Abstract

La présente invention concerne un échangeur de chaleur pour un appareil de cuisson, des tubes de transfert de chaleur présentant des sections transversales supérieure et inférieure symétriques, ainsi que des sections transversales gauche et droite, étant agencés selon un alignement de manière à relier une chambre à combustion et un tube de sortie, les tubes de transfert de chaleur étant chauffés par un gaz de combustion traversant les tubes de transfert de chaleur, et de l'air étant mis en circulation au moyen d'un ventilateur à convection et évacué vers les tubes de transfert de chaleur chauffés, et ainsi l'air, dont la direction a été modifiée par le ventilateur à convection, est rapidement chauffé par échange de chaleur tout en traversant les au moins deux tubes de transfert de chaleur présentant des côtés supérieur et inférieur symétriques, ainsi que gauche et droit . L'échangeur de chaleur pour l'appareil de cuisson selon la présente invention présente les avantages suivants: une surface efficace accrue pour le transfert de chaleur par l'air en permettant la distribution d'une importante quantité de chaleur vers une surface plate sur les tubes de transfert de chaleur; un temps de chauffage initial court et un temps de cuisson réduit du fait du chauffage rapide des tubes de transfert de chaleur; une force d'entraînement réduite requise pour le ventilateur à convection du fait d'une surface plus petite des tubes de transfert de chaleur; un chauffage rapide d'une importante quantité d'air du fait de l'échange de chaleur au moyen de l'importante quantité d'air traversant la pluralité de tubes de transfert de chaleur; une consommation d'énergie réduite du fait du chauffage rapide au moyen d'une faible quantité de gaz de combustion; pas de génération de bruit en permettant à l'air de traverser les tubes de transfert de chaleur plats; une perte de pression faible par ralentissement du débit du gaz de combustion qui passe à l'intérieur des tubes de transfert de chaleur; un espace d'installation réduit au minimum du fait que la pluralité de tubes de transfert de chaleur présente des sections transversales étroites; une perte de force d'entraînement réduite du ventilateur à convection du fait de l'alignement des tubes de transfert de chaleur; et une augmentation et une diminution aisées de capacité.
