 また、弾性塞ぎ板65,66はこれらに対応するクランプ67,68による押圧機構によってモールド部63の一側に押圧されて密着する方向に動作し、また上下型61,62の相対的な上下動作によって被覆電線の型外出際部分を上下から弾性挟持して密着する方向への動作が可能となっている。
 そこで、図6(A)のように、成形金型60のモールド部63に圧着端子が成形ワークとして圧着端子T先端の接続部21を除く全体を収容して位置決めセットされる。圧着端子Tの後方に延びる被覆電線Wとしては樹脂モールドを溶着して防水処理を施す必要のない部分であるから金型外に出される。その被覆電線Wのモールド部63から出た出際部分は、上型61の降下によって下型62との間で上下からの押圧力で弾性塞ぎ板65,66によって密着して弾性挟持される。この動作にほぼ同期してクランプ67,68を作動させ、上下の弾性塞ぎ板65,66をモールド部63の一側を塞ぐ方向に押圧力Pで押圧して密着させる。
 ワークセット後、図6(B)のように、射出ゲートの湯道64から溶融状態の防食樹脂がモールド部63内に射出注入されると、防食樹脂はモールド部63内を隈無く行き渡り、圧着端子を覆って溶着する。
 図6(C)は、かかる防食樹脂Bで芯線WCを被覆成形して防水処理された圧着端子を、その圧着端子T先端の接続部においてボルトで自動車ボディにアース線として接続した一態様を示している。

〈特許文献1の改良点〉
 このように芯線WCを防食樹脂Bで被覆成形して防水処理するには、金型を用いて成形を行っているため、金型を使用する際の金型成形特有の注意点であるゲート位置設定や、離形のためのテーパ形成や、ヒケ等を考慮する必要があった。そして、その圧着端子Tの形状に合うように精密に金型構造を作製しなければならず、形状の異なる圧着端子毎に金型が必要となった。そのため、アルミ電線の使用拡大上、防食のための金型製造が大きな障害となっていた。
 本発明は、上記の問題点を解決するためになされたもので、金型を用いなくても圧着端子を防食樹脂で覆って防水処理することのできる防食部成形方法を提供することを目的としている。
 上記課題を解決するため、本願発明の防食部成形方法(1)および(2)は次のことを特徴としている。
(1) (A)圧着端子の端子カシメ部の上方の所定点へ3Dプリンタのプリントヘッドを移動させるプリントヘッド原点移動ステップと、
 (B)前記プリントヘッドから前記端子カシメ部の一側面に向かって防食樹脂を吐出させながら前記プリントヘッドを所定点から移動させて防食樹脂層を1層形成する防食樹脂1層形成ステップと、
 (C)前記プリントヘッドから前記端子カシメ部の一側面に向かって防食樹脂を吐出させながら前記プリントヘッドをさらに移動させて、前記防食樹脂1層形成ステップで形成された防食樹脂層に防食樹脂層をさらに積層して前記端子カシメ部の一側面の全面に形成する防食樹脂層全面形成ステップと、
 (D)前記圧着端子の端子カシメ部を回転させて、前記端子カシメ部の他側面に前記ステップ(B)およびステップ(C)を次々に実行して、防食樹脂層を前記端子カシメ部の全周に形成する防食樹脂層全周形成ステップと、
 により、圧着端子の端子カシメ部に防食樹脂成形を行うことを特徴とする防食樹脂成形方法。
(2) (A)圧着端子の端子カシメ部の上方の所定点へ3Dプリンタのプリントヘッドを移動させるプリントヘッド原点移動ステップと、
 (B)前記プリントヘッドから前記端子カシメ部の一側面に向かって防食樹脂を吐出させながら前記プリントヘッドを所定点から移動させて防食樹脂層を1層形成する防食樹脂1層形成ステップと、
 (C)前記プリントヘッドから前記端子カシメ部の一側面に向かって防食樹脂を吐出させながら前記プリントヘッドをさらに移動させて、前記防食樹脂1層形成ステップで形成された防食樹脂層に防食樹脂層をさらに積層して前記端子カシメ部の一側面の全面に形成する防食樹脂層全面形成ステップと、
 (D)前記圧着端子の端子カシメ部を中心にして前記プリントヘッドを回転させて、前記端子カシメ部の他側面に前記ステップ(B)およびステップ(C)を次々に実行して、防食樹脂層を前記端子カシメ部の全周に形成する防食樹脂層全周形成ステップと、
 により、圧着端子の端子カシメ部に防食樹脂成形を行うことを特徴とする防食樹脂成形方法。
 上記発明(1)および(2)によれば、金型構造を用いなくても、圧着端子とアルミ線が接触する圧着部とアルミ線露出部を覆うように周囲360度に亘って3Dプリンタで防食樹脂Bによる防食部を形成することができるので、水分が内部に浸透することがなくなり、防水機能を果たしている。
 したがって、端子形状に合うような精密な金型構造が不要となり、また、金型を使用しないため様々な端子形状にも対応が可能となる。金型を使用する際の金型成形特有の注意点であるゲート位置設定や、離形のためのテーパ形成や、ヒケ等を考慮する必要がなく、必要な箇所に必要十分な樹脂厚を形成することができる。
 端子形状寸法について詳細まで公開されていない圧着端子(例えば他社製のもの)に防食部を形成する場合には、従来の金型を用いる手法を適用することが困難であったが、本発明の方法であれば、端子形状寸法について詳細まで公開されていない圧着端子についても、防食部を形成することが可能となる。このため、アルミ線使用の拡大につながる。
図1(A)は本発明に係る防食部成形方法により防食部が成形された圧着端子の斜視図、図1(B)は図1(A)の1B-1B矢視断面図である。 図2(A)~(D)は本発明の実施形態1に係る防食部成形方法の工程手順を説明する圧着端子近傍正面図(圧着端子は断面図)である。 図3(A)は本発明の実施形態1を説明する概念図、図3(B)は実施形態2を説明する概念図である。 図4(A)~(D)は本発明の実施形態2に係る防食部成形方法の工程手順を説明する圧着端子近傍正面図(圧着端子は断面図)である。 図5(A)は被覆電線に圧着端子を圧着した端子金具の斜視図、図5(B)はその圧着端子を従来法の金型を用いて防食樹脂で覆った端子金具の斜視図である。 図6(A)から図6(C)は従来の金型法による防水処理を説明する側面断面図で、図6(A)は金型に圧着端子の圧着部をセットして射出する前、図6(B)は射出開始直後である。図6(C)は防食樹脂で覆われた圧着端子の側面図である。
 以下、金型を用いなくても圧着端子を防食樹脂で覆って防水処理することのできる本発明に係る防食部成形方法について図1(A)~図4(D)を用いて説明する。
〈本発明方法により防食部が成形された圧着端子〉
 図1(A)は本発明に係る防食部成形方法により防食部(樹脂)が成形された圧着端子の斜視図である。被覆電線Wの先端部の被覆を剥がして芯線を露出させ、その芯線に圧着端子Tの端子カシメ部をかしめて圧着し、端子カシメ部を本発明の3D(3次元)プリンタを用いる方法により防食樹脂Bによる層が成形されている。
 図1(A)の1B-1B矢視断面図である図1(B)によれば、被覆の剥がれた芯線WCを圧着端子Tの端子カシメ部TKがかしめて、さらにその周囲を防食樹脂Bが覆っているのが分かる。すなわち、防食樹脂Bは、被覆電線Wの被覆部WH(図1(A))と、端子カシメ部TKと、芯線WCの先端WSと、圧着端子Tの表側(芯線載置側)の一部TFと、圧着端子Tの裏側TRの一部とのそれぞれを隈無く覆っている。これにより、水分が内部に浸透することがなくなり、防水機能を果たしている。
〈本発明に係る防食樹脂成形方法〉
 以上のような防食樹脂を圧着端子に成形する本発明の方法の実施形態1および2について説明する。まず、実施形態1から説明する。
〈実施形態1〉
 図2(A)~(D)は本発明の実施形態1に係る防食樹脂成形方法の工程手順を説明する図である。図2(A)において、10は3Dプリンタである。3Dプリンタ10は、通常の紙に平面的に印刷するプリンターと異なり、3DCAD、3DCGデータを基に3次元のオブジェクトを造形する装置で、コンピュータ上で作った3Dデータを設計図として、断面形状を積層していくことで立体物を作成する。積層の仕方として、(1)液状の樹脂に紫外線などを照射し少しずつ硬化させていくもの、(2)熱で融解した樹脂を少しずつ積み重ねていくもの、(3)粉末の樹脂に接着剤を吹きつけていくなどの方法があり、ここではいずれの方法を採用してもよい。
 3DCADデータや3DCGデータを3Dプリンタに取り込むことで、3Dプリンタ10のプリントヘッド10Hは平面上のX方向およびX方向と直角なY方向およびX-Y平面と直角なZ方向に移動しながら防食樹脂を吐出して行く。プリントヘッド10HがX-Y平面上を反復して移動する回数を調整して、防食樹脂のZ方向の厚みを変化させることで、所望の形状に作成することができる。また、移動速度、吐出量を制御することによって積層厚みを制御することも可能である。
〈防食樹脂層のX方向の1層の形成〉
 図2(A)において、3Dプリンタ10のプリントヘッド10Hをプリント対象である圧着端子Tの端子カシメ部TKの吐出領域の上方のX方向およびY方向の原点に移動させる。
 図2(B)において、3Dプリンタ10は原点からX方向に移動しながらプリントヘッド10Hから防食樹脂Bをプリント対象である圧着端子Tの端子カシメ部TK、芯線WCの先端WSと、圧着端子Tの表側先端TFに順次吐出する。
〈防食樹脂層のY方向の形成〉
 X方向の吐出領域の端部に到達したら、Y方向(図で紙面の垂直方向で、○の中の黒丸は紙面から手前への移動、○の中の×印は紙面から背後方向への移動を表している。)に1ピッチだけ紙面の背後方向に移動し、その位置から逆X方向に移動しながら再びプリントヘッド10Hから防食樹脂Bを、先に吐出した防食樹脂層の上にさらに吐出する。
 逆X方向の吐出領域の端部に到達したら、さらにY方向に1ピッチだけ紙面の背後方向に移動し、その位置から再びX方向に移動しながらプリントヘッド10Hから防食樹脂Bを、積層した防食樹脂層の上にさらに吐出する。
〈防食樹脂層のX-Y面の第1層の形成〉
 以下、これを繰り返して、Y方向の背後方向の吐出領域の端部に到達したら、X-Y平面に防食樹脂層が1層形成されたことになる。
 そこで、今度は、3Dプリンタ10のプリントヘッド10Hは、1ピッチだけZ方向の吐出対象から離れる方向に移動し、その位置から改めてX方向に移動しながら、既に1層分積層した防食樹脂層の上に防食樹脂Bをさらに吐出する。
〈防食樹脂層の第2層の形成〉
 そして、X方向の吐出領域の端部に到達したら、Y方向に1ピッチだけ今度は紙面の手前方向に移動し、その位置から逆X方向に移動しながら再びプリントヘッド10Hから防食樹脂Bを防食樹脂層の上にさらに吐出する。
 逆X方向の吐出領域の端部に到達したら、さらにY方向に1ピッチだけ紙面の手前方向に移動し、その位置から再びX方向に移動しながら防食樹脂Bを防食樹脂層の上にさらに吐出する。
 以下、これを繰り返して、Y方向の手前方向の吐出領域の端部に到達したら、X-Y平面に防食樹脂層が2層形成されたことになる。
〈所望の厚みの防食樹脂層の形成〉
 そこで、今度は、3Dプリンタ10のプリントヘッド10Hは1ピッチだけさらにZ方向の吐出対象から離れる方向に移動し、その位置から改めてX方向に移動しながら、既に2層分積層した防食樹脂層の上に防食樹脂Bをさらに吐出する。
 以下、これを繰り返して、Z方向の吐出領域の端部に到達したら、図2(C)のように、所望の厚みの防食樹脂層が圧着端子の端子カシメ部側に形成されたことになる。
 なお、図で防食樹脂層の厚みが異なる部位は、異なる厚みの層数だけ防食樹脂Bを余計にX-Y-Z方向に吐出するようにしている。
〈圧着端子側面への防食樹脂層の形成〉
 上記の図2(C)のように、所望の厚みの防食樹脂層が圧着端子の端子カシメ部の表(おもて)側に形成されたら、次に、圧着端子Tを長手方向を軸にして90度回転させて、圧着端子の側面にも同じように、所望の厚みの防食樹脂層を形成する。
〈圧着端子裏面への防食樹脂層の形成〉
 所望の厚みの防食樹脂層が圧着端子の圧着端子の側面に形成されたら、次に、圧着端子Tをさらに90度回転させて、図2(D)のように、圧着端子の裏面TRを3Dプリンタ10側に向けて、3Dプリンタ10のプリントヘッド10Hから圧着端子裏面TRに防食樹脂Bを吐出させ、同じように、所望の厚みの防食樹脂Bによる層を形成する。
〈圧着端子側面への防食樹脂層の形成〉
 圧着端子裏面TRに防食樹脂Bを吐出させて所望の厚みの防食樹脂Bによる層を形成したら、次に、圧着端子Tを90度回転させて、圧着端子の反対側の側面にも同じように、所望の厚みの防食樹脂層を形成する。
 このようにすることで、最終的に、図1(A)の被覆電線Wの先端部の圧着端子Tの端子カシメ部の全周囲に防食樹脂Bが成形され、これにより水分が内部に浸透することがなくなり、防水機能が確保される。
〈本発明の長所〉
 以上のように、本発明によれば、金型構造を用いなくても、圧着端子とアルミ線が接触する圧着部とアルミ線露出部を覆うように周囲360度に亘って3Dプリンタで防食樹脂Bによる防食樹脂を形成することができるので、水分が内部に浸透することがなくなり、防水機能を果たしている。したがって、端子形状に合うような精密な金型構造が不要となり、また、金型を使用しないため様々な端子形状にも対応が可能となる。端子形状寸法について詳細まで公開されてていない圧着端子(例えば他社製のもの)に防食部を形成する場合には、従来の金型を用いる手法を適用することが困難であったが、本発明の方法であれば、端子形状寸法について詳細まで公開されていない他社製の圧着端子についても、防食部を形成することが可能となる。このため、アルミ線使用の拡大につながる。
〈実施形態1のまとめ〉
 以上が実施形態1である。図3(A)は実施形態1を説明する概念図で、3Dプリンタ10のプリントヘッド10Hの下に圧着端子Tを置き、直下の圧着端子Tの面に防食樹脂Bによる防食樹脂を形成した後は、圧着端子Tを90度回転させて再びプリントヘッド10Hの下に圧着端子Tの他の面を置き、直下の圧着端子Tの面に防食樹脂Bによる防食樹脂を形成する。形成後は、再び圧着端子Tを90度回転させてプリントヘッド10Hの下に圧着端子Tのさらに他の面を置き、直下の圧着端子Tの面に防食樹脂Bによる防食樹脂を形成する。これを4回繰り返すことで、圧着端子Tの周囲360度に亘って防食樹脂を形成することができる。よりきめ細かく防食樹脂を形成するには、90度回転の代わりに、45度回転毎に防食樹脂を形成するようにしてもよい。
〈実施形態1の変形例〉
 実施形態1は、圧着端子Tの一つの面の全面に防食樹脂を形成した後に圧着端子Tを回転させて、圧着端子Tの別の面に防食樹脂を形成するようにしていた。実施形態1の変形例として、プリントヘッド10Hの下で圧着端子Tを常時ゆっくり回転させながら圧着端子Tの全周360度に亘って防食樹脂を1列1層形成したあと、図でY方向(紙面に直角方向裏側)へプリントヘッド10Hが1ピッチ移動した後、圧着端子Tを常時ゆっくり回転させながら先の防食樹脂の隣りに同じく防食樹脂を1列1層形成するようにし、これを繰り返しながら、Y方向の圧着端子Tの端子カシメ部の吐出領域の端部まで進むと、圧着端子Tの全周360度に亘って防食樹脂がY方向に1層形成される。
 今度は、プリントヘッド10HがY方向に戻る際にも同じことを繰り返すと防食樹脂が2層形成される。
 以上のことを繰り返してプリントヘッド10HをY方向に複数回往復させることで、圧着端子Tの全面に所望の厚みの防食樹脂を形成することができる。
 以上では、圧着端子Tの全周360度に亘って防食樹脂を1列1層形成したあとプリントヘッド10HがY方向に1ピッチ移動したが、圧着端子Tの全周360度に亘って所望の厚みの防食樹脂を1列形成した後に、プリントヘッド10HがY方向に1ピッチ移動するようにしても良い。
〈実施形態2〉
 図3(B)は実施形態2を説明する概念図である。
 実施形態1では3Dプリンタ10のプリントヘッド10Hの下で圧着端子Tを回転させていたが、実施形態2では圧着端子Tは中心に固定で、プリントヘッド10Hが圧着端子Tの周囲を360度移動しながら圧着端子Tの面に防食樹脂Bによる防食樹脂を形成するものである。
 図4(A)~(D)は上述の本発明の実施形態2に係る防食樹脂成形方法の工程手順を説明する図である。
〈防食樹脂層のX方向の1層の形成〉
 図4(A)において、3Dプリンタ10のプリントヘッド10Hをプリント対象である圧着端子Tの端子カシメ部TKの吐出領域の上方のX方向およびY方向の原点に移動させる。
 図4(B)において、3Dプリンタ10は原点からX方向に移動しながらプリントヘッド10Hから防食樹脂Bをプリント対象である圧着端子Tの端子カシメ部TK、芯線WCの先端WSと、圧着端子Tの表側先端TFに順次吐出する。
〈防食樹脂層のY方向の形成〉
 X方向の吐出領域の端部に到達したら、Y方向に1ピッチだけ紙面の背後方向に移動し、その位置から逆X方向に移動しながら再びプリントヘッド10Hから防食樹脂Bを、先に吐出した防食樹脂層の上にさらに吐出する。
 逆X方向の吐出領域の端部に到達したら、さらにY方向に1ピッチだけ紙面の背後方向)に移動し、その位置から再びX方向に移動しながらプリントヘッド10Hから防食樹脂Bを、積層した防食樹脂層の上にさらに吐出する。
〈防食樹脂層のX-Y面の第1層の形成〉
 以下、これを繰り返して、Y方向の背後方向の吐出領域の端部に到達したら、X-Y平面に防食樹脂層が1層形成されたことになる。
 そこで、今度は、3Dプリンタ10のプリントヘッド10Hは、1ピッチだけZ方向の吐出対象から離れる方向に移動し、その位置から改めてX方向に移動しながら、既に1層分積層した防食樹脂層の上に防食樹脂Bをさらに吐出する。
〈防食樹脂層の第2層の形成〉
 そして、X方向の吐出領域の端部に到達したら、Y方向に1ピッチだけ今度は紙面の手前方向に移動し、その位置から逆X方向に移動しながら再びプリントヘッド10Hから防食樹脂Bを防食樹脂層の上にさらに吐出する。
 逆X方向の吐出領域の端部に到達したら、さらにY方向に1ピッチだけ紙面の手前方向に移動し、その位置から再びX方向に移動しながら防食樹脂Bを防食樹脂層の上にさらに吐出する。
 以下、これを繰り返して、Y方向の手前方向の吐出領域の端部に到達したら、X-Y平面に防食樹脂層が2層形成されたことになる。
〈防食樹脂層の所望の厚み層の形成〉
 そこで、今度は、3Dプリンタ10のプリントヘッド10Hは1ピッチだけさらにZ方向の吐出対象から離れる方向に移動し、その位置から改めてX方向に移動しながら、既に2層分積層した防食樹脂層の上に防食樹脂Bをさらに吐出する。
 以下、これを繰り返して、Z方向の吐出領域の端部に到達したら、図4(C)のように、所望の厚みの防食樹脂層が圧着端子の端子カシメ部側に形成されたことになる。
 なお、図で防食樹脂層の厚みが異なる部位は、異なる厚みの層数だけ防食樹脂Bを余計にX-Y-Z方向に吐出するようにしている。
〈圧着端子側面への防食樹脂層の形成〉
 上記の図4(C)のように、所望の厚みの防食樹脂層が圧着端子の端子カシメ部側に形成されたら、次に、3Dプリンタ10のプリントヘッド10Hを90度回転させて、より具体的には、圧着端子の長手方向を軸に防食樹脂の吐出方向を90度回転させて、圧着端子の側面にも同じように所望の厚みの防食樹脂層を形成する。
〈圧着端子裏面への防食樹脂層の形成〉
 所望の厚みの防食樹脂層が圧着端子の圧着端子側面に形成されたら、さらに、3Dプリンタ10のプリントヘッド10Hを90度回転させて、図4(D)のように、圧着端子裏面TR側に3Dプリンタ10を移動させる。そして、3Dプリンタ10のプリントヘッド10Hから圧着端子裏面TRに向けて上方に防食樹脂Bを吐出させ、同じように、所望の厚みの防食樹脂層Bを形成する。
〈圧着端子側面への防食樹脂層の形成〉
 圧着端子裏面TRに防食樹脂Bを吐出させて所望の厚みの防食樹脂層Bを形成したら、最後に、3Dプリンタ10のプリントヘッド10Hをさらに90度回転させて、圧着端子の反対側の側面にも同じように、所望の厚みの防食樹脂層を形成する。
 このようにすることで、最終的に、図1(A)の被覆電線Wの先端部の圧着端子Tの端子カシメ部の周囲に防食樹脂Bが成形され、これにより水分が内部に浸透することがなくなり、防水機能が確保される。
〈まとめ〉
 以上のように、本発明によれば、金型構造を用いなくても、圧着端子とアルミ線が接触する圧着部とアルミ線露出部を覆うように周囲360度に亘って3Dプリンタで防食樹脂Bによる防食樹脂を形成することができるので、水分が内部に浸透することがなくなり、防水機能を果たしている。
 したがって、端子形状に合うような精密な金型構造が不要となり、また、金型を使用しないため様々な端子形状にも対応が可能となる。金型を使用する際の金型成形特有の注意点であるゲート位置設定や、離形のためのテーパ形成や、ヒケ等を考慮する必要がなく、必要な箇所に必要十分な樹脂厚を形成することができる。
 端子形状寸法について詳細まで公開されてていない圧着端子(例えば他社製のもの)に防食部を形成する場合には、従来の金型を用いる手法を適用することが困難であったが、本発明の方法であれば、端子形状寸法について詳細まで公開されていない他社製の圧着端子についても、防食部を形成することが可能となる。このため、アルミ線使用の拡大につながる。
 ここで、上述した本発明に係る防食部成形方法の実施形態の特徴をそれぞれ以下[1]、[2]に簡潔に纏めて列記する。

 により、圧着端子の端子カシメ部に防食樹脂成形を行うことを特徴とする防食樹脂成形方法。
 本発明を詳細にまた特定の実施態様を参照して説明したが、本発明の精神と範囲を逸脱することなく様々な変更や修正を加えることができることは当業者にとって明らかである。
 本出願は、2013年6月26日出願の日本特許出願(特願2013-134088)に基づくものであり、その内容はここに参照として取り込まれる。
 本発明によれば、金型構造を用いなくても、圧着端子とアルミ線が接触する圧着部とアルミ線露出部を覆うように周囲360度に亘って3Dプリンタで防食樹脂Bによる防食部を形成することができるので、水分が内部に浸透することがなくなり、防水機能を果たしている。この効果を奏する本発明は、被覆電線の端末に圧着端子を圧着させ、その圧着端子を樹脂モールドで覆って防水処理を施した防食部を成形する防食部成形方法に関して有用である。

Claims (2)

  1.  (A)圧着端子の端子カシメ部の上方の所定点へ3Dプリンタのプリントヘッドを移動させるプリントヘッド原点移動ステップと、
     (B)前記プリントヘッドから前記端子カシメ部の一側面に向かって防食樹脂を吐出させながら前記プリントヘッドを所定点から移動させて防食樹脂層を1層形成する防食樹脂1層形成ステップと、
     (C)前記プリントヘッドから前記端子カシメ部の一側面に向かって防食樹脂を吐出させながら前記プリントヘッドをさらに移動させて、前記防食樹脂1層形成ステップで形成された防食樹脂層に防食樹脂層をさらに積層して前記端子カシメ部の一側面の全面に形成する防食樹脂層全面形成ステップと、
     (D)前記圧着端子の端子カシメ部を回転させて、前記端子カシメ部の他側面に前記ステップ(B)およびステップ(C)を次々に実行して、防食樹脂層を前記端子カシメ部の全周に形成する防食樹脂層全周形成ステップと、
     により、圧着端子の端子カシメ部に防食樹脂成形を行うことを特徴とする防食樹脂成形方法。
  2.  (A)圧着端子の端子カシメ部の上方の所定点へ3Dプリンタのプリントヘッドを移動させるプリントヘッド原点移動ステップと、
     (B)前記プリントヘッドから前記端子カシメ部の一側面に向かって防食樹脂を吐出させながら前記プリントヘッドを所定点から移動させて防食樹脂層を1層形成する防食樹脂1層形成ステップと、
     (C)前記プリントヘッドから前記端子カシメ部の一側面に向かって防食樹脂を吐出させながら前記プリントヘッドをさらに移動させて、前記防食樹脂1層形成ステップで形成された防食樹脂層に防食樹脂層をさらに積層して前記端子カシメ部の一側面の全面に形成する防食樹脂層全面形成ステップと、
     (D)前記圧着端子の端子カシメ部を中心にして前記プリントヘッドを回転させて、前記端子カシメ部の他側面に前記ステップ(B)およびステップ(C)を次々に実行して、防食樹脂層を前記端子カシメ部の全周に形成する防食樹脂層全周形成ステップと、
     により、圧着端子の端子カシメ部に防食樹脂成形を行うことを特徴とする防食樹脂成形方法。
