L'invention concerne un dispositif d'aide à la marche comprenant : une structure principale se projetant vers l'avant et vers le bas et comportant une roue avant fixée d'un premier côté dans le sens de la longueur ; une structure à poignées jointe de l'autre côté dans le sens de la longueur de la structure principale ; une paire de structures-roues arrière se projetant à l'arrière vers le bas, comportant des roues arrières fixées aux premiers côtés dans le sens de la longueur et couplées à la structure principale au niveau des autres côtés dans le sens de la longueur, et disposées selon une orientation telle que la séparation entre elles augmente progressivement en direction des premiers côtés dans le sens de la longueur ; et un système horizontal absorbant les chocs fixé de manière à lier la paire de structures-roues arrière, et générant une force résiliente orientée de manière à raccourcir la distance entre les premiers côtés de la paire de structures-roues arrière lorsque la distance entre les premiers côtés augmente quand la paire de structures-roues arrière s'écarte. Le dispositif d'aide à la marche selon l'invention présente l'avantage d'un assemblage simple, il est donc facile à porter et à ranger ; il a une fonction d'absorption des chocs en direction horizontale et en direction verticale, ce qui donne une sensation remarquable pendant son utilisation ; il permet par ailleurs au poids de l'utilisateur d'être supporté avec stabilité sans risque de pencher ou de se retourner, le poids de l'utilisateur s'exerçant en un point entre la roue avant et les roues arrière.
