Description

技术领域
本发明涉及机械加工工具技术领域, 具体涉及一种抛光机助抛装置和抛光机。
背景技术
对产品表面进行抛光处理是产品加工工序中通常需要进行的操作, 尤其是对于不锈钢等 金属材料制成的管材产品, 在最后成型之前或者在表面镀膜步骤之前, 一般都需要对产品表 面进行抛光处理。现有技术的抛光机上设置有助抛装置, 助抛装置在砂带对工件进行打磨时, 在砂带的另一侧对砂带进行支撑, 使砂带可以紧密贴合工件, 提高打磨的质量和效率, 现有 技术的助抛装置上的助抛轮相对于助抛装置本身不可调整, 砂带无法紧密贴合异形工件 (如 具有波浪形表面的工件) 表面。
发明内容
本发明的特征和优点在下文的描述中部分地陈述, 或者可从该描述显而易见, 或者可通 过实践本发明而学习。
为解决现有技术的问题, 本发明提出了一种抛光机助抛装置和抛光机, 本发明助抛轮可 因应受力情况进行多方位的调节, 根据抛光工件的形状控制砂带往里凹或向外突, 增加了抛 光砂带与工件的接触面积, 提高了抛光效率。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案如下:
根据本发明的一个方面, 本发明提供一种抛光机助抛装置, 包括助抛轮、 助抛轮支架、 调整 板和支架, 该助抛轮通过轴承设置在该助抛轮支架的前端, 该助抛轮支架与该调整板通过转 轴活动连接, 该助抛轮支架可相对于该调整板转动, 在该助抛轮支架与该调整板之间设置有 缓冲装置, 该调整板与该支架通过至少一个直线轴承连接, 该调整板可相对于该支架移动。
根据本发明的一个实施例, 该调整板上设置有定位螺杆, 该定位螺杆套接复位弹簧后穿 过该支架上的通孔。
根据本发明的一个实施例, 该直线轴承设为两个, 并分布在该定位螺杆的两侧。
根据本发明的一个实施例, 该缓冲装置设为设置在该助抛轮支架与该调整板之间的至少 一个弹簧。
根据本发明的一个实施例, 该弹簧设为两个, 并分布在该转轴与该定位螺杆连线的两侧。 根据本发明的一个实施例, 该弹簧的两端分别套接在固定在该调整板上的第一螺杆和固 定在该支架的第二螺杆之间。 根据本发明的一个实施例, 可调整第一螺杆或第二螺杆的长度, 使第一螺杆和第二螺杆 相抵触。
根据本发明的一个实施例, 在该支架上设置有至少一条滑轨。
根据本发明的一个实施例, 该滑轨设为两条, 并分布在该支架的两个平行面上。
根据本发明的另一个方面, 本发明提供一种抛光机, 在该抛光机上设置有如上任一所述 的抛光机助抛装置。
本发明的有益效果: 本发明抛光机助抛装置和抛光机, 可使助抛轮因应受力情况进行多 方位的调节, 根据抛光工件的形状控制抛光砂带往里凹或向外突, 增加了抛光砂带与工件的 接触面积, 提高了抛光效率。

具体实施方式
如图 1所示, 本发明抛光机助抛装置, 包括助抛轮 11、 助抛轮支架 12、 调整板 13和支 架 14, 助抛轮 11通过轴承 15设置在助抛轮支架 12的前端, 助抛轮支架 12与调整板 13通 过转轴 16活动连接, 助抛轮支架 12可相对于调整板 13转动, 在助抛轮支架 12与调整板 13 之间设置有缓冲装置, 调整板 13与支架 14通过至少一个直线轴承 17连接, 调整板 13可相 对于支架 14移动。根据本发明的一个实施例, 调整板 13上设置有定位螺杆 18, 定位螺杆 18 套接复位弹簧 19后穿过支架 14上的通孔。 直线轴承 17设为两个, 并分布在定位螺杆 18的 两侧。 缓冲装置设为设置在助抛轮支架 12与调整板 13之间的至少一个弹簧 20。 弹簧 20设 为两个, 并分布在转轴 16与定位螺杆 18连线的两侧。弹簧 20的两端分别套接在固定在调整 板 13上的第一螺杆和固定在支架 14的第二螺杆之间。 可调整第一螺杆或第二螺杆的长度, 使第一螺杆和第二螺杆相抵触。 在支架 14上设置有至少一条滑轨 21。 根据本发明的一个实 施例, 滑轨 21设为两条, 并分布在支架 14的两个平行面上。
如图 2所示, 本发明抛光机上设置有如上所述的抛光机助抛装置 36。 本发明抛光机包括 驱动电机 31、 驱动电机支座 32、 抛光轮轴套筒 33、 抛光轮主轴箱 34、 基座 35、 驱动轮 37、 导向轮 38、 砂带 39, 抛光轮 40, 抛光机助抛装置 36设置在两个抛光轮之间。

2. 根据权利要求 1所述的抛光机助抛装置, 其特征在于: 所述调整板上设置有定位螺杆, 所 述定位螺杆套接复位弹簧后穿过所述支架上的通孔。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的抛光机助抛装置, 其特征在于: 所述直线轴承设为两个, 并分布在 所述定位嫘杆的两侧。
4. 根据权利要求 2所述的抛光机助抛装置, 其特征在于: 所述缓冲装置设为设置在所述助抛 轮支架与所述调整板之间的至少一个弹簧。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的抛光机助抛装置, 其特征在于: 所述弹簧设为两个, 并分布在所述 转轴与所述定位螺杆连线的两侧。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的抛光机助抛装置, 其特征在于: 所述弹簧的两端分别套接在固定在 所述调整板上的第一螺杆和固定在所述支架的第二螺杆之间。
