Description

媒体流共享的方法及终端 技术领域 本发明实施例涉及通信技术, 尤其涉及一种媒体流共享的方法及终 端。 背景技术
随着 Wifi和智能手机的兴起, 目前多屏共享, 多屏合一是各通讯及互 联网技术 ( internet Technology, 简称 IT )厂家的一个非常热门的研究点, 在家庭环境下将手机或者平板电脑 pad上的语音,视频内容展示到电视大 屏幕上播放会极大提升用户体验, 提高产品竟争力。
现有的一种技术是智能终端的播放共享(airplay )技术, airplay技术 能够在本地家庭网络内部将智能终端上的屏幕共享到智能电视
( Television , 简称 TV ) 上播放; 具体流程可包括: 智能终端通过内部私 有的服务发现技术找到家庭本地网络上的机顶盒或者智能 TV服务入口; 当用户在智能终端上启动 airplay屏幕分享服务, 在分享设备列表中选择 接收分享的设备; 智能终端上的 airplay服务会将屏幕緩存中的内容进行 捕获复制; Airplay服务将捕获复制到的緩存数据进行编码操作, 以及将编 码后的数据通过 Wifi网络发送到智能 TV, 机顶盒或者 pad上的 airplay 服务入口,使得 Pad , 机顶盒或者智能 TV上的 airplay服务将接收到的数 据流进行解码并在屏幕上进行播放。
然而, 上述方法是直接从屏幕緩存中进行抓取和编码, 带宽占用比较 大, 对硬件要求较高, 同时由于处理流程比较多, 要经过抓取, 编码, Wifi传输, 解码后才能在共享设备上进行播放, 因此延时比较大(现有智 能终端的 airplay延时在 200ms以上) , 在进行视频通话类似的业务时会 感觉有明显的延时感, 体验比较差, 同时无法实现音频的同步传输, 也会 造成用户体验上的缺憾。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明实施例提供一种媒体流共享的方法及终端, 用于解决 现有技术中流媒体共享时音视频不同步, 且成本高的问题。
第一方面, 本发明实施例提供一种媒体流共享的方法, 包括:
第一终端接收用户触发的启动音视频共享服务的启动指令之后, 根据 所述启动指令查找能够与第一终端实现共享媒体流的终端, 并呈现所述查 找到的终端或终端列表;
所述第一终端在确定用户根据所述呈现的终端或终端列表所选择的 终端为第二终端时, 获取所述第二终端的播放属性;
所述第一终端根据所述播放属性将第三终端发送的媒体流同步到所 述第二终端, 以使所述第二终端对所述媒体流进行解码并播放。

本实施例中的媒体流共享的方法, 可应用在视频通话的业务场景中, 用户可将第一终端(如 pad )上的屏幕共享到第二终端(如机顶盒( Set Top Box, 简称 STB ) 或者智能 TV ) 上, 实现大屏播放, 进而通过大屏的语 音和视频展示其他用户的状态。 上述方法可以实现第二终端对实时接收到 的媒体流进行解码, 并在大屏上进行播放, 降低了处理流程, 减少了延时 和带宽占用, 同时使得音视频同步, 进而提供了较好的用户体验。
图 1示出了本发明一实施例提供的媒体流共享的方法的流程示意图, 如图 1所示, 本实施例中的媒体流共享的方法包括如下的步骤:
101、第一终端接收用户触发的启动音视频共享服务的启动指令之后, 根据启动指令查找能够与第一终端实现共享媒体流的终端, 并呈现查找到 的终端或终端列表。
举例来说, 终端列表即为查找到的终端所在的列表。
102、 第一终端在确定用户根据呈现的终端或终端列表所选择的终端 为第二终端时, 获取第二终端的播放属性;
举例来说, 该处的播放属性可为第二终端的监听地址和端口, 即第二 终端为本次共享媒体流所开启的监听地址和端口。
103、 第一终端根据播放属性将第三终端发送的媒体流同步到第二终 端, 以使第二终端对媒体流进行解码并播放。

特别地,在实际应用媒体流共享的方法的所有终端均可支持 DLAN技 术。 即, 第一终端根据音视频共享服务查找的家庭网络内部的终端或终端 列表中的一个或多个终端均支持数字生活网络联盟 ( Digital Living
Network Alliance, 简称 DLNA )技术。 本实施例中的媒体共享的方法可适用于家庭网络或者, 小型办公场 所。
上述实施例中的第一终端可为手机或 pad、 第二终端可为机顶盒或智 能 TV, 第三终端可为手机、 pad或机顶盒等。
由上述实施例可知, 本实施例的媒体流共享的方法, 通过第一终端在 用户确定进行媒体流共享的第二终端之后, 获取第二终端的播放属性, 根 据播放属性, 将当前播放的媒体流同步到第二终端, 以使第二终端对媒体 流进行解码并播放, 解决了现有技术中流媒体共享时音视频不同步, 且操 作复杂、 成本高的问题。
图 2示出了本发明一实施例提供的媒体流共享的方法的流程示意图, 如图 2所示, 本实施例中的媒体流共享的方法包括如下的步骤:
用户在第一终端的视频通话中启动音视频共享服务, 准备将视频通话 接收到的媒体流转发到 STB或者智能 TV上进行播放。
201、 第一终端接收第三终端发送的视频通话中的媒体流, 第一终端 接收用户触发的启动音视频共享服务的启动指令之后, 根据启动指令查找 能够与第一终端实现共享服务的终端列表, 并呈现查找到的终端列表。
举例来说,第一终端可通过 DLNA技术查询到本地家庭网络内部的其 他终端和与终端对应的服务入口列表。
也就是说, 根据当前的 DLAN技术可以查找到可共享媒体流的终端, 同时还可以获得该些终端对应的服务入口列表。
上述提及的本地家庭网络内部的其他终端可为 STB、 智能 TV、 计算 机等。
202、 第一终端在确定用户根据呈现的终端列表所选择的终端为第二 终端时, 第一终端向第二终端发送属性获取请求, 属性获取请求中包括当 前播放的媒体流的码率、分辨率、媒体流的帧率和 /或媒体流的编解码信息。
第二终端可为 STB。 举例来说, 属性获取请求中还可包括媒体流的最 高码率和最高帧率等信息, 本实施例仅对属性获取请求进行举例说明, 不 限定属性获取请求包括的信息内容。
203、 在第二终端确定支持当前播放的媒体流的码率、 分辨率、 媒体 流的帧率和 /或媒体流的编解码信息之后,第一终端接收第二终端发送的播 放属性, 播放属性包括: 第二终端的监听地址和端口。
举例来说,上述步骤 203中的第二终端的监听地址和端口可为第二终 端为本次音视频共享服务开启的监听地址和端口。 可选地, 在第一终端接 收第二终端发送的播放属性的步骤之前, 还可包括:

本实施例中的媒体流共享的方法, 应用于家庭网络环境, 通过无线
Wifi网络将原本在第一终端如手机或者 pad上进行的视频通话转移到第二 终端如智能 TV或者机顶盒上进行播放。 也就是说, 上述方法实现了第二 终端提供用于接收从第一终端侧转发过来的媒体流的监听地址和端口, 并 使第一终端将第三终端发送过来的媒体流实时转发到第二终端如 STB或 者智能 TV上进行播放, 从而保证了第一终端具有良好的用户体验。
图 3示出了本发明一实施例提供的媒体流共享的方法的流程示意图, 如图 3所示, 本实施例中的媒体流共享的方法包括如下的步骤:
301、 在第一终端进行媒体流接收过程中根据音视频共享服务的启动 指令查找能够与第一终端实现共享媒体流的终端为第二终端时, 第二终端 接收第一终端发送的属性获取请求, 属性获取请求中包括第一终端中当前 播放的媒体流的码率、 分辨率、 媒体流的帧率和 /或媒体流的编解码信息;
302、 第二终端根据属性获取请求确定能够支持媒体流的码率、 分辨 率、媒体流的帧率和 /或媒体流的编解码信息, 则向第一终端发送第二终端 的播放属性, 播放属性包括: 第二终端的监听地址和端口。
举例来说, 上述步骤中的第二终端的监听地址和端口可为第二终端为 本次音视频共享服务开启的监听地址和端口。
303、 第二终端接收第一终端根据播放属性发送的第一终端接收到的 第三终端的媒体流。
当然, 在实际应用中, 若第二终端根据属性获取请求确定无法支持当 前播放的媒体流的码率、分辨率、媒体流的帧率和 /或媒体流的编解码信息, 则向第二终端发送无法支持的应答, 以使第一终端结束与第二终端的音视 频共享服务。

本实施例中的媒体流共享的方法在视频通话的场景下可以将好友的 音, 视频无缝共享到电视屏幕上进行播放, 提升用户体验, 解决了现有技 术中共享延时长, 体验差及机顶盒不方便进行语音, 视频的输入问题。
根据本发明的另一方面,本发明实施例还提供一种终端,如图 4所示, 该终端包括: 接收单元 41、 查找单元 42、 确定单元 43、 获取单元 44和 媒体流同步单元 45;
其中, 接收单元 41用于接收用户触发的启动音视频共享服务的启动 指令;
查找单元 42用于在接收单元 41接收用户触发的启动音视频共享服务 的启动指令之后, 根据启动指令查找能够与终端实现共享媒体流的终端, 并呈现查找到的终端或终端列表;

在一种可选的应用场景中, 上述的发送单元 53还用于在确定单元 52 确定终端无法支持媒体流的码率、分辨率、媒体流的帧率和 /或媒体流的编 解码信息之后, 向另一终端发送无法支持的应答, 以使另一终端结束与终 端的音视频共享服务。

另外, 图 8示出了本发明另一实施例提供的终端的结构示意图, 如图 8所示, 该终端可以为手机、 平板电脑、 PDA、 机顶盒、 智能 TV等, 本 实施例以手机终端举例说明:
如图 8 , 手机终端 90包括处理器 91、 收发模块 92、 存储器 93、 输入 设备 94、 显示设备 95、 服务协商接口模块 96、 传输中转服务模块 97; 其中, 手机终端 90的处理器 91是手机终端 90的控制中心, 利用各 种接口和线路连接整个手机的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器 93 内的软件程序和 /或模块, 以及调用存储在存储器 93内的数据, 执行手机 终端 90的各种功能和处理数据, 从而对手机终端进行整体监控。 可选的, 处理器 91可集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器, 其中, 应用处理器主要 处理操作系统、 用户界面和应用程序等, 调制解调处理器主要处理无线通 信。 可以理解的是, 上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器 91中。
收发模块 92可用于收发信息或通话过程中, 信号的接收和发送, 特 别地, 对于手机终端 90 , 将基站的下行信息接收后, 给处理器 91处理; 另外, 将设计上行的数据发送给基站。 此外, 收发模块 92还可以通过无 线通信与网络和其他设备通信。 无线通信可以使用任一通信标准或协议 等。
存储器 93可用于存储软件程序 (如音视频共享服务程序 )以及模块, 处理器 91通过运行存储在存储器 93的软件程序以及模块, 从而执行手机 终端 90的各种功能应用以及数据处理。 存储器 93可主要包括存储程序区 和存储数据区, 其中, 存储程序区可存储操作系统、 至少一个功能所需的 应用程序 (比如声音播放功能、 图形播放功能等)等; 存储数据区可存储 根据手机终端 90的使用所创建的数据 (比如音频数据、 电话本等) 等。 此外, 存储器 93可以包括高速随机存取存储器, 还可以包括非易失性存 储器, 例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、 闪存器件、 或其他易失性固态存储器 件。

在本实施例中, 服务协商接口模块 96用于与需共享媒体流的另一终 端的 DLNA (或者类似的设备服务发现模块) 进行交互获取家庭网络内部 的能够共享媒体流的终端以及该终端对应的设备服务入口, 并根据用户选 择与其他设备例如 STB上的对应服务进行协商音, 视频接口;
传输中转服务模块 97用于在服务协商接口模块协商之后, 负责将终 端的传输层收到的第三终端的语音, 视频实时传输协议 (Realtime
Transport Protocol , 简称 rtp ) , 实时传输控制协议( Realtime Transport Control Protocol , 简称 rtcp ) 流转发到第二终端如 STB上对应的流媒体 监听地址和端口。

所述第二终端根据所述属性获取请求确定能够支持所述媒体流的码 率、 分辨率、媒体流的帧率和 /或媒体流的编解码信息, 则向所述第一终端 发送所述第二终端的播放属性, 所述播放属性包括: 所述第二终端的监听 地址和端口;

接收单元, 用于接收另一终端发送的属性获取请求, 所述属性获取请 求中包括所述另一终端中当前播放的媒体流的码率、 分辨率、 媒体流的帧 率和 /或媒体流的编解码信息;所述属性获取请求为所述另一终端进行媒体 流的接收过程中, 根据用户触发的音视频共享服务的启动指令查找到能够 与另一终端实现共享所述媒体流的终端为所述终端时发送的,
确定单元, 用于在所述接收单元接收所述属性获取请求之后, 根据所 述属性获取请求确定能否支持所述媒体流的码率、 分辨率、 媒体流的帧率 和 /或媒体流的编解码信息;
发送单元, 用于在所述确定单元确定所述终端能够支持所述媒体流的 码率、 分辨率、媒体流的帧率和 /或媒体流的编解码信息之后, 向所述另一 终端发送所述终端的播放属性, 所述播放属性包括: 所述终端的监听地址 和端口;
所述接收单元, 还用于在所述发送单元发送所述播放属性之后, 接收 所述另一终端根据所述播放属性发送的所述另一终端接收到的第三终端 的媒体流。
16、 根据权利要求 15所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述发送单元, 还 媒体流的帧率和 /或媒体流的编解码信息之后,向所述另一终端发送无法支 持的应答, 以使所述另一终端结束与所述终端的音视频共享服务。
17、 一种终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收器, 用于接收用户触发的启动音视频共享服务的启动指令; 处理器, 用于在所述接收器接收所述启动指令之后, 根据所述启动指 令查找能够与终端实现共享媒体流的终端, 并呈现所述查找到的终端或终 端列表, 且在查找的终端或终端列表中确定用户选择的终端为第二终端 时, 获取第二终端的播放属性; 以及
根据所述播放属性将第三终端发送的媒体流同步到所述第二终端, 以 使所述第二终端对所述媒体流进行解码并播放。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述接收器, 具体 用于在接收第三终端发送的媒体流的过程中, 接收用户触发的启动音视频 共享服务的启动指令。
19、 根据权利要求 17所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述处理器, 具体 用于向所述第二终端发送属性获取请求, 所述属性获取请求中包括当前播 放的媒体流的码率、 分辨率、 媒体流的帧率和 /或媒体流的编解码信息; 在所述第二终端确定支持所述媒体流的码率、 分辨率、 媒体流的帧率 和 /或媒体流的编解码信息之后,接收所述第二终端发送的播放属性, 所述 播放属性包括: 所述第二终端的监听地址和端口; 以及
将第三终端发送的媒体流复制, 并将复制的媒体流发送至所述第二终 端的监听地址和端口。
20、 根据权利要求 18所述的终端, 其特征在于, 还包括:
发射器, 用于在所述接收器接收的所述第三终端的媒体流停止之后 , 向所述第二终端发送结束通知, 以使所述第二终端根据所述结束通知关闭 所述第二终端的监听地址和端口。
21、 一种终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收器, 用于接收另一终端发送的属性获取请求, 所述属性获取请求 中包括所述另一终端中当前播放的媒体流的码率、 分辨率、 媒体流的帧率 和 /或媒体流的编解码信息;所述属性获取请求为所述另一终端进行媒体流 的接收过程中, 根据用户触发的音视频共享服务的启动指令查找到能够与 另一终端实现共享所述媒体流的终端为所述终端时发送的,
处理器, 用于在所述接收器接收所述属性获取请求之后, 根据所述属 性获取请求确定能否支持所述媒体流的码率、 分辨率、 媒体流的帧率和 / 或媒体流的编解码信息;
发射器, 用于在所述处理器确定所述终端能够支持所述媒体流的码 率、 分辨率、媒体流的帧率和 /或媒体流的编解码信息之后, 向所述另一终 端发送所述终端的播放属性, 所述播放属性包括: 所述终端的监听地址和 端口;
所述接收器, 还用于在所述发射器发送所述播放属性之后, 接收所述 另一终端根据所述播放属性发送的所述另一终端接收到的第三终端的媒 体流。
22、 根据权利要求 21所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述发射器, 还用 于在所述处理器确定所述终端无法支持所述媒体流的码率、 分辨率、 媒体 流的帧率和 /或媒体流的编解码信息之后,向所述另一终端发送无法支持的 应答, 以使所述另一终端结束与所述终端的音视频共享服务。
