Abstract
Description
図1に示すように、本実施形態に係る車両1は、パワートレインとしてのエンジン2およびエンジン2の回転を変速しつつ車輪に伝達する自動変速機3を有する。エンジン2は、ガソリンや軽油等の燃料の燃焼により駆動力を発生する内燃機関である。自動変速機3は、図略のトルクコンバータを介してエンジン2と連結され、複数の摩擦要素の締結または解放により、前進1速~6速および後退速の複数のギヤ段が達成される。ギヤ段が達成された状態において、自動変速機3内にエンジン2側と駆動輪4側との間のトルク伝達経路が形成される。
次に、コントロールユニット10が実行するASL制御の内容を説明する。
以上のように、本実施形態では、車速を検知する車速センサ21と、車両1の上限車速Voを設定する上限車速設定スイッチ24と、上記車速センサ21で検知された車速と上記上限車速設定スイッチ24で設定された上限車速Voとの偏差が所定の閾値(上限車速Voと閾値車速Vxとの偏差)未満になったとき、又は、要求加速度が上限加速度を超えたとき、言い換えると、所定の条件が成立したとき(図4の時刻t1より後)、車速が上限車速Voを超過しないようにエンジン2の出力を抑制する(ステップS11,S13)コントロールユニット10とを備える車両1の制御装置において、車両1の運転状態に基いて自動変速機3のギヤ段を設定する(ステップS6)ギヤ段設定部11と、上記コントロールユニット10により上記エンジン2の出力の抑制が行われるときは、自動変速機3のギヤ段を上記ギヤ段設定部11により設定されるギヤ段(2速)よりも燃費が良くなる高速側のギヤ段(6段)に向けてシフトアップさせる(ステップS10,S12)シフトアップ部12とが備えられる。
上記実施形態では、2速よりも燃費が良くなる高速側のギヤ段として、燃費が最も良くなる最も段位の高い6速が選ばれたが、これに限らず、例えば4速や5速を選ぶようにしてもよい。また、その場合、2速から4速又は2速から5速のシフトアップを1回で行うようにしてもよい。
Claims (6)
- 車速を検知する車速検知手段と、
車両の上限車速を設定する上限車速設定手段と、
所定の条件が成立したとき、上記車速検知手段で検知された車速が上記上限車速設定手段で設定された上限車速を超過しないようにエンジン出力を抑制するエンジン制御手段とを備える車両の制御装置であって、
車両の運転状態に基いて変速機のギヤ段を設定するギヤ段設定手段と、
上記エンジン制御手段により上記エンジン出力の抑制が行われるときは、変速機のギヤ段を上記ギヤ段設定手段により設定されるギヤ段よりも燃費が良くなる高速側のギヤ段に向けてシフトアップさせるシフトアップ手段とを備えることを特徴とする車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置において、
上記エンジン制御手段は、上記車速と上記上限車速との偏差が所定の閾値未満になったとき、エンジン出力を抑制することを特徴とする車両の制御装置。 - 請求項2に記載の車両の制御装置において、
アクセル開度を検知するアクセル開度検知手段と、
上記アクセル開度検知手段で検知されたアクセル開度が大きいほど上記閾値を大きい値に変更する閾値変更手段とを備えることを特徴とする車両の制御装置。 - 請求項2または3に記載の車両の制御装置において、
上記シフトアップ手段は、上記偏差が上記閾値より小さい所定の基準値以下になったとき、シフトアップを待機させ、車速が上限車速に維持された後、シフトアップさせることを特徴とする車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の車両の制御装置において、
上記シフトアップ手段は、変速機のギヤ段を複数回に分けてシフトアップさせることを特徴とする車両の制御装置。 - 車速を検知する車速検知工程と、
車両の上限車速を設定する上限車速設定工程と、
所定の条件が成立したとき、上記車速検知工程で検知された車速が上記上限車速設定工程で設定された上限車速を超過しないようにエンジン出力を抑制するエンジン制御工程とを備える車両の制御方法であって、
車両の運転状態に基いて変速機のギヤ段を設定するギヤ段設定工程と、
上記エンジン制御工程中は、変速機のギヤ段を上記ギヤ段設定工程により設定されるギヤ段よりも燃費が良くなる高速側のギヤ段に向けてシフトアップさせるシフトアップ工程とを備えることを特徴とする車両の制御方法。
