本实施例在甩干水循环使用的洗衣机洗衣控制技术中,引入人机交互 的智能控制方式, 即检测是否有甩干水循环使用的指令输入, 并在有甩干 水循环使用的指令输入的情形下,向用户推送与甩干水循环使用相关的待 选择的参数信息,有利于满足用户对甩干水循环使用的洗衣流程进行个性 化控制的应用需求。
洗衣流程的洗衣程序可包括但不限于: 洗涤程序、 漂洗程序、甩干程 序。甩干水循环使用是指在甩干程序中使用循环水。甩干水循环使用的洗 衣机洗衣流程是包括在甩干程序中使用循环水的洗衣流程,如:仅在甩干 程序中使用循环水,或者, 除了在甩干程序中使用循环水还可在洗涤程序 中使用循环水的洗衣流程, 等等。
所述的循环水包括:洗衣流程中经洗衣筒排出或甩出的洗衣用水的净 化水或再次利用水。例如, 所述循环水包括漂洗过程中经洗衣筒排出的甩 干水的净化水,如: 洗涤过程中经洗衣筒排出的甩干水经过滤组件过滤处 理后通过循环管路再次回流到洗衣筒内,以在洗涤流程中实现甩干水的净 化循环使用。又例如, 所述循环水包括甩干过程中经洗衣筒排出的洗衣用 水的再次利用水,如: 甩干过程中将洗衣筒旋转甩出的水通过循环管路再 次回流到洗衣筒内, 实现洗衣用水的再次利用。
本发明实施例中, 各种指令的输入方式不受限制, 例如: 可通过洗衣 机的操作面板或显示面板输入指令,或者,通过物联网向洗衣机输入指令 等。 此外, 本发明实施中, 各种参考信息的推送方式也不受限制, 例如: 可将参考信息推送至洗衣机的显示面板的方式以向用户呈现,或者,通过 有线或无线通信方式将参考信息推送至某智能终端以向用户呈现。
图 2 为本发明实施例二提供的洗衣机的控制方法的流程图。 如图 2 所示, 本实施例提供的洗衣机的控制方法包括:
步骤 21: 检测是否有甩干水循环使用的指令输入。

本实施例在实现上述实施例一相同技术效果的基础上,还可实现具有 关联性的不同参数信息之间的逐层推送,人机交互方式非常灵活。此外还 可才艮据选择指令对应的参数信息确定洗衣流程,控制洗衣机按该洗衣流程 执行相应洗衣程序,由此实现甩干水循环使用的洗衣机洗衣流程的可定制 化, 可更好的满足多样化的实际应用需求。
所述与甩干水循环使用相关的待选择的参数信息,或者, 与输入的选 择指令对应的参数信息关联的待选择的参数信息包括以下至少之一:喷淋 甩干时间、 喷淋脱水处理次数、 每次循环脱水处理的循环喷淋时间。
一方面,本实施例提供的技术方案,可根据一次或多次输入的选择指 令对应的参数信息确定洗衣流程,控制洗衣机按该洗衣流程执行相应洗衣 程序。 洗衣流程中的相关控制参数与上述参数信息对应。
可选的, 确定的洗衣流程可仅包括風干程序, 如仅包括 "喷淋 干"。 可选的, 确定的洗衣流程包括洗涤程序和其它一个或多个洗衣程序。 一个可选的洗衣流程例如: "进水- -普通洗涤- -循环洗涤一脱水一喷淋甩 干"。
其中, "喷淋甩干" 步骤包括执行至少一次喷淋脱水处理, 每次喷淋 脱水处理包括: 向滚筒内进一定量清水(只需进少量的清水即可), 使滚 筒旋转,导通洗衣机的第二水循环通道以将滚筒旋转过程中甩出的水引至 喷淋头并喷淋至滚筒内的衣物上,如此水循环一定时长后,继续使滚筒旋 转并将滚筒旋转过程中甩出的 出洗 IL外。 另一方面,本实施例提供的技术方案,可在有选择指令输入的情形下 向用户继续推送与选择指令对应的参数信息关联的待选择的参数信息,由 此可实现具有关联性的不同参数信息之间的逐层推送,人机交互方式非常 灵活。
图 3 为本发明实施例三提供的洗衣机的控制方法的流程图。 如图 3 所示, 本实施例提供的洗衣机的控制方法包括:
步骤 31: 检测是否有甩干水循环使用的指令输入。
步骤 32: 如果有所述甩干水循环使用的指令输入, 则根据洗衣流程 中在先洗衣程序关于循环水的使用情况,自动选择在洗衣流程的甩干程序 中是否使用循环水。
对于没有水循环使用的指令输入的情形下洗衣机的控制处理方式,本 发明对此不进行限制,例如一种可选的实现方式例如: 可等待一段时间之 后, 继续执行步骤 31 , 直至检测到有水循环使用的指令输入时执行步骤
32等。
本实施例提供的技术方案在检测到有甩干水循环的指令输入的情形 下,一定程度上相当于洗衣机可根据甩干水的检测参数对水循环使用的指 ^到自验证或自适配, 自动选择在甩干程序中是否使用循环水, 以得到 优选的洗衣方案。 因此,本实施例可对洗衣机使用循环水进行衣物甩干的 流程实现智能控制, 实现方式灵活, 更好满足了实际应用的需求。
上述技术方案中,所述洗衣流程的在先洗衣程序可包括:相对洗衣流 程中的某一洗衣程序而言,按照洗衣控制流程逻辑上洗衣才凡要先执行或者 实际已经在先执行的洗衣程序。 例如: 相对甩干程序而言, 洗涤程序和 / 或漂洗程序通常为在先洗衣程序。
(一)例如, 所述洗衣流程中在先洗衣程序包括: 洗涤程序。 所述根 据洗衣流程中在先洗衣程序关于循环水的使用情况, 自动选择在洗衣流程 的甩干程序中是否使用循环水, 包括: 如果在洗涤程序中使用了循环水, 则自动选择在甩干程序中使用循环水。
洗涤程序中如果使用循环水, 说明洗衣流程中使用的清水总量很少。 洗涤程序中使用的循环水通常是将洗涤水经过滤组件过滤处理后的净化 水, 而过滤组件通常是滤除洗衣用水中的线屑、 大颗粒物等杂质, 洗涤水 中溶水性物质很难滤除,故对于洗衣程序中使用循环水及其类似采用清水 总量很少的情形, 衣物洗涤物质的残留(如碱度残留)通常较多, 此时可 自动选择在甩干程序中使用循环水,该循环水为甩干程序中经洗衣筒甩出 的洗衣用水的再次利用水。
可选的,如果自动选择在所述甩干程序中使用循环水,则在所述甩干 程序中进行至少一次喷淋脱水处理, 并在每次喷淋脱水处理中使用循环 水。也即, 在甩干程序中可执行一次喷淋脱水处理, 以减少衣物洗涤物质 的残留 (如减少衣物的碱度残留), 或者, 在甩干程序中可执行多次喷淋 脱水处理以进一步减少衣物的碱度残留。
可选的,每次喷淋脱水处理包括: 向洗衣筒内进一定量清水, 使洗衣 筒旋转,将洗衣筒旋转过程中甩出的水喷淋至洗衣筒内的衣物上,如此水 循环一定时长后,继续使洗衣筒旋转并将洗衣筒旋转过程中甩出的水排出 洗 凡外。在每次进行喷淋脱水处理时, 滚筒旋转过程产生的高速离心作 用将喷淋在衣物上的水甩出,甩出的水带走衣物上残留的洗涤物质的同时 回流到喷淋头再次利用, 如此水循环可逐渐减少衣物上洗涤物质的残留, 有效降低衣物上的碱度残留。
该方案提高了当前甩干程序中每次喷淋脱水处理所进的清水的利用 率,使得采用相同清水量可去除更多的洗涤物质残留, 满足衣物洗净率的 同时尽可能的减少了用水量。 因此,该方案可对洗衣机使用循环水进行节 水洗衣的洗衣流程实现智能控制, 实现方式灵活, 更好满足了实际应用的 需求。
(二)又例如, 所述洗衣流程中在先洗衣程序包括: 漂洗程序。 所述 根据洗衣流程中在先洗衣程序关于循环水的使用情况, 自动选择在洗衣流 ^的鬼干程序中是否使用 环水,包括: 果在漂洗程序中使用了^环水, 衣物洗涤物质的残留(如碱度残留)通常和洗衣流程中使用的清水总 量有关, 当洗衣流程中使用的清水满足一定量时, 衣物洗涤物质的残留通 常较小。 漂^ f呈序中如果使用循环水, 通常在洗;^呈序中不使用循环水, 故洗衣流程中使用的清水总量相对较多。故,如果检测到有水循环使用的 指令输入且在漂洗程序中使用了循环水,则自动选择在甩干程序中不使用 循环水的方式进行脱水处理。
该方案有利于在实际洗衣流程权衡衣物洗净率和洗衣用水量,达到一 定衣物洗净率的同时尽可能节约用水量。 因此,该方案可对洗衣机使用循 环水进行节水洗衣的洗衣流程实现智能控制, 实现方式灵活, 更好满足了 实际应用的需求。
当然, 虽然在漂洗程序中使用了循环水,仍然可自动选择在甩干程序 中使用循环水, 以进一步降低衣物碱度残留等, 在此不再赘述。
图 4为本发明实施例四提供的洗衣机的结构示意图。如图 4所示,本 实施例提供的洗衣机控制装置包括:指令检测模块 41和指令处理模块 42。
指令检测模块 41用于检测是否有甩干水循环使用的指令输入。
指令处理模块 42用于如果有所述甩干水循环使用的指令输入, 则: 向用户推送与甩干水循环使用相关的待选择的参数信息,或者,根据洗衣 流程中在先洗衣程序关于循环水的使用情况, 自动选择在洗衣流程的甩干 程序中是否使用循环水。

下面不妨以图 5为例,对依据本发明提供的技术方案可能形成的洗衣 流程进行示例性说明。本发明实施例提供的洗衣机包括指令输入模块和指 令处理模块, 此外, 如图 5所示, 洗衣机还包括进水阀 1、 洗涤剂投放盒 2、 滚筒 3、 外桶 4、 水泵 6、 第一换向阀 7、 气泵 8、 过滤组件 9、 第二换 向阀 10、 喷淋头 11、 送水管路 12、 过滤管路 13、 循环管路 14、 第一排 水管路 15、 第二排水管路 16、 清洗管路 17、 回流管路 18、 第一压力传感 器 19和第二压力传感器 20。
洗衣机的指令输入模块在检测到有洗涤水循环使用的选择指令输入 之后,指令处理模块可根据选择指令对应的参数信息确定洗衣流程、并控 制洗衣机按该洗衣流程执行相应洗衣程序。 一个可选的洗衣流程包括: 进水步骤: 清水经过进水阀 1进入到洗涤剂投放盒 2, 将洗涤剂冲入 到洗涤滚筒 3内, 参与洗涤。
循环洗涤步骤:洗涤滚筒内的衣物,洗涤时间达到设定的洗涤时间后, 水泵 6开始工作, 第一换向阀 7切换到过滤管路 13的方向, 第二换向阀 10将清洗管路 17截流, 洗涤水通过水泵 6的作用, 经过过滤组件 9的过 滤, 将洗涤水中的线屑及大分子颗粒去除掉, 再经回流管路 18回流到洗 涤滚筒内继续参与洗涤。循环时间达到设定的时间或浊度传感器 5检测到 浊度达到设定值后, 洗涤结束。
过滤组件清洗步骤: 清洗时机可选择在循环结束后, 比如洗涤水循环 后,也可选择在循环洗涤的过程中。可在过滤组件上设置第一压力传感器
19和第二压力传感器 20,通过第一压力传感器 19检测滤膜进口端的压力, 通过第二压传感器 20检测滤膜出口端的压力, 若在循环的过程中, 两压 力传感器检测到的压力差值大于设定预设阈值时,开始执行清洗过程。清 洗的方式分为: 先气洗再用水冲洗或者气水混合的方式。 流程如下(以先 气洗后水洗为例): 水泵 6停止工作, 第一换向阀 7切换到排水管路的方 向,将过滤管路截流,第二换向阀 10将清洗管路和第二排水管路 16连通, 气泵 8开始工作, 达到设定时间后, 气泵 8停止工作, 第一换向阀 7切换 到过滤管路,水泵 6工作, 利用洗涤水将过滤膜 9内被气泵振动下来的污 物经清洗管路 17、第二排水管路 16排至洗衣机外。冲洗达到设定时间后, 第一换向阀 7切换到第一排水管路 15,第二换向阀 10将第一排水管路 15 和第二排水管路 16连通, 衣物进行脱水。
喷淋脱水步骤: 由于洗涤程序中使用了循环水(如循环洗涤), 则自 动选择在甩干程序中使用循环水,如进行喷淋脱水处理: 进水阀 1打开进 入少量水, 滚筒 3高速旋转, 第一换向阀 7切换到循环管路 14, 水泵工 作, 滚筒高速旋转甩出的水经过送水管路 12、 循环管路 14、 喷淋头 11, 回流到洗涤滚筒内, 回流水经过滚筒的高速离心作用,将衣服中残留的洗 衣粉去除, 以降低洗涤衣物的残留碱度, 循环一定时间后, 第一换向阀 7 切换到第一排水管路 15, 第二换向阀 10依然保持第一排水管路 15和第 二排水管路 16连通, 将喷淋废水排出。 此过程可重复多次, 以达到理想 的碱度要求。 至少一次的喷淋循环结束后, 滚筒还可继续高速旋转, 泵继 续工作, 将剩余的水排掉。
采用上述洗衣流程明显节省了洗衣用水,同时降低衣物中洗涤物质的 残留量。

所述指令检测模块, 还用于检测是否有参数信息的选择指令输入; 所述指令处理模块, 还用于如果有选择指令输入, 则: 向用户继续推 送与选择指令对应的参数信息关联的待选择的参数信息,或者,根据选择 指令对应的参数信息确定洗衣流程、并控制洗衣机按该洗衣流程执行相应 洗 序。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的洗衣机, 其特征在于,
所述与甩干水循环使用相关的待选择的参数信息,或者, 与输入的选 择指令对应的参数信息关联的待选择的参数信息包括以下至少之一:喷淋 甩干时间、 喷淋脱水处理次数、每次循环脱水处理的循环喷淋时间、 喷淋 脱水转速。
10、 根据权利要求 7所述的洗衣机, 其特征在于,
所述洗衣流程中在先洗衣程序包括: 洗涤程序;
所述指令处理模块,还用于如果有所述甩干水循环使用的指令输入且 确定在洗涤程序中使用了循环水, 则自动选择在甩干程序中使用循环水。
11、 根据权利要求 7所述的洗衣机, 其特征在于,
所述洗衣流程中在先洗衣程序包括: 漂洗程序;
所述指令处理模块,还用于如果有所述甩干水循环使用的指令输入且 确定在漂洗程序中使用了循环水,则自动选择在甩干程序中不使用循环水 或者在甩干程序中使用循环水。
12、 根据权利要求 7-11任一所述的洗衣机, 其特征在于, 所述指令处理模块,还用于如果自动选择在所述甩干程序中使用循环 水,则在所述甩干程序中进行至少一次喷淋脱水处理,并在每次喷淋脱水 处理中使用循环水。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的洗衣机, 其特征在于,
所述指令处理模块每次在进行喷淋脱水处理时,具体用于向洗衣筒内 进一定量清水,使洗衣筒旋转,将洗衣筒旋转过程中甩出的水喷淋至洗衣 筒内的衣物上,如此水循环一定时长后,继续使洗衣筒旋转并将洗衣筒旋 转过程中甩出的 7j #出洗衣机外。
