Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к новым химическим соединениям общей формулы 1 - полупродуктам синтеза ингибиторов андрогеновых рецепторов, представляющих интерес в качестве противораковых препаратов. Предметом изобретения является также способы получения новых соединений общей формулы 1.1 -ингибиторов андрогеновых рецепторов. Замещенные 3-(4-метилкарбамоил-3-фторфениламино)тетрагидрофуран-3-енкарбоновые кислоты, или эфиры общей формулы 1, 1.1 или их стереоизомеры, формула (1) где R1=C1-C4алкил; R2=H, CH2OCH2CH2Si(CH3)3; формула (1,1) где R1=H, C1-C4алкил; R2=H, CH2OCH2CH2Si(CH3)3.
