注册 信息至少包括唯一的用户名和密码。 当然, 注册信息也可以包括地址、 兴趣 爱好、 QQ号码、 支付账号等其他个人信息。

在本实施方式中, 后台服务器 41只负责二维码 6的生成、 移动终端 2 的注册以及二维码 6的验证。 会员管理服务器 44和店铺管理服务器 45共同 完成支付并在支付卡中扣款。 支付服务由商家的服务器来提供, 与后台服务 器 41的功能分离。此种多个服务器的配置方式更适合于目前商业的发展和商 家的利益。

通过图 13和图 14的具体实施方式, 盟的商家 (支持支付卡的商家) 不需要对结账终端 5进行改造, 不需要配备刷卡器和通信线路。 只需要在结 账终端 5处设有二维码 6, 即可通过移动终端 2完成支付, 并扣去支付卡中 的金额。
在图 13和图 14的具体实施方式的预付卡模式中, 首先需要发放一张预 付卡磁卡,存有例如 5000元,且不记名不挂失。在预付卡上印刷有与该预付 卡相绑定的二维码。 智能手机安装客户端软件, 并通过客户端软件扫描该二 维码。 对该二维码进行解读和识别, 并与后台服务器通信, 把预付卡的相关 信息与该智能手机的某一个特定物理识别 (例如 SIM卡)和 /或客户端软件 的帐号相关联,且可查看刷卡记录、消费余额等。在可以消费该卡的商铺中, 用智能手机扫描二维码的动作来替代原来的在 POS机上刷卡的动作。 在图 13的具体实施方式中, 消费金额需要在扫描二维码之后, 在智能手机的客户 端软件上人工输入。在图 14的具体实施方式中, 二维码是动态生成的。智能 手机扫描动态生成的包含消费金额与商户信息的二维码并得到确认后, 即可 在预付卡余额中扣除此次消费金额, 并可以将消费记录以手机短信或客户端 软件内部消息的方式发送给相关各方 (智能手机用户、 发卡方和商铺)。 图

后台服务器 41 包含二维码生成单元 41 1, 用于按照预定义的编码规 则生成二维码 6; 二维码解析验证单元 412, 用于解析并验证移动终端 2 所拍照解码的二维码是否是二维码生成单元 41 1所生成的。 当然, 二维码 生成单元 41 1、 二维码解析验证单元 412也可以为独立的服务器, 即二维 码生成服务器 41 1、 二维码解析验证服务器 412。

第三方服务器 46包括多个服务器, 分别为订单处理服务器 461, 用于处 理商品订单; 多级返利计算 /支付处理服务器 462, 用于计算此订单的生成需 给予推荐者的多级返利数额 (参照图 10的实施方式);预付款管理服务器 463, 用于管理企业对于多级返利的预付款, 对预付款总账余额、 个人账户余额和 交易明细进行管理; 虚拟货币发行服务器 464, 将虚拟货币发放给为移动终 端 2提供了推荐服务的各推荐者。
本实施方式的多级返利服务是由多个服务器协同工作实现的。通过 020 服务器 47和 020服务器 48, 企业 ERP服务器不需作任何更新, 即可与 后台服务器 41与第三方服务器 46进行通讯。 第三方服务器 46所包含的 多个服务器可以为多个企业提供从订单生成、査询、多级返利计算和发送 的整个服务。 当然, 本发明对第三方服务器 46中所包含的服务器数量不 作限定。 订单处理服务器 461、 多级返利计算 /支付处理服务器 462、 预付款 管理服务器 463、 虚拟货币发行服务器 464可以为各自独立的服务器, 也可 以为集成的服务器。
本实施方式的有益效果在于:
1、 帮助线下实体店铺来完成电子商务, 但却没有对实体店铺造成冲击, 即完成电子商务与实体店铺的有机结合。
2、 帮助已经具备 ERP服务器的实体店铺, 通过 020服务器, 完成多渠 道、多销售代表的依托实体店铺的电子商务。在线下店铺交易的每一个订单, 虽然最终订单处理的交付收款是由后台电子商务平台完成的, 但都可以追溯 到线下渠道的获得此订单的销售代表。 对于销售代表(也即推荐者) 予以适 当的奖励提成, 从而使线下也有动力来积极参与本实施方式的模式。
3、 帮助商家完成广告宣传的同时, 也可以完成营销, 即 P4P (PAY FOR PERFORMANCE), 广告与营销按照效果付费。
商家目前的模式是投入广告促销费用, 但这些广告最终能够产生的销售 量无法确定。 本模式使得广告促销成为销售的前端, 且广告促销的费用是激 励消费者去传播或购买, 这是 P4P的高性价比模式。 广告促销费用不仅没有 被浪费,且可以追踪传播并促成最终购买的人员,并形成 "广告营销按照效果 付费"的多级返利模式;
4、帮助商家在实现"广告营销按照效果付费"模式的同时, 让更多的消费 者与商家实现互通互联, 从而使整体的推广费用达到最优化。
如仅在一家企业实施上述的 P4P模式, 是无法充分体现其优越性的。 单 个商家推广的整体成本非常高, 因此, 需要有"互通互联的机制", 使所有的 商家都遵循相同的二维码编码和解析规则。如果企业注重自身数据的安全性, 可以独立支付 020服务器的费用,从而独享 020服务器(参照图 15的 020 服务器 47); 企业也可以选用 020服务器的云服务(参照图 15的 020服务 器 48)。
5、 实现以实体经济销售规模为基础的 "超级主权货币"的发行机制。
请参阅图 15, 假设企业己经拥有企业 ERP服务器 1-4 (实现从采购 生 产 -销售 财务成本核算管理的全过程),使用 P4P模式可以达到最高性价比: 采用 020服务器 47 (—个企业独立拥有 020服务器), 也可以使用第三方 的 020服务器 48的云服务。

作为本发明的另一实施方式, 直接用移动终端 2的照相机对二维码 6 拍照, 也即不打开任何二维码客户端软件, 直接用移动终端 2内置的照相 机对二维码 6拍照。在该实施方式中, 移动终端 2在出厂时就包含有可解 码二维码 6的解码器。
步骤 S1725, 解码二维码 6以获得后台服务器 41的地址。
步骤 S1726, 移动终端 2链接到后台服务器 41。
步骤 S1727, 后台服务器 41判断移动终端 2是否安装有与二维码 6 匹配的客户端软件, 如未安装, 则执行步骤 S1728, 后台服务器 41为移 动终端 2自动下载和安装客户端软件, 如已安装, 则执行步骤 S1730。
后台服务器 41可以监测与二维码 6匹配的客户端软件的信号, 如果 后台服务器 41监测到在移动终端 2中有相应的信号, 则移动终端 2已安 装了与二维码 6匹配的客户端软件; 如果后台服务器 41监测到在移动终 端 2中无相应的信号,则移动终端 2还未安装已安装了与二维码 6匹配的 客户端软件。
步骤 S1730~步骤 S1745与图 5的步骤 S530〜步骤 S545相同。
在本实施方式中, 移动终端 2的用户可以用任一的二维码客户端软件对 二维码 6进行拍照解码, 或者直接用照相机对二维码 6拍照, 极大地增加了 用户的使用便利性。 进一步地, 如果移动终端 2未安装与二维码 6匹配的客 户端软件,则后台服务器 41会自动为移动终端 2下载并安装,用户不需作任 何操作。 再进一步地, 在与二维码 6匹配的客户端软件自动安装完成后, 用 户不需要再打开该客户端软件而在该客户端软件中重新拍照解码, 而直接执 行后续的解析步骤 S1730。再进一步地, 移动终端 2与后台服务器 41建立 关联关系, 可以发生在客户端软件自动安装完成之后。可以通过移动终端 2的唯一的 IMEI号码、 SIM卡号码等与后台服务器 41建立唯一的关联关 系, 而不需要再进行注册步骤, 从而便利于移动终端 2的用户, 使其可更 方便地获得后台服务器 42提供的服务。 作为本发明的另一实施方式, 二维码 6可以是按照预定的二维码编码规 则编码的点阵图, 该点阵图肉眼不能识别或者较难识别。 当直接用移动终端 的照相机 22对准屏幕时, 解码器 23可以自动捕获并识别该点阵图。
作为本发明的另一实施方式, 应用于餐饮店的点单流程中。 消费者进入 餐饮店, 由于服务员正忙, 便请客户扫描桌子上的二维码 6, 该二维码包含 有后台服务器 41的信息。
1 )、消费者打幵手机中的照相机 22对二维码 6拍照, 并通过内置于手机 硬件实体中的解码器 23和编码信息解析单元 416, 获得后台服务器 41的地 址与相关参数, 并由此连接到后台服务器;
2)、 判断手机中是否安装有对应于二维码 6的编码规则的解码客户端软 件, 如还未安装, 则下载并安装解码客户端软件, 然后将经解析的二维码包 含的参数引入自动启动的客户端软件; 如已安装, 则直接将经解析的二维码 包含的参数引入自动启动的客户端软件);
3 )、 客户端软件启动并展现该餐饮店的菜单, 该菜单是按照二维码编码 规则编码并被读取展现的。 对菜单的每款菜, 可以査看点评。 较佳地, 该点 评只有在消费者手机上的客户端软件扫描过该餐饮店的菜单上的二维码后才 可以作出, 是依据基于位置的服务 (Location Based Service, LBS)作出的。 进一步地, 该点评可以与手机相关联, 从而避免海量的无效点评。
4)、 对中意的菜单可以点菜, 消费者的手机客户端软件生成点单信息, 与二维码 6关联的服务员的手机的客户端软件上或短信收到该点单信息, 包 含点菜、 桌子号、 时间等。
较佳地, 该菜单还可以包含点击获取优惠券的链接, 经点击该链接后, 向消费者的手机发送包含优惠券信息的二维码。 服务员的手机的客户端软件 扫描并验证消费者的手机中的包含优惠券信息的二维码, 消费者则可以使用 该优惠券。
当然, 优惠券的领取方式不限于此, 本发明对此不作限制。
本实施方式的有益效果在于: 实现商家的菜单无纸化, 在消费者排队等 待时即可扫描二维码 6进行点单,并可以根据点评进行点单选择。进一步地, 商家可以通过包含优惠券信息的二维码的发送来完成促销和验证。
参照图 17, 后台服务器 41、 后台服务器 42与移动终端 2之间的协议为 MatrixLink协议, 其原理如下:
与 http协议是互联网基础协议, WWW是以 Internet作为传输媒介的一个 应用系统, WWW网上最基本的传输单位是 Web网页的原理类似, MatrixLink 协议也是 MatrixLink网络的基础协议。 其工作原理机制, 也是基于移动客户 机 /服务器计算模型, 由移动终端的传感接入装置如 NFC芯片(识别 NFC阅 读器)再如摄像头加识别软件单元(可以在移动终端内预置也可以之后安装, 实现类似 Web浏览器 (客户机)和 Web服务器 (服务器)构成的机制); 两者之 间也可以采用类似超文本传送协议 Http协议 (但是包含了 MATRIXLINK的 编码规则)进行通信。 MATRIXLINK协议也可以是基于 TCP/IP协议之上的 协议, 是移动终端和 Web服务器之间的应用层协议, 可以是通用的也可以 是定制的、 包含业务逻辑、 加密规则以及操作执行流程的协议。
MATRIXLINK协议的作用原理包括四个步骤:
(1)连接: 与 Web浏览器点击. com而与 Web服务器建立连接类似, MATRIXLINK连接是通过移动终端扫码和 /或对准图像码 (显示屏幕, 由移 动终端摄像头摄像模组通过屏幕的亮点紫外线差异等识别, 而非人眼识别的 图形码), 通过识别而建立到后台服务器的连接。
(2)请求: 与 Web浏览器通过 socket 向 Web服务器提交请求类似。 MATRIXLINK的请求一般是除了建立连接以外,还包含服务器指向与预先定 义的业务操作逻辑与相关的参数。
(3)应答: 与 Web浏览器提交请求后, 通过 http协议传送给 Web服务 器类似, Web服务器接到移动客户端的 Matrixlink协议提交后, 按照预先定 义的规则进行事务处理, 处理结果又通过 MATRIXLINK协议传回给移动客 户端, 从而在移动客户端启动可以解析预先定义编码规则的客户端软件, 显 示出所请求的页面并按照预先定义的处理流程执行, 或只执行预先定义的流 程, 从而实现预先定义的闭环交易处理。
因此,通过 MATRIXLINK协议可以通过个人移动终端构建一个人与物, 人与人相连接的网络, 称之为 MATRIXLINK网络。
图 18是本发明的服务提供系统 1的第三实施方式的结构框图。图 18与 图 1的区别在于, 服务提供系统 1还进一步包括眼镜 7。
眼镜 7包括控制单元 71 ,用于产生控制其他各单元的信号并控制其他各 单元实现各自的功能。照相机 72用于对条形码图像 6进行拍照。在本实施方 式中, 条形码图像 6可以为杂志上的二维码, 也可以为电子屏幕上的肉眼不 可识别或难以识别的光学点阵图(由明暗光线、紫外线或红外线构成)。发送 单元 75用于向移动终端 2发送所拍摄的条形码图像 6。在本实施方式中, 发 送单元 75可以是有线方式与移动终端 2连接,也可以是蓝牙或 WIFI等无线 方式与移动终端 2通信。
当然, 眼镜 7还可以进一步包括指示单元, 以指示拍照或发送条形码 图像 6成功。 例如, 指示单元可以为指示灯。 眼镜 7还可以包括设置单元, 以对拍照速度、 清晰度等进行设置。 眼镜 7还可以具有多个变形实施方式, 可以理解, 这些变形实施方式都涵盖于本发明的保护范围中。
移动终端 2包括控制单元 21,用于产生控制其他各单元的信号并控制其 他各单元实现各自的功能。 解码器 23用于对从眼镜 7接收的条形码图像 6 进行解码以获得编码信息。 发送 /接收单元 25, 如果条形码图像 6是根据预 定的编码规则所生成的,用于向后台服务器 42......中的一个发送服务提供请 求消息并从该后台服务器接收服务。 输入单元 26用于输入后台服务器 41、 42......所要求输入的信息。 显示单元 27用于显示后台服务器 41、 42......所 要求显示的信息。
当然, 本发明并不限于此, 眼镜 7也可以为其他人体可佩戴的部件, 例 如帽子, 手镯等。
在本发明的另一实施方式中, 如图 19所示, 眼镜 7包含解码器 73, 而 移动终端 2不包含解码器。发送单元 75将解码所得的编码信息发送给移动终 端 2。 解码器 73可以与照相机 72相连, 也可以与控制单元 71相连, 也可以 同时与控制单元 71、 照相机 72相连。 如图 20所示, 照相机 72与解码器 73 相连,解码器 73再与控制单元 71相连。本发明对解码器 73的连接方式不作 限制。
作为本发明的另一实施方式, 移动终端 2可以由手表或其他人体可佩戴 的部件来替换。 当然, 手表或其他人体可佩戴的部件必须能完成移动终端 2 的所有功能, 能与后台服务器 41、 42......正常通信。
在本发明的实施方式中, 增加了眼镜 7。 由于眼镜 7内置有照相机 72, 用户戴上眼镜即可随时实现条形码图像 6的拍照功能, 不需要再拿出移动终 端 2启动拍照动作, 这又提高了用户的便利性。 进一步地, 上述的移动终端 2与后台服务器 41、 42......之间的通信方法的诸多实施方式都适用于本实施 方式的移动终端 2与后台服务器 41、 42......之间的通信。
作为本发明的另一实施方式, 移动终端 2、 手表或其他人体可佩戴的部 件也可以只与一个后台服务器通信, 也即多个后台服务器 41、 42......的功能 由一个服务器实现。具体而言,后台服务器 41所提供的生成二维码、用户注 册、二维码的解析验证等功能, 以及后台服务器 42等所提供的服务皆由一个 后台服务器实现。
请参阅图 10, 图 15〜图 19, 对本发明的通信方法的一较佳实施方式作进 一步阐述。
参照图 15, 企业 A通过后台服务器 41, 为即将推出市场的新产品 API 做准备。 在企业 ERP服务器 1中 (包含电子商务处理), 预先设定了新产品 API的销售数量与销售金额, 按照预先定义的规则生成了二维码 6, 并通过 电视发布渠道与店铺发布渠道进行发布。
另外, 提取 API的销售额中的 AP1%作为市场促销的推广宣传费用, 与 第三方服务器 46签约并支付 (可以预付, 也可以按阶段支付)。 该方式涵盖 诸如电视台之类的广告发布平台、多级传播的组织者、二维码创意和 /或技术 制作方以及服务器 46的管理方等。
二维码 6通过电视台发布, 消费者在观看电视节目时, 佩戴眼镜、 耳机 或其他部件(图 18、 图 19)。 电视屏幕上的光学点阵肉眼不可识别, 但可以 被图 18中的眼镜识别并通过嵌入了感动芯引擎软件的移动终端 2中的解码器 解析。
消费者只要盯住电视画面观看达到 10秒钟 (可以设定时间段), 即可自 动捕获光学点阵。 进一步地, 驱动与自己连接(有线或无线连接) 的移动终 端 /手表 (图 18、 图 19), 并继而与后台服务器 42通信。 消费者的移动终端 2或后台服务器 42光学点阵的编码信息,并通过其上的客户端软件进一步观 看产品 API的介绍。 另外, 消费者也可以发表评论、 回答调査问题、 领取优 惠券等, 也可以再次生成并发布二维码 6, (参照图 10), 使得移动终端 2成 为产品 API二维码 6通过电视台渠道发展的下一级销售代表。
参照图 15, 移动终端 2扫描二维码 6下单, 其编码信息首先通过服务器 41进行解析验证。 验证完成后, 传递给 020服务器 47 (企业私有) 实现电 视渠道管理等功能,再传递给企业 ERP服务器 1完成订单处理。订单处理结 果反馈至订单处理服务器 461, 服务器 462完成返利计算, 服务器 463从预 付款中提取相应的比例, 返还给移动终端 2 (移动终端 2的用户拥有绑定移 动终端 2的支付 /收款账户)、 电视台、 二维码技术制作方、 以及第三方服务 器 46等相应各方。
通过图 13和图 14的具体实施方式, 加盟的商家(如支持预付卡的商家) 不需要对结账终端 5进行改造, 不需要配备刷卡器和通信线路。 只需要在结 账终端 5处设有二维码 6, 即可通过移动终端 2完成支付, 并扣去支付卡中 的金额, 从而完成在柜台销售商品 API的流程。
其中, 发放的预付卡中所含的货币并非一定为现有通行货币, 也可以是 通过服务器 46发放的, 与服务器 46所管理的商品们具备设定的比例交换的 可以完成商品群中"物物交换"的等价计量单位。 当实体经济的多家企业都选 择加入服务器 46所推行的模式时, 服务器 46可以发行"新货币 Matrix", 并 按照"物物等价交换"原则来实施。
在本发明的具体实施方式中, 眼镜、手表、移动终端都可以嵌入"感动芯 引擎"。 "感动芯引擎 "是一种软件 /中间件, 驱动光学摄像头对光学信号进行 识别。 该光学信号可以是可见光, 也可以是红外线、 紫外线或明暗闪烁的光 学信号。被读取的原始光学信息应用二维码编码 /识别原理, 被分类辨认、纠 错、 匹配、 筛选和 /或信号格式转换后, 生成对后台服务器的操作指令。 该操 作指令通过移动终端传递给后台服务器, 且按照相应规则进行进一步的基于 交易管理的处理, 实现如下载、 打开 APP、 电子商务、 交易和支付等功能; 作为本发明的较佳实施方式, 移动终端 2、 2'、 2" ......的用户当然也可 以不通过移动终端 2、 2'、 2" ......来进行用户注册。 例如可以通过个人计算 机, 例如台式计算机、 笔记本计算机来完成用户注册。 当然, 该台式计算机 或笔记本计算机必须能与后台服务器 41通信。
以上详细描述了本发明的较佳具体实施例。 应当理解, 本领域的普通技 术人员无需创造性劳动就可以根据本发明的构思做出诸多修改和变化。因此, 凡本技术领域的技术人员依本发明的构思在现有技术的基础上通过逻辑解 析、 推理或者有限的实验可以得到的技术方案, 皆应在由权利要求书所确定 的保护范围内。

1、一种采用条形码图像在移动终端与至少两个后台服务器之间进行通信 的方法, 所述移动终端与所述至少两个后台服务器通过无线网络进行无线连 接, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括以下步骤:
将所述移动终端与第一后台服务器相关联;
通过设置在所述移动终端中的照相机对所述条形码图像进行拍照; 通过所述移动终端解码拍摄到的所述条形码图像以获得编码信息; 所述第一后台服务器解析所述编码信息, 判断所述条形码图像是否根据 预定的编码规则所生成, 如果所述条形码图像是根据所述预定的编码规则所 生成的, 则继续执行下面的步骤; 如果所述条形码图像不是根据所述预定的 编码规则所生成的, 则显示错误提示信息并结束执行所述方法;
根据所述编码信息,所述移动终端提取与所述编码信息对应的服务信息; 所述移动终端向第二后台服务器发送服务提供请求消息, 所述服务提供 请求消息至少包括能唯一识别所述移动终端的信息;
所述第二后台服务器根据所述服务提供请求消息的内容向所述移动终端 提供服务。
2、如权利要求 1所述的采用条形码图像在移动终端与至少两个后台服务 器之间进行通信的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法进一步包括以下步骤:
根据预定的编码规则生成对应于服务信息的编码信息并生成对应于所述 编码信息的条形码图像;
将所述条形码图像发布到用户可接触的至少一个区域上。
3、如权利要求 1或 2所述的釆用条形码图像在移动终端与至少两个后台 服务器之间进行通信的方法,其特征在于,所述后台服务器的数量多于两个, 所述第二后台服务器根据所述服务提供请求消息的内容, 与除了所述第一后 台服务器之外的其他后台服务器协同工作, 以向所述移动终端提供服务。
4、如权利要求 1或 2所述的采用条形码图像在移动终端与至少两个后台 服务器之间进行通信的方法, 其特征在于, 在根据所述编码信息, 所述移动 终端提取与所述编码信息对应的服务信息的步骤之前, 所述第一后台服务器 判断所述移动终端是否安装有与所述至少两个后台服务器通信的客户端软 件, 如未安装, 所述第一后台服务器自动为所述移动终端下载并安装所述客 户端软件。
5、如权利要求 4所述的采用条形码图像在移动终端与至少两个后台服务 器之间进行通信的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一后台服务器通过搜寻所述移 动终端的程序安装列表, 或所述第一后台服务器监测所述移动终端发来的信 号, 以判断所述移动终端是否安装有与所述至少两个后台服务器通信的客户 端软件。
6、如权利要求 1或 2所述的采用条形码图像在移动终端与至少两个后台 服务器之间进行通信的方法, 其特征在于, 所述能唯一识别所述移动终端的 信息包括所述移动终端的电话号码、 所述移动终端的 IMEI号码、 所述移动 终端的接口的物理地址和所述用户名中的一个或多个。
7、如权利要求 1或 2所述的采用条形码图像在移动终端与至少两个后台 服务器之间进行通信的方法, 其特征在于, 所述条形码图像为一维码、 二维 码、 多维码、 或由明暗光线、 紫外线或红外线构成的光学点阵图。
8、一种采用条形码图像在至少两个移动终端与至少两个后台服务器之间 进行通信的方法, 所述至少两个移动终端与所述至少两个后台服务器通过无 线网络进行无线连接, 所述至少两个移动终端的每个用户都注册为第一后台 服务器的用户, 所述第一后台服务器存储所述每个用户的注册信息, 所述每 个用户具有唯一的用户名, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括以下步骤- 根据预定的编码规则生成对应于服务信息的编码信息并生成对应于所述 编码信息的第一条形码图像和 /或第一超级链接;
第一移动终端将所述编码信息与所述第一移动终端的用户信息所对应的 编码信息相结合, 生成第二条形码图像和 /或第二超级链接, 所述用户信息至 少包括能唯一识别所述第一移动终端的信息;
将所述第二条形码图像和 /或第二超级链接发布到其它移动终端的用户 可接触的至少一个区域上;
第二移动终端提取与所述第二条形码图像或第二超级链接对应的服务信 息;
所述第二移动终端向第二后台服务器发送服务提供请求消息, 所述服务 提供请求消息至少包括能唯一识别所述第二移动终端的信息;
所述第二后台服务器根据所述服务提供请求消息的内容向所述第一移动 终端和第二移动终端提供服务。
9、如权利要求 8所述的采用条形码图像在至少两个移动终端与至少两个 后台服务器之间进行通信的方法, 其特征在于, 所述后台服务器的数量多于 两个, 所述第二后台服务器根据所述服务提供请求消息的内容, 与除了所述 第一后台服务器之外的其他后台服务器协同工作, 以向所述第二移动终端提 供服务。
10、 如权利要求 8或 9所述的采用条形码图像在至少两个移动终端与至 少两个后台服务器之间进行通信的方法, 其特征在于, 所述移动终端的数量 多于两个, 所述第二移动终端将与所述第二条形码图像所对应的编码信息与 所述第二移动终端的用户信息所对应的编码信息相结合, 生成第三条形码图 像和 /或第三超级链接,除了所述第一移动终端和所述第二移动终端之外的另 外一个移动终端提取所述第三条形码图像或第三超级链接对应的服务信息, 并由所述第二后台服务器向所述第一移动终端, 所述第二移动终端和所述另 外一个移动终端提供服务。
11、如权利要求 10所述的采用条形码图像在至少两个移动终端与至少两 个后台服务器之间进行通信的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述除了所述第一移动 终端和所述第二移动终端之外的另外一个移动终端提取所述第三条形码图像 或第三超级链接对应的服务信息的步骤之前, 所述第一后台服务器判断所述 另外一个移动终端是否安装有与所述至少两个后台服务器通信的客户端软 件, 如未安装, 则所述第一后台服务器自动为所述另外一个移动终端下载并 安装所述客户端软件。
12、如权利要求 11所述的采用条形码图像在至少两个移动终端与至少两 个后台服务器之间进行通信的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一后台服务器通过 搜寻所述另外一个移动终端的程序安装列表, 或所述第一后台服务器监测所 述另外一个移动终端发来的信号, 以判断所述另外一个移动终端是否安装有 与所述至少两个后台服务器通信的客户端软件。
13、 如权利要求 8或 9所述的采用条形码图像在至少两个移动终端与至 少两个后台服务器之间进行通信的方法, 其特征在于, 所述能唯一识别所述 第二移动终端的信息包括所述第二移动终端的电话号码、 所述第二移动终端 的 IMEI号码、 所述第二移动终端的接口的物理地址和所述用户名中的一个 或多个。

17、 如权利要求 15或 16所述的采用条形码图像进行通信的装置, 其特 征在于, 所述第一后台服务器进一步包括客户端软件监测单元, 用于监测所 述移动终端是否安装有与所述预定的编码规则相符合的客户端软件; 和客户 端软件安装单元, 用于当监测到所述移动终端未安装所述客户端软件时, 自 动为所述移动终端提供所述客户端软件的下载和安装。

输入单元, 用于输入所述后台服务器所要求输入的信息; 显示单元, 用于显示所述后台服务器所要求显示的信息。
22、如权利要求 21所述的采用条形码图像进行通信的装置,其特征在于, 所述第一后台服务器进一步包括客户端软件监测单元, 用于监测所述移动终 端是否安装有与所述预定的编码规则相符合的客户端软件; 和客户端软件安 装单元, 用于当监测到所述移动终端未安装所述客户端软件时, 自动为所述 移动终端提供所述客户端软件的下载和安装。
23、 如权利要求 21或 22所述的采用条形码图像进行通信的装置, 其特 征在于, 所述客户端软件监测单元搜寻所述移动终端的程序安装列表, 或监 测所述移动终端发来的信号。
24、如权利要求 22所述的采用条形码图像进行通信的装置,其特征在于, 所述解码器和所述编码信息解析单元是内置于移动终端的硬件实体中的。
25、 如权利要求 21或 22所述的采用条形码图像进行通信的装置, 其特 征在于, 所述条形码图像为一维码、 二维码、 多维码、 或由明暗光线、 紫外 线或红外线构成的光学点阵图。
26、 一种采用条形码图像进行通信的装置, 包括: 可佩戴的部件、 移动 终端和至少两个后台服务器, 所述移动终端与所述至少两个后台服务器通过 无线网络进行无线连接, 其特征在于,
第一后台服务器包括:
条形码图像生成单元, 用于生成对应于服务信息的编码信息并生成 对应于所述编码信息的条形码图像;
第一发送 /接收单元,用于从所述移动终端接收注册信息并向所述移 动终端发送注册成功消息;
用户注册单元, 用于完成用户注册, 并将用户的注册信息存储到数 据库中;
第二后台服务器包括:
