　しかしながら、上述したような通信販売においては、商品を利用者に発送する際に、商品を段ボール箱等の梱包材に入れる作業の他に、配送伝票を段ボール箱等に貼付する作業と、利用明細が記載された利用明細書を段ボール箱等に入れる作業との２つの作業を行うこととなる。そのため、商品を利用者に発送する際の作業が煩雑になってしまうとともに、配送伝票と利用明細書とを一体化したものを用いた場合であっても、上記２つの作業にてマッチングミスが生じた場合、利用明細書が本来の送付先とは異なる利用者に送付されてしまうことになってしまう。
　本発明は、上述したような従来の技術が有する問題点に鑑みてなされたものであって、利用明細書等の収納片を貼付物とともに送付する場合に、作業を煩雑にすることなく、かつ、収納片と貼付物に貼付される伝票片とのマッチングミスを防止することができる貼付伝票を提供することを目的とする。
　上記目的を達成するために本発明は、
　表面に配送情報が表示される伝票片と、通知情報が表示される収納片とが、折り部を介して折り畳み可能に連接してなる貼付シートと、
　少なくとも前記伝票片の裏面に貼着された剥離シートとからなり、
　前記貼付シートが、前記収納片が前記伝票片と貼付物との間に収納されて前記貼付物に貼付される貼付伝票であって、
　前記伝票片は、裏面のうち前記折り部以外の３片に沿う領域に第１の貼着部が設けられ、前記第１の貼着部に囲まれた領域が、前記収納片が収納される収納領域となり、
　前記収納片は、前記貼付シートが前記折り部にて折り畳まれた場合に前記第１の貼着部に重ならない構成を有し、
　前記剥離シートは、少なくとも前記第１の貼着部に対向する領域に剥離層が設けられている。
　また、前記伝票片は、裏面のうち前記折り部に沿う領域に第２の貼着部が設けられ、
　前記収納片は、
　前記貼付シートが前記折り部にて折り畳まれた場合に前記第２の貼着部が表出する孔部を具備する収納片補助部と、
　前記収納片補助部の前記折り部とは反対側に分離可能に連接した収納片本体部とからなる構成とすることも考えられる。
　また、前記伝票片は、前記収納領域の一部に当該伝票片から分離可能に区画形成された分離片部を有する構成とすることも考えられる。
　また、前記剥離シートは、前記伝票片に対向する領域の一部に保護シート部が分離可能に区画形成され、該保護シート部は、少なくとも１辺に沿う領域のみが、前記第１の貼着部の内側に沿う領域の少なくとも一部に設けられた第３の貼着部によって前記貼付シートに貼着され、
　前記伝票片は、前記第１及び第３の貼着部に囲まれた領域が前記収納領域となる構成とすることも考えられる。
　本発明によれば、伝票片と収納片とが折り部を介して折り畳み可能に連接し、伝票片の折り部以外の３辺に沿う領域に設けられた第１の貼着部によって貼付物に貼着されるが、この第１の貼着部に囲まれた領域が収納領域となって収納片が収納される。これにより、収納片を貼付物とともに送付する場合に、作業を煩雑にすることなく、かつ、収納片と貼付物に貼付される伝票片とのマッチングミスを防止することができる。
　また、伝票片が、裏面のうち折り部に沿う領域に第２の貼着部が設けられ、収納片が、貼付シートが折り部にて折り畳まれた場合に第２の貼着部が表出する孔部を具備する収納片補助部と、収納片補助部の折り部とは反対側に分離可能に連接した収納片本体部とからなるものにおいては、伝票片と貼付物との間に収納片が収納された状態で、伝票片が第１及び第２の貼着部によってほぼ全周に渡って貼付物に貼付されたような状態となるため、収納片に秘匿性が要求される情報が付与されている場合に当該情報の漏洩を防止することができる。
　また、伝票片が、収納領域の一部に伝票片から分離可能に区画形成された分離片部を有するものにおいては、分離片部を伝票片から分離することにより、収納領域に収納された収納片を取り出しやすくなる。
　また、剥離シートが、伝票片に対向する領域の一部に保護シート部が分離可能に区画形成され、保護シート部が、少なくとも１辺に沿う領域のみが、第１の貼着部の内側に沿う領域の少なくとも一部に設けられた第３の貼着部によって貼付シートに貼着され、伝票片の第１及び第３の貼着部に囲まれた領域が収納領域となる構成とすることも考えられる。

　以下に、本発明の実施の形態について図面を参照して説明する。
　（第１の実施の形態）
　図１は、本発明の貼付伝票の第１の実施の形態を構成する貼付シートの表面図であり、図２は、図１に示した貼付シート１０の裏面図である。
　本形態は図１及び図２に示すように、配送伝票を構成する伝票片１１と、利用明細書を構成する収納片１２とが折り部となるミシン目１４ａを介して折り畳み可能に連接して構成された貼付シート１０であって、不図示の剥離シートに貼着されて貼付伝票１が構成される。
　伝票片１１は、貼付票１５と配達票１６とから構成され、配達票１６がミシン目１４ｃによって伝票片１１から分離可能に区画形成されている。貼付票１５及び配達票１６のそれぞれには、この貼付伝票１を用いて配送物が配送される配送先の住所や氏名、品名等の配送情報を印字あるいは記入するための配送情報記入領域１５ａ，１６ａが設けられており、配達票１６にはさらに、配送物の配送先にて受領印を押下するための押印領域１６ｂが設けられている。伝票片１１の裏面は、貼付シート１０がミシン目１４ａにて折り畳まれる内側の面となるが、この面には、収納片１２との連接辺以外の３辺に沿って粘着層２０が積層されて第１の粘着部が構成されており、この第１の粘着部に囲まれた領域が、収納片１２が収納される収納領域となる。
　収納片１２には、通知情報となる、貼付伝票１を用いて配送される配送物の明細情報を印字あるいは記入するための明細情報記入領域１７が設けられている。また、収納片１２には、伝票片１１との連接辺以外の３辺に余剰部１３がミシン目１４ｂを介して切り離し可能に連接している。このような構成を有する収納片１２は、貼付シート１０がミシン目１４ａにて折り畳まれた場合に、粘着層２０に重ならない程度の大きさとなっている。
　上記のように構成された貼付シート１０が貼着される剥離シートには、少なくとも粘着層２０に対向する領域に剥離層が設けられており、それにより、剥離可能に貼付シート１０と貼着されている。
　以下に、上記のように構成された貼付伝票１の使用方法について説明する。
　図３～図６は、図１及び図２に示した貼付伝票１の使用方法を説明するための図である。なお、図４～図６においては、配送情報記入領域１５ａ，１６ａ、押印領域１６ｂ及び明細情報記入領域１７の図示は省略している。
　図１及び図２に示した貼付伝票１を用いて配送物を配送する場合は、まず、図３に示すように、配送情報記入領域１５ａ，１６ａのそれぞれに、この貼付伝票１を用いて配送物が配送される配送先の住所や氏名、品名等の配送情報１５ｂ，１６ｃを印字あるいは記入し、また、明細情報記入領域１７に、貼付伝票１を用いて配送される配送物の明細情報１７ａを印字あるいは記入した後、ミシン目１４ｂを破断することによって余剰部１３を切り離す。このように、配送情報記入領域１５ａ，１６ａ及び明細情報記入領域１７のそれぞれに、配送情報１５ｂ，１６ｃ及び明細情報１７ａを同時に印字あるいは記入することにより、配送情報１５ｂ，１６ｃと明細情報１７ａとのマッチングミスが防止される。
　次に、図４に示すように、伝票片１１の裏面に積層された粘着層２０によって伝票片１１を貼付物となる配送物３０に貼付する。これにより、貼付伝票１は、伝票片１１の裏面のうち収納片１２との連接辺以外の３辺に沿う領域にて配送物３０に貼付されることになる。
　その後、図５に示すように、収納片１２を伝票片１１と配送物３０との間に入り込ませていき、図６に示すように、貼付シート１０をミシン目１４ａにて折り畳んだ状態とすることにより、収納片１２を伝票片１１と配送物３０との間に収納する。この際、伝票片１１は、貼付シート１０がミシン目１４ａにて折り畳まれた場合に収納片１２に重ならない粘着層２０によって配送物３０に貼付されているため、貼付シート１０をミシン目１４ａにて折り畳んで収納片１２を伝票片１１と配送物３０との間に収納することができる。なお、貼付シート１０をミシン目１４ａにて折り畳んだ後に、粘着層２０によって伝票片１１を配送物３０に貼付してもよい。
　このように、配送伝票を構成する伝票片１１と利用明細書を構成する収納片１２とがミシン目１４ａを介して折り畳み可能に連接した貼付シート１０が、伝票片１１が配送物３０に貼付された状態で折り畳まれて、収納片１２が伝票片１１と配送物３０との間に収納されるので、収納片１２を配送物とともに送付する場合に、貼付シート１０を折り畳んで収納片１２を伝票片１１と配送物３０との間に収納するだけで済み、作業を煩雑にすることなく、かつ、収納片１２と伝票片１１とのマッチングミスを防止することができる。
　（第２の実施の形態）
　図７は、本発明の貼付伝票の第２の実施の形態における表面図である。図８は、図７に示したＡ－Ａ’断面図であり、図９は、図７に示したＢ－Ｂ’断面図であり、図１０は、図７に示したＣ－Ｃ’断面図であり、図１１は、図７に示したＤ－Ｄ’断面図である。
　本形態は図７～図１１に示すように、伝票片１１０と収納片１２０とが折り部となるミシン目１３０を介して折り畳み可能に連接して構成された貼付シート１０２からなる貼付伝票１０１であって、その裏面に剥離シートとなる台紙１０５が貼着されている。
　伝票片１１０は、分離片部となる伝票本体部１１１と、伝票本体部１１１を取り囲む伝票補助部１１６とから構成され、伝票本体部１１１がミシン目１１４によって伝票片１１０から分離可能に区画形成されている。
　伝票本体部１１１は、貼付票１１２と配達票１１３とから構成され、これらがミシン目１１４を介して分離可能に連接している。貼付票１１２及び配達票１１３のそれぞれには、この貼付伝票１０１を用いて配送物が配送される配送先の住所や氏名、品名等の配送情報を印字あるいは記入するための配送情報記入領域１１２ａ，１１３ａが設けられており、配達票１１３にはさらに、配送物の配送先にて受領印を押下するための押印領域１１３ｂが設けられている。また、配達票１１３の角部には切り欠き１１８ａが設けられている。
　伝票補助部１１６は、角部にスリット１１５が形成されている。
　伝票片１１０の裏面は、貼付シート１０２がミシン目１３０にて折り畳まれる内側の面となるが、この面には、伝票補助部１１６のみに粘着層１０３が積層されている。そして、台紙１０５には、粘着層１０３に対向する領域にシリコン系やワックス系の剥離層１０４が積層されており、伝票片１１０は、これら粘着層１０３及び剥離層１０４によって台紙１０５に剥離可能に貼着されている。
　収納片１２０は、収納片補助部１２２と収納片本体部１２１とから構成されており、伝票片１１０との連接辺に隣接する２辺に余剰部１２９がミシン目１２７を介して切り離し可能に連接している。
　収納片補助部１２２は、伝票片１１０と連接してミシン目１３０に沿って形成され、孔部を形成する孔形成部１２５がミシン目１２６によって分離可能に区画形成されている。なお、孔形成部１２５の形状は、任意のものとすることができるが、本形態のように伝票片１１０に向かって幅広となる台形形状であることが好ましい。また、収納片補助部１２２のミシン目１３０とは反対側の角部には切り欠き１１８ｂが設けられている。
　収納片本体部１２１は、収納片補助部１２２のミシン目１３０とは反対側に連接し、利用明細書１２３と払込片１２４とがミシン目１２７を介して切り離し可能に連接して構成されている。
　利用明細書１２３は、収納片補助部１２２のミシン目１３０とは反対側にミシン目１２７によって切り離し可能に連接し、通知情報となる、貼付伝票１０１を用いて配送される配送物の明細情報を印字あるいは記入するための明細情報記入領域１２３ａが設けられている。
　払込票１２４は、利用明細書１２３の収納片補助部１２２とは反対側にミシン目１２７によって切り離し可能に連接しており、払込取扱票１２４ａと払込請求書１２４ｂと受領証１２４ｃとが、利用明細書１２３との連接方向に直交する方向にミシン目１２８によって切り離し可能に連接して構成されている。
　収納片１２０の裏面には、孔形成部１２５のみに粘着層１０３ａが積層されており、収納片１２０は、この粘着層１０３ａによって台紙１０５に貼着されている。
　また、余剰部１２９の裏面にも粘着層１０３ｂが積層されており、余剰部１２９は、この粘着層１０３ｂによって台紙１０５に貼着されている。なお、余剰部１２９は、伝票片１１０との連接部分にスリット１３１が形成されている。なお、余剰部１２９の伝票片１１０との連接部分にスリット１３１ではなくミシン目を形成してもよい。
　このように連接した伝票片１１０及び収納片１２０は、これら伝票片１１０と収納片１２０との連接方向において、伝票本体部１１１の収納片１２０とは反対側の端部から伝票片１１０と収納片１２０との連接部分までの長さＬ1が、利用明細書１２３と収納片補助部１２２を合わせた長さＬ2以上となっているとともに、利用明細書１２３の長さＬ3が払込片１２４の長さＬ4以上となっている。また、同方向において、伝票本体部１１１の収納片１２０側の端部から伝票片１１０と収納片１２０との連接部分までの長さＬ5が、収納片補助部１２２の長さＬ6以下となっている。さらに、伝票片１１０と収納片１２０との連接方向とは直交する方向において、伝票本体部１１１の幅Ｗ1が、収納片１２０の幅Ｗ2以上となっている。
　以下に、上記のように構成された貼付伝票１０１の使用方法について説明する。
　図１２～図１８は、図７～図１１に示した貼付伝票１０１の使用方法を説明するための図である。
　図７～図１１に示した貼付伝票１０１を用いて配送物を配送する場合は、まず、図１２に示すように、貼付シート１０２が台紙１０５に貼着された状態で、配送情報記入領域１１２ａ，１１３ａのそれぞれに、この貼付伝票１０１を用いて配送物が配送される配送先の住所や氏名、品名等の配送情報１１２ｂ，１１３ｃを印字あるいは記入し、また、明細情報記入領域１２３ａに、貼付伝票１０１を用いて配送される配送物の明細情報１２３ｂを印字あるいは記入する。このように、配送情報記入領域１１２ａ，１１３ａ及び明細情報記入領域１２３ａのそれぞれに、配送情報１１２ｂ，１１３ｃ及び明細情報１２３ｂを同時に印字あるいは記入することにより、配送情報１１２ｂ，１１３ｃと明細情報１２３ｂとのマッチングミスが防止される。その後、貼付シート１０２を、スリット１１５を剥離開始端として台紙１０５から剥離する。この際、伝票片１１０のスリット１１５が設けられた角部に、「はがし口」等の情報を表示しておけば、貼付シート１０２を台紙１０５から剥離する作業をスムーズに行わせることができる。
　貼付シート１０２を台紙１０５から剥離していくと、伝票片１１０においては、伝票補助部１１６の裏面のみに積層された粘着層１０３と、台紙１０５の粘着層１０３に対向する領域に積層された剥離層１０４によって台紙１０５に剥離可能に貼着されていることにより、台紙１０５から剥離させることができる。
　ところが、収納片１２０においては、孔形成部１２５が、裏面に積層された粘着層１０３ａによって台紙１０５に貼着され、孔形成部１２５以外の領域が台紙１０５には貼着されておらず、また、孔形成部１２５がミシン目１２６によって収納片補助部１２２から分離可能に区画形成されていることにより、孔形成部１２５が収納片補助部１２２から分離し、孔形成部１２５のみが台紙１０５に貼着されたまま、孔形成部１２５以外の領域が台紙１０５から分離する。これにより、収納片補助部１２２は、孔形成部１２５が区画形成されていた領域に孔部１２５ａが形成されることになる。
　また、余剰部１２９においても、裏面に積層された粘着層１０３ｂによって台紙１０５に貼着されており、また、ミシン目１２７によって収納片１２０から切り離し可能となっているとともに、伝票片１１０との連接部分にスリット１３１が形成されているため、余剰部１２９が収納片１２０から切り離されて台紙１０５に貼着されたままの状態となる。
　次に、収納片１２０を収納状態とするために、まず、図１３に示すように、収納片本体部１２１を、その裏面が内側となるようにミシン目１２７にて折り畳む。すると、上述したように、伝票片１１０と収納片１２０との連接方向において、利用明細書１２３の長さが払込片１２４の長さ以上となっていることにより、折り畳まれた払込片１２４は、利用明細書１２３のみに対向し、収納片補助部１２２には対向しない。なお、払込片１２４の長さが、利用明細書１２３の長さよりも長い場合においても、払込片１２４を折り畳むことによって利用明細書１２３のみに対向させることができる。
　次に、図１４に示すように、貼付シート１０２をその裏面が内側となるようにミシン目１３０にて折り畳む。すると、上述したように、伝票片１１０と収納片１２０との連接方向において、伝票本体部１１１の収納片１２０とは反対側の端部から伝票片１１０と収納片１２０との連接部分までの長さが、利用明細書１２３と収納片補助部１２２を合わせた長さ以上となっているとともに、伝票片１１０と収納片１２０との連接方向とは直交する方向において、伝票本体部１１１の幅が収納片１２０の幅以上となっていることにより、折り畳まれた収納片１２０は、伝票補助部１１６の裏面に積層された粘着層１０３のうち、伝票片１１０と収納片１２０との連接部分に沿う領域以外とは対向しない。また、伝票片１１０と収納片１２０との連接方向において、伝票本体部１１１の収納片１２０側の端部から伝票片１１０と収納片１２０との連接部分までの長さが、収納片補助部１２２の長さ以下となっていることにより、折り畳まれた収納片１２０のうち収納片本体部１２１が伝票本体部１１１と対向し、収納片補助部１２２が、伝票補助部１１６の裏面に積層された粘着層１０３のうち、伝票片１１０と収納片１２０との連接部分に沿う領域に対向する。
　このように、本形態においては、収納片１２０は、収納状態とされて貼付シート１３０がミシン目１３０にて折り畳まれた場合、粘着層２０に重ならない構成を有している。また、本形態においては、伝票補助部１１６の裏面に積層された粘着層１０３のうち、伝票片１１０と収納片１２０との連接部分に沿う領域以外の部分が第１の粘着部を構成し、伝票片１１０と収納片１２０との連接部分に沿う領域が第２の粘着部を構成する。そして、第１の粘着部に囲まれた領域が、収納片１２０が収納される収納領域となる。
　このような状態となることにより、収納片１２０が収納状態とされて貼付シート１０２をミシン目１３０にて折り畳むと、図１４に示すように、伝票補助部１１６の裏面に積層された粘着層１０３のうち、伝票片１１０と収納片１２０との連接部分に沿う部分が孔部１２５ａを介して表出することになる。
　上記のようにして折り畳まれた貼付シート１０１は、伝票補助部１１６のうち、伝票片１１０と収納片１２０との連接部分に沿う領域以外の部分にて粘着層１０３が表出しているとともに、伝票片１１０と収納片１２０との連接部分に沿う部分においては粘着層１０３が孔部１２５ａを介して表出しているため、図１５に示すように、これら表出した粘着層１０３によって貼付物となる配送物１５０に貼付される。これにより、貼付シート１０１は、伝票片１１０と配送物１５０との間に収納片１２０が収納された状態で、伝票片１１０がほぼ全周に渡って配送物１５０に貼付されたような状態となるため、利用明細書１２３に秘匿性が要求される情報が印字または記入されている場合にその情報の漏洩を防止することができるとともに、払込片１２４に印字または記入された金額等の情報の漏洩を防止することができる。また、配送物１５０の配送過程において、配送物１５０との間へのごみ等の侵入を防止することができるとともに、貼付シート１０１の端部が物体に引っ掛かり、貼付シート１０１が配送物１５０から剥がれてしまう等の事故を防止することができる。
　貼付シート１０１が貼付された配送物１５０は、配送情報記入領域１１２ａ，１１３ａに印字あるいは記入された配送情報１１２ｂ，１１３ｃに従って配送先に配送される。
　そして、配送先において、配達票１１３の押印領域１１３ｂに受領印が押下された後、図１６に示すように、ミシン目１１４を破断することによって配達票１１３を伝票片１１０から分離し、配達員がこの配達票１１３を持ち帰る。この際、配達票１１３の角部には切り欠き１１８ａが設けられているので、この切り欠き１１８ａを分離開始端とすれば、配達票１１３を容易に分離することができる。
　その後、配送物１５０の配送先において、図１７に示すように、ミシン目１１４を破断することによって貼付票１１２を伝票片１１０から分離する。
　すると、利用明細書１２３と払込片１２４とからなる収納片本体部１２１が、伝票本体部１１１に対向する領域に収納されていることにより、これら利用明細書１２３及び払込片１２４が、伝票本体部１１１が伝票片１１０から分離した領域から取り出し可能となる。そして、図１８に示すように、ミシン目１２７を破断することによって利用明細書１２３と収納片補助部１２２とを切り離すことにより、利用明細書１２３及び払込片１２４を取り出すことができる。この際、収納片補助部１２２の角部には切り欠き１１８ｂが設けられているので、この切り欠き１１８ｂを分離開始端とすれば、利用明細書１２３と収納片補助部１２２とを容易に切り離すことができる。
　なお、本形態においては、孔形成部１２５及び余剰部１２９を、これらの裏面に積層された粘着層１０３ａ，１０３ｂによってのみ台紙１０５に貼着し、それにより、貼付シート１０１を台紙１０５から剥離した場合に、これら孔形成部１２５及び余剰部１２９のみが貼付シート１０１から分離して台紙１０５に貼着されたままの状態としたが、孔形成部１２５及び余剰部１２９の裏面に積層する粘着層１０３ａ，１０３ｂを、伝票補助部１１６の裏面に積層された粘着層１０３よりも強い接着力を有するものとすれば、台紙１０５の孔形成部１２５及び余剰部１２９に対向する領域に剥離層１０４設けても、同様の作用を生じさせることができる。
　また、孔形成部１２５を、伝票片１１０に向かって幅広となる台形形状としたが、孔形成部１２５の形状は、三角形や長方形等、任意の形状とすることができ、その数も適宜設定することができる。
　また、本形態においては、収納片本体部１２１が利用明細書１２３と払込片１２４とからなり、これらをミシン目１２７にて折り畳んで収納状態とし、伝票片１１０と貼付物との間に収納するものを例に挙げて説明したが、利用明細書１２３のみ等、折り畳まれない状態を収納状態とし、伝票片１１０と貼付物との間に収納するものであってもよい。
　また、収納片１２０の幅Ｗ2について、利用明細書１２３の幅を払込片１２４の幅よりも広くしておけば、上述したように伝票片１１０から配達票１１３と貼付票１１２を分離した後、これらの幅方向において利用明細書１２３の払込片１２４よりも突出した領域をきっかけにして捲ることができる。
　（第３の実施の形態）
　図１９は、本発明の貼付伝票の第３の実施の形態を示す外観斜視図である。また、図２０は、図１９に示した貼付伝票２０１の積層状態を示す図であり、図２１は、図２０に示した貼付シート２０２の裏面図である。
　本形態は図１９～図２１に示すように、貼付シート２０２と、剥離シートとなる基材シート２０３とが積層されてなる貼付伝票２０１である。
　貼付シート２０２は、配送伝票を構成する伝票片２１０と、利用明細書を構成する収納片２２０とが折り部となるミシン目２３０を介して折り畳み可能に連接して構成されている。
　伝票片２１０は、貼付票２１１と配達票２１２とから構成され、配達票２１２がミシン目２１３によって伝票片２１０から分離可能に区画形成されている。貼付票２１１及び配達票２１２のそれぞれには、この貼付伝票２０１を用いて配送物が配送される配送先の住所や氏名、品名等の配送情報を印字あるいは記入するための配送情報記入領域２１１ａ，２１２ａが設けられており、配達票２１２にはさらに、配送物の配送先にて受領印を押下するための押印領域２１２ｂが設けられているとともに、その角部にスリット２１５が形成されている。また、伝票片２１０のミシン目２３０とは反対側の角部にはスリット２１４が形成されている。伝票片２１０の裏面は、貼付シート２０２がミシン目２３０にて折り畳まれる内側の面となるが、この面には、収納片２２０との連接辺以外の３辺に沿って粘着層２０５ｂが積層されている。
　収納片２２０には、通知情報となる、貼付伝票２０１を用いて配送される配送物の明細情報を印字あるいは記入するための明細情報記入領域２２１が設けられている。収納片２２０の裏面は、貼付シート２０２がミシン目２３０にて折り畳まれる内側の面となるが、この面には、通知情報２２４が印字されている。また、収納片２２０には、伝票片２１０との連接辺以外の３辺に余剰部２２２がミシン目２２３を介して切り離し可能に連接しており、伝票片２１０の裏面に積層された粘着層２０５ｂがこの余剰部２２２の裏面にも積層されている。また、余剰部２２２は、伝票片２１０との連接部分にスリット２３１が形成されている。なお、余剰部２２２の伝票片２１０との連接部分にスリット２３１ではなくミシン目を形成してもよい。
　基材シート２０３は、伝票片２１０に対向する領域と収納片２２０に対向する領域とがミシン目２０６ｂを介して切り離し可能に連接してなり、貼付シート２０２との貼着面のうち伝票片２１０に対向する領域には、ミシン目２０６ｂ以外の３辺に沿って剥離層２０４が積層されている。また、剥離層２０４の内側に沿ってミシン目２０６ａが形成されており、このミシン目２０６ａとミシン目２０６ｂとによって保護シート部２０９が基材シート２０３から分離可能に区画形成されている。保護シート部２０９には、貼付シート２０２との貼着面に通知情報２０７が印字されているとともに、剥離層２０４のミシン目２０６ｂとは反対側の辺に沿って粘着層２０５ａが積層されている。この粘着層２０５ａは、貼付シート２０２の粘着層２０５ｂに対向しており、保護シート部２０９は、ミシン目２０６ｂとは反対側の辺に沿う領域のみが粘着層２０５ａ，２０５ｂによって貼付シート２０２に貼着されている。これにより、本形態における第１の粘着部は、粘着層２０５ｂのうち剥離層２０４に対向する領域のみとなり、粘着層２０５ｂのうち粘着層２０５ａに対向する領域、すなわち第１の粘着部の内側の１辺に沿う領域が第３の貼着部となっている。そして、この第１及び第３の粘着部を構成する粘着層２０５ｂに囲まれた領域が、収納片２２０が収納される収納領域となる。
　以下に、上記のように構成された貼付伝票２０１の使用方法について説明する。
　図２２～図２８は、図１９～図２１に示した貼付伝票２０１の使用方法を説明するための図である。
　図１９～図２１に示した貼付伝票２０１を用いて配送物を配送する場合は、まず、図２２に示すように、貼付シート２０２が基材シート２０３に貼着された状態で、配送情報記入領域２１１ａ，２１２ａのそれぞれに、この貼付伝票２０１を用いて配送物が配送される配送先の住所や氏名、品名等の配送情報２１１ｂ，２１２ｃを印字あるいは記入し、また、明細情報記入領域２２１に、貼付伝票２０１を用いて配送される配送物の明細情報２２１ａを印字あるいは記入する。このように、配送情報記入領域２１１ａ，２１２ａ及び明細情報記入領域２２１のそれぞれに、配送情報２１１ｂ，２１２ｃ及び明細情報２１２ａを同時に印字あるいは記入することにより、配送情報２１１ｂ，２１２ｃと明細情報２１２ａとのマッチングミスが防止される。その後、貼付シート２０２を、スリット２１４を剥離開始端として基材シート２０３から剥離する。この際、伝票片２１０のスリット２１４が設けられた角部に、「はがし口」等の情報を表示しておけば、貼付シート２０２を基材シート２０３から剥離する作業をスムーズに行わせることができる。
　貼付シート２０２を基材シート２０３から剥離していくと、基材シート２０３の伝票片２１０に対向する領域においては、保護シート部２０９以外の領域に剥離層２０４が積層されていることにより、保護シート部２０９以外の領域が貼付シート２０２から剥離可能となっているものの、保護シート部２０９は、粘着層２０５ａ，２０５ｂによってその一部が貼付シート２０２に貼着されているため、ミシン目２０６ａが破断していき、保護シート部２０９以外の領域が貼付シート２０２から剥離するとともに、保護シート部２０９が貼付シート２０２に貼着されたままの状態となる。これにより、基材シート２０３には、保護シート部２０９が分離したことによる孔部２０８が形成される。
　また、収納片２２０においては、基材シート２０３には貼着されていないため、基材シート２０３から分離する。
　また、余剰部２２２においては、裏面に積層された粘着層２０５ｂによって基材シート２０３に貼着されており、また、ミシン目２２３によって収納片２２０から切り離し可能となっているとともに、伝票片２１０との連接部分にスリット２３１が形成されているため、余剰部２２２が収納片２２０から切り離されて基材シート２０３に貼着されたままの状態となる。
　次に、図２３に示すように保護シート部２０９を捲り、図２４に示すように、収納片２２０をミシン目２３０にて伝票片２１０の裏面側に折り畳む。
　すると、収納片２２０が、貼付シート２０２がミシン目２３０にて折り畳まれた場合に、保護シート部２０９と伝票片２１０とを貼着している粘着層２０５ｂが積層された領域に重ならない構成であるため、図２５に示すように、収納片２２０が伝票片２１０と保護シート部２０９との間に折り込まれ、それにより、収納片２２０が表出しない状態となる。
　上記のようにして貼付シート２０２が折り畳まれた貼付伝票２０１は、伝票片２１０ののうち、収納片２２０との連接部分に沿う領域以外の部分にて粘着層２０５ｂが表出しているため、図２６に示すように、表出した粘着層２０５ｂによって貼付物となる配送物２５０に貼付される。
　貼付伝票２０１が貼付された配送物２５０は、配送情報記入領域２１１ａ，２１２ａに印字あるいは記入された配送情報２１１ｂ，２１２ｃに従って配送先に配送される。
　そして、配送先において、配達票２１２の押印領域２１２ｂに受領印が押下された後、図２７に示すように、スリット２１５を分離開始端としてミシン目２１３を破断することによって配達票２１２を伝票片２１０から分離し、配達員がこの配達票２１２を持ち帰る。この際、配達票２１２が伝票片２１０から分離することにより、収納片２２０の裏面に印字された通知情報２２４が視認可能な状態となり、配送物２５０の配送先に通知される。
　その後、配送物２５０の配送先において、図２８に示すように、折り込まれた収納片２２０が引き出され、明細情報記入領域２２１に印字または記入された明細情報２２１ａが確認され、必要に応じてミシン目２３０が破断されて利用される。この際、折り込まれた収納片２２０が引き出されることにより、保護シート部２０９に印字された通知情報２０７が視認可能な状態となり、配送物２５０の配送先に通知される。
　このように、貼付シート２０２が剥離可能に貼着された基材シート２０３に、貼付シート２０２と基材シート２０３とを剥離することによって基材シート２０３から分離する保護シート部２０９を設けておくことにより、伝票片２１０を配送物２５０に貼付する際に配送物２５０と伝票片２１０との間に保護シート部２０９を容易に介在させることができ、貼付シート２０２をミシン目２３０にて折り畳むだけで、収納片２２０を伝票片２１０と保護シート部２０９との間に折り込ませることが可能となる。それにより、配送物２５０が汚れている場合等においても、収納片２２０が汚れてしまうことを回避できる。
　なお、基材シート２０３の保護シート部２０９となる領域にも剥離層を形成してもよい。その場合、剥離層は、上述したようにシリコン系やワックス系で構成されていることで防水性を有しているため、例えば、配送物２５０が冷蔵ものである場合には、結露等によって収納片２２０を水分や湿気から保護することができる。
　（第４の実施の形態）
　図２９は、本発明の貼付伝票の第４の実施の形態を示す外観斜視図である。また、図３０は、図２９に示した貼付伝票３０１の積層状態を示す図である。
　本形態は図２９及び図３０に示すように、第３の実施の形態に示したものに対して、伝票片３１０に、収納片３２０と余剰部３２２との間に形成されたミシン目３２３から延びたミシン目３１６が形成されている点が異なるものである。
　以下に、上記のように構成された貼付伝票３０１の使用方法について説明する。
　図３１～図３３は、図２９及び図３０に示した貼付伝票３０１の使用方法を説明するための図である。
　図２９及び図３０に示した貼付伝票３０１を用いて配送物が配送される場合は、図３１に示すように、第３の実施の形態に示したものと同様にして配送物３５０に貼付され、配送物３５０が配送先に配送された後、ミシン目３１３を破断することによって配達票３１２が伝票片３１０から分離され、配達員がこの配達票３１２を持ち帰る。
　その後、配送物３５０の配送先において、図３２に示すように、ミシン目３１６を破断することにより折り込まれた収納片３２０が引き出しやすくなり、図３３に示すように、収納片３２０が引き出され、明細情報記入領域３２１に印字または記入された明細情報３２１ａが確認され、必要に応じてミシン目３３０が破断されて利用される。
　なお、ミシン目３１６を、配達票３１２を伝票片３１０から分離するためのミシン目３１３と重なるように形成してもよい。
　（第５の実施の形態）
　図３４は、本発明の貼付伝票の第５の実施の形態を示す外観斜視図である。また、図３５は、図３４に示した貼付伝票４０１の積層状態を示す図であり、図３６は、図３５に示した貼付シート４０２の裏面図である。
　本形態は図３４～図３６に示すように、貼付シート４０２と基材シート４０３とが積層されてなる貼付伝票４０１である。
　貼付シート４０２は、配送伝票を構成する伝票片４１０と、利用明細書を構成する収納片４２０とが折り部となるミシン目４３０を介して折り畳み可能に連接して構成されている。
　伝票片４１０は、貼付票４１１と配達票４１２とから構成され、配達票４１２がミシン目４１３によって伝票片４１０から分離可能に区画形成されている。貼付票４１１及び配達票４１２のそれぞれには、この貼付伝票４０１を用いて配送物が配送される配送先の住所や氏名、品名等の配送情報を印字あるいは記入するための配送情報記入領域４１１ａ，４１２ａが設けられており、配達票４１２にはさらに、配送物の配送先にて受領印を押下するための押印領域４１２ｂが設けられているとともに、その角部にスリット４１５が形成されている。また、伝票片４１０のミシン目４３０とは反対側の角部にはスリット４１４が形成されている。伝票片４１０の裏面は、貼付シート４０２がミシン目４３０にて折り畳まれる内側の面となるが、この面には、収納片４２０との連接辺以外の３辺に沿って粘着層４０５ｂが積層されている。粘着層４０５ｂが積層された領域は、貼付シート４０２がミシン目４３０にて折り畳まれた場合に収納片４２０に重ならない非重なり部となっている。また、収納片４２０との連接辺となるミシン目４３０に沿う領域の一部に粘着層４０５ｃが積層されて第２の貼着部が構成されている。なお、粘着層４０５ｃは、ミシン目４３０に沿う領域の全面に積層されていてもよい。
　収納片４２０は、収納片補助部４２２と収納片本体部４２１とから構成されており、伝票片４１０との連接辺に隣接する２辺に余剰部４２５がミシン目４２３を介して切り離し可能に連接している。
　収納片補助部４２２は、伝票片４１０と連接してミシン目４３０に沿って形成され、ミシン目４３０に沿う領域のうち、貼付シート４０２がミシン目４３０にて折り畳まれた場合に、伝票片４１０に積層された粘着層４０５ｃに対向する領域に、孔部を形成する孔形成部４２４がミシン目４２６によって分離可能に区画形成されている。なお、孔形成部４２４の形状は、任意のものとすることができるが、本形態のように伝票片４１０に向かって幅広となる台形形状であることが好ましい。
　収納片本体部４２１は、収納片補助部４２２のミシン目４３０とは反対側に連接しており、この貼付伝票４０１を用いて配送される配送物の明細情報を印字あるいは記入するための明細情報記入領域４２１が設けられている。
　収納片４２０の裏面には、伝票片４１０の裏面に積層された粘着層４０５ｃが孔形成部４２４にも積層されており、収納片４２０は、この粘着層４０５ｃによって基材シート４０３に貼着されている。また、伝票片４１０の裏面に積層された粘着層４０５ｂが余剰部４２５の裏面にも積層されており、余剰部４２５は、この粘着層４０５ｂによって基材シート４０３に貼着されている。また、余剰部４２５は、伝票片４１０との連接部分にスリット４３１が形成されている。
　基材シート４０３は、貼付シート４０２との貼着面のうち伝票片４１０に対向する領域に、その４辺に沿って剥離層４０４が積層されている。また、剥離層４０４の内側に沿ってミシン目４０６ａが形成されており、このミシン目４０６ａによって保護シート部４０９が基材シート４０３から分離可能に区画形成されている。保護シート部４０９には、ミシン目４３０に対向する側の辺とは反対側の辺に沿って粘着層４０５ａが積層されている。この粘着層４０５ａは、貼付シート４０２の粘着層４０５ｂに対向しており、保護シート部４０９は、ミシン目４３０に対向する側の辺とは反対側の辺に沿う領域のみが粘着層４０５ａ，４０５ｂによって貼付シート４０２に貼着されている。これにより、本形態における第１の粘着部は、粘着層４０５ｂのうち剥離層４０４に対向する領域のみとなり、粘着層４０５ｂのうち粘着層４０５ａに対向する領域、すなわち第１の粘着部の内側の１辺に沿う領域が第３の貼着部となっている。そして、この第１及び第３の粘着部を構成する粘着層４０５ｂに囲まれた領域が、収納片４２０が収納される収納領域となる。また、保護シート部４０９の粘着層４０５ａとは反対側の端辺から伝票片４１０と収納片４２０との境界部分に対向する領域までの長さＬ2は、収納片補助部４２２の伝票片４１０との連接方向の長さＬ1以上となっている。
　以下に、上記のように構成された貼付伝票４０１の使用方法について説明する。
　図３７～図４０は、図３４～図３６に示した貼付伝票４０１の使用方法を説明するための図である。
　図３４～図３６に示した貼付伝票４０１を用いて配送物を配送する場合は、まず、図３７に示すように、貼付シート４０２が基材シート４０３に貼着された状態で、配送情報記入領域４１１ａ，４１２ａのそれぞれに、この貼付伝票４０１を用いて配送物が配送される配送先の住所や氏名、品名等の配送情報４１１ｂ，４１２ｃを印字あるいは記入し、また、明細情報記入領域４２１に、貼付伝票４０１を用いて配送される配送物の明細情報４２１ａを印字あるいは記入する。このように、配送情報記入領域４１１ａ，４１２ａ及び明細情報記入領域４２１のそれぞれに、配送情報４１１ｂ，４１２ｃ及び明細情報４１２ａを同時に印字あるいは記入することにより、配送情報４１１ｂ，４１２ｃと明細情報４１２ａとのマッチングミスが防止される。その後、貼付シート４０２を、スリット４１４を剥離開始端として基材シート４０３から剥離する。この際、伝票片４１０のスリット４１４が設けられた角部に、「はがし口」等の情報を表示しておけば、貼付シート４０２を基材シート４０３から剥離する作業をスムーズに行わせることができる。
　貼付シート４０２を基材シート４０３から剥離していくと、基材シート４０３の伝票片４１０に対向する領域においては、保護シート部４０９以外の領域に剥離層４０４が積層されていることにより、保護シート部４０９以外の領域が貼付シート４０２から剥離可能となっているものの、保護シート部４０９は、粘着層４０５ａ，４０５ｂによって貼付シート４０２に貼着されているため、ミシン目４０６ａが破断していき、保護シート部４０９以外の領域が貼付シート４０２から剥離するとともに、保護シート部４０９が貼付シート４０２に貼着されたままの状態となる。これにより、基材シート４０３には、保護シート部４０９が分離したことによる孔部４０８ａが形成される。
　また、基材シート４０３の収納片４２０に対向する領域おいては、収納片４２０の孔形成部４２４が、裏面に積層された粘着層４０５ｃによって基材シート４０３に貼着され、孔形成部４２４以外の領域が基材シート４０３には貼着されておらず、また、孔形成部４２４がミシン目４２６によって収納片補助部４２２から分離可能に区画形成されていることにより、孔形成部４２４が収納片補助部４２２から分離し、孔形成部４２４のみが基材シート４０３に貼着されたまま、孔形成部４２４以外の領域が基材シート４０３から分離する。これにより、収納片補助部４２２は、孔形成部４２４が区画形成されていた領域に孔部４０８ｂが形成されることになる。
　また、余剰部４２５においては、裏面に積層された粘着層４０５ｂによって基材シート４０３に貼着されており、また、ミシン目４２３によって収納片４２０から切り離し可能となっているとともに、伝票片４１０との連接部分にスリット４３１が形成されているため、余剰部４２２が収納片４２０から切り離されて基材シート４０３に貼着されたままの状態となる。
　次に、図３８に示すように保護シート部４０９を捲り、図３９に示すように、収納片４２０をミシン目４３０にて伝票片４１０の裏面側に折り畳む。
　すると、収納片４２０が、貼付シート４０２がミシン目４３０にて折り畳まれた場合に、保護シート部４０９と伝票片４１０とを貼着している粘着層４０５ｂが積層された領域に重ならない構成となっているため、図４０に示すように、収納片４２０が伝票片４１０と保護シート部４０９との間に折り込まれ、それにより、収納片４２０が表出しない状態となる。またこの際、上述したように、保護シート部４０９の粘着層４０５ａとは反対側の端辺から伝票片４１０と収納片４２０との境界部分に対向する領域までの長さＬ2が、収納片補助部４２２の伝票片４１０との連接方向の長さＬ1以上となっていることにより、保護シート部４０９は収納片補助部４２２には対向せず、そのため、粘着層４０５ｃが孔部４０８ｂを介して表出することになる。
　上記のようにして折り畳まれた貼付シート４０１は、伝票片４１０のうち収納片４２０との連接部分に沿う領域以外の３辺に沿う部分にて粘着層４０５ｂが表出しているとともに、伝票片４１０と収納片４２０との連接部分に沿う部分においては粘着層４０５ｃが孔部４０８ｂを介して表出しているため、これら表出した粘着層４０５ｂ，４０５ｃによって貼付物となる配送物に貼付される。これにより、貼付シート４０１は、伝票片４１０と保護シート部４０９との間に収納片４２０が収納された状態で、伝票片４１０がほぼ全周に渡って配送物に貼付されたような状態となるため、収納片本体部４２１に秘匿性が要求される情報が印字または記入されている場合にその情報の漏洩を防止することができる。また、配送物の配送過程において、配送物との間へのごみ等の侵入を防止することができるとともに、貼付シート４０１の端部が物体に引っ掛かり、貼付シート４０１が配送物から剥がれてしまう等の事故を防止することができる。
　また、貼付シート４０２が剥離可能に貼着された基材シート４０３に、貼付シート４０２と基材シート４０３とを剥離することによって基材シート４０３から分離する保護シート部４０９を設けておくことにより、伝票片４１０を配送物に貼付する際に配送物と伝票片４１０との間に保護シート部４０９を容易に介在させることができ、貼付シート４０２をミシン目４３０にて折り畳むだけで、収納片４２０を伝票片４１０と保護シート部４０９との間に折り込ませることが可能となる。それにより、配送物が汚れている場合等においても、収納片４２０が汚れてしまうことを回避できる。
　なお、上述した第３～第５の実施の形態においては、保護シート部がその１辺に沿う領域のみにて伝票片と貼着されているが、２辺または３辺に沿う領域にて伝票片と貼着されていてもよい。その場合、第３の貼着部は、第１の粘着部の内側の２辺または３辺に沿って構成されることになる。
　また、上述した第３～第５の実施の形態においては、保護シート部の伝票片と収納片との連接方向に直交する長さ、すなわちその幅を、収納片よりも狭くすることにより、収納片を取り出す際、保護シート部を収納片とともに摘まんでしまうことを回避できる。また、保護シート部を小さく構成することにより、基材シートを貼付シートから安定して剥離することができるとともに、貼付シートに設けられた第１の粘着部や第２の粘着部に過って保護シート部がくっついてしまうことが回避できる。さらに、保護シート部を小さく構成することにより、収納片を伝票片と保護シートとの間に折り込む際の作業が容易になる。なお、保護シート部の役割は、貼付する配送物の汚れ等が収納片に付着しないようにするためであるが、保護シート部はある程度の厚さを有しているため、その大きさが多少小さめでもその効果は果たせる。
　（他の実施の形態）
　第３及び第５の実施の形態においては、基材シート２０３，４０３に保護シート部２０９，４０９を切り離し可能に区画形成し、この保護シート部２０９，４０９を伝票片２１０，４１０や収納片２２０，４２０とともに配送物に貼付しているため、貼付伝票２０１，４０１が貼付されて配送される配送物にカタログ等を同梱する場合等において、この保護シート部２０９，４０９に返信はがきを切り離し可能に区画形成することも考えられる。
　その場合、配送物の配送先において、配達証２１２，４１２が分離され、さらに収納片２２０，４２０が取り出されることにより、返信はがきが表出し、この返信はがきを保護シート部２０９，４０９から切り離し、カタログに掲載された商品を購入する場合に使用させる。これにより、配送物が配送先に配送された後に不要となる保護シート部をさらに有効利用することができる。
　また、上述した実施の形態に示した配達証１６，１１３，２１２，３１２，４１２は、ミシン目１４ｃ，１１４，２１３，３１３，４１３を破断することによって伝票片１１，１１０，２１０，３１０，４１０から切り離し可能となっているが、配達証１６，１１３，２１２，３１２，４１２を伝票片１１，１１０，２１０，３１０，４１０上に剥離可能に貼着しておく構成とすることも考えられる。
　その場合、伝票片１１，１１０，２１０，３１０，４１０の配達証１６，１１３，２１２，３１２，４１２が貼着された領域に、広告等の通知情報を印字しておけば、配送物の配送先において伝票片１１，１１０，２１０，３１０，４１０から配達証１６，１１３，２１２，３１２，４１２が剥離された後、その通知情報を配送物の配送先に通知することができる。

  1. 　表面に配送情報が表示される伝票片と、通知情報が表示される収納片とが、折り部を介して折り畳み可能に連接してなる貼付シートと、
    　少なくとも前記伝票片の裏面に貼着された剥離シートとからなり、
    　前記貼付シートが、前記収納片が前記伝票片と貼付物との間に収納されて前記貼付物に貼付される貼付伝票であって、
    　前記伝票片は、裏面のうち前記折り部以外の３片に沿う領域に第１の貼着部が設けられ、前記第１の貼着部に囲まれた領域が、前記収納片が収納される収納領域となり、
    　前記収納片は、前記貼付シートが前記折り部にて折り畳まれた場合に前記第１の貼着部に重ならない構成を有し、
    　前記剥離シートは、少なくとも前記第１の貼着部に対向する領域に剥離層が設けられている貼付伝票。
  2. 　請求項１に記載の貼付伝票において、
    　前記伝票片は、裏面のうち前記折り部に沿う領域に第２の貼着部が設けられ、
    　前記収納片は、
    　前記貼付シートが前記折り部にて折り畳まれた場合に前記第２の貼着部が表出する孔部を具備する収納片補助部と、
    　前記収納片補助部の前記折り部とは反対側に分離可能に連接した収納片本体部とからなる貼付伝票。
  3. 　請求項１または請求項２に記載の貼付伝票において、
    　前記伝票片は、前記収納領域の一部に当該伝票片から分離可能に区画形成された分離片部を有する貼付伝票。
  4. 　請求項１乃至３のいずれか１項に記載の貼付伝票において、
    　前記剥離シートは、前記伝票片に対向する領域の一部に保護シート部が分離可能に区画形成され、該保護シート部は、少なくとも１辺に沿う領域のみが、前記第１の貼着部の内側に沿う領域の少なくとも一部に設けられた第３の貼着部によって前記貼付シートに貼着され、
    　前記伝票片は、前記第１及び第３の貼着部に囲まれた領域が前記収納領域となる貼付伝票。
