- 에어리스 펌프 작동으로 용기(2) 내부의 수용부(3)에 삽입된 피스톤이 상승하면서 내용물을 토출하는 에어리스 타입 화장품 용기의 피스톤에 있어서,상기 피스톤의 본체(10) 외측 둘레를 따라 실리콘 패킹부(20)를 돌출 형성하여 용기 수용부(3)의 내벽면과 전체적으로 균일하게 밀착하면서 기밀을 확보하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 에어리스 타입 화장품 용기의 피스톤.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 실리콘 패킹부(20)는 피스톤 본체(10)에 인서트 성형 방식으로 일체 결합한 것을 특징으로 하는 에어리스 타입 화장품 용기의 피스톤.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 실리콘 패킹부(20)는 피스톤 본체(10)의 외측 상하로 적어도 하나 이상 형성하되, 외측 둘레를 따라 용기 수용부에 탄발 밀착하도록 라운드형 밀착 돌기(21)를 돌출 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 에어리스 타입 화장품 용기의 피스톤.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 실리콘 패킹부(20)는 외측에 용기 수용부와 기밀을 확보하면서 수평 균형을 유지하도록 상하로 메인 밀착돌기(22)와 보조 밀착돌기(23)를 돌출 형성하되, 상기 보조 밀착돌기(23)에는 메인 밀착돌기와 보조 밀착돌기 사이에 형성되는 공간부(24)의 진공 방지를 위한 개구홈(23a)을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 에어리스 타입 화장품 용기의 피스톤.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 피스톤의 본체(10)는 삼각, 사각, 오각, 육각, 팔각과 같은 다각형 구조나 타원형, 반원형, 크로버형, 그 밖의 자유곡선형과 같은 구조 중에 하나로 용기 수용부(3)와 대응되게 형성하되, 상기 피스톤 본체(10)의 외측 둘레를 따라 내부가 중공(20a)으로 형성되고 외측에 라운드형 밀착돌기(21)를 갖는 실리콘 패킹부(20)를 상하로 결합하여 용기 수용부(3)의 내벽면과 전체적으로 균일하게 밀착하면서 기밀을 확보하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 에어리스 타입 화장품 용기의 피스톤.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 피스톤의 본체(10)는 삼각, 사각, 오각, 육각, 팔각과 같은 다각형 구조나 타원형, 반원형, 크로버형, 그 밖의 자유곡선형과 같은 구조 중에 하나로 용기 수용부(3)와 대응되게 형성하되, 상기 피스톤 본체(10)의 외측 둘레를 따라 외측에 라운드형 밀착돌기(21)를 갖는 실리콘 패킹부(20)를 상하로 인서트 성형하여 일체 결합하여 용기 수용부(3)의 내벽면과 전체적으로 균일하게 밀착하면서 기밀을 확보하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 에어리스 타입 화장품 용기의 피스톤.
