Description

一种热压装置的装板机 技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于胶合板或木质建筑模板胚料加工的热压装置的装板机。
背景技术
在胶合板或木质建筑模板生产设备中, 热压装置是最重要的设备之一。 目前热压装置的 装板方式大致有三大类型: 第一种是全人工装卸板; 第二种是人工装板到装板机, 人工将热 压机内已加工好的板子推到接板架, 再从装板机进料到热压机内, 人工在接板架 (晾板架) 处接板堆叠; 第三种是人工装板到装板机, 自动将热压机内已加工好的板子出到接板架 (晾 板架) 同时将装板机上胚板留在热压机内, 再接板堆叠。
第一类型和第二类型员工劳动强度高, 效率低, 并且员工要靠近热压机操作, 温度高, 有安全隐患。 第三类型装板的装板机目前有多种形式, 但制造复杂, 动作复杂, 且因设计缺 陷仅限于厚度为 7mm以上胚板的装机和出机, 对于厚度低于 7mm的胚板则不能适用。
公开号为 CN 202367827 U, 申请日为 2011年 12月 28日的实用新型专利, 公开了一种 带有装板机的热压机, 构成包括热压机, 热压机的一侧设有装板机, 另一侧设有卸板架。 该 实用新型虽然实现了放板、 压板、 卸板全自动化, 但其结构较为复杂, 且仍然不能适用于厚 度较薄胚板的装机和出机。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供一种热压装置的装板机,适用于 3mm及以上的胶合板 或木质建筑模板胚料的装机和出机, 它制造容易、 操作简单, 装板准确方便。
为了达到上述技术效果, 本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种热压装置的装板机, 其特征在于包括: 主框体; 层板架, 设置于所述主框体内并可 从主框体内部向主框体后方往复运动, 所述层板架包括上下间隔设置的多个层板, 每个层板 包括中间部分和两端部分, 中间部分高于两端部分; 拐手立柱, 固定于主框体的后方左右两 端; 和拐手, 拐手的一端固定于所述拐手立柱, 另一端向外伸出, 每个层板的左右各对应设 置一拐手, 所述拐手可以所述拐手立柱为转轴在层板两端部分的上方水平转动至主框体外。
