From this, it can be seen that the smaller the aperture ratio of the rectifying network portion 74, the more the fluid rectifying property is improved and the discharge is stably performed over the entire discharge electrode portion 18. However, as in Reference Example 1, when the aperture ratio becomes extremely small, the fluid rectification property is deteriorated and the discharge becomes unstable. Accordingly, it can be seen that the preferable range of the aperture ratio of the rectifying network portion 74 is preferably 16% to 41%, and more preferably 16% to 23%.

On the other hand, it was found that even if the anode arrangement pitch Pa is too wide, a cold spot region is formed in the plasma, and the efficiency is lowered. Description

<評価>
Figure JPOXMLDOC01-appb-T000001
<評価>
Figure JPOXMLDOC01-appb-T000002
<評価>
Figure JPOXMLDOC01-appb-T000003
気孔はX線CT(コンピュータ断層撮影)による非破壊観察画像で確認した。
<評価>
Figure JPOXMLDOC01-appb-T000004
<評価>
Figure JPOXMLDOC01-appb-T000005
<評価>
