Claims (11)
- 통기공과 밸브결합부가 형성되어 있는 뚜껑에 결합되어 상기 통기공을 통한 공기의 출입을 통제하기 위한 체크밸브에 있어서,탄성재질로 되고, 저면에 가장자리보다 높은 빈 공간을 제공하는 오목부를 구비하며, 상하로 통공이 형성되어 있는 밸브몸체부;상기 통공의 상단에서 하방으로 이격한 위치의 상기 통공의 내벽면을 따라 상기 밸브몸체부에 일체로 연결되고 상기 밸브몸체부의 두께보다 얇게 그리고 상방으로 볼록하게 형성되어 상기 뚜껑과 상기 밸브몸체부 사이의 공간에 부압이 걸리면 상기 뚜껑을 향해 함몰되는 진공표시부; 및상기 밸브결합부에 결합되어 상기 밸브몸체부를 상기 밸브결합부에 고정하기 위한 고정부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 체크밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 진공표시부는 상기 통공의 하단에서 상방으로 이격한 위치의 상기 통공의 내벽면을 따라 상기 밸브몸체부에 일체로 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 체크밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 진공표시부의 단면의 길이는 상기 진공표시부의 단면과 마주하는 상기 진공표시부 아래쪽의 표면의 표면길이 이상으로 이루어져 있고, 상기 표면길이는 상기 진공표시부의 단면과 마주하는 상기 뚜껑의 표면의 길이, 상기 진공표시부의 단면의 일단에서부터 상기 일단 아래쪽의 상기 뚜껑의 표면까지의 길이 및 상기 진공표시부의 단면의 타단에서부터 상기 타단 아래쪽의 상기 뚜껑의 표면까지의 길이를 합한 길이인 것을 특징으로 하는 체크밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브몸체부의 가장자리 상면을 따라 연속적으로 형성되어 링모양을 하고 있고 상방으로 돌출된 가장자리 돌기를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 체크밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브몸체부의 일측 가장자리에서 상방으로 돌출되게 설치되고 사람이 손으로 잡고 상기 밸브몸체부의 일측 가장자리를 들어올려서 진공상태를 해제할 수 있도록 하기 위한 손잡이가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 체크밸브.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 손잡이는 사각기둥 형상을 하고 있고, 상기 손잡이의 상단에는 바깥으로 돌출된 돌출턱이 형성되어 있고, 상기 손잡이의 바깥 측면은 상기 밸브몸체부의 가장자리에서 상방으로 갈수록 안쪽으로 경사지게 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 체크밸브.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 고정부를 통해 상기 뚜껑에 장착된 상태에서 상기 밸브몸체부의 가장자리는 상기 뚜껑의 표면에 의해 상방으로 가압되는 것을 특징으로 하는 체크밸브.
- 내용물이 담기는 내부공간이 마련된 용기본체의 입구를 개폐하기 위한 진공용기 뚜껑에 있어서,저면에 패킹을 구비하여 상기 용기본체의 상기 입구를 밀폐할 수 있고 통기공과 밸브결합부가 형성되어 있는 뚜껑몸체; 및상기 밸브결합부에 결합되어 상기 통기공을 통한 공기의 출입을 통제하기 위한 체크밸브를 구비하여 구성되고,상기 체크밸브는,탄성재질로 되고, 저면에 가장자리보다 높은 빈 공간을 제공하는 오목부를 구비하며, 상하로 통공이 형성되어 있는 밸브몸체부;상기 통공의 상단에서 하방으로 이격한 위치의 상기 통공의 내벽면을 따라 상기 밸브몸체부에 일체로 연결되고 상기 밸브몸체부의 두께보다 얇게 그리고 상방으로 볼록하게 형성되어 상기 뚜껑과 상기 밸브몸체부 사이의 공간에 부압이 걸리면 상기 뚜껑을 향해 함몰되는 진공표시부; 및상기 밸브결합부에 결합되어 상기 밸브몸체부를 상기 밸브결합부에 고정하기 위한 고정부를 포함하여 구성된 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항의 체크밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 진공용기 뚜껑.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 체크밸브가 상기 고정부를 통해 상기 뚜껑에 장착된 상태에서 상기 용기본체에 부압이 걸리지 않아도 상기 밸브몸체부의 가장자리는 상기 뚜껑의 표면에 의해 상방으로 가압되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공용기 뚜껑.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 체크밸브는 상기 밸브결합부를 통과하여 상기 뚜껑의 저면에 걸리는 상기 고정부의 하측부에 형성된 걸림턱에 의해 상기 밸브몸체부의 가장자리가 상기 뚜껑의 상면에 가압되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공용기 뚜껑.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 밸브몸체부의 가장자리가 상기 뚜껑의 상면에 강하게 가압되어 있어, 상기 뚜껑을 용기본체에 장착하여 손으로 누를 때 상기 용기본체 내부의 공기가 외부로 빠져나가면서 공기배출효과음을 낼 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 진공용기 뚜껑.
