Abstract

L'invention concerne des dispositifs photovoltaïques tels que des cellules solaires, des cellules solaires-batteries hybrides, et d'autres tels dispositifs qui peuvent comprendre une couche active ayant un matériau de pérovskite et un matériau d'oxyde de cuivre ou un autre matériau de transport de charge en oxyde métallique.
