技术领域
本发明涉及储放装置领域,尤其涉及一种抽屉式液晶玻璃缓冲包装装置。
背景技术
现行行业中,液晶玻璃缓冲包装的堆叠方式均为玻璃平放,且将各包装箱逐次堆叠起来,一层压一层。这导致需要取最下一层或中间的某一包装箱时,需将所需包装箱上的所有其他包装箱先搬走后才能取出,此外,由于最下一层包装箱需承受其上面所有包装箱及产品的重量,因此,各包装箱需设计较厚的壁厚及底部厚度,由于各包装箱厚度较大,不利于降低包装成本。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种抽屉式液晶玻璃缓冲包装装置,旨在解决现有缓冲包装箱简单堆叠存放导致缓冲包装箱存取不易以及缓冲包装箱厚度较大、制造成本较高的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种抽屉式液晶玻璃缓冲包装装置,包括缓冲包装箱以及台架,所述台架包括底板以及一对对称设置的支撑架,所述支撑架包括立柱以及若干个支板;其中,所述立柱的下部与底板连接;所述支板与立柱一侧连接,且所述支板设于底板之上;所述缓冲包装箱置于支板上。
优选地,所述立柱的顶端设有限位片。
优选地,所述限位片为远离支板与立柱连接端方向倾斜的L形结构。
优选地,所述限位片的倾斜角度为5到10度。
优选地,所述底板与立柱的连接点距离地面高度为90至120mm。
优选地,所述抽屉式液晶玻璃缓冲包装装置还包括侧板,所述侧板的侧壁与支板的端部连接,所述侧板的底部与底板连接。

本发明提出了一种抽屉式液晶玻璃缓冲包装装置,包括缓冲包装箱以及台架,台架内设置多层支板,缓冲包装箱底部设置与该支板配合的凹槽结构,当缓冲包装箱插入到台架中,支板对缓冲包装箱提供支持,避免缓冲包装箱之间由于简单的叠加所出现的问题,抽出相应层即可非常方便的取出需要的缓冲包装箱。

本发明实施例提出一种抽屉式液晶玻璃缓冲包装装置,包括缓冲包装箱2以及台架1,台架1包括底板12、一对对称设置的支撑架11以及侧板13,支撑架11包括四根立柱111以及对物品起支撑作用的若干个支板112;其中,立柱111的下部与底板12连接;支板112的两端分别连接在两根立柱111之间的同一侧,且支板112与支柱111垂直,支板112设于底板12之上;缓冲包装箱2置于支板12上,侧板13的侧壁与支板112的端部连接,侧板13的底部与底板12连接。在具体应用时,对称设置的支撑架11之间形成一框行空间,该空间由两两上下相邻且等距平行的支板112分割为许多层,缓冲包装箱2在存放时插入到台架1的支板112上,需要使用时,则直接抽取即可,侧板13不仅可以使台架1整体结构更坚固,而且同时可以避免缓冲包装箱2从侧板13所在一侧滑出。
由于台架1的支板112对缓冲包装箱2提供支持,避免缓冲包装箱2之间由于简单的叠加时,对缓冲包装箱2自身壳体材料的高要求,同时亦十分方便缓冲包装箱的取放。
在实际应用过程中,为了保证台架能够适用于叉车的搬运,底板12与立柱111的连接点距离地面高度为90至120mm。此外,本实施例还包括上盖5,用于对置于台架1最上一层的缓冲包装箱2盖住,防止灰尘进入缓冲包装箱2的产品盛放腔22内导致的产品污染。
在进一步的实施过程中,为了防止缓冲包装箱2放置于台架1的支板112上后会出现松动甚至脱离的问题,本发明采用在缓冲包装箱的底部的两侧边处设置凹槽21,该凹槽21与支板112配合,使彼此连接更紧密。
在进一步的实施过程中,为了更加节省存放空间,本实施例采用在一对支撑架11的四个支柱111的顶部分别设置一个L形的限位片4,该限位片向远离支板112与立柱111连接端方向倾斜5到10度。采用将第一抽屉式液晶玻璃缓冲包装装置叠放到第二抽屉式液晶玻璃缓冲包装装置叠上,如图6所示,能最大程度的减少仓储空间。
在进一步的实施过程中,为了最大程度的减少本发明的制造成本,本实施例采用将底座12、侧板13以及支板112均分别用四根金属条焊接而成的方形框架结构。
相比现有的采用缓冲包装箱简单叠放的方法,本发明通过将缓冲包装箱彼此之间的作用力转移到台架上,这使得发明具有以下优点:
(1)本发明的缓冲包装箱取放简便。
(2)本发明的台架结构简单,制造成本低。
(3)本发明的缓冲包装箱的壁厚及底部厚度可以更薄,有利于降低材料成本。
(4)本发明能最大程度的减少仓储使用空间。
