Definitions
- the present invention relates to a trimming device for a decorative material, an apparatus for manufacturing a coated product, and a manufacturing method. More specifically, the present invention relates to a chamfer by accurately removing a surplus end portion of a cosmetic material by suppressing the imitation of a guide portion with respect to a base material. The present invention relates to a trimming device for a decorative material, an apparatus for manufacturing a coated product, and a manufacturing method.
- the trimming apparatus includes a trimming head 241 that moves along an excessive end portion of the decorative material 209.
- the trimming head 241 includes a drive motor 247 and a drive shaft 247a of the drive motor 247.
- rotary cutter 248 for removing the excess end portion of the decorative material 209
- guide portion 252 that is rotatably supported by a bracket 249 provided on the main body 241a of the trimming head 241 and rolls on the base material 208 (for example, , Bearing outer ring, etc.).
- JP 2010-208269 A Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 08-90504
- the guide portion 252 is rotatably supported by the bracket 249 provided on the main body 241a of the trimming head 241, so that the axis between the guide portion 252 and the rotary cutter 248 is accurately positioned. Therefore, it is difficult to position the guide member 252 with respect to the base material 208, and the guide member 252 is easily misaligned.
- FIG. 46A when the outer diameter of the guide portion 252 is smaller than the outer diameter of the cutting edge of the rotary cutter 248, the cutting edge of the rotating cutter 248 gets too deep into the decorative material 209. .
- FIG. 46B when the outer diameter of the guide portion 252 is larger than the outer diameter of the cutting edge of the rotary cutter 248, the cutting edge of the rotating cutter 248 only enters the decorative material 209 shallowly, and the surplus end. Some parts will be left behind.
- an apparatus for manufacturing a coated product in which a decorative material is bonded to an end surface of a base material is generally known (see, for example, Patent Document 2).
- a trimming apparatus that removes excess portions along the longitudinal direction of the decorative material bonded to the end face of the base material is employed.

Therefore, when the load applied to the base material 308 becomes large due to the long-term use of the trimming cutter 329, for example, as shown by the phantom line in FIG. 48, the end of the base material 308 is easily deformed so as to be warped. When such deformation occurs, the excess portion along the longitudinal direction of the decorative material 309 cannot be removed with high accuracy.
- the conventional trimming device described above such as wind pressure, is used when removing the excess portion in the longitudinal direction of the decorative material.
- the surface edge part of a protective film floats up from the surface of a base material by influence, and foreign materials, such as cutting waste, will enter into the clearance gap between the surface of these base materials and a protective film. As a result, the appearance of the coated product is degraded.
