具体的, 用户可以通过预定的甩动动作(例如: 可以向左甩动或者向左甩 动后向右甩动等 )触发移动终端进行切换, 此时移动终端的位移传感器(可以 是陀螺仪和 /或重力感应器) 获取用户甩动的加速度, 当该加速度大于或等于 预设的阈值时, 调用预置的对应的第一甩动控制指令。 也即是用户的甩动动作 必须达到预定的要求以避免误操作, 当用户甩动动作达到预定要求时移动终端 调用出预置的第一甩动控制指令。
步骤 S104、 移动终端发送子链接地址信息到数字电视接收终端。
需要提出的时, 在步骤 S104前移动终端可以通过 wifi和 /或蓝牙与数字电 视接收终端进行连接。 步骤 S 104中子链接地址信息的发生可以通过该连接通 道进行。
进一步的, 当移动终端发送子链接地址信息到数字电视接收终端后, 如果 用户不需要移动终端进一步显示子链接网页, 可以将光标移开按下区域后松 开, 触摸屏移动终端用户可以划开按下区域后松开, 这样移动终端因为没有获 取到对应的松开事件, 不会触发自身对该子链接网页的请求。
进一步, 在步骤 S104之后, 数字电视接收终端显示子链接网页时, 可以 采用如下步骤:
步骤 S105、 数字电视接收终端根据所述子链接地址信息发送对应子链接 网页请求到服务器;
步骤 S106、 服务器返回对应子链接网页到数字电视接收终端;
步骤 S107、 数字电视接收终端显示所述子链接网页。 数字电视接收终端获取到子链接地址信息后,根据该子链接地址信息向服 务器发起请求, 当请求的网页被服务器下发到数字电视接收终端后, 数字电视 接收终端进行显示。 具体的, 当所述子链接地址信息是域名时, 数字电视接收 终端根据该域名通过域名服务器向服务器发起请求。
当用户需要停止将数字电视接收终端中显示视频时, 可以采用如下步骤: 步骤 S108、 移动终端获取用户的第二甩动控制指令;
步驟 S109、 移动终端根据第二甩动控制指令发送停止显示指令到数字电 视接收终端;
步骤 S110、 数字电视接收终端根据停止显示指令停止显示当前网页。 进一步, 也可以设定当数字电视接收终端停止显示网页时切换到移动终端 进行播放, 可通过如下步骤实现:
步驟 Sl ll、 数字电视接收终端发送第二网页链接地址信息到移动终端; 步骤 S112、 移动终端根据第二网页链接地址信息获取视频并从对应播放 位置开始播放。
本发明实施例通过检测用户的按下事件, 将用户按下事件对应区域的子链 接地址通过用户的甩动触发, 发送到数字电视接收终端, 通过数字电视接收终 端显示该子链接网页, 方便了用户的使用。
参照图 2是本发明一种移动终端一实施例的结构示意图;
本发明实施例提供的移动终端具体可以包括:
检测模块 21 , 用于检测用户按下事件及用户甩动指令;
读取模块 22 , 用于读取用户按下事件所在区域对应当前页面的子链接地 址信息;
发送模块 23 , 用于当检测模块获取到用户第一甩动控制指令时, 发送读 取模块读取到的所述子链接地址信息到数字电视接收终端。
进一步, 所述发送模块 23还用于在发送子链接地址信息前通过 wifi和 / 或蓝牙进行连接数字电视接收终端。
进一步, 所述检测模块 21还包括: 获取模块 211 , 用于获取用户甩动的 力口速度; 调用模块 212, 用于当所述加速度大于或等于预设阈值时, 调用预置的第 一甩动控制指令。
进一步, 所述检测模块 21还用于获取用户的第二甩动控制指令; 所述发送模块 23还用于根据所述第二甩动控制指令发送停止显示指令到 数字电视接收终端。
在本发明实施例中移动终端需具备 wifi和 /或蓝牙等无线连接功能, 当移 动终端与数字电视接收终端需要交互时, 发送模块 23需通过 wifi和 /或蓝牙首 先进行连接后进行发送。
在本发明实施例中所述获取模块 211 , 可以是陀螺仪也可以是重力感应 器, 当用户需要将移动终端当前正在浏览的网页中某个子链接网页通过数字电 视接收终端进行显示时, 可以按下该子链接对应区域然后通过甩动移动终端触 发切换操作。
具体的, 当用户正在浏览某一网页页面时, 需要选择进入某个子链接, 例 如当前正在浏览地址为: www.XXX.com 的页面, 用户需要进入该页面的"新 闻"对应的子链接页面时可以通过将光标移动到"新闻"对应的区域并按下确认 键, 触摸屏则是用户按下 "新闻 "这块区域, 当用户需要直接通过手机进入浏览 时, 只需松开按键, 或触摸屏上松开按下区域即可确认。 检测模块 21检测用 户的按下事件及其对应的区域, 然后用户可以通过预定的甩动动作(例如: 可 以向左甩动或者向左甩动后向右甩动等)触发移动终端进行切换, 此时获取模 块 211获取用户甩动的加速度, 当该加速度大于或等于预设的阈值时, 调用模 块 212调用预置的对应的第一甩动控制指令。也即是用户的甩动动作必须达到 预定的要求以避免误操作, 当用户甩动动作达到预定要求时移动终端调用出预 置的第一甩动控制指令。
调用模块 212调用第一甩动指令后, 读取模块 22根据该第一甩动指令获 取用户当前正在浏览的当前网页的链接地址信息。 所述地址信息可以是域名和 /或 IP地址信息。
参照图 3 是本发明一种移动终端与数字电视接收终端分享网页系统一实 施例的结构示意图。
本发明实施例提供的移动终端和数字电视接收终端分享网页系统, 包括: 移动终端 31 , 用于检测用户按下事件; 读取用户按下事件所在区域对应 当前页面的子链接地址信息; 当获取到用户第一甩动控制指令时, 移动终端发 送所述子链接地址信息到数字电视接收终端 32;
数字电视接收终端 32, 用于根据所述子链接地址信息发送对应子链接网 页请求到服务器 33; 并接收服务器 33返回的子链接网页并显示;
服务器 33 , 用于向移动终端 31和数字电视接收终端 32提供请求对应网 页。
具体的, 本发明实施例中移动终端 31可以是图 2对应实施例提供的移动 终端。
本发明的数字电视接收终端包括但不限于 机顶盒 网络协议电视 ( Internet
Protocol Television, IPTV )、 数字电视一体机、 电视手机等具有接收数字电视 功能的终端。

权 利 要 求
1、 一种移动终端与数字电视接收终端分享网页方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 移动终端检测用户按下事件;
读取用户按下事件所在区域对应当前页面的子链接地址信息;
当获取到用户触发的第一甩动控制指令时,移动终端发送所述子链接地址 信息到数字电视接收终端。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述移动终端发送子链接 地址信息到数字电视接收终端后, 还包括:
数字电视接收终端根据所述子链接地址信息发送对应的子链接网页请求 到服务器;
服务器返回对应的子链接网页到数字电视接收终端;
所述数字电视接收终端显示所述子链接网页。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述当获取到用户第一甩 动控制指令时,移动终端发送子链接地址信息到数字电视接收终端前,还包括: 移动终端与数字电视接收终端通过 wifi和 /或蓝牙进行连接。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述当获取到用户触 发的第一甩动控制指令时, 移动终端发送子链接地址信息到数字电视接收终 端, 包括:
所述移动终端获取用户甩动的加速度;
当所述加速度大于或等于预设阈值时, 调用预置的第一甩动控制指令; 移动终端根据所述第一甩动控制指令发送子链接地址信息到数字电视接 收终端。
5、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述数字电视接收终端显 示所述子链接网页后, 还包括:
移动终端获取用户的第二甩动控制指令;
移动终端根据所述第二甩动控制指令发送停止显示指令到数字电视接收 终端;
所述数字电视接收终端根据所述停止显示指令停止显示当前网页。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述数字电视接收终端根 据所述停止显示指令停止显示当前网页后, 还包括:
数字电视接收终端发送第二网页链接地址信息到移动终端;
所述移动终端根据所述第二网页链接地址信息获取网页并显示。
7、 一种移动终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
检测模块, 用于检测用户按下事件及用户甩动指令;
读取模块,用于读取用户按下事件所在区域对应当前页面的子链接地址信 息;
发送模块, 用于当检测模块获取到用户触发的第一甩动控制指令时,发送 读取模块读取到的所述子链接地址信息到数字电视接收终端。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述发送模块还用于 在发送子链接地址信息前通过 wifi和 /或蓝牙连接数字电视接收终端。
9、 根据权利要求 7或 8所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述检测模块还 包括: 获取模块, 用于获取用户甩动的加速度;
调用模块, 用于当所述加速度大于或等于预设阈值时, 调用预置的第一甩 动控制指令。
10、 根据权利要求 8所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述检测模块还用于 获取用户的第二甩动控制指令;
所述发送模块还用于根据所述第二甩动控制指令发送停止显示指令到数 字电视接收终端。
11、一种移动终端与数字电视接收终端分享网页系统,其特征在于, 包括: 移动终端, 用于检测用户按下事件; 读取用户按下事件所在区域对应当前 页面的子链接地址信息; 当获取到用户触发的第一甩动控制指令时, 移动终端 发送所述子链接地址信息到数字电视接收终端;
数字电视接收终端,用于根据所述子链接地址信息发送对应子链接网页请 求到服务器; 并接收服务器返回的子链接网页并显示;
服务器, 用于向移动终端和数字电视接收终端提供请求对应的网页。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述移动终端为权利要 求 7-10任一项所述的移动终端。
