为简化以上繁琐的冲泡奶粉步骤, 中国专利文献 ZL200520016908.8提出了 一种用于在奶瓶中冲泡奶粉的奶粉盒, 由盒体和环盖组成,奶粉盒的上下也均设 有螺纹分别与奶嘴和奶瓶连接,盒体和环盖上分别设有扇形叶片,其控制奶粉盒 中奶粉是否倒出采用盒体和环盖的旋转角度来控制,两者的关口错位, 即可装入 奶粉, 转动使开口对齐, 即使奶粉落入奶瓶。
但是, 根据以上方案, 有以下两个弊端: 其一, 奶粉在奶粉盒中待冲泡时, 由于是四片扇形叶片相互错位使得奶粉在奶粉盒中,此时奶瓶中的温水的水汽容 易通过上下扇形叶片的缝隙进入奶粉盒, 从而使得奶粉盒中的奶粉板结; 其二, 在实施过程中,由于采用的是四片扇形叶片由相互错位滑动到相互对齐使得奶粉 落入奶瓶, 容易造成奶粉残留在上下扇形叶片之间。 发明内容
本发明的目的是为了提供一种新的快速冲奶组件,不仅简化了冲泡奶粉的步 骤, 而且使得奶粉在待冲泡过程中与奶瓶中的温水处于完全隔离状态, 并且不易 残留奶粉。
为了达到上述目的, 本发明采用以下技术方案:
本发明公开了一种快速冲奶组件,包括奶瓶和奶粉盒,所述奶粉盒上部设有 可与奶嘴配合连接的第一连接部,下部设有第二连接部与奶瓶上部的第三连接部 配合连接, 所述奶粉盒具有活动盒底, 所述奶粉盒的活动盒底为一块挡板, 所述 奶粉盒还包括挡板开合机构,所述挡板开合机构可以使该挡板固定在所述奶粉盒 内的奶粉出口处, 以完全堵住奶粉盒内的奶粉出口, 并且可以使该挡板或奶粉盒 移动以打开奶粉出口; 其中所述挡板是整体式挡板, 所述挡板开合机构至少部分 位于奶粉盒腔内, 并具有用于用户操作的部位。
优选地,所述挡板开合机构包括卡口和与卡口相配合的卡块,所述卡口和卡 块其中之一设置在所述奶粉盒内的奶粉出口的外侧,另一个设置在所述挡板对应 的位置。
优选地,所述挡板开合机构包括可转动挡片,所述可转动挡片设置在所述奶 粉盒内的奶粉出口的外侧, 其一端挡住所述挡板, 另一端用于用户操作。
优选地,所述挡板开合机构为一插板,在所述第二连接部开有与所述插板匹 配的插板口, 当所述插板插入该插板口时, 即可将所述挡板固定。
优选地, 所述挡板开合机构还包括转轴, 所述挡板的一端连接在该转轴上。 优选地,在所述转轴上设有保持装置,使得所述挡板转动至打开奶粉盒内的 奶粉出口时, 所述挡板保持在打开位置。
优选地,所述挡板开合机构包括设置在所述奶粉盒上的推动杆, 该推动杆操 作端在所述奶粉盒的外部, 另一端在所述奶粉盒内的奶粉出口的外侧处; 在推动 操作端时, 另一端顶开挡板。
优选地,所述推动杆由硬质材料制成, 并在所述推动杆的外表面包覆一层密 封材料。
优选地,在所述推动杆与奶粉盒的壁体连接的奶粉盒内壁处,在所述推动杆 上设有一推动杆密封圈。
优选地, 所述奶粉盒还包括一弹性密封环, 套在挡板和可转动挡片外部。 本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明提供的快速冲奶组件,具有活动盒底的奶粉盒连接于奶瓶和奶嘴之间 使用, 冲奶组件的活动盒底为一块挡板,奶粉盒内包括挡板开合机构以控制挡板 的开合。用户若需在深夜或者出门在路上需要冲泡奶粉, 先让挡板开合机构使挡 板挡住奶粉盒内的奶粉出口,然后使用该快速冲奶组件提前将温水和奶粉分别装 入奶瓶和奶粉盒中, 再将奶瓶、 奶粉盒和奶嘴一一连接好, 放入恒温暖奶 器中, 此时温水被密封在奶瓶中而不会轻易洒出, 同时奶粉被隔绝在奶粉盒中, 待需要给孩子喂食时, 把奶瓶从暖奶器中拿出, 操作挡板开合机构将挡板打开, 奶粉因为重力作用落入奶瓶中,摇匀后即可给孩子食用。采用挡板作为奶粉盒的 活动盒底, 使得奶粉和温水处于完全隔离状态, 而不易出现奶粉板结现象, 同时 由于挡板结构简单, 并在冲泡奶水时其仍在奶瓶中, 故不会出现奶粉残留现象。
本发明的优选例中,挡板开合机构包括卡口、与卡口相配合的卡块和设置在 奶粉盒上的推动杆,挡板通过卡口固定在所述奶粉盒内的奶粉出口处, 即所述挡 板位于冲奶组件内部,在冲奶组件处于待冲泡时,奶瓶和奶粉盒的连接处就已经 密封接触。推动杆的一端与所述挡板的上表面接触, 当需要冲泡奶粉时, 只需要 按动推动杆的操作端, 即可以使得挡板发生移动, 奶粉出口被打开, 奶粉盒内的 奶粉就可以落入奶瓶,整个过程不需要打开奶瓶,也不需要旋钮奶瓶或者奶粉盒, 操作简便, 可在急需喂奶时快速冲泡奶粉。在此优选例中, 与外界接触的活动部 件只有推动杆的操作端, 而在该推动杆的外圈包覆有一层密封材料, 并在其与奶 粉盒的壁体连接的奶粉盒内壁处增设一密封圈, 使得在推动杆运动时,奶粉盒内 也与外界完全隔绝密封。
本发明的另一个优选例中,挡板开合机构包括可转动挡片,挡板通过可转动 挡片固定在所述奶粉盒内的奶粉出口处,通过用户在奶瓶外转动该可转动挡片来 打开挡板, 该实施例中, 奶粉冲泡过程也无需打开奶瓶, 也不需要旋钮奶瓶或者 奶粉盒, 整个过程中, 奶瓶内的水和奶粉都是与外界隔绝密封, 使奶瓶内部保持 更加清洁。
本发明的另一个优选例中,挡板开合机构包括插板, 挡板通过插板固定在所 述奶粉盒内的奶粉出口处, 在准备过程中, 即可将插板插入奶粉盒固定挡板, 当 需要冲泡奶粉时,将插板拔出,进一步旋钮奶瓶和奶粉盒的连接处后即可摇匀喂 奶, 操作简便, 而且避免了运动件的密封问题, 使得冲奶组件在待冲泡时其奶瓶 和奶粉盒的隔绝密封效果更佳。 附图说明

下面对照附图并结合优选的实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例一:
图 1至图 6是本发明实施例一的快速冲奶组件的示意图。如图 1至图 4所示, 快速冲奶组件包括奶瓶 1和奶粉盒 2, 奶粉盒 2上部设有的第一连接部 21为外 螺纹, 用于与奶嘴套螺纹配合连接, 下部设有的第二连接部 22为内螺纹, 与奶 瓶 1上部设有的为外螺纹的第三连接部 11配合连接。 奶粉盒 2内设有一挡板 23 和一挡板开合机构。在该实施例中, 挡板开合机构包括卡块 231、 挡板凸块 232、 卡口 26、推动杆 24和转轴 25。其中卡块 231和挡板凸块 232设置在挡板 23上, 卡块 231与奶粉盒 2内设有的卡口 26相互配合, 使挡板可以固定在奶粉盒 2内 并堵住奶粉盒 2内的奶粉出口 27, 挡板凸块 232是用于在需要冲奶时, 推动杆 24可以推动挡板 23。
在奶粉盒 2上设有一推动杆 24, 该推动杆 24操作端在奶粉盒 2的外部, 另 一端在奶粉盒 2内的奶粉出口 27的外侧处, 与挡板凸块 232的的上表面接触, 当需要冲泡奶粉时, 按动推动杆 24的操作端, 即可使得挡板 23的卡块 231被推 开, 挡板 23被打开, 在奶粉盒 2内的奶粉就因重力作用落入奶瓶 1中, 摇匀后 就可饮用。
优选地, 推动杆里层 241由 PP材料制成, 推动杆外层 242由弹性和密封性 良好的可食用硅胶制成, 推动杆密封圈 2421和推动杆外层为一体制成。 在奶粉 盒 2的壁体与推动杆 24接触的内壁处设有凸缘连接部 28, 用于与固定圈 29配 合连接, 使得推动杆密封圈 241被固定圈 29所固定, 从而使得推动杆 24与奶粉 盒 2 的壁体接触位置的密封性更好。 在按动推动杆 24 时, 推动杆密封圈 2421 发生弹性形变,并使得在停止按动时推动杆 24时,推动杆 24回复到原来位置处。
优选地, 在奶粉盒内的奶粉出口 27外侧处设有转轴 25, 将挡板 23的一端 连接在该转轴 25上,使得在推动杆 24推动挡板 23时, 挡板 23发生转动而不会 落入奶瓶中。另外还可在转轴 25上设有弹簧装置,使得挡板 23转动至打开奶粉 盒内的奶粉出口 27时, 挡板 23保持在打开的位置。
优选地, 在奶瓶 1的瓶口处套有一第一密封圈 12, 使得奶瓶 1与奶粉盒 2 连接时, 其连接处与外界隔绝密封, 如图 5所示。
当在深夜或者出门的时候需要冲泡奶粉时,可提前在空暇时间先进行以下准 备工作: 第一步, 先将挡板 23的卡块 231扣在卡口 26上, 使挡板 23堵住奶粉 盒内的奶粉出口 27, 此时挡板 23即成为奶粉盒 2的盒底, 然后将适量奶粉装入 具有盒底的奶粉盒 2中; 第二步, 将适量温水装入奶瓶 1中; 第三步, 将奶嘴套 与奶嘴一起连接到奶粉盒 2上端的第一连接部 21 ; 第四步, 将奶瓶 1的第三连 接部 11与奶粉盒 2下端的第二连接部 22对齐, 使二者相对靠近方向旋扭完全。 此时冲奶组件为待冲泡状态, 即如图 6所示。
当冲泡奶粉时, 只需按动推动杆 24, 然后摇匀即可给孩子食用。 此时冲奶 组件状态仍如图 6所示。
实施例二:
图 7至图 11是本发明实施例二的快速冲奶组件的示意图。 实施例二和实施 例一的区别在于将推动杆 24的上端隐藏在奶粉盒 2的壁体内, 这样可以防止小 孩或者家长不小心碰到推动杆 24, 而误冲泡奶粉。
实施例三:
图 12至图 16是本发明实施例三的快速冲奶组件的示意图。实施例三和实施 例一的区别在于, 推动杆密封圈 2421没有被固定, 简化了奶粉盒内的结构; 另 外挡板 23的卡口和卡块由两组变为一组并且卡块与挡板凸块合并, 这样在推动 杆 24推动挡板时, 只需推动挡板卡块 231即可使挡板被打开。
实施例四:
图 17至图 21是本发明实施例四的快速冲奶组件的示意图。 如图 17、 图 18 和图 20所示, 在本实施例中, 奶粉盒 2被拆分成 3个组件, 即奶粉盒主体 201、 弹性密封环 202和奶粉盒连接体 203。其中奶粉盒主体 201上部设有的第一连接 部 21为外螺纹, 用于与奶嘴套螺纹配合连接, 下部设有的第四连接部 2011为外 螺纹, 与奶粉盒连接体 203上部设有的为内螺纹的第五连接部 2032配合连接; 奶粉盒连接体 203下部设有的第二连接部 22为内螺纹, 与奶瓶 1上部设有的为 外螺纹的第三连接部 11配合连接。奶粉盒主体 201设有一挡板 23和一挡板开合 机构。 在该实施例中, 挡板开合机构包括转轴 25和可转动挡片 2012。 其中转轴 25连接挡板 23的一端, 可转动挡片 2012用于挡住挡板 23的另一端, 可转动挡 片 2012通过螺钉 2013固定在奶粉盒主体 201 的底部位置。 奶粉盒连接体 203 内部设有两圈环形突垣 2033, 用于固定弹性密封环 202; 在两圈环形突垣 2033 之间设有一个操作口 2031, 便于用户对可转动挡片 2012进行操作。
优选地,在转轴 25上设有弹簧装置,使得挡板 23转动至打开奶粉盒内的奶 粉出口 27时, 挡板 23保持在打开的位置, 如图 19所示。
当在深夜或者出门的时候需要冲泡奶粉时,可提前在空暇时间先进行以下准 备工作: 第一步, 先将挡板 23用可转动挡片挡住, 使挡板 23堵住奶粉盒内的奶 粉出口 27, 此时挡板 23即成为奶粉盒 2的盒底, 然后将适量奶粉装入具有盒底 的奶粉盒 2中; 第二步, 将适量温水装入奶瓶 1中; 第三步, 将奶嘴套与奶嘴一 起连接到奶粉盒 2上端的第一连接部 21 ; 第四步, 将奶瓶 1的第三连接部 11与 奶粉盒 2下端的第二连接部 22对齐, 使二者相对靠近方向旋扭完全。 此时冲奶 组件为待冲泡状态, 即如图 21所示。
当冲泡奶粉时, 只需通过操作口 2031在弹性密封圈 202外推动可转动挡片 2012, 使可转动挡片 2012不再挡住挡板 23, 挡板 23即被打开, 此时奶粉即通 过奶粉出口 27落入奶瓶, 然后摇匀即可给孩子食用。 此时冲奶组件状态仍如图 21所示。
该优选实施例中,奶粉从处于待冲泡状态直至冲泡好后,奶瓶内的水和奶粉 都是与外界隔绝密封, 可使奶瓶内部保持更加清洁。
实施例五:
图 22至图 24是本发明实施例五的快速冲奶组件的示意图。如图 22和图 23 所示, 快速冲奶组件包括奶瓶 1和奶粉盒 2,奶粉盒 2上部设有的第一连接部 21 为外螺纹, 用于与奶嘴套螺纹配合连接, 下部设有的第二连接部 22为内螺纹, 与奶瓶 1上部设有的为外螺纹的第三连接部 11配合连接。 奶粉盒 2内设有一挡 板 23和一挡板开合机构。 在该实施例中, 挡板开合机构包括插板 204, 当该插 板 204插入插板口 205时, 即可固定奶粉盒内的挡板 23,插板 204从插板口 205 拔出后, 即可使挡板 23被打开。
当在深夜或者出门的时候需要冲泡奶粉时,可提前在空暇时间先进行以下准 备工作: 第一步, 先将插板 204插入插板口 205中, 将挡板 23挡住, 使挡板 23 堵住奶粉盒内的奶粉出口 27, 此时挡板 23即成为奶粉盒 2的盒底, 然后将适量 奶粉装入具有盒底的奶粉盒 2中; 第二步, 将适量温水装入奶瓶 1中; 第三步, 将奶嘴套与奶嘴一起连接到奶粉盒 2上端的第一连接部 21 ; 第四步, 将奶瓶 1 的第三连接部 11与奶粉盒 2下端的第二连接部 22对齐,使二者相对靠近方向旋 扭, 直至奶瓶 1上的第一密封圈 12的上缘与插板 204的下表面接触即可以使奶 瓶瓶口被插板下表面完全密封住。 此时冲奶组件为待冲泡状态, 即如图 24A所 示。
当冲泡奶粉时,将奶瓶 1沿螺纹反方向旋钮一段距离后,将插板 204从插板 口 205中拔出, 此时挡板 23不再堵住奶粉出口 27, 奶粉即通过奶粉出口 27落 入奶瓶 1内, 由于第二连接部在插板 204插入位置上部还有一段上端螺纹 221, 故可将奶瓶 1和奶粉盒 2往相对靠近方向更进一步旋钮,直至奶瓶 1上的第一密 封圈 12的上缘与奶粉盒 2接触即可以使奶瓶 1和奶粉盒 2的连接处与外界隔绝 密封, 最后摇匀即可给孩子食用。 此时冲奶组件状态仍如图 24B所示。
该实施例中,奶粉盒 2与奶瓶 1是通过挡板 23进行隔绝,而通过用插板 204 固定该挡板 23的方法避免了运动件的密封问题, 使得冲奶组件在待冲泡时其奶 瓶和奶粉盒的隔绝密封效果更佳。

1. 一种快速冲奶组件, 包括奶瓶 (1 ) 和奶粉盒 (2), 所述奶粉盒 (2) 上 部设有可与奶嘴配合连接的第一连接部 (21 ), 下部设有第二连接部 (22) 与奶 瓶上部的第三连接部 (11 ) 配合连接, 所述奶粉盒 (2) 具有活动盒底, 其特征 在于,
所述奶粉盒 (2) 的活动盒底为一块挡板 (23 ), 所述奶粉盒 (2) 还包括挡 板开合机构, 所述挡板开合机构可以使该挡板 (23 ) 固定在所述奶粉盒 (2) 内 的奶粉出口 (27) 处, 以完全堵住奶粉盒(2) 内的奶粉出口 (27), 并且可以使 该挡板 (23 )或奶粉盒(2)移动以打开奶粉出口 (27); 其中所述挡板(23 ) 是 整体式挡板, 所述挡板开合机构至少部分位于奶粉盒 (2) 腔内, 并具有用于用 户操作的部位。
2. 如权利要求 1 所述的快速冲奶组件, 其特征在于, 所述挡板开合机构包 括卡口 (26) 和与卡口相配合的卡块 (231 ), 所述卡口 (26) 和卡块 (231 ) 其 中之一设置在所述奶粉盒 (2) 内的奶粉出口 (27) 的外侧, 另一个设置在所述 挡板 (23 ) 对应的位置。
3. 如权利要求 1 所述的快速冲奶组件, 其特征在于, 所述挡板开合机构包 括可转动挡片 (2012), 所述可转动挡片 (2012)设置在所述奶粉盒(2) 内的奶 粉出口 (27) 的外侧, 其一端挡住所述挡板 (23 ), 另一端用于用户操作。
4. 如权利要求 1 所述的快速冲奶组件, 其特征在于, 所述挡板开合机构包 括插板 (204), 在所述第二连接部 (22) 开有与所述插板 (204) 匹配的插板口
(205 ), 当所述插板(204)插入该插板口 (205 ) 时, 即可将所述挡板(23 ) 固 定。
5. 如权利要求 2、 3或 4所述的快速冲奶组件, 其特征在于, 所述挡板开合 机构还包括转轴 (25 ), 所述挡板 (23 ) 的一端连接在该转轴 (25 ) 上。
6. 如权利要求 5所述的快速冲奶组件, 其特征在于, 在所述转轴 (25 ) 上 设有保持装置, 使得所述挡板(23 )转动至打开奶粉盒(2) 内的奶粉出口 (27) 时, 所述挡板 (23 ) 保持在打开位置。
7. 如权利要求 1 所述的快速冲奶组件, 其特征在于, 所述挡板开合机构包 括设置在所述奶粉盒(2)上的推动杆 (24), 该推动杆 (24)操作端在所述奶粉 盒(2) 的外部, 另一端在所述奶粉盒 (2) 内的奶粉出口 (27) 的外侧处; 在推 动操作端时, 另一端顶开挡板。
8. 如权利要求 7所述的快速冲奶组件, 其特征在于, 所述推动杆 (24) 由 硬质材料制成, 并在所述推动杆 (24) 的外表面包覆一层密封材料。
9. 如权利要求 7所述的快速冲奶组件, 其特征在于, 在所述推动杆 (24) 与奶粉盒 (2) 的壁体连接的奶粉盒(2) 内壁处, 在所述推动杆 (24)上设有一 推动杆密封圈 (2421 )。
10. 如权利要求 3所述的快速冲奶组件, 其特征在于, 所述奶粉盒 (2) 还 包括一弹性密封环 (202), 套在挡板 (23) 和可转动挡片 (2012) 外部。
