Description

液晶面板及显示装置 技术领域
本发明的实施例涉及液晶显示技术领域, 尤其涉及一种液晶面板及显示 装置。 背景技术
现有的液晶显示模组由面板、 背光源组件及金属框架所组成, 由于金属 框架与液晶屏的边缘有交叠区域, 从而对液晶屏的边缘造成一定的挤压, 容 易产生漏光现象。 或者面板自身变形也容易出现漏光, 现有技术中的液晶面 板结构示意图如图 1和图 2所示, 现有的液晶面板包括依次叠置的上偏光片 01、 对置基板 02、 阵列基板 3, 且从图中明显可以看出在暗场下的漏光区域 10。 提高面板的抗压强度, 防止面板因受压或变形而引起漏光现象一直是本 领域技术人员要解决的问题。 发明内容
因此, 本发明的实施例提供一种液晶面板及显示装置。
根据本发明的一方面, 提供一种液晶面板, 包括对置基板、 阵列基板以 及设置在所述对置基板和阵列基板之间的液晶层,所述对置基板和 /或阵列基 板的边缘设有加强板。
根据本发明的另一方面, 还提供一种显示装置, 包含上述的液晶面板。 附图说明
为了更清楚地说明本发明实施例的技术方案, 下面将对实施例的附图作 筒单地介绍,显而易见地,下面描述中的附图仅仅涉及本发明的一些实施例, 而非对本发明的限制。

为使本发明实施例的目的、 技术方案和优点更加清楚, 下面将结合本发 明实施例的附图,对本发明实施例的技术方案进行清楚、 完整地描述。显然, 所描述的实施例是本发明的一部分实施例, 而不是全部的实施例。 基于所描 述的本发明的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在无需创造性劳动的前提下所获 得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图 3至图 5所示, 本发明一实施例提供的一种液晶面板, 包括对置基 板 2、 阵列基板 3以及设置在对置基板 2和阵列基板 3之间的液晶层, 对置 基板 2和 /或阵列基板 3的边缘设有加强板 4。
加强板 4可以仅设置在对合基板 2的边缘, 或者仅设置在阵列基板 3的 边缘, 为了更好的加强本体的强度以避免液晶面板边缘漏光现象的发生, 加 强板 4可以同时设置在对合基板 2的边缘和阵列基板 3的边缘。
例如, 图 3示出了加强板 4设置在对置基板 2上的结构示意图。 加强板 4的结构形式可以有多种, 优选以下两种形式, 但并不以此为限:
例如, 加强板 4可以为条形结构, 设置在对置基板 2、 阵列基板 3中的 至少一基板上的至少一侧边上。 具体地, 如图 3所示, 条形加强板 4设置在 对置基板 2的四个侧边上。
可选地, 加强板 4还可以为框形结构, 设置在对置基板 2、 阵列基板 3 中的至少一基板的边缘。 具体地, 可以将图 3中所示的四个条形加强板 4相 互连接在一起或一体形成, 构成一方^形加强板。
优选的, 加强板 4通过粘贴的方式设置在对置基板 2、 阵列基板 3中的 至少一基板上。 本实施例中, 加强板 4采用 Seal胶(封框胶 )或其他材料粘 结在对置基板 2、 阵列基板 3中的至少一基板的边缘, 但并不以此为限。
如图 3所示, 本实施例中, 由于上滤光片 1的面积小于对置基板 2的面 积, 因此, 加强板 4位于上偏光片 1的外周, 但并不限于此, 加强板 4也可 以设置在上偏光片 1上, 只要可以防止液晶面板边缘漏光即可。 同样, 也可 以将加强板 4设置在下偏光片 9上, 以达到相同的目的。 图 4示出了采用本发明一实施例的液晶面板的显示装置的截面图, 其中 加强板 4设置在对置基板 2上。 如图 4所示, 优选的, 对置基板 2的与上偏 光片 1连接的一面的边缘设有加强板 4。 具体地, 加强板设置在与上滤光片 同侧的对置基板 2边缘的暴露面上, 且加强板 4位于主框体 5与对置基板 2 之间。 为了筒化, 附图中均未示出液晶层。 标号 6表示液晶面板, 7表示背 板。
图 5示出了采用本发明另一实施例的液晶面板的显示装置的截面图, 其 中加强板 4设置在阵列基板 3上。 如图 5所示, 阵列基板 3的与设置有对置 基板 2的一面相反的另一面的边缘设有加强板 4, 加强板 4位于 8胶框与阵 列基板 3之间。
本发明的实施例还提供一种显示装置,包含上述任一实施例的液晶面板。 本实施例中,加强板 4位于主框体 5与对置基板 2之间和 /或加强板 4位 于胶框 8与阵列基板 3之间。
如图 4所示, 加强板 4设置在对置基板 2上, 且位于主框体 5与对置基 板 2之间。
如图 5所示, 加强板 4设置在阵列基板 3上与连接有对置基板 2的一面 相对的另一面, 加强板 4位于阵列基板 3与胶框 8之间。
该显示装置的一个示例为液晶显示装置, 其中, 阵列基板与对置基板彼 此对置以形成液晶盒, 在液晶盒中填充有液晶材料。 该对置基板例如为彩膜 基板。 阵列基板的每个像素单元的像素电极用于施加电场对液晶材料的旋转 的程度进行控制从而进行显示操作。 在一些示例中, 该液晶显示装置还包括 为阵列基板提供背光的背光源。

上述本发明实施例提供的液晶面板及显示装置, 通过加强板 4的设置, 增加了液晶面板 6本体边缘的厚度, 使得液晶面板 6自身刚度加强, 当液晶 面板 6本体与胶框 8、 主框体 5等结构接触时, 在适当的间隙的情况下, 可 以尽量避免由于液晶面板本体自身变形导致的边缘漏光, 减少液晶面板画面 品质对结构件平坦度的过分依赖。

Claims

权利要求书
1. 一种液晶面板, 包括对置基板、 阵列基板以及设置在所述对置基板 和阵列基板之间的液晶层, 其中, 所述对置基板和 /或阵列基板的边缘设有加 强板。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的液晶面板, 其中所述加强板为条形结构。
3.根据权利要求 2所述的液晶面板,其中所述条形加强板设置在所述对 置基板和 /或阵列基板的至少一侧边上。
4.根据权利要求 1所述的液晶面板, 其中所述加强板为框形结构。
5.根据权利要求 1-4任一项所述的液晶面板, 其中所述加强板通过粘贴 的方式设置在所述对置基板和 /或阵列基板的边缘。
6.根据权利要求 1-5任一项所述的液晶面板, 还包括位于所述对置基板 上的上滤光片, 所述对置基板的与上偏光片连接的一面的边缘设有所述加强 板。
7.根据权利要求 1-5任一项所述的液晶面板, 所述阵列基板的与设置有 所述对置基板的一面相反的另一面的边缘设有所述加强板。
8.根据权利要求 1-5任一项所述的液晶面板, 还包括位于所述对置基板 上的上滤光片, 所述上滤光片上设置有加强板。
9.根据权利要求 1-5任一项所述的液晶面板, 还包括位于所述阵列基板 上的下滤光片, 所述下滤光片上设置有加强板。
10.一种显示装置, 包括权利要求 1-9任一项所述的液晶面板。
11.根据权利要求 10所述的显示装置,还包括分别设置在液晶面板上下 侧的主框体和胶框,其中所述加强板位于所述主框体与所述对置基板之间和 / 或所述加强板位于胶框与所述阵列基板之间。
