Abstract

一种滑轨托架结构,包括一滑轨及滑动连接于所述滑轨一端的后托架,所述滑轨托架结构还包括一滑架;所述后托架上设有沿其延伸方向设置的滑槽;所述滑架上设有与所述滑槽匹配的滑动部;所述滑架通过所述滑动部及所述滑槽与所述后托架滑动连接,所述滑架与所述滑轨固定连接。该滑轨托架结构中,后托架与滑轨之间的相对滑动通过所述滑架实现,滑架起到辅助支承作用,进而使滑轨托架结构具有较大的支承长度调节范围并具有较高的支承强度。

滑轨托架结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种滑轨托架结构。
背景技术
服务器机箱可通过滑轨托架结构安装固定。滑轨托架结构通常包括滑轨及一后托架,且该后托架通常与滑轨是活动地连接,以调整后托架的支承长度。
现有技术中的滑轨托架结构中,通常在滑轨上沿其延伸方向设置一排凸柱,并在后托架上设置与该排凸柱对应的滑槽,后托架通过该滑槽与该排凸柱滑动连接。如此一来,后托架的滑动距离受到该滑槽及该排凸柱的制约,滑动距离相应受到限制。如果需要增加后托架的滑动距离,则所述滑槽的长度需要相应延长,从而造成后托架的支承强度被削弱。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种滑轨托架结构,使其具有较大的支承长度调节范围并具有较高的支承强度。
一种滑轨托架结构,包括一滑轨及滑动连接于所述滑轨一端的后托架,所述滑轨托架结构还包括一滑架和一连接件,所述滑架包括一滑动板;所述后托架包括一盖板及两第二折边,每一第二折边通过一第三折弯部连接于所述盖板一侧并相对于所述盖板平行向外延伸,两第三折弯部夹持于所述盖板两侧以形成一滑槽;所述滑架上设有与所述滑槽匹配的滑动部,所述滑动部为设置于所述滑动板侧面的翼边;所述滑架通过所述滑动部及所述滑槽与所述后托架滑动连接,所述滑架与所述滑轨固定连接;所述连接件包括一托板,所述托板中部设有沿所述后托架的滑动方向延伸的导向槽;所述托板与所述两第二折边贴合固定;所述翼边滑动连接于所述滑槽内,所述滑动板穿过所述导向槽与所述滑轨连接。
作为优选,所述滑架还包括一第一折弯部,所述翼边通过所述第一折弯部连接于所述滑动板的侧面,且所述翼边与所述滑动板平行。
作为优选,所述滑动板上设有至少一锁定件,所述滑轨上设有与所述锁定件匹配的锁定孔,所述滑架通过所述锁定件及所述锁定孔与所述滑轨固定连接。
作为优选,所述后托架及所述滑架上设有相互匹配的限位部件,当所述后托架相对于所述滑架滑动时,所述限位部件用于限定所述后托架相对于所述滑架的滑动距离。
作为优选,所述限位部件包括设于所述后托架一端的卡扣及设于所述滑架一端的卡槽;当所述后托架沿所述滑架滑动并延伸至所述滑架外部的预定位置时,所述卡扣卡入所述卡槽。
作为优选,所述限位部件还包括设于所述后托架一端的第一止挡部及设于所述滑架另一端的第二止挡部,所述第一止挡部与所述第二止挡部相对设置;当所述后托架沿所述滑架滑动至与所述滑架重合的位置时,第一止挡部与所述第二止挡部相互抵接。
作为优选,所述后托架包括一盖板及两第一折边,每一第一折边通过一第二折弯部连接于所述盖板一侧并相对于所述盖板向内弯折形成一滑槽,所述滑动板的两侧各设有一翼边,每一翼边滑动连接于对应一侧的滑槽内。
作为优选,所述连接件还包括分别连接于所述托板两侧的两第三折边,所述滑轨包括滑轨主体及分别连接于所述滑轨主体两侧的两第四折边,所述第四折边与所述第三折边平行设置且相邻的第四折边与第三折边滑动接触。
上述滑轨托架结构中,滑架通过所述滑动部及所述滑槽与所述后托架滑动连接,所述滑架与所述滑轨固定连接,从而使后托架与滑轨之间的相对滑动通过所述滑架实现,滑架起到辅助支承作用,进而使滑轨托架结构具有较大的支承长度调节范围并具有较高的支承强度。

具体实施方式
第一实施例
如图1至图2所示,滑轨托架结构100包括一滑轨40、一滑架20及一后托架10。滑架20与滑轨40固定连接。后托架10与所述滑架20滑动连接,从而相对于滑轨40滑动。
后托架10上设有沿后托架10的延伸方向设置的滑槽170。滑架20上设有与滑槽170匹配的滑动部。滑架20通过该滑动部及滑槽170与后托架10滑动连接。
在具体实施中,滑架20可包括一滑动板210,滑动部可为设置于滑动板210侧面的翼边230。相应的,滑架20还包括一第一折弯部220,翼边230通过第一折弯部220连接于滑动板220的侧面,且翼边230连接于滑动板220的侧面后与滑动板210平行。
为保证滑架20与后托架10之间的平稳滑动,滑动板210的两侧面各设有一第一折弯部220及一翼边230,后托架10上设有两滑槽170,两翼边230分别滑动连接于一滑槽170内。具体而言,后托架10可包括一盖板110及两第一折边160。每一第一折边160通过一第二折弯部150连接于盖板110的一侧,且每一第一折边160和对应的第二折弯部150相对于盖板110向内弯折形成一滑槽170。滑动板210两侧面的两翼边230分别滑动连接于一滑槽170内,使后托架10可沿滑动板210的延伸方向滑动。
滑动板210上可设置至少一锁定件240,滑轨40上可设置与锁定件240匹配的锁定孔430,滑架20通过锁定件240及锁定孔430与滑轨20固定连接。在具体实施中,锁定件240也可设置在滑轨40上,相应的,锁定孔430可对应设置于滑动板210上。
在一优选实施方式中,后托架10及滑架20上设有相互匹配的限位部件,当后托架10相对于滑架20滑动时,限位部件用于限定后托架10相对于滑架20的滑动距离。例如,在具体实施中,限位部件可包括设于后托架10一端的卡扣140及设于滑架20一端的卡槽260。当后托架10沿滑架20滑动并延伸至滑架20外部的预定位置时,卡扣140卡入卡槽260以限制后托架10滑出的最大距离,避免后托架10脱离滑架20。
限位部件还可以包括设于后托架10一端的第一止挡部180及设于滑架20另一端的第二止挡部250,第一止挡部180与第二止挡部250相对设置。当后托架10沿滑架20滑动至与滑架20重合的位置时,第一止挡部180与第二止挡部250相互抵接。
上述滑轨托架结构100中,滑架20通过滑动部及滑槽170与后托架10滑动连接,滑架20与滑轨40固定连接,从而使后托架10与滑轨40之间的相对滑动通过滑架20实现,滑架20起到辅助支承作用,后托架10上不必设置开槽而削弱其强度,进而使滑轨托架结构100具有较大的支承长度调节范围并具有较高的支承强度。
第二实施例
如图3至图5所示,本实施例中,滑架20及滑轨40的实施方式可采用与第一实施例中的滑架20及滑轨40相同的方式实现,在此不再具体限定。第二实施例与第一实施例的区别在于:
第二实施例中,滑轨托架结构100还包括一连接件30。后托架10包括一盖板110及两第二折边130。每一第二折边130通过一第三折弯部120连接于盖板110的一侧,第二折边130相对于盖板110平行向盖板110的外侧延伸。两第三折弯部120夹持于盖板110的两侧以形成一滑槽(图中未标出)。
连接件30包括一托板310,托板310中部设有沿后托架10的滑动方向延伸的导向槽3101。托板310与两第二折边130贴合固定,滑架20的翼边230滑动连接于滑槽内,滑动板210穿过导向槽3101与滑轨40连接。
在一优选实施方式中,连接件30还包分别连接于托板310两侧的两第三折边320,滑轨40可包括滑轨主体410及分别连接于滑轨主体410两侧的两第四折边420,第四折边420与第三折边320平行设置且相邻的第四折边420与第三折边320滑动接触。滑轨40的端部可连接一固定装置50,以与外部装置,例如一机柜固定连接。

Claims (8)

1.一种滑轨托架结构,包括一滑轨及滑动连接于所述滑轨一端的后托架,其特征在于:所述滑轨托架结构还包括一滑架和一连接件,所述滑架包括一滑动板;所述后托架包括一盖板及两第二折边,每一第二折边通过一第三折弯部连接于所述盖板一侧并相对于所述盖板平行向外延伸,两第三折弯部夹持于所述盖板两侧以形成一滑槽;所述滑架上设有与所述滑槽匹配的滑动部,所述滑动部为设置于所述滑动板侧面的翼边;所述滑架通过所述滑动部及所述滑槽与所述后托架滑动连接,所述滑架与所述滑轨固定连接;所述连接件包括一托板,所述托板中部设有沿所述后托架的滑动方向延伸的导向槽;所述托板与所述两第二折边贴合固定;所述翼边滑动连接于所述滑槽内,所述滑动板穿过所述导向槽与所述滑轨连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的滑轨托架结构,其特征在于:所述滑架还包括一第一折弯部,所述翼边通过所述第一折弯部连接于所述滑动板的侧面,且所述翼边与所述滑动板平行。
3.如权利要求1所述的滑轨托架结构,其特征在于:所述滑动板上设有至少一锁定件,所述滑轨上设有与所述锁定件匹配的锁定孔,所述滑架通过所述锁定件及所述锁定孔与所述滑轨固定连接。
4.如权利要求1所述的滑轨托架结构,其特征在于:所述后托架及所述滑架上设有相互匹配的限位部件,当所述后托架相对于所述滑架滑动时,所述限位部件用于限定所述后托架相对于所述滑架的滑动距离。
5.如权利要求4所述的滑轨托架结构,其特征在于:所述限位部件包括设于所述后托架一端的卡扣及设于所述滑架一端的卡槽;当所述后托架沿所述滑架滑动并延伸至所述滑架外部的预定位置时,所述卡扣卡入所述卡槽。
6.如权利要求5所述的滑轨托架结构,其特征在于:所述限位部件还包括设于所述后托架一端的第一止挡部及设于所述滑架另一端的第二止挡部,所述第一止挡部与所述第二止挡部相对设置;当所述后托架沿所述滑架滑动至与所述滑架重合的位置时,第一止挡部与所述第二止挡部相互抵接。
7.如权利要求2所述的滑轨托架结构,其特征在于:所述后托架包括一盖板及两第一折边,每一第一折边通过一第二折弯部连接于所述盖板一侧并相对于所述盖板向内弯折形成一滑槽,所述滑动板的两侧各设有一翼边,每一翼边滑动连接于对应一侧的滑槽内。
8.如权利要求1所述的滑轨托架结构,其特征在于:所述连接件还包括分别连接于所述托板两侧的两第三折边,所述滑轨包括滑轨主体及分别连接于所述滑轨主体两侧的两第四折边,所述第四折边与所述第三折边平行设置且相邻的第四折边与第三折边滑动接触。
