下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
参见图 1〜图 3 , —种自动奶粉沖泡机, 包括由底座 101、 外壳 102和 本体上盖 103构成的 C字形本体 1、 安装在本体 1后部内的温水组件 5、 固定在本体 1 内的驱动电机 4、 通过一拨杆机构 7卡接在本体 1前上部的 奶粉组件 2和连接在奶粉组件 2与驱动电机 4之间的齿轮副 6。 在上述及 以下描述中均以本体 1C字形开口方向为正前方。 齿轮副 6包括设置在驱动电机 4输出轴上的主动齿轮 602和设置在奶 粉组件上并与主动齿轮 602啮合的被动齿轮 601。 在本实施例中, 该齿轮 副 6为一对伞齿轮, 所以驱动电机 4以输出轴向上竖直安装在本体 1 内。
温水组件 5包括竖直安装的水槽 501 , 其通过四根支杆固定在本体 1 的底座 101上。 在水槽的底部上设有一电热板 502 , 水槽 501的下侧壁上 设有一泵水管 503 ,并与一通过水泵支架 506固定在底座 101上的水泵 504 连通。 在水槽 501的上口上设有一个水槽盖 104, 在本体 1的上端凸出部 分的下面上设有一个奶瓶接口 106。在奶瓶接口 106上设有一个出水管 505 也与水泵 504连通。
在底座的前部设有一个积水杯 105, 积水杯上设有漏孔盖。 该积水杯 105的位置与奶瓶接口 106呈上下对应。
参见图 4, 本体上盖 103的前部设有一个圓开口, 在圓开口的后端设 有一个缺口, 缺口中枢接有一个小盖板 107, 在小盖板 107的前端两側分 别设有一个凹槽凸块 1071。拨杆机构 7为两个, 分别固定在本体 1的两内 侧上。 参见图 8, 拨杆机构 7包括一端杆 701、 与端杆 701呈剪刀状交叉 枢接在一起的拨杆 702和推动拨杆 702动作的卸载按钮 703。 端杆 701的 前端和后端分别设有第一"" ^头 701 1和第二卡头 7012。 拨杆 702通过一个 拨杆枢孔 7022枢接在本体上盖 103向下凸出的一个凸轴上, 该拨杆枢孔 7022位于端杵枢接处的后部, 卸载按鈕 703接触连接于拨杆 702的后端。 所以, 当卸载按鈕 703推动拨杆 702通过拨杆 7022转动时, 拨杆 702带 动端杆 701向两外侧移动, 与奶粉组件 2和小盖板 107脱开。
参见图 5 ~图 7, 奶粉组件 2包括一个奶粉仓 201、 一安装在奶粉仓 201底部的送粉螺杆 202和设置在奶粉仓 201前端上的旋转粉盖 203。
奶粉仓 201上部呈圓柱体, 下部两侧通过两个切面收缩为一个尖底, 在该尖底的前后端设有与奶粉仓 201 内腔室连通的轴孔, 送粉螺杆 202通 过该轴孔安装在奶粉仓 201 中。在送粉螺杆 202的后端上固定有一个被动 齿轮 601, 该被动齿轮 601为一个伞齿轮。 在驱动电机 4的输出轴上固定 有一个主动齿轮 602, 该主动齿轮 602也为伞齿轮, 与被动齿轮 601呈直 角啮合。
在奶粉仓 201的前端轴孔设有一个轴孔凸缘 2012。在奶粉仓 201的前 底部设有一个出粉口 2013 , 该出粉口 2013—直轴向向前延伸出轴孔凸缘 2012。在轴孔凸缘 2012上通过周向定位套设有一个限位套 204,使该限位 套 204不能作转动。该限位套 204周壁上设有一个槽口 2041,该槽口 2041 与出粉口 2013对应。 在限位套 204端面上设有一个端孔 2042 , 与送粉螺 杆 202前端上的一个圓沉孔 2021对应。 在端孔 2042周边的限位套 204端 壁上设有一个关闭限位块 2043和一个开启限位块 2044。 关闭限位块 2043 位于限位套 204端壁的上部中间, 开启限位块 2044位于槽口 2041右侧边 缘的限位套 204端壁上。
旋转粉盖 203设有一个扇形的端壁, 在扇形端壁的下圆弧处垂直延伸 有一个弧形挡板 2032,该弧形挡板 2032与限位套 204槽口 2041处的圓弧 适配并盖住出粉口 2041。 在送粉螺杆 202前端的圆沉孔 2021 中固定有一 个第一磁块 205。 在旋转粉盖 203的端壁中包裹有一个第二磁块 206, 并 在旋转粉盖 203的端壁前后呈圆台凸出。在旋转粉盖 203上的第二磁块 206 与送粉螺杆 202前端的第一磁块 205磁极相反, 互为相吸。 旋转粉盖 203 通过第一磁块 205和第二磁块 206的吸合设置在限位套 204的端面, 并通 过送粉螺杆 202的转动来带动进行开启和关闭。
温水组件 5及奶粉组件 2均通过控制机构 3进行控制。 控制机构包括 设置在本体 1 内的控制电路(图中未示) 、 设置在本体侧面上的电源开关 303、 选择按钮 302和显示屏 301。 用户通过按动选择按钮 302进行水温、 出水量和奶粉的出粉量参数设置。
用户使用时, 先打开水槽盖 104加入饮用水, 打开粉仓盖 207加入所 需奶粉, 然后打开电源开关 303 , 按动选择按钮 302至开始标记出现时开 始加热。 此时, 为了高温破坏奶粉中的营养元素和宝宝的安全, 不能进行 其它泡奶操作, (为了防止烫坏奶的营养元素, 与宝宝的安全)直至水温 达到 100 °C并开始自然冷却至设定温度。 当温度达到设定温度后, 用户可 进行泡奶操作, 此时, 也可设置为夜间模式, 对水进行持续保温。
用户可随时按照设定的水温、 出水量和奶粉的出粉量参数进行泡奶。 奶粉组件 2中的送料螺杆 202根据设定参数进行转动, 提供精确的出 粉量控制。 送料螺杆 202按顺时针转动时, 通过第一磁块 205带动旋转粉 盖 203也按顺时针转动, 开启出粉口 2013。送料螺杆 202根据出粉量继续 转动, 但旋转粉盖 203通过开启限位块 2044的限位不再转动。 当出粉量 达到设定值后, 送料螺杆 202作反向转动一个角度, 带动旋转粉盖 203关 闭出粉口 2013, 旋转粉盖 203在关闭限位块 2043限位下停止。
用户使用完泡奶机后, 需对奶粉组件 2进行清洗和消毒。 拆卸奶粉组 件 2时, 用两手按动本体 1两侧上的卸载按钮 703推动拨杵机构 7中拨杆 702的推动端 7021, 并带动端杆 701外移,使原分别卡接在粉仓凸块 201 1 和凹槽凸块 1071 中的第一"" ^头 701 1和第二卡头 7012脱开, 取出奶粉组 件 2。
以上所述的实施例只是本实用新型的一种较佳方案, 并非对本实用新 型作任何形式上的限制, 在不超过权利要求所记载的技术方案的前提下还 有其它的变体及改型。

Claims

权利要求
1. 一种自动奶粉冲泡机, 其包括本体、 设置在本体内的奶粉组件、 温水 组件、 驱动电机和控制电路; 所述奶粉组件和温水组件在控制电路控 制下分别出奶粉和出温水; 其特征在于: 所述奶粉组件活动设置在所 述本体的上部, 包括一奶粉仓、 一送料螺杆和一位于所述送料螺杆与 驱动电机之间的齿轮传动副; 所述奶粉仓的前底部设有一出粉口并设 有一盖住所述出粉口的旋转粉盖。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的自动奶粉冲泡机, 其特征在于: 在所述本体上 部内的两侧分别设有一拨杆机构, 在所述奶粉仓两侧分别设有凸起,
3. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的自动奶粉冲泡机, 其特征在于: 在所述送 料螺杆的前端面上设有一圓沉孔, 在圓沉孔中固设有一第一磁块; 所 述旋转粉盖设有一扇形端面和一与扇形端面垂直布置的弧形挡板, 在 扇形端面内设有一第二磁块, 所述第二磁块与所述第一磁块对齐并磁 极相反。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的自动奶粉冲泡机, 其特征在于: 还包括一限位 套, 所述限位套套设在所述奶粉仓的前端送料螺杆的轴孔凸缘上; 在 所述限位套的外端面上设有一与所述圆沉孔对应的端孔, 在端孔周边 端面上设有一开启限位块和一关闭限位块; 在所述限位套的周壁上设 有一与所述出粉口对应的槽口; 所述旋转粉盖设置在所述限位套的外 端面上并位于所述开启限位块和关闭限位块之间。
5. 根据权利要求 3所述的自动奶粉冲泡机, 其特征在于: 所述齿轮传动 副包括分别设置在所述螺旋杆后端上和所述驱动电机输出轴上并相互 啮合的伞形齿轮或圆柱齿轮。
6. 根据权利要求 4所述的自动奶粉冲泡机, 其特征在于: 所述齿轮传动 副包括分别设置在所述螺旋杆后端上和所述驱动电机输出轴上并相互 啮合的伞形齿轮或圆柱齿轮。
7. 根据权利要求 2所述的自动奶粉沖泡机, 其特征在于: 所述拨杆机构 包括一端杆、 一与端杆枢接的拨杆和一设置在所述本体侧面并与所述 拨杆一端相抵的卸载按钮。
8. 根据权利要求 3所述的自动奶粉沖泡机, 其特征在于: 所述拨杆机构 包括一端杆、 一与端杆枢接的拨杆和一设置在所述本体侧面并与所述 拨杆一端相 4氏的卸载按钮。
9. 根据权利要求 4所述的自动奶粉冲泡机, 其特征在于: 所述拨杆机构 包括一端杆、 一与端杆枢接的拨杆和一设置在所述本体侧面并与所述 拨杆一端相抵的卸载按钮。
10.根据权利要求 5所述的自动奶粉冲泡机, 其特征在于: 所述拨杆机构 包括一端杆、 一与端杆枢接的拨杆和一设置在所述本体侧面并与所述 拨杆一端相抵的卸载按鈕
