技术领域
本公开涉及饮用器皿领域,具体涉及一种泡饮一体器具。
背景技术
日常生活中,饮茶越来越普遍。泡茶有多种方式,比如采用专用的泡茶工具泡茶。发明人发现,这些泡茶工具所占用的体积大,部件数量多,不便于外出时携带。
便捷携带的杯子包括杯体和杯盖。杯子包括一个贯穿的容纳腔。杯盖与杯体扣合或者采用其他结构可拆卸连接。
发明人发现,现有的杯子泡茶时要么需要设置额外的茶叶漏斗,结构比较复杂。要么将茶叶直接放置在杯体中泡饮,该方式无法让茶水和茶叶分离,饮茶时容易喝到茶叶,不便饮用。
发明内容
本公开提出一种泡饮一体器具,用以优化泡饮一体器具结构,增加泡饮一体器具的功能。
本公开一些实施例提供一种泡饮一体器具,包括:
第一盛液器具本体,包括第一端和第一敞口端;
第二盛液器具本体,包括第二端和第二敞口端;以及
连接件,包括通道,所述通道包括第一连接端和第二连接端;所述第一连接端与所述第一敞口端可拆卸连接,所述第二连接端与所述第二敞口端可拆卸连接;
密封件,所述第一连接端通过所述密封件与所述连接件密封连接,和/或,所述第二连接端通过所述密封件与所述连接件密封连接;以及
过滤件,设有过滤孔,所述过滤孔被构造为允许流体通过;所述过滤件位于所述第一连接端和所述第二连接端之间,且连通所述第一盛液器具本体和所述第二盛液器具本体。
在一些实施例中,所述过滤孔被构造为阻隔固体物且允许流体通过。
在一些实施例中,所述过滤件与所述连接件可拆卸连接或者固定相连或者是一体的。

具体实施方式
下面结合图1~图9对本公开提供的技术方案进行更为详细的阐述。
参见图1,本公开一些实施例提供一种泡饮一体器具,以实现泡、饮多功能的统一,具体比如为杯子、壶等。该泡饮一体器具包括第一盛液器具本体1、第二盛液器具本体5、连接件2、密封件3以及过滤件4。第一盛液器具本体1包括第一端11和第一敞口端12;第二盛液器具本体5包括第二端51和第二敞口端52。连接件2包括通道20,通道20包括第一连接端201和第二连接端202。第一连接端201与第一敞口端12可拆卸连接,第二连接端202与第二敞口端52可拆卸连接。第一连接端201通 过密封件3与连接件2密封连接,和/或,第二连接端202通过密封件3与连接件2密封连接。过滤件4设有过滤孔41,过滤孔41被构造为允许流体通过。过滤件4与连接件2连接,且过滤件4位于第一连接端201和第二连接端202之间,且连通第一盛液器具本体1和第二盛液器具本体5。
第一端11和第一敞口端12是相对的两端。第一端11位于第一盛液器具本体1的一端,第一敞口端12位于第一盛液器具本体1的另一端。
第二端51和第二敞口端52是相对的两端。第二端51位于第二盛液器具本体5的一端,第二敞口端52位于第二盛液器具本体5的另一端。
在一些实施例中,第一端11和第二端51都是封闭的,通过打开第一敞口端12、第二敞口端52中的至少一个与连接件2之间的连接实现饮用。
参见图2a至图3c,在一些实施例中,第一连接端201与第一敞口端12螺纹连接;和/或,第二连接端202与第二敞口端52螺纹连接。
采用上述连接方式,便于拆装第一盛液器具本体1和第二盛液器具本体5。
参见图2a至图2c,第一盛液器具本体1和第二盛液器具本体5用作装盛饮品被泡物和水的容器。第一盛液器具本体1和第二盛液器具本体5的外部形状不限,比如是圆柱形、矩形、六方形,八方形及其它任意形状。第一盛液器具本体1和第二盛液器具本体5与连接件2的连接部分是中空的圆柱形,而且在连接件2内的一端(即第一敞口端12和第二敞口端52)是开口的,并且带有螺纹的、中空的圆柱形。
参见图1、图3a至图3c,连接件2连接和固定第一盛液器具本体1和第二盛液器具本体5。该连接件2两头开口,且通孔的内壁带有螺纹结构。连接件2的外侧形状比如为两头开口的圆柱形、两头开口的四方形、六方形、八方形及其它任意形状。不管外侧是什么形状,但是其内侧(即与第一盛液器具本体1和第二盛液器具本体5连接的部分)是内空的圆环形,并且其内腔为带有与第一盛液器具本体1和第二盛液器具本体5相匹配的互为公、母的螺纹。
可以理解的是,通过合理设置公、母螺纹的位置,使得第一敞口端12和第二敞口端52被构造为可拆卸连接。即,连接件2的第一连接端201和第二连接端202其中一个为公螺纹,另一个为母螺纹。第一敞口端12和第二敞口端52其中一个为公螺纹,另一个为母螺纹。当然,亦可采用其他结构,实现第一盛液器具本体1、第二盛液器具本体5、连接件2共同形成封闭的器具;同时把连接件2拿掉后,第一盛液器具本体1和第二盛液器具本体5也能形成封闭的器具。
通过拧动第一盛液器具本体1和第二盛液器具本体5,将第一盛液器具本体1和第二盛液器具本体5与连接件2连接或分离。
上述技术方案提供的泡饮一体器具包括第一盛液器具本体1和第二盛液器具本体5,且两部分之间设有连接件2,通过该连接件2形成封闭的泡饮一体器具内腔。在第一盛液器具本体1和第二盛液器具本体5之间设置的过滤件4起到允许流体通过、不允许茶叶等大尺寸固体通过的作用,即过滤孔41被构造为阻隔固体物且允许流体通过,使得泡饮一体器具同时具备泡茶器具、饮茶器具的功能。
下面介绍过滤件4的一些实现方式。
在一些实施例中,过滤件4采用单独的结构,其与连接件2可拆卸或固定相连。在另一些实施例中,过滤件4直接与连接件2是一体的。不管哪种方式,过滤孔41的结构都可以采用下述的各种结构。过滤件4比如采用片状结构,或者采用带有内凹的结构,在各个附图示意的一些情形中,以采用片状结构为例。需要说明的是,在其他一些实施例中,亦可采用带有内凹部的结构。内凹部的壁体以及底部至少其中之一设置有过滤孔41。如果内凹形状的壁体以及底部均设置有过滤孔41,那么使用过程中,茶叶等固态物质更不易堵塞过滤孔41,所以优化了泡饮一体器具的性能。
参见图4至图8,具体来说,连接件2的内壁安装有或者一体设有位于连接件2横截面上的过滤件4。该过滤件4的有过滤孔41。在第一盛液器具本体1和第二盛液器具本体5与连接件2连接时,该过滤孔41流体连通第一盛液器具本体1和第二盛液器具本体5。
在泡饮一体器具站立、倒立或者倾斜时液体可顺畅且快速地通过过滤件4的过滤孔41从上端盛液器具本体流入下端盛液器具本体。该过滤件4的过滤孔41具有让置于上段盛液器具本体或下段盛液器具本体中的固体物以该过滤件4为界、而被隔开在上、下两端。即该过滤件4的过滤孔41是具有过滤功能的结构。
在一些实施例中,过滤孔41的截面形状至少包括以下其中之一:“人”字形、圆形、细缝形、矩形。
所谓“人”字形是指有三个细缝,三个细缝的一端汇集,并且三个细缝间隔120度。
参见图5,图5示意了过滤孔41的横截面为人字形结构图。人字形结构的过滤孔41,即便过滤孔41的尺寸很小,流体也很容易通过,且不会在过滤孔41处产生液体吸附。
参见图6,图6示意了过滤孔41的横截面为圆形的结构图。圆形的过滤孔41便于加工制造。
参见图7,图7示意了过滤孔41的横截面为细缝形的结构图。细缝形的过滤孔41便于加工制造,并且流体通过率高。
参见图8,图8示意了过滤孔41的横截面为矩形的结构图。矩形的过滤孔41便于加工制造。
在一些实施例中,过滤件4的数量为一个或一个以上,具体数量比如为单数或者复数的。过滤件4根据需要,将茶叶、咖啡等被浸泡物或已经浸泡过的被浸泡物阻隔在以它为界的上端、下端的任意一端。
承上所述,过滤件4可以采用可拆卸结构。如果采用可拆卸结构,该过滤件4是活动和可拆卸的。在使用时被连接件2和密封件3所固定。当需要时,在卸下密封件3的同时即可卸下该过滤件4。
上述连接方式,使得过滤件4十分便于拆卸,所以不仅便于清洗,还可根据需要方便地更换不同功能和效果(即不同孔眼规格)的网片。比如可在第二环形件22的上下两面各用一片孔眼大小不同的过滤件4等。
在另一些实施例中,过滤件4与连接件2是一体的。该结构无须拆装过滤件4,使得泡饮一体器具使用更加方便。
参见图1、图3a至图3c,在一些实施例中,连接件2的内壁设有第一环形件21,第一环形件21的内缘与第二环形件22连接。参见图3a,第一环形件21沿着连接件2轴线方向H的尺寸H1小于第二环形件22沿着连接件2轴线方向H的尺寸H2。第一环形件21和第二环形件22之间形成有凹槽23,凹槽23内安装有密封件3。
如图3a所示,H2大于H1,所以第一环形件21和第二环形件22之间形成了上、下两个凹槽23,每个凹槽23内均安装有密封件3。
连接件2的内壁与第一环形件21是一体的,或者是可拆卸的。第一环形件21与第二环形件22是一体的,或者是可拆卸的。
在一些实施例中,连接件2的内壁与第一环形件21是一体的,第一环形件21与第二环形件22也是一体的。该结构使得泡饮一体器具使用时,需要拆装的部件数量少,拆装更加便利,更加高效。
参见图1、图4a至图4c,在一些实施例中,密封件3包括连接部31和抵接部32,两者相连或者是一体的。连接部31卡入到凹槽23中,抵接部32与第二环形件22的 端面抵接。
上述连接方式,使得密封件3较为牢固地安装于凹槽23中。
参见图1、图3a至图4c,在一些实施例中,凹槽23包括两个,其中一个位于第一连接端201所在的一侧,另一个位于第二连接端202所在的一侧;各凹槽23中都安装有密封件3。
两个凹槽23中都安装密封件3,使得泡饮一体器具的第一盛液器具本体1与连接件2之间的连接不泄漏流体、第二盛液器具本体5与连接件2之间的连接也不泄漏流体。
在一些实施例中,抵接部32与第二环形件22的端面之间夹设有过滤件4。
以图3a所示方向为例,即第二环形件22的上端面和密封件3之间夹设有过滤件4。和/或,即第二环形件22的下端面和密封件3之间夹设有过滤件4。
将第一盛液器具本体1和连接件2拆开,能方便地取下密封件3以及过滤件4。该结构实现了泡饮一体器具各部分的便捷拆装和清洗。
采用上述方式的过滤件4,过滤件4与连接件2内腔连接处设有凹槽23。该凹槽23用于安装具有防漏功能的密封件3,密封件3比如为弹性的材质。两个凹槽23内都嵌入有密封件3。参见图1和图3a,位于上方凹槽23内的密封件3是第一盛液器具本体1和连接件2之间的缓冲部件,位于下方凹槽23内的密封件3是第二盛液器具本体5与连接件2之间的缓冲部件。
当第一盛液器具本体1和第二盛液器具本体5与连接件2通过螺纹拧紧连接时,该密封件3可由自身的弹性特点在过滤件4与第一盛液器具本体1和第二盛液器具本体5之间起到缓冲作用,并且使得第一盛液器具本体1和第二本体5无缝连接,以达到防漏的作用。由于密封件3嵌入凹槽23内,当第一盛液器具本体1和第二盛液器具本体5与连接件2分离时,该密封件3可以依附在连接件2上,而不会自行脱落。
在一些实施例中,第一盛液器具本体1的材质是透明的。和/或,第二盛液器具本体5的材质是透明的。
在一些实施例中,第一盛液器具本体1的材质选自以下其中一种:不锈钢、塑料、玻璃、陶瓷、硅胶、木材、纸、竹。
在一些实施例中,第二盛液器具本体5的材质选自以下其中一种:不锈钢、塑料、玻璃、陶瓷、硅胶、木材、纸、竹。
在一些实施例中,连接件2的材质选自以下其中一种:不锈钢、塑料、玻璃、陶 瓷、硅胶、木材、纸、竹。
在一些实施例中,第一盛液器具本体1的杯壁被构造为双层中空或者多层中空的。

第一盛液器具本体1和第二盛液器具本体5的容量可选择地从50ml至1000ml。比如80ml至1000ml。又比如100ml至900ml。在一些实施例中为100ml至600ml。
在一些实施例中,第一盛液器具本体1的容量与第二盛液器具本体5的容量不同。
在一些实施例中,第一盛液器具本体1的容量是第二盛液器具本体5的容量的1/20~5/6。
实际使用中,上段泡饮一体器具的容积要比下段泡饮一体器具的容量小。第一盛液器具本体1和第二盛液器具本体5的容量比比如为1:9,或者1:5,或者1:4,或者1:3,或者1:2。
第一盛液器具本体1可作为茶杯,第二盛液器具本体5可作为茶壶使用。反之亦可。该结构实现了泡茶器具、饮茶器具,即茶壶、茶杯功能的简约合一。
上述泡饮一体器具的使用过程如下:第一盛液器具本体1放入固体饮品后与连接件2连接,被过滤件4隔离在放固体饮品的泡饮一体器具端。第二盛液器具本体5盛水或热水后也与连接件2连接。这时放固体饮品的第一盛液器具本体1在上,盛水或热水的第二盛液器具本体5在下。连接后倒立,水或热水通过连接件2流入放固体饮品的一端即可让饮品浸泡在水或热水中。泡好后再反倒过来,让泡出液通过过滤件4流回到盛水或热水的一端泡饮一体器具内。当把该盛水端的泡饮一体器具设计成一个饮具时,拧下该泡饮一体器具时就得到经过过滤件4过滤的含有很少渣滓的一杯饮料。
有些饮品需要长时间多溶液水浸泡,这种情况可将被泡固体物放入位于下方的盛液器具本体,加水或热水后与连接件2连接,这种情况上段的盛液器具本体就起到盖子和饮具的作用。
下面介绍再另一些实施例。
在这些实施例中,第一端11、第二端51中的其中一个被构造为可开合的,且另一个是封闭的,以通过第一端11、第二端51中的至少一个实现对器具内饮品的饮用,即实现饮用第一盛液器具本体1和第二盛液器具本体5内的饮品。或者,第一端11、第二端51均被构造为可开合的,以通过第一端11、第二端51中的至少一个实现对器 具内饮品的饮用,即实现饮用第一盛液器具本体1和第二盛液器具本体5内的饮品。或者,第一端11、第二端51均被构造为封闭的。
第一端11、第二端51的结构比如相同或者采用不同的结构。
下面介绍第一端11如果采用可开合的结构时,其一些具体实现方式。
参见图9,如果采用转动的方式实现第一端11可开合,具体实现方式比如为:第一端11设有第一通孔14,第一端11可转动地安装有第一盖13,第一盖13设有第二通孔15。其中,第一盖13被构造为能在下述两种位置之间切换:第一盖13相对于第一端11转动至第一通孔14和第二通孔15连通的位置、第一盖13相对于第一端11转动至第一通孔14和第二通孔15相互错开的位置。
第一盖13相对于第一端11转动至第一通孔14和第二通孔15连通的位置,该位置使得使用者能够饮用器具内饮品。
第一盖13相对于第一端11转动至第一通孔14和第二通孔15相互错开的位置时,以封闭第一端11。第一盖13和第一端11之间密封连接,以防止泡饮一体器具内饮品从第一端11处泄漏。
第一盖13比如设置有便于拨动,以使得第一盖13相对于第一端11转动的拨动部,拨动部比如为带有摩擦花纹的一块表面,或者拨动部为凸起于第一盖13表面的凸起、圆环。
在一些实施例中,第一端11和第一盖13在转动配合面上设有限位结构。限位结构比如有两组,一组限位结构用于提醒用户第一盖13已经处于可以饮用位置;另一组用于提醒用户第一盖13已经闭合,处于不可饮用位置。
如果采用按压的方式实现第一端11可开合,具体实现方式比如为:第一端11设有第一通孔14,第一通孔14处安装有控制阀,控制阀采用按压式阀的结构,按下控制阀,第一通孔14打开,该位置使得使用者能够饮用泡饮一体器具内饮品。再按一下控制阀,第一通孔14闭合,该位置使得第一端11是闭合的,使用者不能够饮用泡饮一体器具内饮品。
上述各实现方式,都使得操作者能单手控制第一端11的开启和关闭状态,实现单手饮用饮品。
第二端51如果也采用可开合结构,其实现方式与第一端11的实现方式比如是相同的,下文未详述之处,请参见关于第一端11的描述。
在一些实施例中,第二端51被构造为采用下述结构之一实现可开合:可转动结 构、按压结构。
在一些实施例中,第二端51设有第三通孔,第二端51可转动地安装有第二盖,第二盖设有第四通孔。其中,第二盖被构造为能在下述两种位置之间切换:第二盖相对于第二端51转动至第三通孔和第四通孔连通的位置、第二盖相对于第二端51转动至第三通孔和第四通孔相互错开的位置,以封闭第二端51。
上述各实现方式,都使得操作者能单手控制第二端51的开启和关闭状态,实现单手饮用饮品。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种泡饮一体器具,包括:
    第一盛液器具本体(1),包括第一端(11)和第一敞口端(12);
    第二盛液器具本体(5),包括第二端(51)和第二敞口端(52);以及
    连接件(2),包括通道(20),所述通道(20)包括第一连接端(201)和第二连接端(202);所述第一连接端(201)与所述第一敞口端(12)可拆卸连接,所述第二连接端(202)与所述第二敞口端(52)可拆卸连接;
    密封件(3),所述第一连接端(201)通过所述密封件(3)与所述连接件(2)密封连接,和/或,所述第二连接端(202)通过所述密封件(3)与所述连接件(2)密封连接;以及
    过滤件(4),设有过滤孔(41),所述过滤孔(41)被构造为允许流体通过;所述过滤件(4)安装于所述第一连接端(201)和所述第二连接端(202)之间,且连通所述第一盛液器具本体(1)和所述第二盛液器具本体(5)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的泡饮一体器具,其中,所述过滤孔(41)被构造为阻隔固体物且允许流体通过。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的泡饮一体器具,其中,所述过滤件(4)与所述连接件(2)可拆卸连接或者固定相连或者是一体的。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的泡饮一体器具,其中,所述连接件(2)的内壁设有第一环形件(21),所述第一环形件(21)的内缘与第二环形件(22)连接;
    所述第一环形件(21)沿着所述连接件(2)轴线方向的尺寸小于所述第二环形件(22)沿着所述连接件(2)轴线方向的尺寸;所述第一环形件(21)和所述第二环形件(22)之间形成有凹槽(23),所述凹槽(23)内安装有所述密封件(3)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的泡饮一体器具,其中,所述密封件(3)包括连接部(31)和抵接部(32),两者相连或者是一体的;所述连接部(31)卡入到所述凹槽(23)中,所述抵接部(32)与所述第二环形件(22)的端面抵接。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的泡饮一体器具,其中,所述凹槽(23)包括两个,其中一个位于所述第一连接端(201)所在的一侧,另一个位于所述第二连接端(202)所在的一侧;各所述凹槽(23)中都安装有所述密封件(3)。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的泡饮一体器具,其中,所述抵接部(32)与所述第二 环形件(22)的端面之间夹设有所述过滤件(4)。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的泡饮一体器具,其中,所述第一环形件(21)与所述连接件(2)是一体的,所述第一环形件(21)与所述第二环形件(22)也是一体的。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的泡饮一体器具,其中,所述第一连接端与所述第一敞口端(12)螺纹连接;和/或,所述第二连接端与所述第二敞口端(52)螺纹连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的泡饮一体器具,其中,所述第一端(11)和所述第二端(51)中的其中一端被构造为下列结构之一,且另一端是封闭的:可旋转开合结构、可按压开合结构、可卡扣开合结构,以饮用所述第一盛液器具本体(1)和所述第二盛液器具本体(5)内的饮品;或者,所述第一端(11)和所述第二端(51)均被构造为下列结构之一:可旋转开合结构、可按压开合结构、可卡扣开合结构,以饮用所述第一盛液器具本体(1)和所述第二盛液器具本体(5)内的饮品;或者,所述第一端(11)和所述第二端(51)均是封闭的。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的泡饮一体器具,其中,所述第一敞口端(12)和所述第二敞口端(52)被构造为能够可拆卸连接。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的泡饮一体器具,其中,所述过滤孔(41)的截面形状至少包括以下其中之一:“人”字形、圆形、细缝形、矩形。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的泡饮一体器具,其中,所述过滤件(4)具有内凹部,所述内凹部的侧壁和底壁至少其中之一设置有所述过滤孔(41)。
