(不间断电源) 的滑轨组件及滑轨组件对。 背景技术
滑轨是一种被广泛应用于承载抽屉或者服务器或者 UPS 等需要与其 他的机构相对滑动的物体的机械装置。 在最简单的情况下, 滑轨由内轨和 外轨组成, 其中, 该内轨和外轨分别固定于需要相对滑动的两个装置上, 比如可将内轨固定在 UPS上并将外轨固定在机拒上,并将内轨套装于外轨 内, 以使 UPS通过外轨的支撑而安装在机拒上。 使用时, 推动 UPS, 固 定在 UPS上的内轨将在外轨的引导下相对外轨滑动, 从而使得 UPS相对 机拒滑动, 通常是 UPS被推进或拉出机拒。

所以, 当前已有的滑轨装置或者由于结构过于简单而无法满足操作平 顺流畅性和使用安全性等方面的要求, 或者为了实现操作上的流畅性和安 全性而必须在滑轨上设置各种附加机构进而使得滑轨的结构过于复杂、 成 本过高。 发明内容
本发明欲解决的技术问题在于提供一种滑轨组件及滑轨组件对, 其不 仅具有良好操作性和使用安全性, 同时还具有简单的结构。 在一个方案中, 提供了一种滑轨组件, 包括: 第一滑轨, 其包括长形 的第一腹板, 该第一腹板具有在使用时面向所承载的物件的正面和在使用 时背向所承载的物件的背面; 套设于该第一滑轨内并可相对该第一滑轨沿 长度方向运动的第二滑轨, 该第一腹板的上侧缘设有与该第一腹板的背面 大致成 90度角弯折延伸的 L形第一上折片, 该第一腹板的下侧缘设有与 该第一腹板的正面大致成 90度角弯折的用于承载物件的水平的承载片, 该第一腹板还设有与该第一腹板的背面大致成 90度角弯折延伸的与所述 第一上折片相对的呈 L形的至少一个第一下折片, 所述第一上折片和所述 至少一个第一下折片共同构成支撑并引导所述第二滑轨在其中滑移的滑 槽。 所述滑轨组件的第一滑轨和第二滑轨均由整体的板体冲设而成, 从而 结构简单、 结构强度高、 易于生产制作, 从而可极大地提高生产效率并减 少成本。
优选地, 所述第一下折片的水平部分在与所述承载片相同的水平面上 从所述第一腹板延伸出。
优选地, 所述第二滑轨包括长形的第二腹板, 该第二腹板的正面设有 沿该第二腹板的长度方向延伸的凹槽。 可选地, 所述第一腹板还设有朝其 背面伸入所述凹槽中的第一突片, 所述第二滑轨具有第一端面和第二端 面, 所述凹槽包括与所述第一端面和第二端面分别具有设定距离的第三端 面和第四端面, 该第三端面和第四端面构成所述第一突片沿长度方向运动 的止挡。 所述凹槽的设置不仅可以有效提高滑轨的强度, 同时还巧妙地形 成了所述第一滑轨和第二滑轨之间相互滑动的止挡和引导。
优选地, 所述第二腹板的上侧缘设有与该第二腹板背面大致成 90度 角延伸的 L形第二上折片, 所述第二腹板的下侧缘设有与该第二腹板)的 背面大致成 90度角延伸的 L形第二下折片, 该第二上折片和第二下折片 相对设置。 可选地, 所述滑轨组件还包括套设于所述第二滑轨中的第三滑 轨, 所述第二上折片和第二下折片构成支撑并引导所述第三滑轨在第二滑 轨中滑动的滑槽。
优选地, 所述第二滑轨的第二上折片和第二下折片由靠近所述第三滑 轨的第一段和靠近所述第一滑轨的第二段组成, 第二上折片的第一段的外 边缘与第二下折片的第一段的外边缘之间的距离小于第二上折片的第二 段的外边缘与第二下折片的第二段的外边缘之间的距离从而在所述第二 上折片的外边缘和 /或第二下折片的外边缘形成台阶。

以下将参照附图, 详细描述根据本发明的滑轨组件及滑轨组件对的具 体实施方式和实施例。 如上所述, 在附图所示出的实施例中, 该滑轨组件 对的第一滑轨组件 60,和第二滑轨组件 60呈镜像关系, 为了使本文的描述 更加简洁明了, 以下仅主要对第二滑轨组件 60进行详细描述。
在图 1、 2和 3中, 尤其是图 2中, 所述第二滑轨组件 60的第一滑轨 10包括长形的第一腹板 11,该第一腹板 11具有在使用时面向 UPS的正面 和远离 UPS的背面(如图 9所示)。 第一腹板 11的上侧缘设有与该第一腹 板 11的背面大致成 90度角弯折延伸的 L形第一上折片 12, 该第一腹板 11的下侧缘设有与该第一腹板 11的正面约成 90度角地延伸的承载片 13 。 该第一腹板 11上还冲设有与该第一腹板 11的背面大致成 90度角弯折延 伸的与所述第一上折片 12相对的 L形的五个第一下折片 14。 其中, 所述 第一上折片 12和第一下折片 14均包括大致与第一腹板 11垂直延伸的水 平部分和与第一腹板 n大致平行地延伸的竖直部分, 第一上折片 12和第 一下折片 14 的竖直部分相对设置并基本处于同一个竖直面上, 并且所述 承载片 13与所述第一下折片 14的水平部分基本处于相同的水平面上。 所 述第一上折片 12和第一下折片 14共同构成支撑并引导所述第二滑轨 20 在其中滑移的滑槽, 而 UPS80置放在所述承载片 13上并得到支撑 (如图 9所示)。
可以明白, 上述第一腹板 11 也可以仅设置一个沿长度方向具有合适 长度的第一下折片 14, 或者其他数量的第一下折片 14, 比如两个、 三个 或更多。 此外, 所述第一下折片 14也可以被设置成与所述承载片不在同 一个水平面上,比如所述第一下折片 14具有比承载片 13更高的水平高度。
所述第一腹板 11的首端设置有与其背面约成 90度角延伸的凸耳 17, 凸耳 17上布置有安装孔 18, 用于在安装时与机拒 90的立柱 91上的安装 孔 92对齐并通过固定装置比如螺栓将两者相互固定 (如图 8所示)。
所述第一腹板 11 的尾端为平截构型, 即其端面与其长度方向基本垂 直。 第二滑轨 20从该尾端套设于所述由第一上折片 12和第一下折片 14 构成的滑槽中。 可以想到, 所述第一腹板 11 的尾端也可以为斜截构型, 即其端面与其长度方向呈一定的斜角, 以方便安装时第二滑轨 20套入该 滑槽中。
如图 2A所示, 第一腹板 11还朝正面方向冲设有突环 15。 该突环 15 用于固定置放在第一滑轨 10的承载片 13上的 UPS。 可以在 UPS的与该 突环 15对应的位置设置突销(未示出), 该突销可在将 UPS置放在第一滑 轨的承载片 13上时插入该突环 15中,从而使 UPS得以固定在该第一滑轨 10上。 当然, 也可以在 UPS上设置其他的与突环 15配合以使两者得以相 互固定的结构, 比如在 UPS的相应位置也设置突环, 安装时该 UPS上的 该突环与第一腹板 11上的突环 15对准, 然后将插销插入通过该两个对准 的突环, 从而将两者相互固定。 以下将结合图 4和图 5对根据本发明的第二滑轨组件 60的第二滑轨 20进行描述。该第二滑轨 20的首端从第一滑轨 10的尾端套入由第一上折 片 12和第一下折片 14构成的滑槽中, 而其尾端与套入该第二滑轨 20内 的第三滑轨 30相连。 从图 4和图 5中可以看出, 该第二滑轨 20包括长形 的第二腹板 21,该第二腹板 21的上侧缘设有与该第二腹板 21的背面约成 90度角弯折延伸的 L形第二上折片 25, 第二腹板 21的下侧缘设有与该第 二腹板 21的背面约成 90度角弯折延伸的 L形第二下折片 27,该第二上折 片 25和第二下折片 27相对设置。 其中, 第二上折片 25具有从第二腹板 21延伸出的大致呈水平的部分和从该水平部分向下延伸出的竖直部分,第 二下折片 27具有从第二腹板 21延伸出的大致呈水平的部分和从该水平部 分向上延伸出的竖直部分, 所述第二上折片 25和第二下折片 27的竖直部 分大致在同一个竖直平面上。 所述第二上折片 25和第二下折片 27构成支 撑并引导所述第三滑轨 30在其中滑动的滑槽。
在图 4中可以看出, 该第二腹板 21的正面冲设有沿该第二腹板 21长 度方向延伸的凹槽 22, 从而相应地在该第二腹板 21的背面形成沿该第二 腹板 21的长度方向延伸的突起。 所述凹槽 22具有沿长度方向基本呈直线 形式延伸的上侧面 221和下侧面 222。 同时, 所述第二滑轨 20具有靠近第 一滑轨 10的第一端面 23和靠近第三滑轨 30的第二端面 24, 该第二滑轨 20的第二腹板 21中的所述凹槽 22包括分别靠近所述第一端面 23和第二 端面 24的第三端面 223和第四端面 224。所述第一端面 23与第三端面 223、 第二端面 24与第四端面 224分别具有设定的距离。
上述凹槽可构成第二滑轨 20在第一滑轨中滑动的止挡。 从图 3 中可 以看到, 所述第一滑轨 10的第一腹板 11上冲设有偏向该第一腹板 11的 背面的第一突片 16, 该第一突片 16朝第一腹板 11背面伸入所述凹槽 22 中。 当所述第二滑轨 20在第一滑轨 10内滑动时, 第三端面 223和第四端 面 224构成所述第一突片 16沿长度方向的运动的止挡, 防止第二滑轨 20 在收合至第一滑轨 10内时插入过深, 或者第二滑轨 20从第一滑轨 10展 开时发生脱落。 同时, 所述第一端面 23与第三端面 223、 第二端面 24与 第四端面 224之间的距离将决定了第二滑轨 20与第一滑轨 10的重合部分 的长度。
接下来将结合附图介绍第三滑轨 30的具体结构。 从图 5可以看出, 第三滑轨 30包括套设于第二滑轨 20内的长形腹板 31。为与所述第二上折 片 25和第二下折片 27构成的支撑并引导所述第三滑轨 30在其中滑动的 滑槽的构型相配合, 第三滑轨的腹板 31 的上侧缘和下侧缘分别延伸出相 应的上折部分和下折部分(图中未示出)。 可以想到, 该第三滑轨的腹板 31的上侧缘和下侧缘也可以不设置所述上折部分和下折部分,从而所述第 三滑轨为单纯的平板。 第三滑轨 30的首端套设于第二滑轨 20内, 其尾端 设置有朝腹板 31的背面延伸的凸耳 36,该凸耳 36上布置有安装孔 37 (见 图 2 ), 在使用时, 该安装孔 37将与机拒 90的立柱 91上的安装孔对准并 通过固定机构比如螺栓予以固定。
在图 5可看出, 所述第二滑轨 20的腹板 21上的所述第二上折片 25 和第二下折片 27的外边缘分别呈台阶状。 其中, 第二上折片 25的外边缘 包括远离所述第一滑轨 10 的第一段 251 和靠近所述第一滑轨的第二段 252, 第二下折片 27的外边缘包括远离所述第一滑轨 10的第一段 271和 靠近所述第一滑轨的第二段 272,所述第二上折片 25的第一段 251和第二 下折片 27的第一段 271之间的相对距离小于所述第二上折片 25的第二段 251和第二下折片 27的第二段 272之间的相对距离。
所述第二上折片 25和第二下折片 27的台阶状外边缘可与第三滑轨形 成止挡配合结构。 如图 5和图 5A可看出, 第三滑轨 30的尾端即靠近所述 第二滑轨 20的端部设有朝远离所述第二滑轨 20背面的方向延伸的两个第 二突片 34。 其中一个第二突片 34的上侧缘抵接所述第二滑轨的所述第二 上折片的外边缘的第二段 252,另一个第二突片 34的下侧缘抵接所述第二 滑轨的所述第二下折片的外边缘的第二段 272,从而当第二滑轨 20和第三 滑轨 30相背运动以展开滑轨组件时,该第一突片 34与所述第二上折片 25 和第二下折片 27的外边缘上的台阶形成止挡, 以防止第二滑轨 20和第三 滑轨 30因为滑移过多而相互脱离。 可以想象, 图中的两个第一突片 34也 可以被设置成单一的整体或者其他的构型, 只要能和所述外边缘上的台阶 形成止挡即可。
在图 5中还可看出, 所述第三滑轨 30的腹板 31上冲设有两个弹性片 32, 该弹性片 32的外端部的背面, 即朝向所述第二滑轨 20的腹板 21的 侧面, 设有第一突起 321。 在所述第二滑轨组件的收起状态下, 所述第二 滑轨 20的腹板 21上与该第一突起 321对应的位置处设置有与用于容纳该 第一突起 321的凹槽或通孔 28 (见图 5B及图 6 )。 如果要展开所述滑轨组 件, 必须施加足够的拉力以克服所述第一突起 321与通孔 28之间的作用 力, 从而防止所述第二滑轨 20意外地或自动地与第三滑轨 30相对滑动。 可以明白,也可以在所述第三滑轨 30的腹板 31仅设置一个所述弹性片 32, 或者设置其他数量的弹性片 32, 比如三个或多于三个。
从图 6和图 6A还可看出, 所述第三滑轨 30的腹板 31上设置有第二 突起 33, 在所述滑轨组件的收起状态下该第二突起 33容纳于所述第一滑 轨内并与所述第一滑轨 10的内侧面形成紧配合。
图 7示出了使用本发明的所述滑轨组件对的例示机拒 90。本领域技术 人员可以明白, 根据本发明的所述滑轨组件对还可以使用于其他很多领域 和场合, 包括但不限于抽屉或者服务器等需要与其他的装置或机构相对滑 动的场合。 图 Ί所示为典型的 UPS机拒, 其可用于容纳和安装多个 UPS 于其中。 该机拒 90包括大致两两相对地布置于机拒 90的侧壁内侧的四个 立柱 91, 该立柱 91用于安装根据本发明的滑轨组件对。
图 8示出了图 7中的机拒 90的安装有 UPS80的立柱 91部分,其中的 每个立柱 91沿其长度方向设置有多个安装孔 92。 使用时, 将第一滑轨 10 和 10,的首端以及第三滑轨 30和 30,的尾端的凸耳上的安装孔对准所述立 柱 91的选定高度位置处的安装孔 92,并通过螺栓等固定装置将两者固定, UPS 80支撑并固定在所述滑轨上,从而将 UPS 80安装在机拒 90的合适位 置上。 可以想象, 通过该方法, 可以沿机拒 90的高度方向安装多个 UPS。 由于立柱 91上的安装孔 92以相同的间距均匀地沿立柱长度方向布置, 滑 轨及 UPS的安装位置很容易确定, 从而使得滑轨及 UPS的安装十分简便 快捷。
图 9示出了图 8中的处于安装状态的滑轨组件对和 UPS。 其中可以看 出,该滑轨组件对包括分别位于 UPS 80的左侧和右侧的第一滑轨组件 60, 和第二滑轨组件 60, 并分别处于完全展开的状态。 UPS置放在所述滑轨组 件对上, 其中该 UPS 80的左侧底部和右侧底部各自受到第一滑轨 10,和 10的支撑部 18和 18,(见图 4和 5 )的支撑。 可以想象, UPS可以不受其 他装置的固定地落置在所述第一滑轨 10和 10,上, 也可以通过附加的机构 使 UPS受到进一步的固定。 所述附加的机构可以是螺栓、 螺钉、 粘合剂等 等, 也可以通过在所述滑轨的腹板 11 (见图 5 )上设置突起结构并使该突 起结构与 UPS形成过盈配合而得以固定。 同时, 如上文所做介绍, 第一滑 轨 10的腹板 11上的突环 15也可用于固定 UPS至滑轨组件上。
在本文中, 关于方位的术语, 比如上、 下、 背面、 正面、 前、 后等, 其使用仅仅是为了描述的方便,, 而并不是对方案本身的限制。 同时, 其 中的第一、 第二等术语只是用于区别两个或多个不同部件, 而不是表示两 者具有次序关系。 应当明白, 这些术语可以以其他的表述进行代替, 只要 不背离本发明的方案本意。 此外, 本发明的保护范围应当由权利要求书中 的权项予以确定, 本文所描述的实施例只是为了例示本发明欲请求保护的 技术方案或特征, 这些实施例无意用于代替各个权项的限定, 本发明的保 护范围包括但不限于上述实施例所体现的技术方案, 同时还包括上文没有 写明的与本发明不相背离的其他实施例。

Claims

权利要求
1. 一种滑轨组件, 包括: 第一滑轨(10、 10,), 其包括长形的第一腹 板(11、 11,),该第一腹板(11、 11,)具有在使用时面向所承载的物件(80 ) 的正面和在使用时背向所承载的物件(80 )的背面;套设于该第一滑轨( 10、 10,) 内并可相对该第一滑轨(10、 10,) 沿长度方向运动的第二滑轨(20、 20,),其特征在于,该第一腹板(11、 11,)的上侧缘设有与该第一腹板( 11、 11,) 的背面大致成 90度角弯折延伸的 L形第一上折片 (12、 12,), 该第 一腹板(11、 11,) 的下侧缘设有与该第一腹板(11、 11,) 的正面大致成 90度角弯折的用于承载物件(80 ) 的水平的承载片 (13、 13,), 该第一腹 板(11、 11,)还设有与该第一腹板( 11、 11,) 的背面大致成 90度角弯折 延伸的与所述第一上折片 (12、 12,)相对的呈 L形的至少一个第一下折 片( 14、 14, ),所述第一上折片( 12、 12,)和所述至少一个第一下折片( 14、 14,)共同构成支撑并引导所述第二滑轨(20、 20,)在其中滑移的滑槽。
2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的滑轨组件, 其特征在于, 所述第一下折片
( 14、 14,) 的水平部分在与所述承载片 (13、 13,)相同的水平面上从所 述第一腹板(11、 11 ' )延伸出。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的滑轨组件,其特征在于,所述第二滑轨(20、 20,) 包括长形的第二腹板(21、 21,), 该第二腹板(21、 21 ' ) 的正面设 有沿该第二腹板(21、 21 ' ) 的长度方向延伸的凹槽 (22、 22,)。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的滑轨组件,其特征在于,所述第一腹板( 10、 10,)还设有朝其背面伸入所述凹槽 (22、 22,) 中的第一突片 (16、 16,), 所述第二滑轨( 20、 20, )具有第一端面( 23、 23' )和第二端面( 24、 24, ), 所述凹槽 (22、 22,) 包括与所述第一端面 (23、 23,) 和第二端面 (24、 24,)分别具有设定距离的第三端面( 223、 223,)和第四端面( 224、 224,), 该第三端面( 223、 223' )和第四端面( 224、 224' )构成所述第一突片( 16、 16,) 沿长度方向运动的止挡。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的滑轨组件,其特征在于,所述第二腹板(20、 20,) 的上侧缘设有与该第二腹板(20、 20,) 背面大致成 90度角延伸的 L 形第二上折片 (25、 25' ), 所述第二腹板(20、 20,) 的下侧缘设有与该第 二腹板(20、 20,)的背面大致成 90度角延伸的 L形第二下折片(27、 27, ), 该第二上折片 (25、 25,) 和第二下折片 (27、 27,)相对设置。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的滑轨组件, 其特征在于,还包括套设于所述 第二滑轨(20、 20,)中的第三滑轨(30、 30,), 所述第二上折片 (25、 25,) 和第二下折片 (27、 27' ) 构成支撑并引导所述第三滑轨(30、 30,)在第 二滑轨(20、 20,) 中滑动的滑槽。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的滑轨组件,其特征在于,所述第二滑轨(20、 20,) 的第二上折片 (25、 25,)和第二下折片 (27、 27,) 由靠近所述第三 滑轨(30、 30,)的第一段和靠近所述第一滑轨的第二段组成, 第二上折片
( 25、 25,) 的第一段的外边缘(251、 251 ' ) 与第二下折片 (27、 27,) 的 第一段的外边缘(271、 271 ' )之间的距离小于第二上折片 (25、 25,) 的 第二段的外边缘( 252、 252' ) 与第二下折片 (27、 27,) 的第二段的外边 缘( 272、 272' )之间的距离从而在所述第二上折片的外边缘和 /或第二下 折片的外边缘形成台阶。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的滑轨组件,其特征在于,所述第三滑轨(30、 30, )的靠近所述第二滑轨( 20、 20, )的端部设有朝远离所述第二滑轨( 20、
20,) 的背面的方向延伸的突片 (34, 34,), 该突片 (34, 34,) 的上下两 侧缘分别抵接所述第二滑轨(20、 20,) 的所述第二上折片 ( 25、 25,) 的 外边缘和第二下折片 (27、 27,) 的外边缘, 在所述第二滑轨(20、 20,) 和第三滑轨(30、 30,)相背运动时该突片 (34, 34,) 与所述第二上折片 ( 20、 20,) 和 /或第二下折片 (30、 30,) 的外边缘上的台阶形成止挡。
9. 根据权利要求 6所述的滑轨组件,其特征在于,所述第三滑轨(30、 30,) 包括第三腹板(31、 31,), 该第三腹板(31、 31,) 上冲设有至少一 个弹性片 (32、 32' ), 该弹性片 (32、 32,) 的外端部的朝向所述第二滑轨
( 20、 20,) 的第二腹板(21、 21 ' ) 的侧面设有第一突起(321、 321,), 所述第二滑轨(20、 20,) 的第二腹板(21、 21 ' ) 的在所述滑轨组件的收 起状态下与该第一突起(321、 321 ' )对应的位置处设置有用于容纳该第一 突起(321、 321 ' ) 的凹槽或通孔(28、 28,)。
10. 根据权利要求 6所述的滑轨组件,其特征在于,所述第三滑轨( 30、 30,) 的第三腹板(31、 31,) 上设置有第二突起(33、 33,), 在所述滑轨 组件的收起状态下该第二突起(33、 33,)位于所述第一滑轨( 10、 10,) 内并与所述第一滑轨(10、 10,) 的内侧面形成紧配合。
11. 一种滑轨组件对, 其包括第一滑轨组件 (60,) 和第二滑轨组件 ( 60 ), 其特征在于, 该第一滑轨组件 (60,) 和第二滑轨组件 (60 ) 中的 至少一个为根据上述权利要求 1-13中任一项所述的滑轨组件。
12. 根据权利要求 11所述的滑轨组件对, 其特征在于, 所述第一滑轨 组件( 60 )与第二滑轨组件( 60, )镜像对称,其中,所述第一滑轨组件( 60 ) 的第二滑轨( 20 )和第二滑轨组件( 60, ) 的第二滑轨( 20, )可替换使用, 所述第一滑轨组件(60 )的第三滑轨(30 )和第二滑轨组件(60,)的第三 滑轨( 30, ) 可替换使用。
