背景技术
通过客户操作进行现金的存取款处理自动交易装置中, 当客户在取款 交易时忘记取走存放在出钞部的纸币, 自动交易装置将该忘取的纸币回收 收纳到回收箱中的一个物理分区(取款遗忘回收区); 同理当客户在存款交 易时忘记取走存放在出钞部的纸币, 自动交易装置将该忘取的纸币回收收 纳到回收箱中的另一个物理分区 (存款遗忘回收区)。
现有回收箱的功能模型一般如图 1所示, 回收箱 1, 被设计成 、 B、
C三个区, 其中 B区存放存款遗忘回收, C区存放取款遗忘回收, A区存 放其他类别的回收。 当发生一次客户存款据钞忘取时, 控制系统 3控制驱 动马达 2把该次在出钞部的纸币收纳到回收箱 1, 的 B区; 当发生一次客 户取款忘取时, 控制系统 3 ^fc该次在出钞部的纸币收纳到回收箱 1, 的 C 区; 当发生取款废钞、 存款不合适流通的纸币、 发生故障时需回收的纸币 等, 控制系统 3把这些类别的纸币收纳到回收箱 1, 的 A区。 持续地, 当 再次发生客户取款或存款据钞忘取时, 为了把前后客户的纸币清晰区分, 控制系统 3只好暂时停止自动交易装置的服务; 当银行管理需要把 A区的 纸币分类清点时, 需耗费大量的劳力。 如 B区、 C区存入的忘取据钞不止 一笔, 则 B区、 C区清点也需要耗费大量的劳力。
因此, 该方案仍存在的不足有:
( 1 )部分满足取款遗忘回收和存款遗忘回收的单独存放,但未能区分 多笔此类别纸币的回收,例如当发生一次忘取情况之后,再发生第二次时, 从银行管理角度无法区分收纳到回收箱 Γ 的纸币归属哪一个客户, 鉴于 此, 现有的自动交易装置中一旦发生第二次上述情况, 将不得不停止继续 服务, 降低使用率。;
( 2 )自动交易装置回收箱里面会收集有多类别的回收纸币, 当银行管 理员进行结账时, 为了把回收纸币分类别进行清点, 需要大量的劳力, 此 类收纳方式大大增加了人为劳力和繁杂程度;
( 3 )该方式也导致存放空间减少、 回收箱设计复杂度增加。
在公开号为 CN 101894413 A的中国专利中提出了一种解决方案,其依 靠纸币的不同面额来实现忘取部分的纸币多次回收, 仅解决以上的部分问 题, 当仍存在以下不足: 回收用的回收箱设计复杂; 自动交易装置纸币回 收箱中无面额不同的纸币时, 不能够实现要求所需功能, 如果在纸币为单 面额地区使用 (如中国只有 CNY100在自动交易装置上使用) 受到限制; 整个处理流程复杂耗时; 无法区分不同类别的回收纸币, 仍需费时费力进 行清点。
鉴于回收箱在自动交易装置中的特殊性, 既不适合安装多个回收箱, 又不适合把回收箱设计成为多个物理分区, 同时也要兼顾管理员的操作可 便利性和降低劳力强度, 因此业内一直在研究如何优化回收纸币的操作。 发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种纸币回收的方法, 其能够解决因客户忘记取 纸币而造成的自动交易装置停止服务的问题, 并能对回收的纸币进行清晰 区分, 降低银行工作人员工作量。
本发明还有一个目的是提供一种纸币回收的装置, 其在不减小存放空 间、 不增加回收箱重量的情况下, 有效解决回收箱纸币的种类区分。
本发明的目的是这样实现的: 一种纸币回收方法, 其特征在于: 在自 动交易装置的回收箱回收每一笔纸币后, 自动交易装置打印该笔回收纸币 的对应记录信息于一标识介质上, 并将所述标识介质存入回收箱置于该笔 回收纸币之上。
所述的回收纸币包括: 存款遗忘回收的纸币、 取款遗忘回收的纸币、 取款废钞、 存款不合适流通的纸币、 发生故障时需回收的纸币。
所述的回收纸币存放于回收箱内的同一个空间。
所述的回收纸币的面额相同或不同。
所述的标识介质为纸介质。
一种纸币回收的装置, 其特征在于包括: 回收箱, 用于存放回收纸币 并接收对应每笔回收纸币的标识介质; 分类装置, 存储并打印上述标识介 质; 传送机构, 用于将纸币、 标识介质送至下述控制系统指定的位置; 控 制系统, 当监测有回收纸币存放到回收箱, 发出信号至分类装置令其输出 并打印对应该笔回收纸币记录信息的标识介质, 然后再通过传送机构将所 述标识介质送至回收箱内。
所述的回收箱的存放空间无分区。
所述的控制系统具有回收箱收纳情况统计、 显示、 打印模块。
本发明通过增加一具有打印和存放区别标识介质功能的独立机构, 当 需要区分时, 在回收每一笔纸币后向回收箱存入一具有标识信息的标识介 质, 标识介质上可打印详细的对应该笔回收纸币的信息, 使得回收箱无需 分区也可满足多分类的要求, 且回收箱容量不减少、 重量不增加, 同时也 避免由于无法区分多笔同类别的回收纸币而暂停服务的情况, 大大提高自 动交易装置的服务率。

本发明是一种纸币回收方法, 在自动交易装置的回收箱 1回收每一笔 纸币后, 自动交易装置打印该笔回收纸币 6的对应记录信息于一标识介质 5上, 并将所述标识介质 5存入回收箱 1置于该笔回收纸币 6之上, 从而 起到区分每一笔回收纸币 6的作用。标识介质 5可以采用最常见的纸介质。 回收纸币 6可以包括: 存款遗忘回收的纸币、 取款遗忘回收的纸币、 取款 废钞、 存款不合适流通的纸币、 发生故障时需回收的纸币等等所有自动交 易装置可能产生的需要回收的纸币。 由于在回收每一笔纸币后向回收箱 1 存入一具有标识信息的标识介质 5 , 因此回收纸币 6无论是何种类别的, 都可以存放于回收箱 1内的同一个空间内, 无需分区存放, 回收纸币 6的 面额可以相同或不同, 均适用于本发明。
本发明的纸币回收的装置, 如图 2所示, 包括: 回收箱 1 , 用于存放 回收纸币 6并接收对应每笔回收纸币 6的标识介质 5; 分类装置 4,存储并 打印上述标识介质 5; 传送机构 7, 包括驱动马达、 输送带、 转向轮等, 用 于将纸币、 标识介质 5送至下述控制系统 3指定的位置; 控制系统 3 , 当 监测有回收纸币 6存放到回收箱 1 , 发出信号至分类装置 4令其输出并打 印对应该笔回收纸币 6记录信息的标识介质 5 , 然后再通过传送机构 7将 所述标识介质 5送至回收箱 1内。 回收箱 1可以只有一个无分区的存放空 间, 无需再根据收纳不同类别的回收纸币进行分区。 较好的, 控制系统 3 还具有回收箱收纳情况统计、 显示、 打印模块, 以便于银行进行统计、 分 类。

2.根据权利要求 1所述的纸币回收方法, 其特征在于: 所述的回收纸 币包括: 存款遗忘回收的纸币、 取款遗忘回收的纸币、 取款废钞、 存款不 合适流通的纸币、 发生故障时需回收的纸币。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的纸币回收方法, 其特征在于: 所述的回收纸 币存放于回收箱内的同一个空间。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的纸币回收方法, 其特征在于: 所述的回收纸 币的面额相同或不同。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的纸币回收方法, 其特征在于: 所述的标识介 质为纸介质。
