Abstract

 基準電位の異なる回路間で電磁エネルギーを伝送させる、高い絶縁信頼性を持つ絶縁伝送媒体を、低損失、小型、低コストに実現することを課題とする。 本発明に係る回転体、固定体間の電波を用いた通信装置は、回転体に設置された少なくとも一つの回転体用通信器と、固定体に設置された一つの固定体用通信器との間で双方向通信を行う回転体、固定体間の電波を用いた通信装置において、 前記固定体用通信器は複数の固定体用アンテナに接続され、前記回転体用通信器は少なくとも一つの回転体用アンテナに接続され、前記固定体用アンテナと前記回転体用アンテナはお互いの放射面が対向するようにそれぞれ前記固定体、前記回転体に配置され、前記回転体用通信器は信号の信号強度を検出する信号強度検出部を備え、前記固定体用通信器は、前記信号強度が所定の値以上となるよう、前記信号の位相角を位相シフト量分増減させる位相角調整部と、前記位相シフト量分増減させるよう位相角調整部を制御する位相角制御部と、前記信号を分配合成する分配合成部とを備える。

Description

回転体、固定体間の電波を用いた通信装置
 本発明は、回転体と固定体の間で信号を送受する通信器に関するものであり、とくに風力発電システムの回転電機に用いられる通信器に関する。
 再生可能エネルギー利用への取組みは、地球温暖化の原因物質の一つであるCO2の排出量削減やエネルギーの安定的供給に向けて年々活発化している。特に、風力発電は安定性や採算性の観点から注目されており、その中でも、大規模化、風量安定化のため、今後洋上風車の導入量が増加すると予測されている。
 しかし、陸上風車に比べ、洋上風車はメンテナンスコストが増大するという課題がある。特に、風力用発電機として多く用いられている交流励磁発電機では、ブラシを通して回転子に電力を供給しているため、ブラシの摩耗や電食が発生し、メンテナンス頻度が多くなり、コスト増に拍車を掛ける。
 例えば、特許文献1では、メンテナンスを容易にしつつ発電効率向上可能な回転電機等を提供することを目的として、ブラシを用いない交流励磁発電機が記載されている。
 この公報では、交流励磁発電機と同軸に回転励磁機と電力変換器を設け、系統の電力を直流に整流し、回転励磁機の固定子に通電させ、同期発電機の原理により回転子に電力を供給した後、電力変換器により、電圧、周波数を変換した電力を交流励磁同期発電機の回転子に電力を供給し、発電運転を行うように構成することが開示されている。この構成によると、電力変換器は回転子に取り付けられるため、回転子の回転にともない、電力変換器は回転する。この電力変換器は風車の回転に応じた制御が必要となるが、ブラシレスに制御信号を受信するため、光通信による制御信号伝送を用いることが記載されている。
 また、特許文献2では、回転体の無線通信技術が開示されている。回転体もしくは固定体の少なくとも一方に複数のアンテナが回転の周辺に沿う方向に少なくともほぼ規則的な分布で配置される。複数のアンテナは送信装置もしくは受信装置に並列に接続される。
 個々のアンテナの長さは、回転の周辺に沿う方向に重なり合っており、これらのアンテナは、回転軸の半径方向もしくは長手方向に、少なくとも部分的にオフセットされて配置される。送信装置から個々のアンテナへ、遅延素子により位相シフトされた信号が供給され、アンテナで受信された信号が、受信装置によって、遅延素子で位相シフトされて重ね合わせられる。すなわち、回転体側もしくは固定体側の一つのアンテナの指向性にヌル点があっても、もう一方の規則的に配置された複数のアンテナの受信信号の合成により信号強度を向上できることが記載されている。

 特許文献1記載の交流励磁発電機において、電力変換器との非接触な通信手段として用いている光通信は信号の直進性が強いため通信可能領域が狭い。したがって、回転時にも安定的に連続通信を行うには多数の光素子を用いて通信可能領域を拡大する必要がある。大型の発電機ほどこの傾向は顕著になり、より多数の光素子が必要となる。また、発電機内は高温になることも想定されるが、一般的に、光素子は高温動作により寿命が著しく劣化するため、結果的にメンテナンス頻度を増加させてしまう要因となりうる。
 特許文献2記載の回転体無線通信技術は、電波を用いるため、上述のような通信可能領域が狭いことや、短寿命の課題を改善するものである。さらに、遅延素子を用いた信号合成によりアンテナのヌル点をリカバーできる。
 しかし、本技術は、遅延素子による位相シフト量を制御する手段を持たないため、導体から成る筐体内の多重反射による複雑なマルチパス環境下への対応が困難である。
 特に、使用する電波の波長に対して導体筐体が大きい場合、より複雑なマルチパス環境となり、回転中にも信号強度の変動を生じさせる。また、本技術は1対1の通信について記載されているが、上述の電力変換器には1対Nの通信が必要である。
 上述の電力変換器はN個の高電圧パワーデバイスから構成されており、これらのパワーデバイスは各々のタイミングでオンオフする。したがって、各パワーデバイス間では絶縁が不可欠であるため、1対Nの通信が求められる。さらに、ブラシレスの交流励磁発電機では、回転子側の様々なセンシング情報から制御信号が生成されるため、制御信号とセンシング情報を双方向通信によりやりとりすることも上述と併せて必要とされる。
 本発明は上記のような課題を解決するためになされたものであり、導体筐体内の多重反射による複雑なマルチパス環境下においても、回転時にも安定的に連続通信を行うことができ、1対N通信や双方向通信が可能な回転体通信装置を提供することを目的とする。
 本発明の代表的なものの一例を示せば、次のとおりである。
 固定体と、
 前記固定体に取付けられた回転軸を中心に回転する略円柱形状の回転体を備え、
 前記回転体に設置された少なくとも一つの回転体用通信器と、
 前記固定体に設置された一つの固定体用通信器との間で、電波を利用して、前記固定体用通信器から前記回転体用通信器に下り信号を伝送させ、
 前記回転体用通信器から前記固定体用通信器に上り信号を伝送させて、双方向通信を行う回転体通信装置において、
 前記固定体用通信器は複数の固定体用アンテナに接続され、前記回転体用通信器は少なくとも一つの回転体用アンテナに接続され、
 前記固定体用アンテナと前記回転体用アンテナはお互いの放射面が対向するようにそれぞれ前記固定体、前記回転体に配置され、
 前記回転体用通信器は前記下り信号の信号強度を検出する信号強度検出部を備え、前記固定体用通信器は、前記信号強度が所定の値以上となるよう、前記下り信号および前記上り信号の位相角を位相シフト量分増減させる位相角調整部と、
 前記位相シフト量分増減させるよう位相角調整部を制御する位相角制御部と、前記下り信号を前記位相角調整部に分配し、前記上り信号を合成し前記固定体用通信器に出力する分配合成部とを備えることを特徴とする。
 本発明によれば、導体筐体内の多重反射による複雑なマルチパス環境下においても、回転時にも安定的に連続通信を行うことができ、1対N通信や双方向通信が可能な回転体通信装置を提供することができる。

 また、以下の実施例において、「導体」と言うときは、電磁波の伝搬に用いる電磁波周波数帯において導電体であるものを指し、「誘電体」と言うときは、電磁波の伝搬に用いる電磁波周波数帯において誘電体であるものを指す。
 従って、例えば直流電流に対して導体であるか半導体であるか誘電体であるか等によって、直接的には何ら制約されるものではない。また、導体と誘電体とは、電磁波との関係においてその特性により定義されるものであって、固定であるか液体であるか気体であるか等の態様または構成材料を制限するものではない。
 また、以下の実施例を説明するための全図において、同一機能を有するものは原則として同一の符号を付し、その繰り返しの説明は省略する。以下、本発明の実施例を図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。
 以下、本発明の実施例1に係る回転体通信装置を図1~図7を用いて説明する。
 図1は回転体通信装置200の構成を示すブロック図である。
 アンテナの配置についての理解を容易にするため、アンテナ実装部分に関しては透視図で示している。回転体通信装置200は、回転体2に取り付けられた電力変換器17と、固定体1に取り付けられたコントローラ16との間の双方向の無線通信に用いられる。コントローラ16は、電力変換器17を構成するパワーデバイス18a~18dを制御する。
 なお、図示していないが、パワーデバイス18a~18dにはドライバ回路も含まれる。
 円柱形状をした回転体2は、中空円筒形状をした固定体1内に回転軸3に支えられて、回転軸3を中心にモータ(図示せず)によって回転される。
 回転体通信装置200は、固定体1に取り付けられた固定体用通信器6と固定体用アンテナ4a~4d、回転体2に取り付けられた回転体用通信器7a~7dと回転体用アンテナ5a~5d、モニタ部55で構成されている。
 固定体1、回転体2、回転軸3は導体で構成されている。
 固定体用通信器6は、送受信器8、信号合成分配器9、位相角制御部10、記憶部11、位相角調整部12a~12dを有する。
 記憶部11には、固定体用通信器と回転体用通信器間でやりとりされる信号の位相角を設定するためのテーブルや数式が格納されている。
 回転体用通信器7a~7dはそれぞれ送受信器13a~13d、受信信号強度検出部14a~14dを有する。
 固定体用通信器6の送受信器8は、入力されたコントローラ16からの制御信号をアップコンバートし、高周波制御信号に変換する。
 各パワーデバイスへの制御信号はそれぞれ固有であるため、異なるキャリア周波数の高周波制御信号として搬送する。
 変換された複数の高周波制御信号は、信号合成分配器9にて分配される。ここで分配された高周波制御信号はそれぞれ、複数のキャリア周波数を有している状態である。
 これらの高周波制御信号は位相角調整部12a~12dにて、それぞれ所定量の位相シフトを受け、固定体用アンテナ4a~4dに入力される。位相角調整部12a~12dでの位相シフト量Φは数1および数2で表され、位相角制御部10にて制御される。

 ここで位相シフト量Φは、記憶部11に記録されている回転角αと以下で表される位相シフト量のテーブルΨ(α)にて、回転計15で計測された現在の回転角αに対応させて設定される。

 固定体用アンテナ4a~4dから放射された高周波制御信号は、回転中の回転体用アンテナ5a~5dで受信される。受信された高周波制御信号は回転体用通信器7a~7dの送受信器13a~13dにそれぞれ入力され、制御信号に再変換されて、ドライブ回路を介してパワーデバイス18a~18dに入力される。
 ここで、送受信器7a~7dに入力された信号は受信信号強度検出部14a~14dにおいて、以下に示す数3の信号強度Sを検出する。

 検出された信号強度情報は、パワーデバイス18a~18dの動作状態等を示す各情報と併せてセンシング信号として、送受信器13a~13dから高周波信号に変換されて回転体用アンテナ5a~5dに送られる。
 なお、受信信号強度検出部14a~14dで信号強度Sが検出されなかった場合は、不検出を示す情報が送られる。
 また、これらの高周波センシング信号は、前述した高周波制御信号とはキャリア周波数が異なるため、送受信器8および13a~13d内のフィルタにて分離可能であり混信することは無い。
 回転中の回転体用アンテナ5a~5dから放射された高周波センシング信号は、固定体用アンテナ4a~4dで受信される。これらの高周波センシング信号は位相角調整部12a~12dにて、前述と同量の位相シフトを受け、信号合成分配器9にて合成され、送受信器8に入力される。
 入力された高周波センシング信号はセンシング信号に再変換され、パワーデバイス18a~18dの動作状態等を示す各情報はコントローラ16に送られ制御信号生成に用いられ、信号強度情報は位相角制御部10および記憶部11に送られ、必要に応じてテーブルが更新される。回転は反復運動であり、テーブルの取得は少なくて済む。
 例えば、回転体通信装置の起動時に所定時間、所定回転数もしくは所定回数だけテーブルを取得し、その後は記録された情報に基づき信号の位相角を調整すればよい。
 もしくは、風力発電システムなどの上位システムからの指令をトリガにしたり、一定周期毎にテーブルを取得してもよい。
 システム起動時に、パワーデバイスを切り離した状態でテーブル取得することも有効である。ここでの高周波制御信号および高周波センシング信号は、例えば2.4GHz帯を利用することで、500MHz程度までの周波数領域を持つインバータのスイッチングノイズや、モータから磁界ノイズに対する通信品質の耐性を大きくすることができる。
 さらに、用いるアンテナは共振を利用しているためバンドパスフィルタの特性を持ち、上記ノイズ耐性はさらに高めることができる。
 また、位相角制御部10にはモニタ部55が接続されており、回転角や位相シフト量、受信信号強度の情報を作業者が目視で確認することができる。
 なお、ここでは信号多重化方式として、周波数分割多重を用いて説明したが、時間分割多重、符号分割多重の可能性を否定するものではない。さらに、信号変調方式については、リアルタイム性が重視されるため、AM(Amplitude Modulation)変調や、FM(Frequency Modulation)変調等のアナログ変調が有効であり、その中でもノイズ耐性の高いFM変調が望ましい。また、制御信号とセンシング信号では求められるデータレート、通信遅延が異なるため、双方向で異なる変調方式を用いてもよい。 固定体用アンテナ4a~4dと回転体用アンテナ5a~5dは回転軸3を中心に同心円状に、それぞれに対して対向して配置されている。
 固定体用アンテナ4a~4dと回転体用アンテナ5a~5dの間の高周波信号は、固定体1、回転体2、回転軸3が導体で成り、固定体1内に多重反射による複雑なマルチパス環境が形成されるため、安定して伝送させることが非常に難しく、回転中にも信号強度の変動が生じる。
 特に、使用する電波の波長に対して導体筐体が大きい場合、マルチパス環境はより複雑になる。例えば、回転体用アンテナ5aが受ける信号は、固定体用アンテナ4a~4dの出力された信号の直接波と反射波(1回反射、2回反射、・・・)の合成になり、各アンテナの位置関係や導体までの距離等により、信号強度の強弱が生じ、弱ければ通信品質が劣化する。
 しかし、上述のように複数アンテナから放射される信号の位相角を変化させれば、信号強度の強弱がコントロールされ、回転時にも安定的に連続通信を行うことが可能になる。
 また、パワーデバイス18a~18dは高電圧動作し、各々のタイミングでオンオフする。
 したがって、各パワーデバイス間では絶縁が不可欠であり、安全規格(例えば、JISC1010-1)で決められている最小沿面距離以上離している。これは、気体と誘電体の境界に2つの電極があるケースにおいて、コロナ放電あるいは火花放電によって誘電体の表面に沿って樹枝状の放電路が形成される、いわゆる沿面放電の発生を防止するための規格である。
 一般的に沿面放電は空間放電よりも短い電極間距離、低い印加電圧で発生するため、重要な設計項目である。この沿面放電は、固定体用アンテナ5a~5dを誘電体材料により被覆することで軽減も可能である。
 この誘電体材料としては、ソルダーレジスト材、シリコン系コーティング材が候補として挙げられる。なお、ここでは、固定体用アンテナ、回転体用アンテナそれぞれ4個ずつ用いた例を説明したが、固定体用アンテナは2個以上、回転体用アンテナは1個以上で効果が得られる。
 図2は、回転軸3の長さ方向から固定体1を見た透視図である。
 説明の簡素化のため、回転体用アンテナ5aの一つのみ図示している。
 また、固定体用アンテナ4a~4d、回転体用アンテナ5aは回転軸3の中心からの距離rを半径として同心円配置されている。アンテナには、遠心加重軽減のため、プリント基板で構成されるパッチアンテナ等の平面アンテナを用いている。
 図3は、この円周Xと、アンテナ間距離Daを高さに持つ円柱の曲面を展開した図である。固定体用アンテナ4a~4dはそれぞれビーム半値幅θの放射領域44a~44dを有している。
 各放射領域を接するように設定しているので、回転体用アンテナ5aがX方向に移動しても常に放射領域44a~44d内に収まり、直接波に関してはカバーされることが分かる。
 固定体用アンテナによって全円周をカバーするには、数4で表されるN個の固定体用アンテナがあればよい。
 なお、遠心加重軽減のため、回転軸3の導体の影響によりアンテナ特性が著しく劣化しない程度に距離rを小さくできる。

 また、固定体用アンテナ同士の間隔pは1/2波長以上離れていると、アンテナ間の信号の相関性が小さくなり、位相角制御の効果が大きくなる。
 ここでは、パッチアンテナを例に挙げて説明したが、信号強度向上のためビームを集光させるレンズアンテナや、実装面積を削減できるロッドアンテナ、漏れ波を用いる漏洩同軸等も利用可能である。
 図4、図5を用いて、本実施例における固定体用通信器と回転体用通信器間の位相角制御の処理について説明する。
 図4は、固定体用通信器と回転体用通信器間の位相角制御の処理を説明するフローチャートである。
 図5は、位相シフト量の組合せの一例を示す図である。
 固定体用通信器6において、位相角制御部10は回転計15から回転角αを取得する(S101)。
 位相角制御部10は取得した回転角情報に対応した位相シフト量Ψ(α)を記憶部11より読み取り、位相シフト量Φ=Ψ(α)となるように位相角調整部12a~12dを制御する(S102)。
 初期状態では、全回転角の位相シフト量のテーブルは図5におけるk=1が記憶されている。
 つまり、各位相角調整部において位相角調整を行わない。送受信器8は、入力されたコントローラ16からの制御信号をアップコンバートし、高周波制御信号に変換し、信号合成分配器9、固定体用アンテナ4a~4dを介して送信する(S103)。
 回転体用通信器7a~7dの送受信器13a~13dは、回転体用アンテナ5a~5dからの高周波制御信号を受信する(S104)。
 受信信号強度検出部14a~14dは、高周波制御信号の信号強度Sを検出する(S105)。検出された信号強度情報は、パワーデバイス18a~18dの動作状態等を示す各情報と併せてセンシング信号として、送受信器13a~13dから高周波信号に変換されて回転体用アンテナ5a~5d、固定体用アンテナ4a~4d、信号合成分配器9を介して送受信器8に入力される。
 このとき、信号強度Sが送受信器13a~13dおよび8の最小感度よりも小さく、想定される時間内に信号が受信されなかった場合(S107)、もしくは、信号強度Sが閾値以下の場合(S108)、位相角制御部10が、位相角調整部12a~12dの位相シフト量Φを変更し(S109)、再度、高周波制御信号を送信する(S103)。
 このとき、位相シフト量Φは図5のk=2~19の中から各位相シフト量の変化量が最小となるように選択される。
 k=2から昇順に選んでも良いし、ランダムに選んでも構わない。
 ここで閾値は、回転体通信装置内のノイズ強度よりも大きく、回転体通信装置200に必要とされる通信品質によって決定される。高い通信品質が要求される場合には、回転体通信装置内のノイズ強度からのマージンが大きく設定される。
 また、Ψak=0で固定としているのは以下の理由による。
 固定体用アンテナ4aからの高周波制御信号は、固定体内部での多重反射により、回転体用アンテナ5aに複数の伝搬経路で受信される。つまり直接波と複数の反射波との間で干渉が生じる。この干渉は、Ψakを0度~360度のいずれの値に設定しても必ず生じる。したがって、Ψak=0と固定して構わない。
 もちろん、Ψakの値は、ゼロ以外の値に設定されてもよく、0度~360度の範囲の任意の値であってもよい。
 送受信器8が、所定時間内に閾値以上の信号を受信した場合、そのとき用いた位相シフト量Φを記憶部11の位相シフト量のテーブルΨ(α)として更新し(S110)、回転角取得(S101)のフローに戻る。
 一連のフローは、前述したように、予め定められている所定時間、所定回転数、所定回数が終了した場合、もしくは上位システムの指令があった場合に完了する。
 また、通信速度に対して回転速度が無視できない場合は、固定側の通信器からの信号が回転側の信号強度検出部で検出されるまでの遅延量の計測手段を設けることで、より信号強度の安定性が得られる。
 具体的には、遅延量と回転角、回転速度から、信号強度検出時の回転角を算出し、これに基づき信号の位相角を調整する、もしくは記憶部に記録することが有効である。
 また、図5の位相シフト量の組合せは一例であり、より小さいステップで、より広い角度範囲の位相シフト量の組合せを用いた方が信号強度向上できる可能性が高くなる。
 逆に、位相シフト量の組合せが少ないと一連のフローの所要時間を小さくできる。このように、リアルタイム性や通信品質等のシステム要求に応じて選択が可能である。
 また、固定体用アンテナ4a~4dから回転体用アンテナ5a~5dへ送られる高周波制御信号の伝搬特性と、回転体用アンテナ5a~5dから固定体用アンテナ4a~4dへ送られる高周波センシング信号の伝搬特性とは、アンテナの可逆定理により全く同じになるため、送受信器8、13a~13dが同一性能であるとすれば、受信信号強度検出部は固定体用通信器6と回転体用通信器7a~7dのどちらか片方に配置されれば良い。
 本実施例の回転体通信装置200では、制御信号の通信品質が最優先されるため、受信信号強度検出部14a~14dが回転体用通信器7a~7d内に配置されることを説明した。実際には伝搬特性、送受信器性能は上述のように理想的ではないため、送受信器8にも受信信号強度を観測する機能を持たせ、その信号強度と受信信号強度検出部14a~14dでの信号強度の両者が、図4のS108において閾値以上かどうかを判断することは位相角制御の高精度化につながり有効である。
 図6は、本実施例における固定体側の送受信器8の変形例である。固定体用送受信器45は送受信部46a~46dと信号合成分配器47で構成される。
 なお、本図では、送受信部46a~46dとコントローラ16および位相角制御部10との結線は省略している。コントローラ16からは各パワーデバイスの個別の制御信号が送受信部46a~46dに入力される。
 送受信部46a~46dは、これらの制御信号をアップコンバートし、高周波制御信号に変換する。上述したようにこれらの高周波制御信号は、それぞれ異なるキャリア周波数で構成される。変換された複数の高周波制御信号は、信号合成分配器47にて一旦合成され、信号分配合成器9で再度分配される。
 したがって、信号分配合成器9の出力は、複数の高周波制御信号を混在させて生成される。これにより、送受信器8を簡素な構成とすることができる。
 本実施例では、円柱形状の回転体、固定体の平面部分に各アンテナを配置して説明したが、図7のように円柱の曲面に取り付けることも可能である。固定体用アンテナ48a~48dは固定体1の曲面部分に等角度間隔で配置され、回転体用アンテナ49a~49dは回転軸3の曲面部分に等角度間隔で配置されている。アンテナを省スペースに配置でき、固定体内のモータ等の部品の配置スペースや放熱の問題を解決しうる手段である。
 また、本実施例は、各アンテナの偏波方向は問わず、直線偏波でも円偏波でも構わない。
 直線偏波を用いる場合は、後述する実施例5のように、偏波方向を回転軸を中心とした放射線方向と略一致させて、アンテナを等角度、同心円配置するのが望ましい。
 円偏波の場合は、軸比が劣化しないように、近傍導体の影響を考慮した設計が望ましい。
 図8、図9を用いて、本実施例にかかる回転体通信装置200の変形例を説明する。
 図8は、回転体通信装置200に用いる面状伝搬媒体100を示す図である。
 面状伝搬媒体100は面状導体70、面状メッシュ導体72で面状誘電体71を挟み、その間で電磁波を伝達可能にするとともに、面状メッシュ導体72の近傍に滲み出るエバネッセント波を介して、非接触に電磁波エネルギーのやりとりを可能にする。面状メッシュ導体72は碁盤目状になって広がっており、メッシュのピッチによって、電磁波が外界へ滲み出す量を制御することができる。エバネッセント波と呼ばれる外界へ滲み出す電磁波は、伝搬距離に対して指数関数的に減衰する。
 典型的には、振幅が1/eに減衰する距離は1cm程度である(e:自然対数の底)。従って、面状メッシュ導体72近傍にのみ電磁波を局在させ、外界への不要放射を極めて小さくできる。また、放射素子の可逆原理により、外界からの妨害波からの影響をほとんど受けない。面状誘電体71は、伝搬効率を考慮すると低誘電率かつ低誘電正接である材料が望ましい。
 図では面状伝搬媒体100の端面は開放構造となっているが、端面を電波吸収体で覆い終端とすることが望ましい。
 また、面状伝搬媒体100は全体の厚みを薄くし、フレキシブル性を持たせることもできる。図9は面状伝搬媒体100を用いた回転体通信装置200の変形例を示す図である。固定体用面状伝搬媒体73は固定体1の曲面部分に配置され、回転体用面状伝搬媒体74a~74dは回転体2の曲面部分に等角度間隔で配置されている。
 この変形例を用いれば、固定体用面状伝搬媒体73と回転体用面状伝搬媒体74a~74dはエバネッセント波を介して信号のやりとりが可能となり、さらに、外界への不要放射を極めて小さくできる。
 固定体用面状伝搬媒体73と回転体用面状伝搬媒体74a~74dが対向していればよいので、固定体1や回転体2の平面部分に実装しても同様の効果が得られる。
 図10は、本実施例にかかる回転体通信装置200を用いた風力発電システム201の構成図である。
 回転子22と固定子23から成る主発電機21が電力変換器17を介して、回転子25と固定子26から成る補助発電機24に接続されている。
 系統29の電力が補助発電機24の固定子26に通電され、同期発電機の原理により回転子25に電力が供給される。
 その後、電力変換器17が、電圧、周波数を変換した電力を主発電機21の回転子22に電力を供給し、発電運転を行う。これにより、ブレード27が受けた風のエネルギーを風力発電システム201が電気エネルギーに変換し、系統29に送電することができる。
 この構成において、電力変換器17は回転子22、25に取り付けられるため、回転子の回転にともない、電力変換器17は回転する。この電力変換器17はブレード27の回転に応じた制御が必要となるため、回転体通信装置200によりブラシレスに制御信号を受信している。
 さらに、回転子側の様々なセンシング情報から制御信号が生成されるため、制御信号とセンシング情報を双方向にやりとりしている。
 なお、電力変換器17と並列に遮断機を設けても良い。これにより、系統故障時に加わる過大な電力から、電力変換器17を保護できる。また、本実施例は、増速機を付加したシステムへの適用も可能である。
 また、回転体通信装置200を並列に複数個を設置することや、回転体通信装置200を構成する固定体用通信器6または回転体用通信器7を並列に複数個を設置することにより、より高信頼な風力発電システムを実現できる。
 以上のように本実施例に係る回転体通信装置200は、回転体と固定体間の無線通信に用いられ、導体筐体内の多重反射による複雑なマルチパス環境下においても、回転時にも安定的に連続通信を行うことができ、1対N通信や双方向通信が実現できる。
 また、本実施形態1例を風力発電システムに適用することで、メンテナンスを容易にしつつ発電効率向上可能なブラシを用いない風力発電システムを実現できる。
 また、本実施例によれば、回転体通信装置200は、高周波信号を伝送させることができるので、500MHz程度までの周波数領域を持つインバータのスイッチングノイズや、モータから磁界ノイズに対する通信品質の耐性を大きくすることができる。
 さらに、用いるアンテナは共振を利用しているためバンドパスフィルタの特性を持ち、上記ノイズ耐性はさらに高めることができる。
 以下、本発明の実施例2に係る回転体通信装置について図11を用いて説明する。
 図11は回転体通信装置300の構成を示すブロック図である。アンテナの配置についての理解を容易にするため、アンテナ実装部分に関しては透視図で示している。
 回転体通信装置300は、固定体1に取り付けられた固定体用通信器6と固定体用アンテナ4a~4d、回転体2に取り付けられた回転体用通信器51と回転体用アンテナ5a~5d、絶縁IC(Integrated Circuit)54a~54dで構成されている
 回転体用通信器51は信号分配合成器50、送受信器52、受信信号強度検出部53を有する。回転中の回転体用アンテナ5a~5dで受信された高周波制御信号は回転体用通信器51の信号分配合成器50で合成され、送受信器52に入力される。送受信器52では、各パワーデバイスの制御信号に再変換される。
 これらの制御信号は絶縁IC54a~54dに入力され、ドライブ回路を介してパワーデバイス18a~18dに入力される。絶縁ICにはフォトカプラやトランスが用いられ、周辺回路の構成によっては双方向通信用に各パワーデバイス毎に2個ずつ必要となる。
 ここで、送受信器52に入力された信号は受信信号強度検出部53にて信号強度Sを検出される。検出された信号強度情報は、パワーデバイス18a~18dの動作状態等を示す各情報と併せてセンシング信号として、送受信器52から高周波信号に変換されて、信号分配合成器50で分配され、回転体用アンテナ5a~5dに送られる。なお、受信信号強度検出部53で信号強度が検出されなかった場合は、不検出の情報が送られる。
 また、これらの高周波センシング信号は、高周波制御信号とはキャリア周波数が異なるため、送受信器8、52内のフィルタにて分離可能であり混信することは無い。
 上述のように複数アンテナから放射される信号の位相角を変化させれば、信号強度の強弱がコントロールされ、回転時にも安定的に連続通信を行うことが可能になる。さらに、回転体用アンテナの信号は信号分配合成器50で束ねられるので、位相角制御が容易になる。また、パワーデバイス18a~18d間の絶縁は、絶縁ICが担保しているが、沿面放電に対する考慮は必要で、安全規格(例えば、JISC1010-1)で決められている最小沿面距離以上離すことが望ましい。
 なお、ここでは、固定体用アンテナ、回転体用アンテナそれぞれ4個ずつ用いた例を説明したが、固定体用アンテナは2個以上、回転体用アンテナは2個以上で効果が得られる。
 以上のように本実施例2に係る回転体通信装置300は、回転体と固定体間の無線通信に用いられ、導体筐体内の多重反射による複雑なマルチパス環境下においても、回転時にも安定的に連続通信を行うことができ、1対N通信や双方向通信が実現できる。
 また、本実施例2によれば、回転体用通信器の個数を最小限にすることができ、小型化、低コスト化を図れる。
 また、本実施例2によれば、回転体用アンテナの信号は信号分配合成器により束ねられるので、位相角制御が容易になる。
 以下、本発明の実施例3に係る回転体通信装置について図12、図13を用いて説明する。図12は回転体通信装置400の構成を示すブロック図である。
 アンテナの配置についての理解を容易にするため、アンテナ実装部分に関しては透視図で示している。回転体通信装置400は、固定体1に取り付けられた固定体用通信器56と固定体用アンテナ4a~4d、回転体2に取り付けられた回転体用通信器57と回転体用アンテナ5a~5d、絶縁IC54a~54dで構成されている。
 固定体用通信器56は、送受信器64、信号合成分配器9を有する。回転体用通信器57は、位相角制御部58、記憶部59、位相角調整部60a~60d、信号合成分配器61、送受信器62、受信信号強度検出部63を有する。
 記憶部59には、固定体用通信器と回転体用通信器間でやりとりされる信号の位相を設定するためのテーブルや数式が格納されている。
 固定体用通信器56の送受信器64は、入力されたコントローラ16からの制御信号をアップコンバートし、高周波制御信号に変換する。各パワーデバイスへの制御信号はそれぞれ固有であるため、異なるキャリア周波数の高周波制御信号として搬送する。
 変換された複数の高周波制御信号は、信号合成分配器9にて分配され、固定体用アンテナ4a~4dに入力される。
 固定体用アンテナ4a~4dから放射された高周波制御信号は、回転中の回転体用アンテナ5a~5dで受信される。
 受信された高周波制御信号は位相角調整部60a~60dにて、それぞれ所定量の位相シフトを受け、信号合成分配器61にて合成される。位相角調整部60a~60dでの位相シフト量Φは、位相角制御部58にて制御される。
 ここで位相シフト量Φは、記憶部59に記録されている回転角αと位相シフト量のテーブルΨ(α)にて、回転計15で計測された現在の回転角αに対応させて設定される。
 合成された高周波制御信号は、送受信器62に入力され、制御信号に再変換されて、絶縁IC54a~54dを経てドライブ回路を介してパワーデバイス18a~18dに入力される。
 ここで、送受信器62に入力された信号は受信信号強度検出部63にて信号強度Sを検出される。検出された信号強度情報は、位相角制御部58および記憶部59に送られ、必要に応じてテーブルが更新される。
 パワーデバイス18a~18dのセンシング信号は、送受信器62で高周波信号に変換されて、信号合成分配器61にて分配され、位相角調整部60a~60dにて、それぞれ所定量の位相シフトを受け、回転体用アンテナ5a~5dに送られる。
 回転中の回転体用アンテナ5a~5dから放射された高周波センシング信号は、固定体用アンテナ4a~4dで受信される。これらの高周波センシング信号は信号合成分配器9にて合成され、送受信器64に入力される。
 入力された高周波センシング信号はセンシング信号に再変換され、パワーデバイス18a~18dの動作状態等を示す各情報はコントローラ16に送られ制御信号生成に用いられる。
 上述のように複数アンテナで受信される信号の位相角を変化させれば、信号強度の強弱がコントロールされ、回転時にも安定的に連続通信を行うことが可能になる。なお、ここでは、固定体用アンテナ、回転体用アンテナそれぞれ4個ずつ用いた例を説明したが、固定体用アンテナは1個でも良く、その場合、信号分配合成器9は不要である。また、回転体用アンテナは2個以上で効果が得られる。
 図13は、本実施例における、固定体用通信器と回転体用通信器間の位相角制御の処理を説明するフローチャートである。
 回転体用通信器57において、位相角制御部58は回転計15から回転角αを取得する(S201)。位相角制御部58は取得した回転角情報に対応した位相シフト量Ψ(α)を記憶部11より読み取り、位相シフト量Φ=Ψ(α)となるように位相角調整部60a~60dを制御する(S202)。
 初期状態では、全回転角の位相シフト量のテーブルは図5におけるk=1が記憶されている。
 つまり、各位相角調整部において位相角調整を行わない。回転体用通信器57の送受信器62は、回転体用アンテナ5a~5dからの高周波制御信号を位相角調整部60a~60d、信号合成分配器61を介して受信する(S204)。受信信号強度検出部63は、高周波制御信号の信号強度Sを検出する(S205)。
 検出された信号強度Sが閾値以下の場合(S208)、位相角制御部58が、位相角調整部60a~60dの位相シフト量Φを変更し(S209)、再度、高周波制御信号を受信する(S204)。
 送受信器62が、閾値以上の信号を受信した場合、そのとき用いた位相シフト量Φを記憶部59の位相シフト量のテーブルΨ(α)として更新し(S210)、回転角取得(S201)のフローに戻る。
 一連のフローは、予め定められている所定時間、所定回転数、所定回数が終了した場合、もしくは上位システムの指令があった場合に完了する。
 以上のように本実施例3に係る回転体通信装置400は、回転体と固定体間の無線通信に用いられ、導体筐体内の多重反射による複雑なマルチパス環境下においても、回転時にも安定的に連続通信を行うことができ、1対N通信や双方向通信が実現できる。
 また、本実施例3によれば、位相角調整部と受信信号強度検出部、回転計の全てが回転体側に配置されているので、位相シフト量と信号強度、回転角が時間差無く記憶部に記録でき、より安定的な通信が可能となる。
 また、本実施例3によれば、固定体用アンテナの個数を最小限にすることができ、小型化、低コスト化を図れる。
 以下、本発明の実施例4に係る回転体通信装置を図14~図16を用いて説明する。図14は回転体通信装置500の構成を示すブロック図である。
 アンテナの配置についての理解を容易にするため、アンテナ実装部分に関しては透視図で示している。
 回転体通信装置500は、固定体1に取り付けられた固定体用通信器69と固定体用アンテナ4a~4d、回転体2に取り付けられた回転体用通信器7a~7dと回転体用アンテナ5a~5dで構成されている。
 固定体用通信器69は、送受信器8、信号合成分配器9、振幅制御部66、記憶部68、位相角調整部67a~67dを有する。記憶部68には、信号振幅を設定するためのテーブルや数式が格納されている。
 固定体用通信器69の送受信器8は、入力されたコントローラ16からの制御信号をアップコンバートし、高周波制御信号に変換する。変換された複数の高周波制御信号は、信号合成分配器9にて分配される。
 これらの高周波制御信号は振幅調整部67a~67dにて、それぞれ所定量の振幅調整を受け、固定体用アンテナ4a~4dに入力される。振幅調整部67a~67dでの振幅調整量Aは数5で表され、振幅制御部66にて制御される。

 なお、振幅調整部67a~67dは、可変ゲインアンプを適用しても良いし、高周波スイッチでも構わない。固定体用アンテナ4a~4dから放射された高周波制御信号は、回転中の回転体用アンテナ5a~5dで受信される。受信された高周波制御信号は回転体用通信器7a~7dの送受信器13a~13dにそれぞれ入力され、制御信号に再変換されて、ドライブ回路を介してパワーデバイス18a~18dに入力される。
 ここで、送受信器7a~7dに入力された信号は受信信号強度検出部14a~14dにて信号強度Sを検出される。検出された信号強度情報は、パワーデバイス18a~18dの動作状態等を示す各情報と併せてセンシング信号として、送受信器13a~13dから高周波信号に変換されて回転体用アンテナ5a~5dに送られる。
 回転中の回転体用アンテナ5a~5dから放射された高周波センシング信号は、固定体用アンテナ4a~4dで受信される。
 これらの高周波センシング信号は振幅調整部67a~67dにて、前述と同量の振幅調整を受け、信号合成分配器9にて合成され、送受信器8に入力される。
 入力された高周波センシング信号はセンシング信号に再変換され、パワーデバイス18a~18dの動作状態等を示す各情報はコントローラ16に送られ制御信号生成に用いられ、信号強度情報は振幅制御部66および記憶部68に送られ、必要に応じてテーブルが更新される。
 なお、ここでは、固定体用アンテナ、回転体用アンテナそれぞれ4個ずつ用いた例を説明したが、固定体用アンテナは2個以上、回転体用アンテナは1個以上で効果が得られる。
 図15、図16を用いて、本実施例における固定体用通信器と回転体用通信器間の振幅制御の処理について説明する。
 図15は、固定体用通信器と回転体用通信器間の振幅制御の処理を説明するフローチャートである。
 図16は、振幅調整量の組合せの一例を示す図である。
 固定体用通信器69において、振幅調整部66は回転計15から回転角αを取得する(S301)。位相角制御部66は取得した回転角情報に対応した振幅調整量E(α)を記憶部11より読み取り、振幅調整量A=E(α)となるように位相角調整部67a~67dを制御する(S302)。
 初期状態では、全回転角の振幅調整量のテーブルは図16におけるk=1が記憶されている。つまり、各振幅調整部において振幅調整を行わない。
 送受信器8は、入力されたコントローラ16からの制御信号をアップコンバートし、高周波制御信号に変換し、信号合成分配器9、固定体用アンテナ4a~4dを介して送信する(S303)。
 回転体用通信器7a~7dの送受信器13a~13dは、回転体用アンテナ5a~5dからの高周波制御信号を受信する(S304)。
 受信信号強度検出部14a~14dは、高周波制御信号の信号強度Sを検出する(S305)。検出された信号強度情報は、パワーデバイス18a~18dの動作状態等を示す各情報と併せてセンシング信号として、送受信器13a~13dから高周波信号に変換されて回転体用アンテナ5a~5d、固定体用アンテナ4a~4d、信号合成分配器9を介して送受信器8に入力される。
 このとき、信号強度Sが送受信器13a~13dおよび8の最小感度よりも小さく、想定される時間内に信号が受信されなかった場合(S307)、もしくは、信号強度Sが閾値以下の場合(S308)、振幅制御部66が、振幅調整部67a~67dの振幅調整量Aを変更し(S309)、再度、高周波制御信号を送信する(S303)。
 このとき振幅調整量Aは図16のk=2~15の中から各振幅量の変化量が最小となるように選択される。
 k=2から昇順に選んでも良いし、ランダムに選んでも構わない。
 送受信器8が、所定時間内に閾値以上の信号を受信した場合、そのとき用いた振幅調整量Aを記憶部11の振幅調整量のテーブルE(α)として更新し(S310)、回転角取得(S301)のフローに戻る。
 一連のフローは、前述したように、予め定められている所定時間、所定回転数、所定回数が終了した場合、もしくは上位システムの指令があった場合に完了する。
 また、通信速度に対して回転速度が無視できない場合は、固定側の通信器からの信号が回転側の信号強度検出部で検出されるまでの遅延量の計測手段を設けることで、より信号強度の安定性が得られる。具体的には、遅延量と回転角、回転速度から、信号強度検出時の回転角を算出し、これに基づき信号振幅を調整する、もしくは記憶部に記録することが有効である。
 また、図16の振幅調整量の組合せは一例であり、より小さいステップで、より広い範囲の振幅調整量の組合せを用いた方が信号強度向上できる可能性が高くなる。逆に、振幅調整量の組合せが少ないと一連のフローの所要時間を小さくできる。このように、リアルタイム性や通信品質等のシステム要求に応じて選択が可能である。
 以上のように本実施例4に係る回転体通信装置500は、回転体と固定体間の無線通信に用いられ、導体筐体内の多重反射による複雑なマルチパス環境下においても、回転時にも安定的に連続通信を行うことができ、1対N通信や双方向通信が実現できる。
 また、本実施例4によれば、回転体通信装置500は振幅調整部を高周波スイッチで構成することも可能なので、簡易かつ廉価な構成で実現できる。
 以下、本発明の実施例5に係る回転体通信装置について図17~図22を用いて説明する。
 図17は回転体通信装置600の構成を示すブロック図である。
 アンテナの配置についての理解を容易にするため、アンテナ実装部分に関しては透視図で示している。回転体通信装置600は、固定体1に取り付けられた固定体用通信器56と固定体用アンテナ4a~4d、回転体2に取り付けられた回転体用通信器65a~65dと回転体用アンテナ5a~5dで構成されている。
 固定体用通信器6は、送受信器64、信号合成分配器9を有する。固定体用通信器6の送受信器64は、入力されたコントローラ16からの制御信号をアップコンバートし、高周波制御信号に変換する。
 変換された複数の高周波制御信号は、信号合成分配器9にて分配され、固定体用アンテナ4a~4dに入力される。固定体用アンテナ4a~4dから放射された高周波制御信号は、回転中の回転体用アンテナ5a~5dで受信される。
 受信された高周波制御信号は回転体用通信器65a~65dにそれぞれ入力され、制御信号に再変換されて、ドライブ回路を介してパワーデバイス18a~18dに入力される。
 パワーデバイス18a~18dのセンシング信号はそれぞれ、回転体用通信器65a~65dで高周波信号に変換されて、回転体用アンテナ5a~5dに送られる。
 回転中の回転体用アンテナ5a~5dから放射された高周波センシング信号は、固定体用アンテナ4a~4dで受信される。
 これらの高周波センシング信号は信号合成分配器9にて合成され、送受信器64に入力される。入力された高周波センシング信号はセンシング信号に再変換され、パワーデバイス18a~18dの動作状態等を示す各情報はコントローラ16に送られ制御信号生成に用いられる。
 図18は回転軸3の長さ方向から固定体1を見た透視図である。
 固定体用アンテナ31a~31dのみを図示し、同構成で対称配置となる回転体用アンテナは省略している。
 また、固定体用アンテナ31a~31dは回転軸3を中心に同心円配置されている。アンテナには、遠心加重軽減のため、プリント基板で構成されるパッチアンテナを用いている。
 すなわち、固定体用アンテナ31aと同サイズの設置導体と誘電体、固定体用アンテナ放射素子32を重ね合わせて構成される。固定体用アンテナ放射素子32に対する給電点33の位置によって偏波方向34が決定される。
固定体用アンテナ放射素子32の二つの長辺の中点を結ぶライン上に給電点33が配置されているとき、偏波方向34は短辺が伸びる方向となる。つまり、偏波方向34は、回転軸を中心とした放射線方向と一致する。固定体用アンテナ31b~31dも同様である。
 固定体1と回転軸3は導体であるため、固定体内部は、擬似的に円筒状の導波管が形成される。この導波管の伝搬モードでは、電界方向が偏波方向34と同じになる。したがって、固定体アンテナ放射素子32からの放射が低損失で円筒状の導波管に変換され、固定体アンテナから回転体アンテナまでの通過損失を小さく抑えることができる。
 図19は、図18のアンテナ放射素子のみを記載した簡略図である。説明の簡素化のため、回転体側は回転体用アンテナ放射素子35の一つのみ図示している。
 また、固定体用アンテナ放射素子32a~32d、回転体用アンテナ放射素子35は回転軸の中心からの距離rを半径として同心円配置されている。回転体用アンテナ放射素子35は回転角αだけ回転軸を中心に回転している。
 また、回転角αは、固定体用アンテナ放射素子32aと回転体用アンテナ放射素子35の偏波方向の角度差を示している。一般に、この角度差が45度のときは、0度に比べて信号強度は1/2、90のときはほぼゼロとなる。なお、回転軸の半径はr1、固定体の半径はr2としている。
 図20は回転体通信装置600の回転軸中心線を含む面での断面図である。固定体用アンテナ4a、4bは、固定体上に設置された固定体用スペーサ41a、41b上に配置されている。同様に、回転体用アンテナ5a、5bは、回転体上に設置された回転体用スペーサ42a、42b上に配置されている。
 固定体用スペーサ41a、41b、回転体用スペーサ42a、42bはすべて、厚さDcの誘電体で構成されている。
 また、固定体用アンテナ4a、4bと回転体用アンテナ5a、5bとは距離Daだけ離れている。
 固定体1が導体であるため、マルチパスにより定在波が励起されることが想定される。したがって、Daは1/2実効波長の整数倍、Dcは1/4実効波長の奇数倍に近づけるように設定することで、固定体用アンテナと回転体用アンテナの位置で定在波の山となり、信号強度を向上させることができる。
 また、固定体1内において定在波が起きない、もしくは複雑化しないように使用する電波の周波数を選択することも有効である。すなわち、使用する周波数を、固定体1内の閉空間の伝搬モードのカットオフ周波数と略同じ、もしくは小さく設定する。
 具体的には、(図19においてr2-r1)が1/2実効波長以下となるように使用周波数を選べばよい。電波が使用される空間は固定体1により略密閉状態にあるので、外部への電波漏れレベル、外部からの干渉レベルは十分小さい。また、固定体1に使用する電波の波長に比べて十分小さいメッシュ状の穴を設けて、発電機等の冷却に用いてもよい。
 図21に、設計の一例として、上述した回転体通信装置の通過量の回転角特性の計算結果を示す。回転角αは図19で定義される。全ての通過量には4分配回路の通過量―8dBが含まれている。通過量37は、固定体用アンテナ放射素子32aから回転体用アンテナ放射素子35への通過量であり、偏波方向が一致するα=0degに比べて、α=45degは-3dB(約50%)、αが90degに近づくにつれて低下していく。
 回転角が変わっても、アンテナ放射領域内であり、距離変動も小さいため、ほぼ上述した傾向となっている。
 通過量38は、固定体用アンテナ放射素子32bから回転体用アンテナ放射素子35への通過量であり、全く逆の傾向を示す。通過量39は、固定体用アンテナ放射素子32cから回転体用アンテナ放射素子35への通過量である。通過量40は、固定体用アンテナ放射素子32dから回転体用アンテナ放射素子35への通過量である。通過量39、40は回転軸に遮蔽されるため、全体的に通過量が小さい。
 これらの通過量の合計値が合成通過量36であるが、回転角αが0から90degまで変化してもほとんど変化せず、安定した通信ができることを示している。
 なお、計算周波数は2.4GHzとしている。その他の計算パラメータは以下のとおりである。図19において、回転軸半径r1=30mm、アンテナ配置半径r=49mm、固定体半径r2=67.5mm、図20においてアンテナ間距離Da=50mm、アンテナと導体間距離Dt=20mmとした。
 また、サイズ30mm×30mmのアンテナを用いて計算している。ここでは、固定体用アンテナ、回転体用アンテナそれぞれ4個ずつ用いた例を説明したが、固定体用アンテナは3個以上、回転体用アンテナは1個以上で効果が得られる。
 図22は本実施例にかかる回転体用通信器への電力供給手段の一例である。面状伝搬媒体75は、図8で説明したものと同構成であり、回転体2の曲面に巻きつけるように配置されている。
 回転体用通信器76a~76dは面状伝搬媒体75の面状メッシュ導体上に絶縁膜(図示せず)をはさんで設置されている。回転体用通信器76a~76dはエバネッセント波を受け取る受電インターフェース79a~79dを有しており、面状伝搬媒体75と電力をやりとりすることができる。面状伝搬媒体75の面状メッシュ導体上には、エバネッセント波を送る送電インターフェース77が設置されており、送電インターフェース77には送電装置78が接続されている。
 送電装置78からはマイクロ波帯の電力が送られる。受電インターフェース79a~79dは面状伝搬媒体7上でありさえすれば、電力が供給されるため、配置の自由度が高い。
 また、受電インターフェース数が増えても電力供給がなされる。
 絶縁膜は受電インターフェース79a~79dと面状伝搬媒体75の間のインピーダンス整合と、回転体用通信器76a~76d間の絶縁の役割を果たす。受電インターフェース79aは、多層プリント基板上で構成できるパッチアンテナやダイポールアンテナ、ループアンテナ等を用いることで、回転体用通信器76aを同一基板上に設けることができる。受電インターフェース79b~79dについても同様である。
 送電インターフェース77についても同様に、多層プリント基板上で構成できるアンテナを用いることで送電装置78と一体化が可能である。
 以上により、送電装置78から送電インターフェース77を介して面状伝搬媒体75に電力が送られ、受電インターフェース79a~79dで受電され、回転体用通信器76a~76d内に内蔵された整流回路でマイクロ波から直流に整流されて、回転体用通信器76a~76dの電源に利用される。
 本例では、エバネッセント波を利用しているため、外界への不要放射を極めて小さくできる。
 以上のように本実施例5に係る回転体通信装置600は、回転体と固定体間の無線通信に用いられ、導体筐体内の多重反射による複雑なマルチパス環境下においても、少ない部品点数で、回転時にも安定的に連続通信を行うことができ、1対N通信や双方向通信が実現できる。
 また、本実施例5によれば、回転体通信装置600は、アンテナからの放射が固定体内部に形成された擬似的な円筒状の導波管の伝搬モードに低損失に変換されるため、固定体アンテナから回転体アンテナまでの通過損失を小さく抑えることができる。
 また、本実施例5によれば、回転体通信装置600は、固定体内部の定在波環境においても、アンテナの配置を最適化し、信号強度を向上させることができる。
 なお、本発明は上記した実施例に限定されるものではなく、様々な変形例が含まれる。例えば、上記した実施例は本発明を分かりやすく説明するために詳細に説明したものであり、必ずしも説明した全ての構成を備えるものに限定されるものではない。
 また、ある実施例の構成例の一部を、同じ実施例の他の構成例または他の実施例の構成例に置き換えることが可能であり、また、ある実施例の構成例に、同じ実施例の他の構成例または他の実施例の構成例の構成を加えることも可能である。また、各実施例の構成の一部について、他の構成の追加・削除・置換をすることが可能である。

Claims (15)

  1.  固定体と、前記固定体に取付けられた回転軸を中心に回転する略円柱形状の回転体を備え、
     前記回転体に設置された少なくとも一つの回転体用通信器と、前記固定体に設置された一つの固定体用通信器との間で、
     電波を利用して、前記固定体用通信器から前記回転体用通信器に下り信号を伝送させ、前記回転体用通信器から前記固定体用通信器に上り信号を伝送させて、双方向通信を行う回転体、固定体間の電波を用いた通信装置において、
     前記固定体用通信器は複数の固定体用アンテナに接続され、
     前記回転体用通信器は少なくとも一つの回転体用アンテナに接続され、
     前記固定体用アンテナと前記回転体用アンテナはお互いの放射面が対向するようにそれぞれ前記固定体、前記回転体に配置され、
     前記回転体用通信器は前記下り信号の信号強度を検出する信号強度検出部を備え、
    前記固定体用通信器は、前記信号強度が所定の値以上となるよう、前記下り信号の位相角を位相シフト量分増減させる位相角調整部と、
     前記位相シフト量分増減させるよう位相角調整部を制御する位相角制御部と、
     前記下り信号を前記位相角調整部に分配し、前記上り信号を合成し前記固定体用通信器に出力する分配合成部と、
     を備えることを特徴とする回転体、固定体間の電波を用いた通信装置。
  2.  前記固定体用通信器は、前記回転体の回転角の情報に基づき、前記位相角を増減させることを特徴とする請求項1記載の回転体、固定体間の電波を用いた通信装置。
  3.  前記固定体用通信器は、前記位相シフト量と、前記回転角と前記信号強度を対応付けた記録を実施することを特徴とする請求項2記載の回転体、固定体間の電波を用いた通信装置。
  4.  この通信装置を制御する上位コントローラからの指令により、前記記録を所定時間もしくは所定回転数だけ実施し、以降、記録された情報に基づき、前記位相角を増減させることを特徴とする請求項3記載の回転体、固定体間の電波を用いた通信装置。
  5.  前記下り信号が、前記信号強度検出部で検出されるまでの信号到達時間の計測手段を持ち、前記信号到達時間に基づき、前記記録を実施することを特徴とする請求項4記載の回転体、固定体間の電波を用いた通信装置。
  6.  前記所定の値が、この通信装置内のノイズ強度よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1記載の回転体、固定体間の電波を用いた通信装置。
  7.  前記下り信号および前記上り信号の振幅を増減させる振幅調整機能を前記位相調整部に加え、
     前記振幅調整部を制御する振幅制御機能を前記位相制御部に加え、
     前記信号強度が所定の値以上となるよう、前記位相角調整部により、前記下り信号および前記上り信号の位相角、振幅を増減させることを特徴とする請求項1記載の回転体、固定体間の電波を用いた通信装置。
  8.  複数のパワーデバイスを制御することに用いられ、
     前記回転体用通信器と前記パワーデバイスの間に絶縁素子を配置することを特徴とする請求項1記載の回転体、固定体間の電波を用いた通信装置。


  9.  固定体と、前記固定体に取付けられた回転軸を中心に回転する略円柱形状の回転体を備え、
     前記回転体に設置された一つの回転体用通信器と、前記固定体に設置された一つの固定体用通信器との間で、
     電波を利用して、前記固定体用通信器から前記回転体用通信器に下り信号を伝送させる回転体、固定体間の電波を用いた通信装置において、
     前記固定体用通信器は少なくとも一つの固定体用アンテナに接続され、
     前記回転体用通信器は複数の回転体用アンテナに接続され、
     前記固定体用アンテナと前記回転体用アンテナはお互いの放射面が対向するようにそれぞれ前記固定体、前記回転体に配置され、
     前記回転体用通信器は前記下り信号の信号強度を検出する信号強度検出部と、
     前記信号強度が所定の値以上となるよう、前記下り信号の位相角を位相シフト量分増減させる位相角調整部と、前記位相シフト量分増減させるよう位相角調整部を制御する位相角制御部と、
     前記位相角調整部から出力された前記下り信号を合成し前記固定体用通信器に出力する合成部と、
     を備えることを特徴とする回転体、固定体間の電波を用いた通信装置。
  10.  前記下り信号の振幅を増減させる振幅調整機能を前記位相調整部に加え、
     前記振幅調整部を制御する振幅制御機能を前記位相制御部に加え、
     前記信号強度が所定の値以上となるよう、前記位相角調整部により、前記下り信号の位相角、振幅を増減させることを特徴とする請求項9記載の回転体、固定体間の電波を用いた通信装置。
  11.  固定体と、前記固定体に取付けられた回転軸を中心に回転する略円柱形状の回転体を備え、
     前記回転体に設置された少なくとも一つの回転体用通信器と、前記固定体に設置された一つの固定体用通信器との間で、
     電波を利用して、前記固定体用通信器から前記回転体用通信器に下り信号を伝送させ、前記回転体用通信器から前記固定体用通信器に上り信号を伝送させて、双方向通信を行う回転体、固定体間の電波を用いた通信装置において、
     前記固定体用通信器は複数の固定体用アンテナに接続され、
     前記回転体用通信器は少なくとも一つの回転体用アンテナに接続され、
     前記固定体用アンテナと前記回転体用アンテナはお互いの放射面が対向するようにそれぞれ前記固定体、前記回転体に配置され、
     前記下り信号を前記固定体用アンテナに分配し、前記上り信号を合成し前記固定体用通信器に出力する分配合成部と、
     を備えることを特徴とする回転体、固定体間の電波を用いた通信装置。
  12.  前記回転体用アンテナ、前記固定体用アンテナの両者の偏波方向が、前記回転軸を中心とした放射線方向と略一致するように配置されることを特徴とする請求項11記載の回転体、固定体間の電波を用いた通信装置。
  13.  前記回転体用アンテナ、前記固定体用アンテナの両者が円偏波動作することを特徴とする請求項11記載の回転体、固定体間の電波を用いた通信装置。
  14.  前記回転体用アンテナと前記固定体用アンテナとの距離を、動作周波数の略1/2波長の整数倍とし、
     前記回転体用アンテナを、最も近い導体からの距離を動作周波数の略1/4波長の奇数倍とし、
     前記固定体用アンテナを、最も近い導体からの距離を動作周波数の略1/4波長の奇数倍とすることを特徴とする請求項11記載の回転体、固定体間の電波を用いた通信装置。
  15.  複数のパワーデバイスを制御することに用いられ、
     前記回転体用通信器と前記回転体用アンテナの間に信号分配合成部を配置し、
     前記回転体用通信器と前記パワーデバイスの間には絶縁素子を配置することを特徴とする請求項11記載の回転体、固定体間の電波を用いた通信装置。
