冰箱及其音响结构 技术领域
本发明涉及家用电器,尤其涉及冰箱及其音响结构。
背景技术
冰箱作为一种可使食物保持恒定低温冷态的容器已成为现代家庭必不可少的家用电器之一。随着信息化的高速发展,用户对冰箱智能化的要求也越来越高。
智能冰箱很重要的一项功能就是可以进行人机交互,而利用设置在冰箱上的音响结构播放语音,是进行人机交互的一种重要手段。目前市面上在售的冰箱门体上的音响盖表面一般都设置为通孔,且通孔的内部呈圆柱形,圆柱形声孔无法根据声波的传递方向收集声波,声音效果差,音质不清晰。
因此,有必要提供一种冰箱音响结构以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种冰箱及其音响结构,以克服现有技术的至少一个缺陷。
为实现上述发明目的之一,本发明提供了一种用于冰箱的音响结构,其包括:安装面板,用于与冰箱门体或箱体连接;和音响本体,其设置于所述安装面板的一侧,所述音响本体与所述安装面板背面之间存有间隙;其中,所述安装面板上设有多个通孔,且在所述通孔的径向上从内到外,所述通孔的截面积逐渐增大。
可选地,所述安装面板上还设有多个非通孔,其外形与所述通孔相同。
可选地,所述音响结构还包括麦克风,所述麦克与所述音响本体设置在所述安装面板的同一侧。
可选地,所述音响结构还包括两端开口的筒状围挡部,位于所述音响本体和所述安装面板之间,用于提升所述音响本体发声的指向性。
可选地,所述通孔包括第一通孔和第二通孔,所述第一通孔至少设置于所述安装面板对应所述围挡部内的区域,所述第二通孔至少设置于所述安装面板对应所述麦克风的区域。
可选地,所述音响本体对准所述围挡部的端部开口处设置。

参图1至图2所示为本发明的用于冰箱的音响结构100的一较佳实施方式。本发明的音响结构100包括安装面板10、设置于安装面板10背面一侧的音响本体20及麦克风30。其中,安装面板10用于与冰箱门体4或箱体5连接。为了使冰箱的外观更加美观,同时也为了方便安装、加工,安装面板10嵌设在冰箱门体4或箱体5上,且其正面表面与所处冰箱门体4或箱体5的外表面位于同一平面上。
在本实施方式中,音响结构100设置在冰箱门体4的侧面,高度与成人站立时头部位置大致相等,如此,可以使音响本体20在多数使用情景下更靠近用户耳部,有益于获得更好的收听效果。音响本体20通常由小型内置电池供电,其外放功率不大,加之音响本体20发出的声波是向四周分散传播的,一部分声波的传播方向偏离了用户所处方位(用户所处方位是指正常使用冰箱时用户可能处在的高度方位),例如,向上传播的声波要经过墙面多次反射才能进入人耳,衰减严重,直接影响到用户的收听效果。
音响结构100还包括两端开口的筒状围挡部40,位于音响本体20和安装面板10之间,用于提升所述音响本体发声的指向性。具体地,音响本体20对准围挡部40的端部的开口处设置,围挡部40靠近音响本体20一侧端口的内径大于或等于音响本体20的外径。通过设置围挡部40,音响本体20发出的声波经围挡部40内壁反射聚拢后再由安装面板10上的通孔向外传播,使得声波集中在用户所处方位,有益于提升用户的收听效果。
进一步地,通孔在安装面板10上呈阵列排布,且覆盖了安装面板10的 大部区域。安装面板11上设有多个通孔和多个非通孔13,通孔和非通孔13的外形相同,通孔增加了音响本体20与外部环境之间的通透性,方便声音向冰箱外部传播,且在通孔的径向上从内到外,通孔的截面积逐渐增大,这里的从内到外指的是从冰箱的内部到冰箱的外部。而非通孔13具有防尘作用,同时还可以利用非通孔13的点状阵列组合成任意形状,造型美观。
结合图3和图4所示,通孔包括第一通孔11和第二通孔12,第一通孔11至少设置于安装面板10对应围挡部40内的区域,由于围挡部40的聚拢效果,音响本体20发出的大部分声波都集中在围挡部40范围内,且第一通孔11被设置为在通孔的径向上从内到外,通孔的截面积是逐渐增大的,这种设计可以让音响本体20发出的声音增大广角向外扩散,用户能听到的较佳的音效。当然,在本发明的其它实施方式中,第一通孔11也可以只设置在安装面板10位于围挡部40内的区域。第二通孔至少设置于安装面板10对应麦克风30的区域,同样,第二通孔12被设置为为在通孔的径向上从内到外,第二通孔的截面积是逐渐增大的,这种设计可以让用户发出的分散的声音集中,通过小孔聚焦传播到麦克风上。
特别地,音响本体20与安装面板10背面之间存有间隙50。音响本体20和安装面板10间隔设置,由于音响本体20与安装面板10之间有一段安全距离,在冰箱进行电磁兼容实验,对安装面板10正面施加静电时,音响本体20不易发生静电耦合,有益于保证电磁兼容实验的实验精度。间隙50的距离太小难以起到防止静电耦合的效果,距离过大则意味着音响结构的整体厚度增大,安装时会侵占更多的冰箱保温层空间,影响冰箱的保温性能,间隙50优选为7-10毫米。
同时,由于音响本体20在使用过程中自身伴有震动,紧贴安装面板10设置容易与安装面板10产生共振,影响音质,音响本体20和安装面板10间隔设置有益于抑制共振产生,可以提升音响结构的音质。
本发明将音响本体20和安装面板10间隔设置,在冰箱做电磁兼容实验时不易发生静电耦合,有益于保证实验精度,同时也避免了音响本体20在使用过程中与安装面板10共振,影响音质,而且围挡部40具有聚拢声音的作用,可以提升音响本体20所发出声音的指向性,获得更好的收听效果。
继续参图2所示,在本实施方式中,围挡部40从安装面板10背面延伸至与音响本体20正面接触,围挡部40从安装面板10背面延伸,即与安装 面板110为一体结构,可以方便围挡部40和安装面板10的注塑制造,围挡部40与音响本体20接触,二者紧密配合形成单侧开口(安装面板10上的第一通孔11)的聚音结构,可以防止声波从围挡部40、音响本体20的配合缝隙中泄露,当然,并不排除本发明的其它实施方式中围挡部40与安装面板10也可以采用分体结构。
本发明还提供一种冰箱(图未示),该冰箱通过采用上述各实施方式中介绍的音响结构,可以取得上述各实施方式中音响结构具有的有益效果,并且,由于对该冰箱的其他结构或功能并未做出改进,故在此对该冰箱的其它结构也不再赘述。

    其中,所述安装面板上设有多个通孔,且在所述通孔的径向上从内到外,所述通孔的截面积逐渐增大。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的音响结构,其中
    所述安装面板上还设有多个非通孔,其外形与所述通孔相同。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的音响结构,还包括:
    麦克风,其与所述音响本体设置在所述安装面板的同一侧。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的音响结构,还包括
    两端开口的筒状围挡部,其位于所述音响本体和所述安装面板之间,用于提升所述音响本体发声的指向性。
