本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种音量大、 音质好的圓弧形音箱。 本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的: 一种圓弧形音箱, 包括喇叭、 壳体以及圓孔, 所述壳体上设置有至少两个喇叭出音孔, 所述喇叭分别固定在 所述喇叭出音孔处。

优选的, 所述两喇叭出音孔的外边缘处分别有一凸起, 所述喇叭此端设置 有一凸沿, 所述凸沿与所述凸起接触配合后固定。 这样设置能够增强喇叭与面 壳之间固定的牢固性, 并且还起到一定的限位作用, 可以将喇叭限位在所述凸 起所形成的 陷内, 进而起到一定的固定效果。

本实施例中, 所述喇叭出音孔 2的外边缘处分别有一凸起 11 , 所述喇叭 4 一端设置有一凸沿 41 , 所述凸沿 41与所述凸起 11接触配合后固定, 在所述凸 起 11与喇叭出音孔 2边沿之间就形成一凹陷的平面, 所述凸起即为所述凹陷的 平面; 这样将所述凸沿 41放置并固定在所述凹陷的平面上, 就增大了喇叭 4同 面壳 1 之间的接触面积从而能够增强喇叭与面壳之间固定的牢固性, 并且所述 凸沿 41放置在所述凸起 11上, 即所述凹陷的平面内, 则面壳 1就能够对喇叭 4 起到一定的限位作用,可以将喇叭 4限位在所述凸起 11所形成的凹陷的平面内。 进而通过胶水粘合固定就能够将所述喇叭 4更加牢固、可靠的固定在所述面壳 1 上, 而且胶水固定还很方便, 进而可以加快生产。 所述凸起 11和凸沿 41都为 圓环形, 所述凸起 11的内径大于所述凸沿 41的内径, 所述凸起 11的外径大于 所述凸沿 41的外径, 这样设置就可以保证所述凸沿 41能够放置在所述凸起 11 形成的凹陷的平面上, 进而方便固定。 另外, 所述凸沿 41与喇叭 4此端边沿之 间的高度小于所述凸起 11的厚度, 从而保证喇叭 4不会向外延伸而凸出到面壳 1的外部进而导致其受损或不易安装。
本实施例中, 所述两喇叭出音孔 2位于面壳 1下端, 且位于所述圓孔 3两 侧, 并且以圓孔 3为对称轴对称设置; 由于圓孔 3设置在壳体的上端, 而且上 端空间小, 所以不宜将喇叭出音孔 2设置在上端, 于是就将圓孔 3设置在下端, 又由于下端需要安装音箱器件, 所以将喇叭出音孔 2设置在音箱边侧并位于圓 孔 3 旁, 从而就巧妙的利用了音箱的空间, 而且将两个喇叭安装在喇叭出音孔 处就能够提升音量、 改善音质, 使音箱在播放时达到更好的效果。 另外, 两喇 叭出音孔 2对称设置, 能使出音效果更好, 而且使整体更加美观。
本实施例中, 所述两喇叭出音孔 2为圓形孔, 也可以将喇叭出音孔设置成 其他形状的, 不过这样设置就方便制造和安装, 而且出音效果好。
由于本发明所要解决的问题是提升音箱的音量和改善音箱的音质, 所以也 可以将音箱上的喇叭设置为多个, 而且并不一定将所有的喇叭或部分喇叭安装 在面壳上, 设置在其他壳体上也是可行的, 同样能够起到起到提升音量、 改善 音质的效果。
