本发明涉及一种椭圆陶瓷管壳倒角装置,在机架上固定有第一导轨、弹簧与工件卡盘,在第一导轨上滑动安装有滑架,弹簧的另一端与滑架相连,在滑架上固定有气缸、第二导轨与导轮支架,在第二导轨上滑动安装有安装架,气缸的气缸头与安装架相连,在导轮支架上安装有导轮,在安装架上固定有电机,在安装架上转动安装有磨头轴,在磨头轴的一端固定有磨头,磨头轴由电机驱动。本发明中的滑架能任意移动,不受产品形状影响,且倒角均一,不会出现倒角大小不等现象;本发明通过改变磨头角度能倒任意角度的角;本发明结构简单,维修清理方便。

本发明涉及一种陶瓷管壳倒角装置,本发明尤其是涉及一种椭圆陶瓷管壳倒角装置。
背景技术
现有倒角装置大多以加工圆形陶瓷管壳为主,功能比较单一。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种能任意移动工作台及精准控制砂轮角度、能提高椭圆陶瓷管壳倒角时的一次性成功率并保证产品质量的椭圆陶瓷管壳倒角装置。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,所述椭圆陶瓷管壳倒角装置,在机架上固定有第一导轨、弹簧与工件卡盘,在第一导轨上滑动安装有滑架,弹簧的另一端与滑架相连,在滑架上固定有气缸、第二导轨与导轮支架,在第二导轨上滑动安装有安装架,气缸的气缸头与安装架相连,在导轮支架上安装有导轮,在安装架上固定有电机,在安装架上转动安装有磨头轴,在磨头轴的一端固定有磨头,磨头轴由电机驱动。
在磨头轴的另一端固定有被动带轮,在电机的输出轴上固定有主动带轮,在主动带轮与被动带轮上设有同步带。
所述第一导轨的长度方向与第二导轨的长度方向呈45°的夹角。
本发明具有以下优点:
本发明中的滑架(即工作台)能任意移动,不受产品形状影响,且倒角均一,不会出现倒角大小不等现象;
本发明通过改变磨头角度能倒任意角度的角;
本发明结构简单,维修清理方便。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
该椭圆陶瓷管壳倒角装置,在机架上固定有第一导轨7、弹簧11与工件卡盘3,在第一导轨7上滑动安装有滑架13,弹簧11的另一端与滑架13相连,在滑架13上固定有气缸10、第二导轨9与导轮支架14,在第二导轨9上滑动安装有安装架15,气缸10的气缸头与安装架15相连,在导轮支架14上安装有导轮4,在安装架15上固定有电机6,在安装架15上转动安装有磨头轴16,在磨头轴16的一端固定有磨头12,磨头轴16由电机6驱动。
在磨头轴16的另一端固定有被动带轮,在电机6的输出轴上固定有主动带轮,在主动带轮与被动带轮上设有同步带8。
所述第一导轨7的长度方向与第二导轨9的长度方向呈45°的夹角。
工作时,将椭圆陶瓷工件2固定于卡盘3上,利用导轮支架14使导轮4靠在椭圆陶瓷工件2的表面,调节好金刚石磨头12与椭圆陶瓷工件2的角度,电机6通过同步带8带动磨头轴16快速转动,利用弹簧11的牵引力,滑架13沿第一导轨7的长度方向移动以适应椭圆陶瓷工件2的管壳。

1.一种椭圆陶瓷管壳倒角装置,其特征是:在机架上固定有第一导轨(7)、弹簧(11)与工件卡盘(3),在第一导轨(7)上滑动安装有滑架(13),弹簧(11)的另一端与滑架(13)相连,在滑架(13)上固定有气缸(10)、第二导轨(9)与导轮支架(14),在第二导轨(9)上滑动安装有安装架(15),气缸(10)的气缸头与安装架(15)相连,在导轮支架(14)上安装有导轮(4),在安装架(15)上固定有电机(6),在安装架(15)上转动安装有磨头轴(16),在磨头轴(16)的一端固定有磨头(12),磨头轴(16)由电机(6)驱动。
2.如权利要求1所述的椭圆陶瓷管壳倒角装置,其特征是:在磨头轴(16)的另一端固定有被动带轮,在电机(6)的输出轴上固定有主动带轮,在主动带轮与被动带轮上设有同步带(8)。
3.如权利要求1所述的椭圆陶瓷管壳倒角装置,其特征是:所述第一导轨(7)的长度方向与第二导轨(9)的长度方向呈45°的夹角。
