在本发明的描述中, 需要说明的是, 除非另有明确的规定和限定, 术语 "安装" 、 "相连" 、 "连接"应做广义理解, 例如, 可以是固定连接, 也 可以是可拆卸连接, 或一体地连接; 可以是机械连接, 也可以是电连接; 可 以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。 对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的 具体含义。
下面参考图 1-图 9描述根据本发明实施例的电压力锅 100。 根据本发明 实施例的电压力锅 100, 如图 1-图 6所示, 包括锅体 1和锅盖 2。
锅盖 2设在锅体 1上, 其中, 锅盖 2可以可拆卸地设在锅体 1, 即锅盖 2可以从该锅体 1上取下, 具体地, 该锅盖 2和锅体 1之间可以通过盖牙结 构 (图未示出)相连接, 锅盖 2和锅体 1之间还可以通过卡扣、 卡爪等结构 相连接。 此外, 锅盖 2还可以始终连接在锅体 1不可拆卸, 例如锅盖 2可以 通过铰链等结构连接在锅体 1上, 当需要开盖时, 可以将锅盖 2翻转打开。 其中当锅盖 2设在锅体 1上时, 锅盖 2可以相对锅体 1旋转。 具体地, 当锅盖 2和锅体 1为可拆卸的结构、且当使用者需要扣设锅盖 2进行烹饪时, 可以将锅盖 2先放置在锅体 1上,再旋转锅盖 2以使其合盖到位,进行烹饪。
当锅盖 2和锅体 1为不可拆卸的结构时, 可以在锅盖 2和锅体 1之间设 置铰链连接, 在开盖时, 锅盖 2可以始终连接在锅体 1上, 避免锅盖 2丢失 或从台面上掉落的危险, 而且通过锅盖的自身旋转可以保证在合盖时, 锅盖 2相对于锅体 1可旋转。 由于该结构为本领域的现有技术, 因此不再详述。
如图 1-图 6所示, 锅体 1上设有磁敏开关 3和磁性件 4, 磁性件 4相对 于磁敏开关 3在第一位置和第二位置之间可移动,以便电压力锅 100的控制 回路导通或断开, 即电压力锅 100的电气回路导通或断开。 换言之, 当磁性 件 4相对于磁敏开关 3处于第一位置时, 如图 5和图 6所示, 电压力锅 100 的控制回路导通, 电压力锅 100可以进行烹饪工作; 当磁性件 4相对于磁敏 开关 3处于第二位置时,如图 3和图 4所示,电压力锅 100的控制回路断开, 电压力锅 100不可以进行烹饪工作。
具体而言, 磁敏开关 3通过检测其周围的磁场变化并进行电平的输出, 控制器通过检测磁敏开关 3所输出的高低电平, 来控制电路的导通和断开, 即当磁敏开关 3检测到磁场变强, 磁敏开关 3输出高电平, 控制器控制电压 力锅 100的电气回路断开, 当磁敏开关 3检测到磁场减弱, 磁敏开关 3输出 低电平, 控制器控制电压力锅 100的电气回路导通。
也就是说, 当磁性件 4相对于磁敏开关 3在第一位置时, 磁敏开关 3检 测到磁场减弱且磁敏开关 3输出低电平, 电压力锅 100的电气回路导通, 即 电压力锅 100可以进行通电工作。当磁性件 4相对于磁敏开关 3在第二位置 时, 磁敏开关 3检测到磁场变强且磁敏开关 3输出高电平, 电压力锅 100 的电气回路断开, 即电压力锅 100无法进行工作。
这里可以理解的是, 磁性件 4相对于磁敏开关 3处于第一位置处时, 磁 性件 4与磁敏开关 3之间的距离可以相对较远, 磁性件 4相对于磁敏开关 3 处于第二位置处时, 磁性件 4与磁敏开关 3之间的距离可以相对较近。 由此 可以达到使磁敏开关 3检测到磁场强弱的不同这一目的。
其中, 磁敏开关 3和磁性件 4的工作原理已为现有技术并为本领域技术 人员所熟知, 在此不再进行详细的描述。
其中, 在锅盖 2相对于锅体 1旋转的过程中, 可以使磁性件 4在第一位 置和第二位置之间移动。 具体而言, 当锅盖 2 旋转并合盖到位时, 锅盖 2 可以使磁性件 4位于第一位置, 电压力锅 100 的电气回路导通, 当锅盖 2 未合盖到位时, 锅盖 2可以使磁性件 4位于第二位置, 电压力锅 100的电气 回路断开。
根据本发明实施例的电压力锅 100, 通过设置磁敏开关 3和磁性件 4, 并且通过锅盖 2的旋转动作, 来使磁性件 4移动, 从而使磁敏开关 3和磁性 件 4之间的距离得到改变,进而可以控制电压力锅 100的电气回路的导通和 关断, 也就是说, 磁敏开关 3和磁性件 4可以构成电压力锅 100的用于检测 合盖到位与否的检测装置, 相对于现有技术中的合盖到位检测装置而言, 该 磁敏开关 3和磁性件 4的组合结构简单, 制造成本低。
在本发明的一个具体实施例中, 磁性件 4可以是磁铁。
在本发明的一些实施例中, 锅体 1可以包括外壳 11、 内锅 12和外壳罩 13。 如 1-图 6所示, 内锅 12设在外壳 11内, 内锅 12内可以放置内胆 (未 示出) , 内胆内可以放置食材以进行烹饪。 外壳 11和内锅 12之间限定有容 纳腔 121,磁敏开关 3设在容纳腔 121内,可以理解的是,组成电压力锅 100 的电气系统的零部件也可以设在该容纳腔 121内。 外壳罩 13套设在内锅 12 的外面且封闭该容纳腔 121, 锅盖 2可以设在该外壳罩 13上, 且可以在该 外壳罩 13上旋转。
具体地, 如图 1-图 6所示, 电压力锅 100还包括安装件 5, 磁性件 4设 在安装件 5上, 安装件 5相对于锅体 1的外壳罩 13可上下移动, 由此可以 通过安装件 5的上下移动使磁性件 4在第一位置和第二位置之间移动。也就 是说, 如图 1-图 6所示, 当安装件 5向下移动时, 磁性件 4也向下移动, 进而使磁性件 4从第一位置向下移动到第二位置。 需要说明的是, 磁敏开关 3位于磁性件 4的下方, 当磁性件 4从第一位置向下移动到第二位置时, 磁 敏开关 3与磁性件 4之间的距离缩短, 因此磁敏开关 3检测到磁场变强, 磁 敏开关 3输出高电平, 电压力锅 100的电气回路断开。
进一步地, 安装件 5的上端穿出外壳罩 13以便与锅盖 2配合。 换言之, 安装件 5的上端穿出外壳罩 13, 锅盖 2在该外壳罩 13上旋转的过程中, 与 安装件 5的上端配合, 并使安装件 5在上下方向上可移动, 进而可以使磁性 件 4在第一位置和第二位置之间移动。 需要说明的是, 在本发明的实施例的 描述中: "上下方向"例如图 1-图 9中的箭头所示。
更为具体地, 如图 8所示, 外壳罩 13 的下表面设置有向下延伸的导柱 131, 其中, 安装件 5可以包括本体 51和推杆 52。
如图 2、 图 4、 图 6和图 9所示, 本体 51具有与该导柱 131配合的定位 孔 511, 换言之, 导柱 131穿过该定位孔 511以将安装件 5定位安装在外壳 罩 13下方, 磁性件 4可以设在该本体 51内, 推杆 52设在本体 51上且推杆 52的上端穿过外壳罩 13向上延伸, 从而可以使锅盖 2在外壳罩 13上旋转 的过程中, 与该推杆 52进行配合, 当锅盖 2与推杆 52配合并使推杆 52向 下移动时, 推杆 52可以带动本体 51向下移动, 进而使磁性件 4从第一位置 向下移动到第二位置, 电压力锅 100的电气回路断开, 无法工作。
具体地, 外壳罩 13上可以设有贯穿其的通孔 132, 推杆 52的上端通过 该通孔 132穿过外壳罩 13并向上延伸。
具体地, 如图 9所示, 本体 51 内具有用于放置所述磁性件 4的容置槽 512, 容置槽 512上设有用于定位磁性件 4的定位卡扣 513。 由此可以使磁 性件 4牢固地设在该本体 51内。 优选地, 本体 51为塑料件, 由此塑料件不 会影响磁性件 4的磁性, 保证磁性件 4与磁敏开关 3作用的有效性。其中定 位卡扣 513也可以是塑料件并一体形成在本体 51上, 在将磁性件 4安装在 本体 51上时, 可以利用塑料的定位卡扣 513本身的弹性形变能力, 将磁性 件 4卡设在本体 51的容置槽 512内。
进一步地, 电压力锅 100还包括弹性件 6。 如图 2、 图 4和图 6所示, 其中, 弹性件 6的下端被定位在导柱 131上且弹性件 6的上端止抵在本体 51上, 即弹性件 6的上端止抵在本体 51的下表面上。 具体而言, 当锅盖 2 旋转并使本体 51向下移动时, 弹性件 6处于压缩状态。 当锅盖 2旋转并使 弹性件 6向上伸长时, 弹性件 6可以利用其自身的弹性力驱动本体 51向上 移动, 进而使磁性件 4从第二位置向上移动到第一位置。
在本发明的一些可选实施例中, 该弹性件 6可以是弹簧, 弹簧套设在导 柱 131的外面。
具体而言, 锅盖 2下部设有环形的凸筋 21, 凸筋 21上具有可以容纳推 杆 52的避让口 211。 当使用者将锅盖 2盖合在锅体 1上且凸筋 21压设在推 杆 52上时, 例如图 3和图 4所示, 磁性件 4位于第二位置, 此时锅盖 2没 有合盖到位, 电压力锅 100与的电气回路断开, 无法工作。
当使用者将锅盖 2进行旋转以将避让口 211旋转到推杆 52所在的位置 时, 例如图 5和图 6所示, 推杆 52上方不再有向下的力, 此时弹簧可以驱 动本体 51向上移动, 而推杆 52可以容纳在该避让口 211内, 磁性件 4位于 第一位置处, 此时锅盖 2已合盖到位, 电压力锅 100的电气回路导通, 可以 进行烹饪工作。
这里可以理解的是, 当锅盖 2未扣设在锅体 1上时, 例如图 1和图 2所 示, 推杆 52上也没有向下的力作用, 也就是说, 此时弹簧可以驱动本体 51 向上移动以使磁性件 4位于第一位置处, 电压力锅 100的电气回路导通, 可 以进行烹饪工作。也就是说, 根据本发明实施例的电压力锅 100在开盖的时 候, 也可以进行烹饪, 与现有技术中开盖无法烹饪的电压力锅相比, 本发明 的电压力锅 100 可以给使用者提供更多的烹饪选择, 满足使用者的不同需 求, 使用更加方便。 在本发明的一些可选实施例中, 如图 1-图 6所示, 还包括螺钉 7, 螺钉 7设在导柱 131上, 弹簧的下端止抵螺钉 7的头端 71。 也就是说, 弹簧通过 该螺钉 7定位在导柱 131上。 具体而言, 导柱 131内可以具有内螺纹, 螺钉 7可以配合并紧固在该内螺纹上。
如图 1-图 6所示, 在本发明的一些示例中, 磁敏开关 3可以设在电压力 锅 100的控制板 8上。可以理解的是, 控制板 8是构成电压力锅 100电气系 统的重要零部件, 控制板 8设在该容纳腔 121内。
其中, 容纳腔 121内还设有挡水件, 挡水件与容纳腔 121的壁限定出相 对封闭的容纳空间 122, 这里可以理解的是, 相对封闭是指该容纳空间 122 是容纳腔 121 的一部分, 该部分与容器的另一部分相对隔离, 其中内锅 12 设在另一部分中。 磁敏开关 3设在该相对封闭的容纳空间 122内, 具体地, 该控制板 8可以设在该容纳空间 122内。由此可以利用该相对封闭的容纳空 间 122对设在其中的控制板 8进行隔离, 以对控制板 8、 磁敏开关 3等起到 防水的作用, 由此可以提高电压力锅 100的使用安全性。
可以理解的是, 电压力锅 100的其他组成可以是已知的, 并为本领域技 术人员所熟知, 在此不再赘述。
在本说明书的描述中,参考术语 "一个实施例" 、 "一些实施例" 、 "示 意性实施例" 、 "示例" 、 "具体示例" 、 或 "一些示例" 等的描述意指结 合该实施例或示例描述的具体特征、 结构、材料或者特点包含于本发明的至 少一个实施例或示例中。在本说明书中, 对上述术语的示意性表述不一定指 的是相同的实施例或示例。 而且, 描述的具体特征、 结构、 材料或者特点可 以在任何的一个或多个实施例或示例中以合适的方式结合。 尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例, 本领域的普通技术人员可以理 解: 在不脱离本发明的原理和宗旨的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变 化、 修改、 替换和变型, 本发明的范围由权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种电压力锅, 其特征在于, 包括:
锅体, 所述锅体上设有磁敏开关和磁性件, 所述磁性件相对于所述磁敏 开关在第一位置和第二位置之间可移动,以便所述电压力锅的控制回路导通 或断开; 以及
锅盖, 所述锅盖设在所述锅体上, 所述锅盖相对所述锅体可旋转以使所 述磁性件在所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间移动。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的电压力锅, 其特征在于, 所述锅体包括: 夕卜壳;
内锅, 所述内锅设在所述外壳内, 所述外壳和所述内锅之间限定有容纳 腔, 所述磁敏开关设在所述容纳腔内; 以及
外壳罩, 所述外壳罩套设在所述内锅的外面且封闭所述容纳腔。
3、 根据权利要求 2 所述的电压力锅, 其特征在于, 还包括安装件, 所 述磁性件设在所述安装件上,所述安装件相对所述外壳罩可上下移动且所述 安装件的上端穿出所述外壳罩以便与所述锅盖配合。
4、 根据权利要求 3 所述的电压力锅, 其特征在于, 所述外壳罩的下表 面设置有向下延伸的导柱,
所述安装件包括:
本体, 所述本体具有与所述导柱配合的定位孔, 所述磁性件设在所述本 体内; 以及
推杆, 所述推杆设在所述本体上且所述推杆的上端穿过所述外壳罩向上 延伸;
所述电压力锅进一步还包括弹性件, 所述弹性件的下端被定位在所述导 柱上且上端止抵在所述本体上。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的电压力锅, 其特征在于, 还包括螺钉, 所述 螺钉设在所述导柱上, 所述弹性件的下端止抵所述螺钉的头端。
6、 根据权利要求 4所述的电压力锅, 其特征在于, 所述弹性件为弹簧, 所述弹簧套设在所述导柱的外面。
7、 根据权利要求 6 所述的电压力锅, 其特征在于, 所述锅盖下部设有 环形的凸筋, 所述凸筋上具有可以容纳所述推杆的避让口。
8、 根据权利要求 4所述的电压力锅, 其特征在于, 所述容纳腔内还设 有挡水件, 所述挡水件与所述容纳腔的壁限定出相对封闭的容纳空间, 所述 磁敏开关设在所述容纳空间内。
9、 根据权利要求 4所述的电压力锅, 其特征在于, 所述本体内具有用 于放置所述磁性件的容置槽,所述容置槽上设有用于定位所述磁性件的定位 卡扣。
10、根据权利要求 1所述的电压力锅, 其特征在于, 所述磁性件为磁铁。
