Claims (4)
- 駆動回路層を具備する第一基板と、
前記駆動回路層と向き合う透明電極層を具備する第二基板と、
前記駆動回路層と前記透明電極層との間に設置される表示層と、
前記表示層に接着される第一接着表面及び前記駆動回路層に接着される第二接着表面を具備する遮光層と、を含み、
前記遮光層が遮光接着層及び透明接着層を含み、
前記遮光接着層の材料として、黒い酸化ケイ素(silicon dioxide)を含む接着材料を利用し、
前記透明接着層は、第一接着表面及びこの第一接着表面と相対する第三表面を具備し、前記遮光接着層は、第二接着表面及びこの第二接着表面と相対する第四接着表面を具備し、且つ前記第四接着表面は前記第三表面に接着されている、
ことを特徴とする反射型表示装置。 - 前記第二基板がフレキシブル基板である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の反射型表示装置。
- 前記第一基板が剛性基板又はフレキシブル基板である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の反射型表示装置。
- 前記表示層が電気泳層又は液晶層である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の反射型表示装置。
