包装纸箱 技术领域
本发明是有关于一种包装材, 特别是有关于一种包装纸箱。 背景技术
对于高精密度且相当脆弱的电子元件而言,由于其极易在运送过程中受到 外界环境, 例如水、 灰尘、 撞击力等的影响而损坏, 因此对包装结构的要求更 是严苛。 为了降低商品在运送过程的损坏率, 防水、 防尘、 及抗震已是保护性 包装结构所需具备的基本功能。 目前, 较为常见的作法系在包装盒中, 额外提 供纸类或塑胶类衬料、 以及塑胶填充海绵或泡状缓冲垫等缓冲材料, 以间隔物 品并避免物品于运送期间产生晃动而撞击包装盒壁,而达到保护包装盒的内容 物的目的。 其中, 塑胶类衬料、 塑胶填充海绵、 以及泡状缓冲垫的材质通常为 发泡聚乙烯 (Expanded Polyethylene ; EPE)或聚氯乙烯 (Polyvinyl Chloride ; PVC
然而, 在环保意识日益高涨下, 这类塑胶类衬料、 塑胶填充海绵、 以及泡 状缓冲垫的使用会对环境生态造成相当大的冲击, 较不符合环保的要求。
除此之外, 传统组装缓冲材于电子产品上时, 必须要同时使用双手握持缓 冲材和电子产品进行组装,而后再将已经包装好缓冲材的电子产品送入包装外 盒内。如此,每次放置电子产品于包装外盒内的整体包装流程时间将会被拉长, 进而浪费人力及成本。 发明公开
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的一目的便是在于提供一种便于组装的包装 纸箱。
根据本发明的一实施例, 提出了一种包装纸箱, 其包含下盖、 两侧框、 多 个第一粘扣部、多个第二粘扣部以及上盖。两侧框分别设置于下盖的相对两侧, 每一侧框包含多个插槽, 插槽面对面成对地配置。第一粘扣部设置于下盖。第 二粘扣部设置于两侧框, 其中第一粘扣部与第二粘扣部相互粘扣, 使两侧框直 立于下盖上。 上盖则设置于侧框上方。

A-A、 B-B: 实现本发明的最佳方式
以下将以附图及详细说明清楚说明本发明的精神,任何本领域技术人员在 了解本发明的较佳实施例后, 当可由本发明所教示的技术, 加以改变及修饰, 其并不脱离本发明的精神与范围。
参照图 1, 其绘示本发明的包装纸箱一实施例的爆炸图。包装纸箱 100包含 有下盖 110、 两侧框 120、 上盖 130以及框形挡墙 140。 侧框 120分别设置于下盖
110的相对两侧, 且每一侧框 120具有多个插槽 122, 两侧框 120的插槽 122为面 对面成对地配置, 以形成多个容置空间于侧框 120之间, 用以容置板状物体, 例如平面显示器或是太阳能模块等。
侧框 120与下盖 110之间可以透过活动式的粘接结构进行连接, 使得侧框 120直立于下盖 110上。 具体而言, 下盖 110上设置有多个第一粘扣部 150, 而侧 框 120的底面设置有多个第二粘扣部 160。第一粘扣部 150与第二粘扣部 160可以 分别为魔术贴 (velcro)的两个部分。 例如, 第一扣部 150包含有多个小环, 第二 粘扣部 160包含有多个小勾, 或者, 第一粘扣部 150包含有多个小勾, 而第二粘 扣部 160包含有多个小环。 第一粘扣部 150以及第二粘扣部 160可以透过粘胶粘 合的方式分别固定于下盖 110以及侧框 120。第一粘扣部 150以及第二粘扣部 160 可以为长条状,第一粘扣部 150与第二粘扣部 160的尺寸可以相同或不同。第一 粘扣部 150与第二粘扣部 160之间为透过环部与勾部相互粘扣, 故在组装侧框 120于下盖 110上时,仅需要将侧框 120对准预定的组装位置放置于下盖 110上即 可, 不需要再使用额外的固定元件。 如此一来, 可以提升侧框 120的组装效率。
当侧框 120固定于下盖 110之后, 待放的板状物体再放置于由两侧框 120的 插槽 122所定义出的容置空间中。 而后, 框形挡墙 140再套设于侧框 120之外, 上盖 130再盖设于框形挡墙 140上。 侧框 120的高度为小于框形挡墙 140的高度, 挡墙 140的高度可依据所容置板状物体的尺寸调整。
包装纸箱 100更包含两间隔条 170, 间隔条 170位于框形挡墙 140内, 且设置 于较为邻近上盖 130的一侧, 间隔条 170可用以进一歩地隔离相邻的板状物体, 以防止相邻的板状物体之间发生碰撞。 包装纸箱 100更包含有一上缓冲材 180 以及一下缓冲材 182, 上缓冲材 180设置于间隔条 170以及上盖 130之间。下缓冲 材 182则是设置于下盖 110上。 上缓冲材 180与下缓冲材 182较佳地为片状纸材, 例如瓦楞纸片, 用以分别提供板状物体与上盖 130和下盖 110之间的缓冲。
本包装纸箱 100透过魔术贴粘扣的方式, 将侧框 120固定于下盖 110上, 因 此, 具有快速固定与安装的优点。 除此之外, 侧框 120的材料为瓦楞纸, 相较 于传统的发泡材料,采用瓦楞纸材的侧框 120, 其插槽 122之间的间隔可以从 20 毫米缩减至 3毫米, 可以增加运送数量, 并满足支撑强度以及节能减碳的要求。
参照图 2, 其绘示本发明的包装纸箱一实施例的侧框与下盖组装时的示意 图。 侧框 120包含有底板 124以及直立于底板 124的侧板 126, 其中底板 124为面 对于下盖 110并与下盖 110大致平行,前述多个第二粘扣部 160即设置于底板 124
的底面, 以与下盖 110的多个第一粘扣部 150作连结。 侧板 126连接于底板 124, 并与底板 124大致垂直,侧板 126上包含有多个长条状开口 128,侧框 120更包含 有多个第一间隔板 121实质垂直地设置于侧板 126上, 第一间隔板 121为分别彼 此平行地插设于侧板 126的各开口 128之中, 以实质垂直地设置于侧板 126上, 并在任两相邻第一间隔板 121之间形成前述的插槽 122。
底板 124与侧板 126为一体成形,即底板 124与侧板 126可以利用同一块纸材 裁切而成,并将纸材弯折以得到底板 124以及侧板 126,而后再将第一间隔板 121 插入侧板 126上的开口 128而形成侧框 120。
侧板 126包含有本体 123以及连接于本体 123相对两端缘的两弯折部 125,两 弯折部 125亦同时连接于底板 124的相对两端缘,借此侧框 120的侧板 126与底板 124形成容置空间, 其中开口 128设置于本体 123, 第一间隔板 121大致平行于弯 折部 125。 侧框 120更包含有多个补强片 127, 补强片 127分别粘接于本体 123以 及弯折部 125的上端与下端, 用以提升侧板 126的结构强度。
侧框 120的侧板 126上更设置有中心定位结构 129。中心定位结构 129可以为 任意的标示记号, 例如图中的凹陷处。 中心定位结构 129设置于对应插槽 122 的位于中间的一或二者, 用以标示出侧框 120的中间位置, 以便于快速且正确 地放置板状物体, 减少错置的可能。
下盖 110包含有定位孔 190,侧框 120包含有突出于底板 124底面的定位突起 192, 定位孔 190可与定位突起 192卡合, 以定位侧框 120于下盖 110上。侧框 120 的底板 124可以选择性地更包含有第一定位点 194, 下盖 110可以选择性地更包 含有第二定位点 196, 当组装侧框 120于下盖 110上时, 可将第一定位点 194对齐 第二定位点 196,以定位侧框 120于下盖 110上。第一定位点 194与第二定位点 196 可以为任意的标示记号。
下盖 110则包含有基板 112, 以及连接于基板 112的侧边的多个舌部 114。 基 板 112与舌部 114大致为矩形。 第一粘扣部 150位于下盖 110的基板 112上, 第二 粘扣部 160位于侧框 120的底板 122上。 透过第一粘扣部 150粘扣于第二粘扣部 160, 可以将侧框 120固定于下盖 110。
于下盖 110中, 更包含有设置于舌部 114上的第三粘扣部 116以及第四粘扣 部 118。第三粘扣部 116以及第四粘扣部 118为成对地配置, 且第三粘扣部 116与 第四粘扣部 118分别位于相邻舌部 114端缘的上下两表面, 使得舌部 114被弯折 而直立于基板 112后,透过第三粘扣部 116与第四粘扣部 118将相邻舌部 114端缘
相互粘扣而固定。第三粘扣部 116与第四粘扣部 118可以分别为魔术贴的环部与 勾部。
如此一来, 待侧框 120组装于下盖 110的基板 112后, 可以再将图 1中的框形 挡墙 140套装于侧框 120外。 而后再将舌部 114弯折使其直立于基板, 接着再将 舌部 114上的第三粘扣部 116与第四粘扣部 118相互粘扣,便可使下盖 110包覆住 框形挡墙 140(见图 1)。
参照图 3, 其绘示本发明的包装纸箱中的间隔条一实施例的使用状态示意 图。 间隔条 170包含有顶板 172以及大致垂直地设置于顶板 172上的多个第二间 隔板 174。 第二间隔板 174为面对下盖 110见图 1), 用以进一歩地隔离之间的距 离约与板状物体的厚度相同。 由于间隔条 170系由纸材所构成, 并具有多个折 线, 因此, 可以轻易地如图中所示的弯折间隔条 170, 使得第二间隔板 174分别 位于板状物体之间, 以防止板状物体之间发生碰撞。
参照图 4A至图 4C, 其分别绘示本发明的包装纸箱组装时不同阶段的立体 视图。 如图 4A所示, 两侧框 120分别安装于下盖 110的相对两侧, 下盖 110的舌 部 114之间已经粘接完成 (下盖 110与侧框 120的细部组装可参见图 2), 而后再将 板状物体 200置入侧框 120的插槽 122中。板状物体 200可以为太阳能模块、平面 显示器等。板状物体 200可以如图中所示地从侧框 120的一侧向另一侧依序置入 插槽 122中,或者,亦可通过如图 2中所描述的中心定位结构 129)标记出侧框 120 的中心位置, 从侧框 120的中心位置开始放置板状物体 200。
如图 4B所示,待板状物体 200—一地置入侧框 120(见图 4A)的插槽 122(见图
4A)后, 框形挡墙 140再套装于侧框 120外。接着, 如图 3所示的可弯折的间隔条 170再插入板状物体 200之间的间隔中,用以减少板状物体 200于搬运时的碰撞。 接着, 上缓冲材 180再放置于板状物体 200以及间隔条 170上, 而后将上盖 130 盖住框形挡墙 140。
组装完成的包装纸箱 100则如图 4C所示。 上盖 130以及下盖 110分别位于框 形挡墙 140的相对两侧。
或者, 于其他的实施例中, 侧框 120固定于下盖 110之后, 置入待固定的板 状物体 200以及用以间隔板状物体的间隔条 170后, 框形挡墙 140再套装于侧框
120外,而后下盖 110的舌部 114之间再透过第三粘扣部 116见图 2)与第四粘扣部 118见图 2)相互粘扣,而使下盖 110包覆框形挡墙 140。最后将上缓冲材 180放置 于板状物体 200上, 再将上盖 130罩住框形挡墙 140。
此种实施例中, 由于下盖 110是在框形挡墙 140套设于侧框 120与板状物体 200之后才透过第三粘扣部 116以及第四粘扣部 118(见图 2)完成组装, 因此, 可 以简化将框形挡墙 140塞入下盖 110的歩骤, 提升组装效率。
综上所述, 本发明的包装纸箱系由如瓦楞纸等硬质纸材所制作而成, 除了 具有环保的优点之外, 更可缩减插槽的间距, 进而增加运送数量。 此外, 包装 纸箱中利用魔术贴的粘扣方式组装, 具有组装便利以及易于取放的功效。
虽然本发明已以一较佳实施例揭露如上, 然其并非用以限定本发明, 任何 本领域技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,当可作各种的更动与润饰, 因此本发明的保护范围当视后附的申请专利范围所界定者为准。 工业应用性
本发明的包装纸箱系由如瓦楞纸等硬质纸材所制作而成,除了具有环保的 优点之外, 更可缩减插槽的间距, 进而增加运送数量。 此外, 包装纸箱中利用 魔术贴的粘扣方式组装, 具有组装便利以及易于取放的功效。
Claims
1.一种包装纸箱, 其特征在于, 包含:
一下盖;
两侧框, 分别设置于该下盖的相对两侧, 每一这些侧框具有多个插槽, 该 两侧框的这些插槽面对面成对地配置;
多个第一粘扣部, 设置于该下盖;
多个第二粘扣部, 设置于这些侧框, 其中这些第一粘扣部与这些第二粘扣 部相互粘扣, 使这些侧框直立于该下盖上; 以及
一上盖, 设置于这些侧框上方。
2.如权利要求 1所述的包装纸箱, 其特征在于, 每一这些侧框包含: 一底板;
一侧板, 直立于该底板; 以及
多个第一间隔板, 分别大致垂直地设于该侧板上, 且彼此实质平行, 这些 第一间隔板之间形成这些插槽。
3. 如权利要求 2所述的包装纸箱, 其特征在于, 该底板以及该侧板为一体 成形。
4. 如权利要求 2所述的包装纸箱, 其特征在于, 该侧板包含一本体以及连 接于该本体两端的两弯折部,该两弯折部的另一端侧分别连接于该底板的相对 两端。
5. 如权利要求 2所述的包装纸箱, 其特征在于, 该侧框还包含至少一补强 片, 粘接于该本体与这些弯折部的上端或下端。
6. 如权利要求 2所述的包装纸箱, 其特征在于, 该下盖包含一定位孔, 该 侧框包含凸出于该底板的一定位突起, 该定位孔用以与该定位突起卡合。
7. 如权利要求 2所述的包装纸箱, 其特征在于, 这些第二粘扣部设置于该 底板。
8. 如权利要求 2所述的包装纸箱, 其特征在于, 该底板包含多个第一定位 点, 该下盖包含多个第二定位点, 这些第二定位点用以对齐这些第一定位点, 而定位该侧框于该下盖。
9. 如权利要求 2所述的包装纸箱, 其特征在于, 该侧板包含至少一中心定 位结构, 该中心定位结构设置于对应这些插槽的位于中间者。
10. 如权利要求 1所述的包装纸箱, 其特征在于, 该下盖包含:
一基板, 设置有这些第一粘扣部;
多个舌部, 连接于该基板的侧边; 以及
多个第三粘扣部与多个第四粘扣部,分别设置于任两相邻舌部的两相邻端 缘中的一端缘的上表面与另一端缘的下表面上,用以使这些舌部直立于该基板 的侧边后相互粘扣而固定。
11. 如权利要求 10所述的包装纸箱, 其特征在于, 还包含一框形挡墙, 用 以套设于这些侧框外。
12. 如权利要求 10所述的包装纸箱, 其特征在于, 该框形挡墙的高度高于 这些侧框的高度。
13. 如权利要求 11所述的包装纸箱, 其特征在于, 该上盖与该下盖分别套 装于该框形挡墙的相对两端。
14. 如权利要求 13所述的包装纸箱, 其特征在于, 还包含两间隔条, 用以 设置于该框形挡墙内, 每一这些间隔条包含一顶板, 以及大致垂直地设置于该 顶板上的多个第二间隔板,这些第二间隔板之间具有用以与该侧框的这些插槽 相应的容置空间。
15. 如权利要求 14所述的包装纸箱, 其特征在于, 还包含一上缓冲材与一 下缓冲材, 该上缓冲材用以设置于这些间隔条以及该上盖之间, 该下缓冲材用 以设置于该下盖上。
