现有技术中, 如果用户在手机在线视频中发现喜爱的视频希望通过电视观 看,可以通过两种方式实现:一是将该视频下载下来通过播放器连接电视播放; 二是通过机顶盒搜索相应视频进行播放。
在现有的两种技术中, 对于用户的操作来说都相对复杂, 且需要等待下载 或搜索的时间, 用户体验不好。 发明内容

进一步当用户需要停止数字电视接收终端播放视频时可以釆用如下步骤: 步骤 S106、 移动终端获取用户第二甩动指令;
步骤 S107、 移动终端根据第二甩动指令发送停止播放指令到数字电视接 收终端;
步骤 S108、 数字电视接收终端停止播放视频。
本发明通过用户甩动移动终端发起视频播放的切换,以趣味的操作实现了 视频在移动终端和数字电视接收终端中的切换,方便用户使用的同时提高了用 户的体马 。 参照图 2是本发明一种移动终端另一实施例的结构示意图; 一种移动终 端, 具体可以包括:

指令获取模块 21 , 用于获取用户第一甩动控制指令;
发送模块 22, 用于根据所述第一甩动控制指令发送等待广播指令, 并发 送对应的广播指令到视频服务器。
进一步, 所述指令获取模块 21可以包括:
位移传感器 211 , 包括陀螺仪和 /或重力感应器, 用于获取用户甩动的位移 参数;
调用模块 212, 用于当所述位移参数大于等于预设阈值时, 调用预置的第 一甩动控制指令。
进一步, 所述发送模块 22还用于根据第一甩动控制指令发送等待广播指 令, 并发送携带播放起始位置的广播指令到视频服务器。
进一步, 所述指令获取模块 21还用于获取用户第二甩动控制指令; 发送模块 22还用于根据所述第二甩动控制指令发送停止播放指令到数字 电视接收终端。
在本发明实施例中发送模块 22需具备 wifi和 /或蓝牙等无线连接功能, 当 移动终端与数字电视接收终端需要交互时,发送模块 22可以通过 wifi和 /或蓝 牙首先进行连接。
在本发明实施例中所述位移传感器 211 可以是陀螺仪也可以是重力感应 器,当用户需要将移动终端当前正在播放的视频通过数字电视接收终端进行播 放时, 可以通过甩动移动终端触发切换操作。
具体的, 用户可以通过预定的甩动动作(例如: 可以向左甩动或者向左甩 动后向右甩动等)触发移动终端进行切换, 此时位移传感器 211 (可以是陀螺 仪和 /或重力感应器)获取用户甩动的位移参数, 当该位移参数大于等于预设 的阈值时,调用模块 212调用预置的对应的第一甩动控制指令。也即是用户的 甩动动作必须达到预定的要求以避免误操作,当用户甩动动作达到预定要求时 移动终端调用出预置的第一甩动控制指令。
进一步, 当视频服务器支持定点播放时, 发送模块 22根据第一甩动控制 指令发送等待广播指令, 并发送携带播放起始位置的广播指令到视频服务器, 以便于视频服务器广播视频时可以从指定的起始位置进行广播。
参照图 3是本发明一种数字电视接收终端一实施例的结构示意图。
本发明实施例提供的数字电视接收终端具体可以包括:
接收模块 31 , 用于接收移动终端根据第一甩动控制指令发送的等待广播 指令;
播放模块 32, 用于根据所述等待广播指令获取视频服务器广播的对应视 频。
进一步, 所述接收模块 31还用于接收停止播放指令;
所述播放模块 32还用于根据所述停止播放指令停止对应视频的播放。 当视频服务器开始广播时, 接收模块 31被移动终端通过等待广播指令通 知 , 播放模块 32接收到广播后开始解析并播放。 参照图 4是本发明一种视频服务器一实施例的结构示意图;
本发明实施例提供的视频服务器具体可以包括:
接收模块 41 , 用于接收移动终端根据第一甩动控制指令发送的广播指令; 广播模块 42, 用于根据所述广播指令广播对应的视频。
进一步, 所述接收模块 41还用于接收移动终端根据第一甩动控制指令发 送的携带播放起始位置的广播指令;
广播模块 42还用于根据广播指令携带的起始位置广播对应的视频。
接收模块 41接收到广播指令后,广播模块 42根据广播指令的要求广播对 应的视频。 接收模块 41 接收到的广播指令携带有起始位置时, 广播模块 42 从该起始位置开始广播视频。
参照图 5 是本发明一种数字电视接收终端与移动终端交互系统一实施例 的结构示意图。
本发明实施例提供的数字电视接收终端与移动终端交互系统具体可以包 括:
具备位移传感器的移动终端 51 , 用于获取用户第一甩动控制指令; 根据 所述第一甩动控制指令发送等待广播指令到数字电视接收终端 52, 并发送对 应的广播指令到视频服务器 53; 视频服务器 52, 用于根据所述广播指令广播对应的视频;
数字电视接收终端 53 , 用于根据所述等待广播指令获取视频服务器广播 的对应视频。
进一步, 移动终端 51可以为图 2对应实施例提供的移动终端, 数字电视 接收终端 52可以为图 3对应实施例提供的数字电视接收终端, 视频服务器 53 可以为图 4对应实施例提供的视频服务器。 本发明的数字电视接收终端包括但不限于:机顶盒、网络协议电视 ( Internet Protocol Television, IPTV )、 数字电视一体机、 电视手机等具有接收数字电视 功能的终端。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种数字电视接收终端与移动终端交互方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 具备位移传感器的移动终端获取用户触发的第一甩动控制指令; 移动终端根据所述第一甩动控制指令发送等待广播的指令到数字电视接 收终端, 并发送对应的广播指令到视频服务器;
视频服务器根据所述广播指令广播对应的视频;
所述数字电视接收终端根据所述等待广播的指令获取视频服务器广播的 对应视频。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述移动终端根据第一甩 动控制指令发送等待广播的指令, 并发送广播指令到视频服务器具体包括: 所述移动终端根据第一甩动控制指令发送等待广播的指令,并发送携带播 放起始位置的广播指令到视频服务器。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述视频服务器根据广播 指令广播对应的视频具体为:
所述视频服务器从广播指令携带的起始位置广播对应的视频。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述具备位移传感器的移 动终端获取用户触发的第一甩动控制指令包括:
所述具备位移传感器的移动终端为具备陀螺仪和 /或具备重力感应器的移 动终端;
所述移动终端获取用户甩动的位移参数;
当所述位移参数大于或等于预设阈值时,所述移动终端调用预置的第一甩 动控制指令。
5、 根据权利要求 1或 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述数字电视接收终 端根据所述等待广播的指令获取视频服务器广播的对应视频后还包括:
移动终端获取用户触发的第二甩动指令;
移动终端根据所述第二甩动指令发送停止播放的指令到数字电视接收终 端;
数字电视接收终端停止播放视频。
6、 一种移动终端, 其特征在于, 包括: 指令获取模块, 用于获取用户触发的第一甩动控制指令;
发送模块, 用于根据所述第一甩动控制指令发送等待广播的指令, 并发送 对应的广播指令到视频服务器。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述指令获取模块包 括:
位移传感器, 包括陀螺仪和 /或重力感应器, 用于获取用户甩动的位移参 数;
调用模块, 用于当所述位移参数大于或等于预设阈值时,调用预置的第一 甩动控制指令。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述发送模块还用于 根据第一甩动控制指令发送等待广播的指令,并发送携带播放起始位置的广播 指令到视频服务器。
9、 根据权利要求 6或 7所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述指令获取模 块还用于获取用户第二甩动控制指令;
发送模块还用于根据所述第二甩动控制指令发送停止播放指令到数字电 视接收终端。
10、 一种数字电视接收终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收模块,用于接收移动终端根据第一甩动控制指令发送的等待广播的指 令;
播放模块, 用于根据所述等待广播的指令获取视频服务器广播的对应视 频。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的数字电视接收终端, 其特征在于, 所述接收 模块还用于接收停止播放指令;
所述播放模块还用于根据所述停止播放指令停止对应视频的播放。
12、 一种视频服务器, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收模块, 用于接收移动终端根据第一甩动控制指令发送的广播指令; 广播模块, 用于根据所述广播指令广播对应的视频。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的视频服务器, 其特征在于, 所述接收模块还 用于接收移动终端根据第一甩动控制指令发送的携带播放起始位置的广播指 令;
广播模块, 用于从广播指令携带的起始位置广播对应的视频。
14、 一种数字电视接收终端与移动终端交互系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 具备位移传感器的移动终端, 用于获取用户触发的第一甩动控制指令; 根 据所述第一甩动控制指令发送等待广播的指令到数字电视接收终端,并发送对 应的广播指令到视频服务器;
视频服务器, 用于根据所述广播指令广播对应的视频;
数字电视接收终端,用于根据所述等待广播的指令获取视频服务器广播的 对应视频。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述移动终端为权利要 求 6-9任一项所述的移动终端;
所述数字电视接收终端为权利要求 10或 11所述的数字电视接收终端; 所述视频服务器为权利要求 12或 13所述的视频服务器。
