本发明的另外一些方面还提供了一种冲 ¾装置,包括 ¾瓶、奶嘴以及前述的 奶粉盒, 奶瓶与所述奶粉盒之间通过前述第二连接机构连接,奶嘴通过所述第 - - 连接机构或圏定在所述第一连接机构上的 ^嘴固定圈与奶粉盒连接。
本发明的再一方面还提供了一种使 ffl前述的冲奶装置辅助冲奶的方法,包括 以下歩骤:
si、提供用于存储用户需要量的水的一奶瓶, 以及用于存储用户需要量的奶 粉的一奶粉盒;
52、 同时提供一奶粉出口闽, 以保持在冲泡前所述奶瓶和奶粉盒之间的扔粉 出口被奶粉出口阀堵住;

54、 提供一组密封件, 使得在扔粉出口打幵后, 奶粉盒与扔瓶之间可通过所 述奶粉出口形成与外界密封隔绝的奶粉通道以供冲泡奶粉。
本发明的某些方面的奶粉盒, 与现有技术相比, 可具有以 T有益效果: 连接 于奶瓶和奶嘴间使用, 在冲泡前, 将奶粉和水分别装入奶粉盒和奶瓶, 再连接上 奶嘴部分, 形成整体式的冲奶装置, 当需要^泡时, 只需对 ^粉盒进行简单的操 作, 使奶粉出口阀与奶粉出口错开, 打开奶粉出口, 供奶粉与水结合。 由于奶粉 盒与奶瓶之间通过奶粉出口形成了一个与外界密封的¾粉通道,所以 ¾粉迸入水 后, 无需拆卸奶粉盒盒体, 即可进行混合而不渗漏, 又因为还形成了由奶瓶通往 扔嘴的与外界密封的奶水通道, 所以冲泡好以后, 也无需拆卸奶粉盒盒体, 直接 饮用也可能避免出现渗漏的现象。该冲奶装置使用起来极其方便,尤其适用于在 倒如夜间或外出其他需要快速冲奶的时候使用。
本发明的某些方面的冲奶装置的辅助冲奶方法, 事先分装好水和¾粉后,在 需要冲泡时,仅需一个简单的步骤, 即对操作部进行操作以使奶粉出口阀和奶粉 出口发生相对运动, 即可打幵或关闭奶粉出口, 在整个冲泡和饮用过程中无需拆 奶粉盒盒体, 步骤比较简化,尤其适合于例如夜间或外出或其他需要快速冲奶的 情况 T使用。

实施例 A
本实施例提供一种如图 1所示的冲^装置 A -50 , 包括奶瓶 A- 51、 奶嘴 (图 中未示出) 和奶粉盒 A- 52, 如图 1和图 2, 该奶粉盒包括盒体 A- 525、 第一连接 机构 A- 521和第二连接机构 A- 524, 其中, 第一连接机构设于盒体的上部, 且第 连接机构上固定有^嘴固定圈 (图中未示出), 通过将奶嘴 (图中未示出) 连 接至该奶嘴固定圈上, 实现^嘴与奶粉盒的密封配合连接; 奶瓶 51与奶粉盒 A 52之间通过第二连接机构 A- 524连接。盒体 A- 525的下端口为奶粉出口 A- 526, 可供奶粉盒 A- 52中的奶粉与奶瓶 A-51中的水结合。 奶粉盒 A-52具有奶粉出口 阀 A- 523和操作部, 用户通过操作部进行操作使奶粉出口闽 A-523与奶粉出口 A --526发生相对运动, 使得奶粉盒 52具有第一工伤位和第二工作位。 在本实 施例中, 奶粉出口阀 A- 523形成了奶粉盒 A- 52的盒底, 操作部即为盒体的外壁 和第二连接机构外壁,用户可以分别握住盒体 A- 525外壁和第二连接机构的外壁 进行操作, 本实施例中为旋扭操作。 第二连接机构 524包括盒体支撑件 A -522 和瓶口连接件 527 , 在本实施例中, 该两个部件是一体成型。 盒体 A -525与第 二连接 钩 A-524可活动连接, 瓶口连接件 527具有内螺纹与奶瓶 A 51瓶口 处的外螺纹匹配连接, 以实现奶粉盒和¾瓶之间的连接。 在本实施例中, 盒体 A-525是与第二连接机构 A- 524的盒体支撑件 A- 522螺紋连接, 并可纵向相对运 动。 当用户一手握住盒体 A -525 , —手握住奶瓶进行旋扭, 使盒体 525与盒体 支撑件 A ·522发生级向相对运动, 该运动使得奶粉盒 Α ·52具有前述的第一工作 位和第二工作位: 第一工作位为关闭 即相对旋扭使得奶粉出口被盒底堵住) j¾ 粉出口 A- 526以使盒体 A- 525与盒底共同形成与奶瓶 A- 51的内腔隔离的奶粉放 置腔; 第二工作位为打开(即相离旋扭使得奶粉出口不再被盒底封堵)扔粉出口 A-526以使奶粉盒 A -52内腔与奶瓶 A- 51内腔之间形成与外界密封隔绝的奶粉通 道供) Φ泡奶粉, 且奶瓶 A- 51通往奶嘴之间可形成与外界密封隔绝的奶水通道供 饮用奶水。
在本实施例中, 盒底通过其边缘延伸出的第三连接机构 A 5231_连接于奶瓶 瓶口边缘上。 盒底的外圈环带上设有漏洞 A -5235 , 漏洞的数目不限, 但必须保 证盒底与第三连接机构 A 5231之间有连接, 不能断开, 该些漏洞 A 5235是与奶 瓶的内腔连通的。 当朝¾粉出口阀 A- 523方向旋扭盒体 A-525至奶粉出口 A- 526 被盒底的上表面完全堵住 ·, 所述漏洞 A- 5235被所述盒体 A- 525下沿堵住, 为 所述第一工作位, 即图 3所示的奶粉盒, 当朝远离盒底方向旋扭盒体 A- 525时, 所述漏洞 A- - 5235打开, 旋扭至盒体被第二连接机构 A -524内设有的密封限位机 构抵住而无法继续旋扭时, 为所述第二工作位, 即图 4所示的奶粉盒。
漏洞在盒底径向上的尺寸为盒底直径的 l/10〜i/5为最佳,太大会造成盒底 的有效遮挡区域过小, .从而奶粉盒容积太小, 以不超过盒底半径的 2/3为宜以不 大于盒底直径的 1/3为宜; 太小又会造成奶粉和水混合不畅, 以不小于盒底直径 的 1 /25为宜。 漏洞最好为弧形。
只用一些较小的漏洞来实现奶粉盒和奶瓶之间的连通是一种打破常规的做 法。 一般认为, 只有盒底直径的 1 /50的漏洞可能会太小, 因为奶粉不易下漏。 但是, 本发明人意外发现, ώ于水的流动性和对奶粉的溶解能力, 虽然扔粉不易 下漏, 但只需要摇动奶瓶, 在水上冲的时候, 可以很轻易地把残留的奶粉冲刷到 奶瓶中, 而 ϋ漏洞小尺寸时还能留给¾粉放置腔更大的空间。 实操证实, 这种摇 动和普通奶瓶的摇匀操作并不需要显著不同郎能达到效果。更出人意料的是,釆 用本方案后, 冲奶装置的设†方案得到了大大简化。 这是因为, 采用本方案后, 只需要盒体和盒底之间有轴向相对运动就可以实现开合,而无须以对盒底进行翻 转或取出盒底或移动盒底。
如图 3所示, 作为优选,盒体支撑件 A- 522下部的内表面形成阶梯状排列的 第一台肩 A- 5221和第二台肩 A- 5222 , 该盼梯状是倒阶梯状。
如图 2至 4所示, 为了形成与外界密封隔绝的扔粉通道和^水通道,优选采 用密封圈的设计, 第二连接机构 A- 524与奶瓶 A- 51的瓶口接触处设有第一密封 圈 A- 529, 于奶瓶和奶粉盒的连接处与外界的密封。 该第一密封圈 A-529的形 状为"] "形,套于第≡连接机构 A- 5231的边缘上,覆盖所述第:三连接机构 A- 5231 的上表面的至少一部分和下表面的至少一部分;该第一密封圈 A- - 529具有第一上 端面和与该第一上端面相对的第一 T端面, 其中, 第一上端面与第二连接机构 A - 524的内表面接触 具体地, 是与盒体支撑件 A- 522的下端口边缘, 即圆环面 接触)并发生形变, 第一下端面与奶瓶瓶口边缘接触并发生形变, 以实现奶瓶与 外界的密封, 以及奶粉通道和奶水通道与 界的密封隔绝。
如图 2至 4所示,盒体 525下端口处设有隨盒体运动的第二密封圈 A -528 , 用于所述第一工伤位时,所述^粉放置腔与奶瓶内腔的密封隔绝, 以及第二工作 位时奶水通道与外界的密封隔绝。 该第二密封圈 A- 528的形状也为 "] "形, 但 并非如第一密封圈 A- 529—样上下对称,套于盒体 A- 525的下端口向外延伸出的 第二凸缘 A- - 5251上, 该第二密封圈 A -528具有第二上端面和与该第二上端面相 对的第二下端面,第一工作位时,所述第二下端面与盒底 523接触并发生形变, 以实现所述奶粉放置腔与奶瓶之间的密封隔绝和奶瓶与外界之间的密封隔绝;第 二工诈位时,所述第二上端面与第二连接机构的内表面接触(具体地是与盒体支 撑件 522内表面的第一台肩接触)并发生形变, 以实现所述扔水通道与 界的 密封。
另,所述第一连接机构 A-521与奶嘴的连接或通过奶嘴固定圈与奶嘴的连接 也都是密封的。
如图 3和图 4所示, 作为优选,第二密封圈 A 528的第二上端面设有至少一 圈第一凸起 A -5281 (图中为两圈), 第二上端面和第二下端面之间具有一侧面, 可知, 该侧面是一圆环曲面, 该圆环曲面的上边缘连接第二上端面, 下边缘连接 第二下端面, 在该侧面靠近第二下端面的圆环带上, 延伸出一凸台 A- 5284, 第 二下端面由内圈向外圈依次设有一圈第二凸起 A- 5282和一圈第三凸起 A- 5283。 如图 3所示: 在第一工作位时, 第二凸起 A- 5282和盒底 A- 523的漏洞 A- 5235 以内的部分接触并发生形变, 以增强奶粉放置腔与奶瓶内腔的密封; 第:三凸起 A---5283与第三连接机构 5231的上表面接触并发生形变, 且此处的形变量小于 第二凸起对盒底所产生的形变量, 用于当奶瓶内腔有蒸汽压力 ^, 进行泄压, 不 至于让水蒸气从第二凸起处进入奶粉放置腔。 如图 4, 在第二工作位 ': 第 - -凸 起 A -5281与盒体支撑件 A -522内表面的第一台肩 A -5221接触并发生形变,以增 强奶水通道与外界密封; 凸台 A ·5284与第二台肩 A ·5222接触并发生形变, 由于 在组装奶粉盒的过程中,用户可能会触碰到第二密封圈 Α- 528的侧面,所以凸台 此时与第二台肩的配合,避免了奶水渗漏出去冲刷到所述侧面,造成奶水的污染。
如图 2所示,为了避免外界的污染从盒体 Α 525与盒体支撑件 Α 522的螺纹 连接处进入冲奶装置的第二密封圈处(具体地, 如圏 3 , 污染可能迸入到第二密 封圈的第二上端面、 侧面、 凸台 Α- 5284、 盒体支撑件 Α- 522的内表面和盒体的 外表面围成的空间内), 特在盒体 Α 525的外螺紋和第一连接机构 Α- 521之阆的 表面上设有一圈密封壁 Α- 5253 , 还有可卡于该密封壁上的一密封环 Α -5254。 在 第一工作位时,密封环或密封壁刚好处于盒体支撑件 Α 522的上端口处,起到了 此处的密封伤用, 因此, 该密封壁 Α 5253和密封环 Α ·5254的设计解决了上述问 题。
类似地,第一密封圈 Α- 529的上、下表面也可作出类似第二密封圈上的第一 凸起 Α -5281 的设计, 以加强第一密封圈的密封作用。 密封圈可二次注塑形成, 也可以需要时再箍上去。密封圈的材料优选橡胶、硅胶等弹性、 耐高温和无毒的 材料。
在通过螺纹开合的过程中同时实现奶瓶、 奶粉通道和奶粉通道与外界的密 封, 在其两个极限位(奶粉出口打开和奶粉出口关闭)上, 螺纹总是拧得越紧密 封越好。这是因为拧紧力和密封压力是同向的, 并 在开合运动的中间过程中是 不需要密封的。本实施例提供的冲 ¾装置, 奶粉出口是盒底的下端口, 而奶粉出 口阈构成盒底, 盒体与盒底之间通过螺紋旋 实现纵向相对运动, 在想成奶粉 放置腔时, 盒底与盒体下端口相抵越紧, 即越用力旋扭, 密封越好, 即旋扭力与 密封压力是同向的; 而奶粉盒将迸入第二工作位时, 盒体远离盒底运动, 盒体运 动至抵到密封限位机构, 为第二工作位的极限位, 不但可以供用户判断是否到达 第二工作位, 而 ϋ还起到了密封奶水通道的作 ¾,此处的密封压力也是与旋扭力 同向, 在运动过程中实现了运动件的密封。 相比而言, 背景技术中提到的专利 ( ZL200520016908. 8 ) 由于密封力是在纵向 (轴向), 而开合力是在径向, 在开 合的过程中无法为密封加力, ώ于幵合力和密封力不同向, 从而造成密封困难, 可见, 在对比文件中运动密封或者在运动中密封是极有必要的。
本实施例的冲奶装置的使 ]¾方法如下, 但不限于此:
S 1.奶瓶中置入水; S2.分别握住盒体外壁和第二连接机构 壁,将盒体往盒 底方向进行旋扭,旋扭至盒体下端口紧抵盒底的上表面,形成所述的奶粉放置腔, 再从第一连接机构的口处置入奶粉; S3.将¾粉盒和奶瓶旋扭连接好; S4.将奶嘴 连接至第一连接机构, 处于待冲泡状态; S5.将处于待冲泡状态的冲奶装置放入 暖奶器中, 如图 4-2所示, 以进行保温或加热。 当需要冲泡时, 仅需按照上述方 式进行旋扭, 只是旋扭的方向刚好相反, 使得奶粉出口和奶粉出口阔错开, 扔粉 出口打幵, 奶粉和水至少可以接触到, 再摇晃即可完成冲泡。 实施例 B
本实施例提供一种如图 5所示的冲奶装置 B- 10 , 包括奶瓶 B- 11、 奶嘴 (图 中未示出) 和奶粉盒 1 2 , 奶粉盒 1 2包括盒体 1 25、 奶粉出口阀、 第一连 接机构 B- - 121和第二连接机钩 B-- 124,其中,第一连接机钩 B-121设于盒体 B - 125 的上部, 用于与所述奶嘴(图未示)配合连接。 奶瓶& 1 1与^粉盒 B ·12之间通 过第二连接机构 Β- 124连接, 如图 7所示, ¾粉盒还包括奶粉出口 Β-126、 盒底 Β 123和操作部, 盒底与盒体一体成型, 用户可通过操作部迸行操作使奶粉出口 阀与奶粉出口发生相对运动,使得奶粉盒具有第一工作位和第二工作位。本实施 例中, 第二连接机构也包括可活动连接的盒体支撑件和瓶口连接件, 与实施例 Α - 5不同的是该两个部件是分开设置, 可活动连接。 盒体支撑件的一部分内壁形 成了奶粉出口阀, 操作部可以是盒体外壁上部和第二连接机构外壁。 奶粉出口 B---126可供奶粉盒中的奶粉与奶瓶中的水结合以迸行冲泡奶粉。 如图 5、 6所示, 盒体 B ·1 25与盒体支撑件螺纹连接,实现纵向相对运动,通过运动使奶粉盒 Β - 12 形成前述的第一工作位和第二工作位,其中: 第一工作位为奶粉出口 Β- 126被盒 体支撑件内壁堵住,以使盒体 Β- 125与盒底 Β- 123共同形成与奶瓶内腔隔离的奶 粉放置腔: 第二工作位为奶粉出口 Β - 126 与盒体支撑件内壁错开, 以使奶粉盒 B-- 12内腔与扔瓶 1 1内腔之间通过 ^粉出口 Β - 126连通并形成与外界密封隔绝 的奶粉通道供冲泡奶粉, 过该奶粉通道形成与外界密封隔绝的由奶瓶 B---1 1 通往奶嘴的奶水通道, 以在不拆卸奶粉盒的情况下迸行冲泡和饮用。
为了更进一步说明冲奶装置 Β- 10的结构,参考图 6和图 7 :盒体支撑件 Β- 122 上 ffl上端口向下部延伸开有两条(或多条)沟槽 1 221, 该两条沟槽 B - 1221均 设有第一卡位 B 1223和第二卡位 B 1224 , 两个第一卡位 B 1223在盒体支撑件 B-122上处于同一水平高度, 两个第二卡位 B-1224也于盒体支撑件 B- 122上处 于同一水平高度, 其中第二卡位 B- 1224位于沟槽 B- 1 221 的底部, 且每条沟槽 B-- 1221各自的两个卡位尺寸是相同的。为了实现盒体 B- 125与盒体支撑件 1 22 之间的活塞式相对运动,盒体 B- 125的外壁上设有处于同一水平高度的两个支撑 杆 B- 1251, 该两个支撑杆 B-1251刚好可由盒体支撑件 B-122的上端口处分别嵌 入两条所述沟槽 B- 1 221 , 并可在沟槽内上下滑动, 实现盒体 B- 125和盒体支撑 件 B- 122的活塞式相对运动。盒体 1 25和盒体支撑件 B- 122均为圆筒状, 且盒 体 B- - 125的外径与盒体支撑件 B- 122的内径之间的关系满足盒体 壁和盒体支撑 件的内壁是紧贴的。 盒体 B ·125和盒体支撑件 Β ·122之间相对运动使得奶粉盒 Β - 12形成了前述的第一工作位和第二工作位。
如图 7所示:盒体外壁上、于奶粉出口 Β- 126上缘以上的位置设有第一软凸 圈 Β -1253 , 第一工作位时其处于第二卡位 Β - 1224以下, 可有效防止 界的水蒸 气等经沟槽 Β ·1 221 , 再经奶粉出口 Β 126进入奶粉放置腔, 实现奶粉放置腔与 外界的密封隔绝。 盒体外壁上、 于奶粉出口 Β- 126 下缘以 Τ设有第二软凸圈 Β - 1254, 该第二软凸圈在第一工作位 '紧抵盒体支撑件 Β- 122下部的内壁, 阻止 了^瓶内的水蒸气经奶粉出口 Β- - 126进入^粉放置腔,实现了扔粉放置腔和奶瓶 内腔之间的密封隔绝。
盒体支撑件下端部 " 卜"形的突垣 Β- 1225上可套设 "] " 形的第一密封圈 Β 129 : 具有第一上端面和与该第一上端面相对的第一下端面, 第一上端面与第 二连接机构的内表面接触并发生形变, 第一下端面直接或间接与^瓶瓶口接触, 以实现奶瓶与外界的密封, 以及所述奶水通道与外界的密封。 需要说明, 第一密 封圈 Β 129也可直接二次注塑于瓶口连接件 Β 127上部内侧表面上。 为了防止盒体 B-125不小心被从盒体支撑件 B- 122内拔出, 可在盒体 B- 125 的外壁上设第一止挡肋 B- 1256和第二止挡肋 B- 1257 , 其中第二止挡肋位于支撑 杆 B- 1251以下, 第一止挡助 B -1256位于支撑衧 B - 1251的以上; 与此相匹配地, 盒体支撑件 B 122内壁上、 于第一卡位 B-- 1223以下设有一圈环形凹槽 B 1 226 : 第一工伤位时, 第二止挡助 B- I257刚好嵌于环形凹槽 B- - ·1 226 内而第一止挡助 B-1256 暴露于外界中, 第二工作位时, 第一止挡肋 B-1256 刚好嵌于环形凹槽 Β 1226内, 可防止在第一工作位和第二工诈位, 盒体 Β- 125被意外拔出。

本实施例提供一种如图 8所示的冲^装置〔:· 50 , 包括奶瓶 51、 奶嘴 (图 中未示出) 和奶粉盒 C- 52, 奶粉盒包括盒体、 ¾粉出口、 ¾粉出口阀 C- 53和操 作部, 其中奶粉出口闽可形成奶粉盒盒底,奶粉盒上部设有可与所述奶嘴配合连 接的第一连接机构 C- - 521 , 下部通过第二连接机构 C 523与奶瓶瓶口配合连接。 本实施例中,第二连接机构 C 523与盒体 0522是一体成型,操作部为设于盒体 上的旋钮 C- 54, 该旋钮与奶粉出口姆 C- 53连接, 通过旋转该旋钮, 可以控制奶 粉出口阀围绕图 9中的轴线 L翻转, 以打开或关闭奶粉出口: 翻转至堵住奶粉出 口时, 扔粉盒内腔形成与奶瓶内腔密封隔离的奶粉放置腔, 为奶粉盒的第一工作 位, 如图 9的状态; 扭动旋钮 (> 54使得^粉通道阻隔件 C -53翻转至不再堵住^ 粉出口, 奶粉盒与奶瓶之间通过该^粉出口形成与外界密封隔绝的奶粉通道, 并 通过该奶粉通道还形成奶瓶通往奶嘴的与外界密封隔绝的奶水通道,为第二工作 位, 即图 8状态。

本实施例提供一种图 10所示的冲奶装置, 其包括奶瓶 D ·1、 奶嘴 (图中未 示出)、 奶粉盒 D- 2和插板 D- 3, 其中, ¾粉盒 D-2包括第一连接机构 D-21、 第 二连接机构 D- 22、 盒体和奶粉出口。 第一连接机构 D- 21设于奶粉盒上部且用于 与所述奶嘴配合连接: 奶粉盒下部设有的第二连接机构 ί>- 22可与奶瓶 ί) 1配合 连接, 且第二连接机钩壁体上开设有插板口 D 23 , 外壁上与该插板口相对立的 一面设有凸缘 D- 24。 需要说明, 奶粉出口即为盒体的下端口, 插板 D- 3为¾粉 出口闽, 插板 !)- 3插入插板口并堵住盒体下端口时, 形成了奶粉盒的盒底。 当用 户捏住插板设有拉环 D -31 的一端, 将插板由插板口插入后, 可伸至凸缘 D- -24 的一端并得以支撑, 此时盒底与盒体共同形成与奶瓶内腔密封隔绝的奶粉放置 腔, 为第一工作位; 当插板拔出后, 奶粉盒与^瓶还—可进一步相向旋扭, 直至奶 瓶瓶口上缘被盒体 Τ端口抵住, 为所述第二工作位, 此时奶粉盒与奶瓶之间通过 该奶粉出口形成与外界密封隔绝的奶粉通道, 以供奶粉进入奶瓶,摇匀后即可将 奶水通过所述整体奶粉通道和盒体进入奶嘴处, 以喂食 ^水。
详细说明插板插入后如何得以支撑; 图 1 1中的 (b ) , 第二连接机构上与插 板口 D- 23直径对称的另一端 iii设有一个插板口,该插板口是被凸缘 D- 24盖住的, 插板从没被封住的插板口插入后,伸至另一端的被封住的插板口处时, 不仅得以 支撑, 而且得以密封, 而旦, 由于插板要盖住盒体的下端口 (即^粉出口), 必 须比较宽, 对应的, 插板口也会设置较宽, 为了防止第二连接机构的壁体因为开 设两个插板口而容易断裂, 设置了凸缘 D- 24。
如图 1 1所示,可在设有凸缘 D- 24的插板口的上下壁分别设有小凹槽 1)- 231, 与之对应的插板位置的上下表面也分别设有凸出的小台盼 !)- 32 , 使得插板插入 并伸至该插板口时, 形成一个卡扣, 一方面使得用户可以感受到凸缘 D-- 24内壁 的缓冲力, 从而知道插板是否已经插好, 另一方面也—可以使得插板插入奶粉盒中 时更加紧扣, 从而不易在路途颠簸或其他情况下从中滑出。
实施例 E
本实施例提供一种如图 12所示的冲奶装置, 包括奶瓶 E 1、 奶嘴 (图中未 示出) 和奶粉盒 E- - 2。 ^粉盒 2上部设有第一连接机构 E- 21用于与所述奶嘴 配合连接, 下部设有第二连接机构 22用于与奶瓶配合连接。 奶粉盒还包括盒 体、奶粉出口和奶粉出口阔, 第二连接机构内壁上延伸形成的一环状凸缘, 环状 凸缘内圈的口 E 27即为奶粉出口; 如图 12、 13-1和 13-2所示, 奶粉出口阀为 一挡板 E 23 , 通过一挡板开合机构使挡板可活动连接于环状凸缘上, 在本实施 例中, 挡板开合机构包括卡块 231、 挡板凸块 Ε·-- 232、 卡口 E- - 26、 推动衧 E- 24 和转轴 E- 25。其中卡块 E- 231和挡板凸块 E- 232设置在挡板 E- 23 卡块 E- 231 与奶粉盒内设有的卡口 E- 26相互配合, 使挡板可以固定在盒底下表面, 并堵住 扔粉出口 E- - 27 , 使挡板、 盒底与盒体共同形成与奶瓶密封隔绝的奶粉放置腔可 供置入奶粉; 推动杆 E ·24为-可供 ]¾户在需要冲泡时进行操作的操作部, 例如- 按压推动杆使其对挡板凸块 Ε- 232施加压力, 以推动挡板往下掉, 从而抒开奶粉 出口, 使得奶粉盒与奶瓶之间通过该奶粉出口形成与外界密封隔绝的奶粉通道, 且通过该奶粉通道形成由奶瓶通往奶嘴的与外界密封隔绝的奶水通道。其中,推 动杆供用户按压的一端位于盒体外部, 另一端由盒底下表面伸出,位置对应至挡 板凸块 Ε 232处, 并与挡板凸块的上表面接触。
在奶粉出口 Ε-27外侧处设有转轴 Ε- 25 (位于盒底下表面), 将挡板 Ε- 23的 -端连接在该转轴 Ε- 25上, 使得在推动杆 Ε- 24推动挡板 Ε- 23时, 挡板 Ε 23 发生转动而不会落入奶瓶中。 另外还可在转轴 Ε- 25上设有弹簧装置, 使得挡板 Ε- 23转动至打开奶粉出口 Ε 27时, 挡板 Ε- -23保持在打幵的位置。 另外, 为了 保证奶瓶与奶粉盒连接处的密封性, 可以在奶瓶瓶口上套设密封圈 (图中未标 示), 也保证了奶粉通道和奶水通道的密封性。
实施倒 F
本实施例提供一种如圏 14和图 15所示的冲奶装置, 其包括 ^瓶、奶嘴(图 中未示出)和奶粉盒。其中, 奶粉盒上部设有第一连接机构用于与所述奶嘴配合 连接, 第二连接机构 F- 22用于与奶瓶配合连接, 还包括盒体 F- 21、 隔板 F- 214、 扔粉出口 (图中未标示), 其中, 第二连接机构与实施例 5中的第二连接机构 大致相同, 除了有以下区别; 盒体支撑件与瓶口连接件衔接之处(内壁) 延伸出 奶粉盒的盒底 F ·222 , 盒底与第二连接机构之间还具有缺口, 盒底形成了奶粉 出口阀。
其中, 隔板 F- 214是一曲面板, 其是由盒体上部靠近第一连接机构的内壁向 盒底方向延伸出, 该隔板将奶粉盒内腔分割为第一仓和第二仓,其中第一仓具有 两个开口, 上端开口为可与奶嘴连通的开口, 下端幵口即为所述的 ^粉出口; 第 二仓仅具有一个开口, 处于盒体下端口处, 可与奶瓶连通。 当盒体与第二连接机 构相对转动 旋扭实现相对转动)至奶粉出口被所述盒底上表面堵住 ', 所述盒 底、 盒体与隔板 (即盒底与所述第一仓) 共同形成一个奶粉放置腔 F Α, 且所述 第二仓与^粉放置腔密封隔离、 与奶瓶内腔连通, 为第一工伤位; 当转动至奶粉 出口不再被盒底完全堵住 (最好是旋扭 180度), 而是与奶瓶内腔连通时, 为所 述第二工诈位, 此^, 奶瓶与奶粉盒之间通过所述的缺口形成一个与外界密封的 奶粉通道,且通过该奶粉通道还形成了由奶瓶通往奶嘴的与外界密封隔绝的奶水 通道, 即所述奶水通道经由了奶粉盒的第一仓。
为了保证奶粉通道和奶水通道与外界的密封,在奶瓶瓶口处可套设一第五密 封圈 F- 13, 同时也在盒体与盒体支撑件连接处设置了第七密封圈 F- 24, 保证了 奶粉通道和奶水通道与外界的密封; 另外, 为了保证第一工作位时的奶粉放置腔 与^瓶内腔之间的密封隔绝,可在隔板 F -214与盒底接触的那条边上套设槽状密 封条 F -23。 此外, 第五密封圈 F-- 13也可以通过套设在支架 12上, 再将支架 F---12 挂接于奶瓶瓶口上, 这样的目的是通过支架的支撑使得第五密封圈不易因 为太软而容易变形, 密封不到位, 甚至可能掉进奶瓶。 此设计类似于实施例 A 中的第一密封圈 A- 529的设 f , 支架的安装方法也类似于实施飼 A。
本实施例的前述方案,还可作出另一种变通设计,将盒体与盒体支撑件的连 接螺纹处稍伤更改, 使得在第一工作位时, 所述第一仓与缺口相对, 而所述第二 仓用作奶粉放置腔。 当需要置入 ¾粉时, 将盒体倒过来, 将¾粉放入所述第二仓 后, 再将第二连接机构的盒体支撑件与盒体旋扭连接好, 使得所述盒底与所述第 二仓共同形成与奶瓶和外界都密封隔绝的 ^粉放置腔, 而此时,所述第一仓通过 所述缺口与奶瓶内腔连通,使得奶粉盒处于第一工作位时,奶瓶经由奶粉盒的所 述第一仓形成了通往奶嘴的、与外界密封隔绝的奶水通道,此时可供饮用 j¾瓶中 的清水。 当需要冲泡时, 将盒体与第二连接机构相对水平转动, 使奶粉盒的所述 第二仓通过所述缺口与奶瓶内腔之间形成奶粉通道,可供冲泡奶粉; 然后再将盒 体与第二连接机构转回原先的第一工 位的位置,此时通过所述扔水通道,可饮 用奶水。
实施例 G
本实施例提供一种如图 16所示的冲奶装置, 图示为剖视图。 本实施例的冲 扔装置的结构可参考实施例 A, 与实施例 A相比, 本实施例提供的冲奶装置具有 以下区别: 盒体支撑件与瓶口连接件是分幵设置的; 第三连接机构包括可同时扣 接于盒体支撑件的 T端突垣和盒底 G- 6边缘上的扣接密封圈 G - 4。
如图 16所示: 盒体支撑件 G-1与瓶口连接件 G- 2采用分开设置、 可将瓶口 连接件由上往下套接在盒体支撑件上,盒体支撑件 1上设有内螺纹与盒体的 螺纹可活动连接, 瓶口连接件设有内螺纹用于与奶瓶配合连接。 第三连接机构 G-3上的扣接密封圈 G- 4, —方面起到与实施例 A中的第一密封圈 A-529相同的 密封作用, 另一方面, 第:三连接机构通过该扣接密封圈扣挂于盒体支撑件 G 1 的下端突垣 5上, A而实现了盒底 G-- 6与盒体支撑件的连接。使用时, 先将盒 底扣接于盒体支撑件上, 再将瓶口连接件 上往下套接在盒体支撑件上。
实施例 Η
本实施例提供一种如图 所示的冲奶装置, 该冲奶装置的结构可参考实施 例 Β, 其奶粉出口与奶粉出□阀之间的相互作用及配合工作方式与实施例 Β中相 同。 参考图 17和图 18, 包括奶瓶 Η 41和扔粉盒 Η -42 , 奶粉盒包括第一连接机 构 Η 421、 第二连接机构 Η 422、 盒体 Η 425以及奶粉出口 Η 426。 盒体设计大 体同于实施例 Β中的盒体; 第二连接机构 Η-422是设于盒体外壁中部的外螺纹; 奶瓶瓶口向上延伸形成一盒体连接件 Η- 411 , 其具有内螺纹, 该内螺紋与第二连 接机构 Η 422配合连接,实现奶粉盒与奶瓶的连接和相对运动:盒体连接件 Η -411 的内螺纹以下部分形成奶粉出口阀 4]— 2 , 通过盒体与盒体连接件之间的旋扭实 现¾粉出口与奶粉出口阀之间的相对运动。 当所述相对运动使得奶粉出口 Η-426 被奶粉出口阀 Η- 412堵住^, 为第一工诈位; 当继续向奶瓶方向旋扭盒体使得奶 粉出□ Η- 426与奶粉出口阀 Η- 412错幵,进入直径更大的奶瓶内腔,奶粉出口打 开, 为第二工作位, 见于图 18 , 此时奶粉盒与奶瓶之间通过奶粉出口连通, 形 成与外界密封隔绝的奶粉通道, 过该奶粉通道形成^瓶通往奶嘴的与外界密 封隔绝的奶水通道, 可供婴儿通过奶嘴饮用¾水。
如图 17所示: 还包括一个密封套件 H- 428 , 其包括两个圆环, 以及用于连 接该两个圆环的若干个连接臂。该密封套件 H 428可套于盒体 H 425的下部,其 中一个圆环位于奶粉出口上缘以上, 另一个圆环位于^粉出口下缘以下。在第一 工作位 该密封套件 H 428用以实现^粉盒放置腔的密封。另,在盒体上部(第 二连接机构和第一连接机构之间) 设置有一密封壁 H- 429, ¾于第二工作位时, 实现奶粉通道和奶水通道与外界的密封。
由于盒体与盒体连接件 41 1 之间通过螺紋连接, 为了使密封套件 H 428 拆装更加方便, 可以如此变通设计; 盒体连接件内壁用伤 ^粉出口阀的部分, 其 内径稍徵减小, 小于螺纹段的内径, 相应地, 盒体上装设密封套件的装配槽 H - 4251 是稍微内凹的, 以使密封套件能稳固地套于盒体上, 旦固定好后凸出于 盒体表面的部分不会太多, 如此, 旋扭盒体和盒体连接件时, 密封套件经过螺纹 段时, 不会难以旋扭或卡住, 而当迸入奶粉出口阀段位时, 由于该段位是向内凸 出的, 在第一工作位寸, 密封套件就能紧紧贴住, 不影响其密封效果。
综上,使用本发明提供的冲奶装置,用户仅需通过操作部对奶粉盒进行操作, 使得冲奶装置的部件之间相对运动, 以打开或关闭奶粉出口, 实现不拆下奶粉盒 盒体就可进行冲泡和饮用, 全程具有较好密封效果。使用步骤比较简化, 且尤适 用于倒如夜间或紧急情况冲泡奶粉。

10. ·种冲奶装置, 包括奶瓶、 奶嘴, 其特征在于: 还包括权利要求 1至 8 任一项所述的奶粉盒,奶瓶与所述奶粉盒之间通过所述第二连接机构连接, 奶嘴 通过所述第一连接机构或固定在所述第一连接机构上的奶嘴固定圈与奶粉盒连 接。
11 . 一种使用如权利要求 10所述的冲奶装置辅助冲奶的方法, 其特征在于: 包括以下步骤:
Sl、提供用于存储用户需要量的水的一奶瓶, 以及用于存储用户需要量的^ 粉的一奶粉盒; 52、 同时提供一奶粉出口闽, 以保持在冲泡前所述奶瓶和奶粉盒之间的 ¾粉 出口被奶粉出口阀堵住;
53、 提供一操作部, 当需要冲泡^粉时, 可通过操 部进行操作使扔粉出口 与^粉出口阀发生相对运动, 使奶粉出口与奶粉出口阀错开, 以打开 ^粉出口;
54、 提供一组密封件, 使得在奶粉出口打幵后, 奶粉盒与奶瓶之间可通过所 述¾粉出口形成与外界密封隔绝的奶粉通道以供冲泡奶粉。
