进一步优选地,所述奶粉盒盒体下部的奶粉出口处设有第一密封圈,用于当 所述球体处于所述第一工作位时,对奶粉盒的密封; 所述连接部的第一端口处设 有第二密封圈,用于使奶瓶与外界密封隔绝; 所述第一密封圈与第二密封圈还用 于当所述球体处于所述第二工作位时, 对所述奶粉通道与外界进行密封隔绝。
进一步优选地,所述开口处或所述旋转杆上设有第三密封圈,用于增强所述 旋转杆与该开口的接触处的密封性。
优选地, 所述连接部为所述奶粉盒下部的、 可与奶瓶瓶口配合连接的螺纹; 所述奶粉通道阻隔件为一块挡板,所述挡板具有一个上表面和一个与该上表面相 对的下表面,还具有一个为凸球面环状的侧面; 所述奶粉盒的盒体内壁具有一圈 与该挡板匹配的凹球面环状带; 所述挡板可翻转地固定于所述奶粉盒盒体上, 当 所述挡板翻转至其凸球面环状的侧面与所述凹球面环状带紧贴时,阻断所述奶粉 通道, 为所述第一工作位; 当所述挡板翻转至其侧面与所述环状带错开时, 打开 所述奶粉通道, 为所述第二工作位。
更加优选地,所述挡板的侧面设有第六密封圈, 用于当所述挡板阻断所述奶 粉通道时, 增强奶粉盒的密封性。 更加优选地, 所述奶粉盒盒体外壁上设有一旋钮和与该旋钮匹配的第二开 口, 供该旋钮由奶粉盒内伸出, 该旋钮与所述挡板可拆装式相连, 用于控制所述 挡板的翻转。
进一步优选地,所述第二开口处或所述旋钮上设有第七密封圈,用于增强所 述旋钮与该开口的接触处的密封性。
本发明的快速冲奶组件与现有技术相比, 至少具有以下有益效果: 通过一个 奶粉通道阻隔件的不同工作位来控制奶粉通道的通断, 由于该阻隔件是整块式 的, 能避免水蒸气上窜导致奶粉结块的问题, 且该奶粉通道阻隔件是翻转式, 即 围绕垂直于奶粉通道的轴线翻转, 当其由完全阻断奶粉通道的状态开始翻转时, 一旦翻转, 挡住奶粉的表面便发生倾斜, 奶粉很容易滑落, 不易造成奶粉残留, 也不存在奶粉夹留问题; 另, 奶粉通道阻隔件位于奶粉通道内, 在冲泡和使用过 程中, 无需拆除, 步骤简化, 冲泡快速。
在优选的方案中,奶粉通道阻隔件为一个中央开有圆柱形通孔的球体,使用 者可通过旋旋转杆,使球体堵住奶粉出口时形成奶粉盒底, 同时也能旋转使其通 孔的对准奶粉出口, 打开奶粉通道, 奶粉落入奶瓶中, 摇匀即完成冲泡, 操作极 其简便快速。 另, 第一密封圈和第二密封圈的设置, 增强了奶粉盒和奶粉通道的 密封性。在更加优选的方案中,所述空腔上供旋转杆伸出的开口处或者旋转杆上 设有第三密封圈, 进一步增强了奶粉通道与外界的密封性。
在另一优选的方案中,奶粉盒与连接部是一体设计, 奶粉通道阻隔件为一块 挡板, 该挡板翻转至与环状带紧贴时, 便形成奶粉盒的盒底, 可供奶粉置入, 而 且该挡板的侧面上设有第六密封圈, 可增强挡板阻断所述奶粉通道时的密封性, 更加有效地避免水蒸气进入奶粉盒的问题, 一旦翻转该挡板, 挡板倾斜, 奶粉出 口打开, 奶粉便可滑落至奶瓶中, 该挡板上不会残留奶粉, 更容易清洗。

具体实施方式
下面对照附图并结合优选的实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例 1
本实施例提供一种如图 1所示的快速冲奶组件 30,包括奶瓶 31和奶粉盒 32, 所述奶粉盒 32上部的第一连接部 321可与奶嘴配合连接, 中间为奶粉盒的盒体 322, 下部通过一第二连接部 323与奶瓶 31螺纹连接, 奶粉盒和奶瓶之间形成供 奶粉与水结合的奶粉通道。
结合图 1、 图 2和图 3来看, 其中图 2为奶粉盒 32的爆炸示意图, 图 3为 奶粉盒 32的盒体 322的仰视图:奶粉盒 32的盒体 322下部的奶粉出口端向外延 伸形成一个直径大于奶粉出口直径的第二半球壁体 3221, 第二连接部 323的其 中一端口向外延伸出可与第二半球壁体 3221匹配连接的第一半球壁体 3231, 其 中, 第二半球壁体 3221的端口边缘具有一圈突起 T, 同时第一半球壁体 3231的 端口边缘凹陷形成一圈与该突起 Τ匹配的凹槽 Μ, 当突起 Τ嵌入凹槽 Μ后, 实 现了第一半球壁体与第二半球壁体的对接,即实现奶粉盒的盒体 322与第二连接 部 323的连接,套合对接后,第二半球壁体 3221与第一半球壁体 3231的内部共 同形成一个球状空腔, 该球状空腔具有两个奶粉出口 E1和 Ε2 (如图 2和图 3中 所示), 奶粉出口 Ε2即为奶粉盒盒体下部的奶粉出口, E1即为连接部 323延伸 出第一半球壁体 3231的端口。 另, 该球状空腔还具有一圆形出口。
如图 1和图 2所示, 本冲奶组件还包括一个开有通孔 332的球体 33, 该球 体 33可于所述球状空腔内围绕垂直于所述奶粉通道的轴线 L翻转。 当球体 33 围绕所述轴线 L翻转至其部分表面堵住奶粉出口 Ε2 (见于图 3 ) 时, 阻断所述 奶粉通道, 此时球体 33形成奶粉盒 32的活动盒底; 当球体 33围绕所述轴线 L 翻转至其通孔 332与该两个奶粉出口 E1和 Ε2对齐时, 打开所述的奶粉通道, 可供奶粉下落至奶瓶中。
其中, 球体 33上设有供用户翻转操作用的旋转杆 331, 该旋转杆 331表面 粗糙以增强摩擦力,便于翻转; 第一半球壁体 3231与第二半球壁体 3221上各设 有一个半圆形孔洞 H, 当第一半球壁体与第二半球壁体套合连接好后, 该两个半 圆形孔洞 H对接形成前述的圆形出口, 可供旋转杆 331 由所述球状空腔伸出, 以方便用户操作。
在更加优选的方案中, 上述两个奶粉出口 E1和 E2的口径相等, 球体的通 孔 332为圆柱形, 且其中心轴经过所述球体 33的球心, 当球体 33围绕所述轴线 L翻转至其部分表面堵住奶粉出口 E2时, 阻断奶粉通道, 当球体 33围绕所述轴 线 L翻转至其通孔 332与奶粉出口 E1和 E2对齐时, 打开所述奶粉通道。
需要说明, 奶粉出口 E1和 E2处均设有密封圈, 其中奶粉出口 E2处设有第 一密封圈(图中未示出), 用于当所述球体 33阻断奶粉通道时, 保证奶粉盒的密 封, 更加有效地避免奶瓶中的水蒸气上窜进入装有奶粉的盒内。 另, 第二连接部 323的奶粉出口 E1处设有第二密封圈 (图中未示出), 使得当奶瓶 31与所述第 二连接部 323连接时, 连接处与外界密封隔绝, 也使得当所述球体 33翻转至打 开奶粉通道时, 实现对该奶粉通道与外界的密封隔绝。更加优选地, 可供所述旋 转杆 331伸出的圆形开口处, 设有第三密封圈 (图中未示出), 以增强所述冲奶 组件与外界的密封隔绝效果。其中, 第三密封圈也可套于所述旋转杆 331上, 也 能达到同样的密封效果。
所述第二连接部 323具有内螺纹与奶瓶瓶口的外螺纹匹配,以实现奶粉盒与 奶瓶的连接;另,第二连接部 323的内壁设有与奶瓶瓶口边缘相匹配的的凸缘(图 中未示出), 奶瓶 31瓶口套有第四密封圈 311。 当奶瓶 31与第二连接部 323螺 纹连接时, 螺纹旋扭完成后, 奶瓶的瓶口刚好能够抵至所述凸缘, 该第四密封圈 311用于增强奶瓶与奶粉盒螺纹连接处的密封性。
另外,为了使第一半球壁体 3231与第二半球壁体 3221套合对接时更加稳固, 于所述第一半球壁体 3231的凹槽 M内设有第五密封圈 (图中未示出)。
需要说明, 上述的所有密封圈的材料可使用具有一定弹性和摩擦力的软质、 无毒材料, 例如硅胶、 橡胶等; 另, 前述的密封圈可为二次注塑形成于冲奶组件 上, 但不限于此。
本实施例的冲奶组件的实用方法大致如下, 但不限于此:
将奶粉盒的盒体与第二连接部连接好, 将带通孔的球体翻转至阻断奶粉通 道, 形成奶粉盒底, 组装好奶粉盒; 再将奶粉盒与已装有水的奶瓶连接好, 往奶 粉盒内量入适量奶粉; 再将奶嘴通过第一连接部与奶粉盒连接好, 形成如图 4 所示的状态。此时的冲奶组件已准备好, 一旦需要喂奶, 只需把作为奶粉盒活动 盒底的球体翻转至打开奶粉通道,奶粉便下落入奶瓶中,只需摇匀便可完成冲泡。
实施例 2
本实施例提供一种如图 5所示的快速冲奶组件 50, 包括奶瓶 51、 奶粉盒 52 和一个可形成奶粉盒盒底的奶粉通道阻隔件 53, 奶粉盒 52上部设有可与奶嘴螺 纹配合连接的第一连接部 521, 下部通过第二连接部 523与奶瓶瓶口螺纹配合连 接, 优选地, 第二连接部 523与奶粉盒的盒体 522是一个整体, 奶粉盒 52与奶 瓶 51 之间形成供奶粉与奶瓶中的水结合的奶粉通道。 所述奶粉通道阻隔件 53 为一块挡板, 该挡板属于球体的一部分, 具有圆形的上下表面, 上下表面间具有 一个侧面, 所述侧面为凸球面环状, 即该挡板是球体切去一条直径两端的两个块 后余下的部分, 两个切面即为上下表面, 余下的部分球面即为上述所说的"凸球 面环状的侧面";所述奶粉盒的盒体 522内壁具有一圈与该挡板 53匹配的凹球面 环状带 56, 即该环状带 56的内壁 561 (见于图 7) 为与挡板的凸球面环状侧面 相匹配的凹球面; 所述挡板 53通过其侧面的一个支点, 可翻转地固定于所述盒 体 522上, 也即盒体内壁的环状带 56上。所述挡板 53可围绕垂直于所述奶粉通 道的轴线 L翻转, 当所述挡板 53围绕所述轴线 L翻转至其侧面与环状带 56的 内壁紧贴时, 即阻断了所述奶粉通道, 即图 6中所示的奶粉盒状态; 当所述挡板 53围绕轴线翻转至其侧面与所述环状带 56错开时, 即打开所述奶粉通道, 如图 5中所示的奶粉盒状态。
其中, 盒体 522的外壁上设有一旋钮 54和与该旋钮匹配的第二开口, 所述 第二开口供该旋钮 54伸出奶粉盒盒体, 该旋钮 54与所述挡板可拆装相连,用于 控制所述挡板的翻转。 旋钮 54和挡板 53的相连也可以是一体式的, 见于图 7。
如图 7所示: 为了增强运动件 (即奶粉通道阻隔件 /挡板 53 ) 的密封性, 于 所述挡板 53的侧面上设有第六密封圈 57, 所述第六密封圈 57的中间较两端突 出,如此设计,当挡板 53翻转至其侧面开始接触环状带 56时,具有平滑过渡性, 不至于对挡板 53的继续翻转产生较大的阻碍。所述第六密封圈 57用于当所述挡 板 53阻断所述奶粉通道时, 增强挡板 53侧面与环状带 56的内壁 561接触处时 的密封性, 更加有效地避免奶瓶中的水蒸气进入装有奶粉的奶粉盒中, 导致奶粉 结块变质。另,所述第二开口处或所述旋钮 54上设有第七密封圈(图中未示出), 用于增强所述旋钮 54与该第二开口的接触处的密封性。
需要说明, 旋钮 54的设计可为突出于盒体的外壁, 也可不突出于外壁 (图 中未示出), 即与外壁相平或凹陷, 只要保证具有供用户进行旋扭的部位即可。
需要说明, 环状带 56不限于图 7中所示的突出于奶粉盒盒体 522内壁的设 计, 还可以是凹陷于盒体内壁, 只要保证挡板 53翻转至其侧面与该环状带的内 壁 561接触时, 能阻断所述奶粉通道, 即可。
需要说明, 上述的第六密封圈 57的材料可使用具有一定弹性和摩擦力的软 质、 无毒材料, 例如硅胶、 橡胶等, 可为二次注塑形成于挡板上, 但不限于此。
本实施例的快速冲奶组件的使用方法大致如下:
将挡板 53旋转至阻断所述奶粉通道, 即图 6和图 7中所示的挡板状态, 再 由奶粉盒的第一连接部 521的口处往奶粉盒中量入适量奶粉;将装好奶粉的奶粉 盒与奶嘴连接好, 再将装有水的奶瓶与奶粉盒旋扭连接好, 形成如图 8所示的状 态&, 待冲泡。 当需要冲泡奶粉时, 仅需旋转旋钮 54, 使挡板与环状带错开, 打 开奶粉通道,如图 9所示的状态 b,奶粉便下落至奶瓶中,摇匀后便可完成冲泡。
本实施例的快速冲奶组件,不仅结构简单,而且密封性能好,不易残留奶粉, 冲泡时无需再进行拆装, 步骤极其简单, 冲泡快速。 以上内容是结合具体的优选实施方式对本发明所作的进一步详细说明,不能 认定本发明的具体实施只局限于这些说明。对于本发明所属技术领域的技术人员 来说, 在不脱离本发明构思的前提下, 还可以做出若干等同替代或明显变型, 而 且性能或用途相同, 都应当视为属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1 . 一种快速冲奶组件, 包括奶瓶和奶粉盒, 所述奶粉盒上部可与奶嘴配合 连接, 下部通过一连接部与奶瓶瓶口配合连接,所述奶粉盒与奶瓶之间形成供奶 粉与水结合的奶粉通道, 其特征在于:
还包括一个整体式的奶粉通道阻隔件,所述奶粉通道阻隔件位于所述奶粉通 道内, 可在所述奶粉通道内翻转, 且具有第一工作位和第二工作位; 所述第一工 作位为奶粉通道阻隔件翻转至阻断所述奶粉通道时的位置,所述第二工作位为奶 粉通道阻隔件翻转至打开所述奶粉通道时的位置。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的快速冲奶组件, 其特征在于: 所述奶粉通道阻隔件 为一个开有通孔的球体,所述连接部具有第一端口和第二端口,所述第一端口向 外延伸形成第一半球壁体,所述第二端口可与奶瓶瓶口螺纹连接; 所述奶粉盒盒 体下部的奶粉出口边缘向外延伸形成与所述第一半球壁体匹配的第二半球壁体, 所述第一半球壁体与第二半球壁体对接后,内部形成一可供所述球体放置并翻转 的空腔;
当所述球体翻转至其表面堵住所述奶粉盒盒体下部的奶粉出口时,阻断所述 奶粉通道, 为所述第一工作位;
当所述球体翻转至其通孔的两端口分别与所述奶粉盒盒体下部的奶粉出口 和所述连接部的第一端口对齐时, 打开所述奶粉通道, 为所述第二工作位。
3. 如权利要求 2所述的快速冲奶组件, 其特征在于: 所述通孔为圆柱形通 孔, 其中心轴经过所述球体的球心。
4. 如权利要求 2或 3所述的快速冲奶组件, 其特征在于: 所述球体上设有 一可拆装的旋转杆,所述空腔具有与该旋转杆匹配的开口,供该旋转杆由该空腔 内伸出。
5. 如权利要求 4所述的快速冲奶组件, 其特征在于: 所述奶粉盒盒体下部 的奶粉出口处设有第一密封圈,用于当所述球体处于所述第一工作位时,对奶粉 盒的密封; 所述连接部的第一端口处设有第二密封圈, 用于使奶瓶与外界密封隔 绝; 所述第一密封圈与第二密封圈还用于当所述球体处于所述第二工作位时,对 所述奶粉通道与外界进行密封隔绝。
6. 如权利要求 4所述的快速冲奶组件, 其特征在于: 所述开口处或所述旋 转杆上设有第三密封圈, 用于增强所述旋转杆与该开口的接触处的密封性。
7. 如权利要求 1所述的快速冲奶组件, 其特征在于: 所述连接部为所述奶 粉盒下部的、 可与奶瓶瓶口配合连接的螺纹; 所述奶粉通道阻隔件为一块挡板, 所述挡板具有一个上表面和一个与该上表面相对的下表面,还具有一个为凸球面 环状的侧面; 所述奶粉盒的盒体内壁具有一圈与该挡板匹配的凹球面环状带; 所 述挡板可翻转地固定于所述奶粉盒盒体上,当所述挡板翻转至其凸球面环状的侧 面与所述凹球面环状带紧贴时, 阻断所述奶粉通道, 为所述第一工作位; 当所述 挡板翻转至其侧面与所述环状带错开时,打开所述奶粉通道,为所述第二工作位。
8. 如权利要求 7所述的快速冲奶组件, 其特征在于: 所述挡板的侧面设有 第六密封圈, 用于当所述挡板阻断所述奶粉通道时, 增强奶粉盒的密封性。
9. 如权利要求 7所述的快速冲奶组件, 其特征在于: 所述奶粉盒盒体外壁 上设有一旋钮和与该旋钮匹配的第二开口, 供该旋钮由奶粉盒内伸出, 该旋钮与 所述挡板可拆装式相连, 用于控制所述挡板的翻转。
10. 如权利要求 9所述的快速冲奶组件, 其特征在于: 所述第二开口处或所 述旋钮上设有第七密封圈, 用于增强所述旋钮与该开口的接触处的密封性。
