在液晶面板的制造过程中, 需要对液晶进行初始配向。 目前, 紫外线固化(简称 UV Curing) 是对液晶进行配向的重要制程, 该方法主要是在液晶面板注满液晶后, 通过 UV 和电场的共同作 ^完成液晶配向。

各个相邻的可伸缩探针之间的部分缝隙设有绝缘层,各个可伸缩探针的探针套和探针 的相邻外周壁上设有绝缘涂层。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的探针模组, 其中,
各个相邻的可伸缩探针之间的距离在 0.〗 mm- 2mm范围内。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的探针模组, 其中,
在所述电阻监控装置测量的电阻值在第一设定范围内时,判定所述至少两个相互之间 绝缘的可伸缩探针未与接触面接触;
在所述电阻监控装置测量的电阻值在第二设定范围内时,判定所述至少两个相互之间 绝缘的可伸缩探针与接触面接触。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的探针模组, 其中, 还包括与所述电阻监控装置电连接的报 警器, 其在所述电阻监控装置测量的电阻值在第一设定范围内时, 发出警报。
Ί、 根据权利要求 6所述的探针模组, 其中, 所述报警器通过声音或灯光方式来发出 警报。
