3.有益效果
采用本发明提供的技术方案,与已有的公知技术相比,具有如下显著效果:
(1)本发明的一种头戴式耳机或音箱的发音组件,其支架的后侧设置有动圈容置腔,动圈单元设置于动圈容置腔内;支架上位于动圈容置腔的前侧设置有动铁容置腔,动铁单元设置于动铁容置腔;支架上还设置有连通动圈单元的动圈出音孔和连通动铁单元的动铁出音孔或集音装置,将动圈和动铁单元有机结合,扬长避短,实现了高、低音频的互补,有效地提升了头戴式耳机和音箱的音质,给消费者带来更加强烈的立体感和震撼感,满足了消费者日 益严苛的听觉要求;
(2)本发明的一种头戴式耳机或音箱的发音组件,其动铁单元设置有多个,且每个动铁单元对应设置一个动铁出音孔,动铁单元沿着支架的中心呈周向均匀分布,动圈出音孔沿着支架的中心呈周向均匀分布,且动圈出音孔位于动铁出音孔的外围,充分发挥了动圈的低音效果和动铁的高音效果,使得由头戴式耳机或音箱发出的声音更加舒适悦耳,立体感更强;
(3)本发明的一种头戴式耳机或音箱的发音组件,其动圈单元密封动铁单元向后出音的通道,使动铁单元发出的声音不能向后传播,形成封闭式动铁发音,无损耗;而动圈为开放式发音,与现有的头戴式耳机和音箱相比,既降低了低音音染,又保证了声音清楚自然,音质效果更好;
(4)本发明的一种头戴式耳机或音箱的发音组件,其集音装置的侧壁上开设有与动铁单元的出音孔相对应的集音孔,集音孔与开设于集音装置中间的单孔出音孔或环形出音孔或多孔出音孔相连通,单孔出音孔或环形出音孔或多孔出音孔的一端开口,一端封闭;支架的中心位置开设有安装孔,集音装置设置于安装孔内,且单孔出音孔或环形出音孔或多孔出音孔的开口端位于支架的前侧,提供多种集中出音方式,将动铁单元发出的声音集中后传出,声音损耗小,音质震撼感强,出音效果更为理想;
(5)本发明的一种头戴式耳机或音箱的发音组件,结构简单,装配方便,制造成本低廉。

具体实施方式
本发明的一种头戴式耳机或音箱的发音组件,是头戴式耳机或音箱的核心组成部分,用于头戴式耳机或音箱的发音,将动圈和动铁单元有机结合,扬长避短,实现了高、低音频的互补,提高了头戴式耳机或音箱的音质。上述的头戴式耳机可以为有线耳机或无线耳机,无 线耳机主要是指蓝牙耳机,当然也可以用于普通无线耳机。
为进一步了解本发明的内容,结合附图和实施例对本发明作详细描述。
实施例1
结合图1,本实施例的一种头戴式耳机或音箱的发音组件,包括支架1、动圈单元2和动铁单元3,支架1的后侧设置有动圈容置腔11,动圈单元2设置于动圈容置腔11内,具体可以采用胶接的方式将动圈单元2安装固定于动圈容置腔11内;支架1上位于动圈容置腔11的前侧设置有动铁容置腔12,动铁单元3设置于动铁容置腔12内,也就是说,在动圈容置腔11的前侧还开设有动铁容置腔12,动铁单元3位于动圈单元2的前方,同样地,动铁单元3也可以采用胶接的方式固定;支架1上还设置有连通动圈单元2的动圈出音孔13和连通动铁单元3的动铁出音孔14。一般而言,动圈单元2为低音喇叭,动铁单元3为高音喇叭,将动圈单元2和动铁单元3有机结合,扬长避短,实现了高、低音频的互补,有效地提升了头戴式耳机和音箱的音质,给消费者带来更加强烈的立体感和震撼感,满足了消费者日益严苛的听觉要求。
参见图1所示,本实施例的一种头戴式耳机或音箱的发音组件,动铁单元3设置有多个,且每个动铁单元3对应设置一个动铁出音孔14;动铁单元3沿着支架1的中心呈周向均匀分布,因此,本实施例中的动铁出音孔14也为周向分布,使动铁单元3发出的声音分散式向外传播。优选地,动铁单元3可以设置4个或6个或8个,并沿着支架1的中心呈周向均匀分布,与动铁单元3相对应的动铁出音孔14也为均匀分布,动圈出音孔13沿着支架1的中心呈周向均匀分布,且动圈出音孔13位于动铁出音孔14的外围,利用低音包围高音,充分发挥了动圈的低音效果和动铁的高音效果,使得由头戴式耳机或音箱发出的声音更加舒适悦耳,立体感更强。此外,本实施例中的动圈单元2密封动铁单元3向后出音的通道,即如图1所示,当动圈单元2安装于动圈容置腔11内后,动铁单元3就位于动圈单元2和支架1之间,动铁单元3发出的声音仅能向前传播,而不能向后传播,形成了封闭式动铁出音,使动铁出音无损耗,而动圈单元2的后方需要开设排气孔(图中未示出),部分动圈单元2发出的声音会从排气孔中传出,形成开放式动圈出音,与现有的头戴式耳机和音箱相比,将封闭式出音和开放式出音相结合,既降低了低音音染,又保证了声音清楚自然,立体感更强,音质效果更好。
本实施例的一种头戴式耳机或音箱的发音组件,其动铁单元3采用分散式出音,即,在每个动铁容置腔12上开设动铁出音孔14,动铁出音孔14的分布取决于动铁单元3的分布,有利于加强声音的立体感。本实施例的一种头戴式耳机或音箱的发音组件,支架1采用注塑一体成型,结构简单,装配方便,制造成本低廉。具体安装时,首先将动铁单元3固定于动 铁容置腔12内,并确保动铁单元3的出音孔与动铁出音孔14一一对应;然后将动圈单元2安装固定于动圈容置腔11内,并确保动圈单元2与动圈容置腔11之间密封良好。对于头戴式耳机或音箱的其他结构、电路连接等与现有技术相同,在此就不再赘述。
实施例2
结合图2,本实施例的一种头戴式耳机或音箱的发音组件,包括支架1、动圈单元2和动铁单元3,支架1的后侧设置有动圈容置腔11,动圈单元2设置于动圈容置腔11内,具体可以采用胶接的方式将动圈单元2安装固定于动圈容置腔11内;支架1上位于动圈容置腔11的前侧设置有动铁容置腔12,动铁单元3设置于动铁容置腔12内,也就是说,在动圈容置腔11的前侧还开设有动铁容置腔12,动铁单元3位于动圈单元2的前方,同样地,动铁单元3也可以采用胶接的方式固定;支架1上还设置有连通动圈单元2的动圈出音孔13和连通动铁单元3的集音装置4。本实施例将动圈单元2和动铁单元3有机结合,扬长避短,实现了高、低音频的互补,有效地提升了头戴式耳机和音箱的音质,给消费者带来更加强烈的立体感和震撼感,满足了消费者日益严苛的听觉要求;同时,利用集音装置4实现动铁单元3的集中出音,声音震撼效果更强。
如图2所示,本实施例的一种头戴式耳机或音箱的发音组件,动铁单元3设置有多个,可优选4个或6个或8个,并沿着支架1的中心呈周向均匀分布,动圈出音孔13沿着支架1的中心呈周向均匀分布,且动圈出音孔13位于动铁出音孔14的外围,利用低音包围高音,充分发挥了动圈的低音效果和动铁的高音效果,使得由头戴式耳机或音箱发出的声音更加舒适悦耳,立体感更强。
如图3所示,本实施例中的集音装置4的侧壁上开设有与动铁单元3的出音孔相对应的集音孔41,集音孔41与开设于集音装置4中间的单孔出音孔42相连通,单孔出音孔42为一端开口、一端封闭的不通孔,使多个动铁单元3发出的声音通过集音孔41汇集后从单孔出音孔42传出;支架1的中心位置开设有安装孔15,集音装置4设置于安装孔15内,且单孔出音孔42的开口端位于支架1的前侧。本实施例将动铁单元3发出的声音集中后传出,声音损耗小,音质震撼感强,出音效果更为理想。
此外,本实施例中的动圈单元2密封动铁单元3向后出音的通道,即如图2所示,当动圈单元2安装于动圈容置腔11内后,动铁单元3就位于动圈单元2和支架1之间,动铁单元3发出的声音仅能向前传播,而不能向后传播,形成了封闭式动铁出音,使动铁出音无损耗,而动圈单元2的后方需要开设排气孔(图中未示出),部分动圈单元2发出的声音会从排气孔中传出,形成开放式动圈出音,与现有的头戴式耳机和音箱相比,将封闭式出音和开放式出音相结合,既降低了低音音染,又保证了声音清楚自然,立体感更强,音质效果更好。
实施例3
本实施例的一种头戴式耳机或音箱的发音组件的基本结构同实施例2,不同之处在于:本实施例中的集音装置4的侧壁上开设有与动铁单元3的出音孔相对应的集音孔41,集音孔41与开设于集音装置4中间的环形出音孔43相连通(如图4所示),环形出音孔43为一端开口、一端封闭的不通孔,使多个动铁单元3发出的声音通过集音孔41汇集后从环形出音孔43传出;支架1的中心位置开设有安装孔15,集音装置4设置于安装孔15内,且环形出音孔43的开口端位于支架1的前侧。
实施例4
本实施例的一种头戴式耳机或音箱的发音组件的基本结构同实施例2,不同之处在于:本实施例中的集音装置4的侧壁上开设有与动铁单元3的出音孔相对应的集音孔41,集音孔41与开设于集音装置4中间的多孔出音孔44相连通(如图5和图6所示),多孔出音孔44为一端开口、一端封闭的不通孔,且每个集音孔41单独与一个多孔出音孔44相连通;支架1的中心位置开设有安装孔15,集音装置4设置于安装孔15内,且多孔出音孔44的开口端位于支架1的前侧。
实施例2、实施例3和实施例4的一种头戴式耳机或音箱的发音组件,其动铁单元3采用集中出音,即利用集音装置4将动铁单元3发出的声音汇集后集中传出,有利于加强声音的震撼感。上述实施例中的支架1和集音装置4采用注塑一体成型,且集音装置4与支架1上的安装孔15采用过盈配合,集音装置4与支架1独立成型,加工方便,结构简单,装配方便,制造成本低廉。具体安装时,首先将集音装置4安装于支架1中间的安装孔15中,确保集音装置4侧面上的集音孔41与动铁单元3的出音孔位置相对应;然后将动铁单元3固定于动铁容置腔12内,将动圈单元2安装固定于动圈容置腔11内,并确保动圈单元2与动圈容置腔11之间密封良好。对于头戴式耳机或音箱的其他结构、电路连接等与现有技术相同,在此就不再赘述。
本发明的一种头戴式耳机或音箱的发音组件,将动圈和动铁单元有机结合,扬长避短,实现了高、低音频的互补,有效地提升了头戴式耳机和音箱的音质,给消费者带来更加强烈的立体感和震撼感,满足了消费者日益严苛的听觉要求;同时本发明的结构简单,装配方便,制造成本低廉。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种头戴式耳机或音箱的发音组件,包括支架(1)和动圈单元(2),其特征在于:还包括动铁单元(3),所述的支架(1)的后侧设置有动圈容置腔(11),所述的动圈单元(2)设置于动圈容置腔(11)内;所述的支架(1)上位于动圈容置腔(11)的前侧设置有动铁容置腔(12),所述的动铁单元(3)设置于动铁容置腔(12)内;所述的支架(1)上还设置有连通动圈单元(2)的动圈出音孔(13)和连通动铁单元(3)的动铁出音孔(14)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种头戴式耳机或音箱的发音组件,其特征在于:所述的动铁单元(3)设置有多个,且每个动铁单元(3)对应设置一个动铁出音孔(14)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种头戴式耳机或音箱的发音组件,其特征在于:所述的动铁单元(3)沿着支架(1)的中心呈周向均匀分布。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种头戴式耳机或音箱的发音组件,其特征在于:所述的动圈出音孔(13)沿着支架(1)的中心呈周向均匀分布,且动圈出音孔(13)位于动铁出音孔(14)的外围。
  5. 根据权利要求1~4任意一项所述的一种头戴式耳机或音箱的发音组件,其特征在于:所述的动圈单元(2)密封动铁单元(3)向后出音的通道。
  6. 一种头戴式耳机或音箱的发音组件,包括支架(1)和动圈单元(2),其特征在于:还包括动铁单元(3),所述的支架(1)的后侧设置有动圈容置腔(11),所述的动圈单元(2)设置于动圈容置腔(11)内;所述的支架(1)上位于动圈容置腔(11)的前侧设置有动铁容置腔(12),所述的动铁单元(3)设置于动铁容置腔(12)内;所述的支架(1)上还设置有连通动圈单元(2)的动圈出音孔(13)和连通动铁单元(3)的集音装置(4)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种头戴式耳机或音箱的发音组件,其特征在于:所述的集音装置(4)的侧壁上开设有与动铁单元(3)的出音孔相对应的集音孔(41),所述的集音孔(41)与开设于集音装置(4)中间的单孔出音孔(42)相连通,所述的单孔出音孔(42)的一端开口,一端封闭;所述的支架(1)的中心位置开设有安装孔(15),所述的集音装置(4)设置于安装孔(15)内,且单孔出音孔(42)的开口端位于支架(1)的前侧。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种头戴式耳机或音箱的发音组件,其特征在于:所述的集音装置(4)的侧壁上开设有与动铁单元(3)的出音孔相对应的集音孔(41),所述的集音孔(41)与开设于集音装置(4)中间的环形出音孔(43)相连通,所述的环形出音孔(43)的一端开口,一端封闭;所述的支架(1)的中心位置开设有安装孔(15),所述的集音装置(4)设置于安装孔(15)内,且环形出音孔(43)的开口端位于支架(1)的前侧。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的一种头戴式耳机或音箱的发音组件,其特征在于:所述的集音装置(4)的侧壁上开设有与动铁单元(3)的出音孔相对应的集音孔(41),所述的集音孔(41) 与开设于集音装置(4)中间的多孔出音孔(44)相连通,所述的多孔出音孔(44)的一端开口,一端封闭;所述的支架(1)的中心位置开设有安装孔(15),所述的集音装置(4)设置于安装孔(15)内,且多孔出音孔(44)的开口端位于支架(1)的前侧。
  10. 根据权利要求6~9任意一项所述的一种头戴式耳机或音箱的发音组件,其特征在于:所述的动圈单元(2)密封动铁单元(3)向后出音的通道。
