随着计算机网络的日益发展, 基于网络的多媒体传输已经越来越普及, 而且人们对多媒体通信内容的要求日益增高, 已经不满足于单一、 被动的 传统娱乐媒体技术, 而需要更多个性化、 互动化的娱乐多媒体技术, 特别 是随着第三代移动通信系统 ( 3G, 3rd Generation Mobile Communications System ) 的发展, 移动流媒体技术的应用越来越广泛。
在 3G网络中, 用户可以使用 3G移动终端收看移动流媒体节目, 其中 播放移动流媒体节目的流程如图 1所示, 其具体处理过程如下:
步骤 11 , 用户使用 3G移动终端, 通过视频接入网关向业务服务器发 送移动流媒体节目播放请求;
步骤 12, 业务 Λ良务器查找该用户定制的移动流媒体节目对应的节目标 识;
步骤 13 , 业务服务器将查找到的节目标识发送给媒体服务器; 步骤 14, 媒体服务器根据接收到的节目标识形成节目菜单, 并通过视 频接入网关提供给 3G移动终端;
步骤 15 , 媒体服务器接收 3G移动终端发送的节目标识, 发送的节目 标识是用户在 3G移动终端接收到的节目菜单中选择出的;
步骤 16, 媒体服务器通知流媒体服务器播放接收到的节目标识对应的 移动流媒体节目; 步骤 17, 流媒体服务器从媒体资源库中提取出相应的移动流媒体节目 进行播放。
但是现有 3G系统中还没有控制移动流媒体节目进行播放的方法,以使 用户可以在 3G移动终端播放移动流媒体节目时, 对播放的节目进行快进、 快退、 暂停、 继续等操作。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种在第三代移动通信系统中控制移动流媒体节目 播放的方法及装置,用以解决现有 3G系统中还没有控制对移动流媒体节目 进行播放的方法, 造成用户不能在 3G移动终端播放移动流媒体节目时, 对 播放的节目进行快进、 快退、 暂停、 继续等操作的问题。
为了达到上述目的, 本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
本发明提供了一种在第三代移动通信系统中控制移动流媒体节目播放 的方法, 包括:
接收第三代移动通信系统(3G )移动终端在播放移动流媒体节目时输 入的按键信息;
根据接收到的按键信息 , 在预设的按键信息和控制信息的对应关系中, 查找与接收到的按键信息对应的控制信息; 并基于查找到的控制信息, 对 所述移动流媒体节目进行控制。
其中, 基于查找到的控制信息, 对所述移动流媒体节目进行控制, 具 体包括: 根据查找到的控制信息, 生成与所述控制信息对应的控制指令; 将生成的所述控制指令发送给流媒体服务器; 并指示流媒体服务器根 据接收到的控制指令对所述移动流媒体节目进行控制。
在接收到 3G移动终端输入的按键信息之前, 该方法还包括:
将预设的按键信息和控制信息的对应关系发送给所述 3G移动终端。 所述控制信息包括: 快进播放信息、 快退播放信息、 暂停播放信息和 / 或继续播放信息。
本发明还提供了一种在第三代移动通信系统中控制移动流媒体节目播 放的装置, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收第三代移动通信系统(3G )移动终端在播放移动 流媒体节目时输入的按键信息;
查找单元, 用于根据所述接收单元接收到的按键信息, 在预设的按键 信息和控制信息的对应关系中 , 查找与所述按键信息对应的控制信息; 控制单元, 用于基于所述查找单元查找到的控制信息, 对所述移动流 媒体节目进行控制。
所述控制单元包括: 生成子单元, 用于根据所述查找单元查找到的控 制信息, 生成与所述控制信息对应的控制指令; 发送子单元, 用于将所述 生成子单元生成的控制指令发送给流媒体服务器;
指示子单元, 用于指示流媒体服务器根据接收到的所述控制指令对所 述移动流媒体节目进行控制。
还包括: 发送单元, 用于在所述接收单元接收到 3G移动终端输入的按 键信息之前,将预设的按键信息和控制信息的对应关系发送给所述 3G移动 终端。
所述控制信息包括快进播放信息、 快退播放信息、 暂停播放信息和 /或 继续播放信息。
本发明实施例技术方案中,首先接收 3G移动终端在播放移动流媒体节 目时输入的按键信息, 然后根据接收到的按键信息, 在预设的按键信息和 控制信息的对应关系中, 查找与接收到的按键信息对应的控制信息, 基于 查找到的控制信息, 对该 3G移动终端所播放的移动流媒体节目进行控制, 使得用户可以在 3G移动终端播放移动流媒体节目时,对播放的节目进行快 进、 快退、 暂停、 继续等操作, 有效地提高了播放移动流媒体节目的灵活 性。 附图说明

步骤 21 , 接收 3G移动终端在播放移动流媒体节目时输入的按键信息; 用户在使用 3G移动终端收看移动流媒体节目时,如果需要对播放的移 动流媒体节目进行控制, 则可以根据具体的控制内容进行按键操作, 即输 入按键信息, 例如若需要对播放的移动流媒体节目进行快进操作, 则按 "1" 键, 即输入的按键信息为 "1"。
步骤 22, 根据接收到的按键信息, 在预设的按键信息和控制信息的对 应关系中, 查找与接收到的按键信息对应的控制信息;
本发明实施例中预先设置了按键信息和控制信息的对应关系, 其中控 制信息包括但不限于快进播放信息、 快退播放信息、 暂停播放信息和 /或继 续播放信息, 本发明实施例中, 一个按键可以对应一种操作, 按键信息和 控制信息的对应关系如表 1所示, 此时用户只有按 "1" 键, 才能触发快进 播放操作。

步骤 23 , 基于查找到的控制信息, 对该 3G移动终端所播放的移动流 媒体节目进行控制。 由于移动流媒体节目由流媒体服务器为用户播放, 因此若需要控制播 放的移动流媒体节目, 也必须通过流媒体服务器进行, 具体为: 首先根据 查找到的控制信息, 生成与该控制信息对应的控制指令, 然后将生成的控 制指令发送给流媒体服务器, 指示流媒体服务器根据接收到的控制指令对 该 3G移动终端播放的移动流媒体节目进行控制。
此外, 在本发明实施例中, 用户在输入按键信息之前必须获知哪个键 对应哪些操作, 即按键信息和控制信息的对应关系, 该对应关系可以预先 存储在 3G移动终端上, 那么用户在使用该 3G移动终端收看移动流媒体节 目时, 就可以通过查看存储的该对应关系来确定需要输入的按键信息; 也 可以在 3G移动终端每次请求播放移动流媒体节目时, 向该 3G移动终端发 送该对应关系, 3G移动终端根据接收到的对应关系来确定需要输入的按键 信息, 其中可以但不限于通过视频、 文本等方式, 将按键信息和控制信息 的对应关系发送给 3G移动终端。
由上述处理过程可知, 本发明实施例技术方案中, 首先接收 3G移动终 端在播放移动流媒体节目时输入的按键信息, 然后根据接收到的按键信息, 在预设的按键信息和控制信息的对应关系中 , 查找与接收到的按键信息对 应的控制信息,基于查找到的控制信息, 对该 3G移动终端所播放的移动流 媒体节目进行控制, 使得用户可以在 3G移动终端播放移动流媒体节目时, 对播放的节目进行快进、 快退、 暂停、 继续等操作, 有效地提高了播放移 动流媒体节目的灵活性。
相应的,本发明还提供一种在 3G系统中控制移动流媒体节目播放的装 置, 如图 3所示, 包括接收单元 31、 查找单元 32和控制单元 33 , 其中: 接收单元 31 , 用于接收 3G移动终端在播放移动流媒体节目时输入的 按键信息;
查找单元 32, 用于根据接收单元 31接收到的按键信息, 在预设的按键 信息和控制信息的对应关系中, 查找与接收单元 31接收到的按键信息对应 的控制信息;
控制单元 33 , 用于基于查找单元 32查找到的控制信息, 对上述移动流 媒体节目进行控制。
较佳地,控制单元 33具体包括生成子单元、发送子单元和指示子单元, 其中: 生成子单元, 用于根据查找单元 32查找到的控制信息, 生成与该控 制信息对应的控制指令; 发送子单元, 用于将生成子单元生成的控制指令 发送给流媒体服务器; 指示子单元, 用于指示流媒体服务器根据接收到的 控制指令对上述移动流媒体节目进行控制。
较佳地,上述在 3G系统中控制移动流媒体节目播放的装置还包括发送 单元, 用于在接收单元 31接收到 3G移动终端输入的按键信息之前, 将预 设的按键信息和控制信息的对应关系发送给该 3G移动终端。
较佳地, 控制信息包括但不限于快进播放信息、 快退播放信息、 暂停 播放信息和 /或继续播放信息。
本发明实施例中,在 3G系统中控制移动流媒体节目播放的装置可以为 业务服务器或流媒体服务器, 也可以为预设的专用于对移动流媒体节目进 行控制的控制服务器, 下面针对每种情况分别给出更为具体的实施方式。
若上述控制移动流媒体节目播放的装置为业务服务器, 则本发明实施 例一中, 在 3G系统中控制移动流媒体节目播放的方法流程如图 4所示, 其 具体处理过程如下:
步骤 41 , 业务服务器定义并存储按键信息和控制信息的对应关系; 步骤 42, 用户在通过 3G移动终端收看移动流媒体节目时, 若需要对 移动流媒体节目进行控制, 则使用 3G移动终端, 通过视频接入网关向业务 服务器发送按键信息;
步骤 43 , 业务服务器根据接收到的按键信息, 在存储的按键信息和控 制信息的对应关系中, 查找对应的控制信息;
步骤 44, 业务服务器根据查找到的控制信息, 生成对应的控制指令; 步骤 45 , 业务服务器将生成的控制指令发送给媒体服务器;
步骤 46, 媒体服务器将生成的控制指令发送给流媒体服务器; 步骤 47, 流媒体服务器根据接收到的控制指令对该移动流媒体节目进 行相应控制。
其中, 用户也可以使用 3G移动终端将按键信息发送给媒体服务器, 然 后再由媒体服务器转发给业务服务器; 控制指令也可以由媒体服务器生成, 即业务服务器将查找到的控制信息发送给媒体服务器, 媒体服务器再根据 接收到的控制信息生成相应的控制指令, 然后将生成的控制指令发送给流 媒体服务器。
若上述控制移动流媒体节目播放的装置为媒体服务器, 则本发明实施 例二中, 在 3G系统中控制移动流媒体节目播放的方法具体实现流程如图 5 所示, 其具体处理过程如下:
步骤 51 , 业务 Λ良务器定义按键信息和控制信息的对应关系, 并将定义 的对应关系发送给媒体服务器;
步骤 52, 用户在通过 3G移动终端收看移动流媒体节目时, 若需要对 移动流媒体节目进行控制, 则使用 3G移动终端, 通过视频接入网关向媒体 服务器发送按键信息;
步骤 53 , 媒体服务器根据接收到的按键信息, 在存储的按键信息和控 制信息的对应关系中, 查找对应的控制信息;
步骤 54, 媒体服务器根据查找到的控制信息, 生成对应的控制指令; 步骤 55 , 媒体服务器将生成的控制指令发送给流媒体服务器; 步骤 56, 流媒体服务器根据接收到的控制指令对该移动流媒体节目进 行相应控制。 若上述控制移动流媒体节目播放的装置为专用于对移动流媒体节目进 行控制的控制服务器, 则本发明实施例三中, 在 3G系统中控制移动流媒体 节目播放的方法具体实现流程如图 6所示, 其具体处理过程如下:
步骤 61 , 业务 Λ良务器定义按键信息和控制信息的对应关系, 并将定义 的对应关系发送给控制服务器;
步骤 62, 用户在通过 3G移动终端收看移动流媒体节目时, 若需要对 移动流媒体节目进行控制, 则使用 3G移动终端, 通过视频接入网关向控制 服务器发送按键信息;
步骤 63 , 控制服务器根据接收到的按键信息, 在存储的按键信息和控 制信息的对应关系中, 查找对应的控制信息;
步骤 64, 控制服务器根据查找到的控制信息, 生成对应的控制指令; 步骤 65 , 控制服务器将生成的控制指令发送给媒体服务器;
步骤 66, 媒体服务器将生成的控制指令发送给流媒体服务器; 步骤 67, 流媒体服务器根据接收到的控制指令对该移动流媒体节目进 行相应控制。
其中,用户也可以使用 3G移动终端将按键信息发送给媒体服务器或业 务服务器, 然后再由媒体服务器或业务服务器转发给控制服务器; 控制指 令也可以由媒体服务器生成, 即控制服务器将查找到的控制信息发送给媒 体服务器, 媒体服务器再根据接收到的控制信息生成相应的控制指令, 然 后将生成的控制指令发送给流媒体服务器。 本发明的精神和范围。 这样, 倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权 利要求及其等同技术的范围之内, 则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在 内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种在第三代移动通信系统中控制移动流媒体节目播放的方法, 其 特征在于, 包括:
接收第三代移动通信系统(3G )移动终端在播放移动流媒体节目时输 入的按键信息;
根据接收到的按键信息 , 在预设的按键信息和控制信息的对应关系中, 查找与接收到的按键信息对应的控制信息; 并基于查找到的控制信息, 对 所述移动流媒体节目进行控制。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的在第三代移动通信系统中控制移动流媒体节目 播放的方法, 其特征在于, 基于查找到的控制信息, 对所述移动流媒体节 目进行控制, 具体包括:
根据查找到的控制信息 , 生成与所述控制信息对应的控制指令; 将生成的所述控制指令发送给流媒体服务器; 并指示流媒体服务器根 据接收到的控制指令对所述移动流媒体节目进行控制。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的在第三代移动通信系统中控制移动流媒体节目 播放的方法, 其特征在于, 在接收到 3G移动终端输入的按键信息之前, 该 方法还包括:
将预设的按键信息和控制信息的对应关系发送给所述 3G移动终端。
4、 如权利要求 1至 3中任一项所述的在第三代移动通信系统中控制移 动流媒体节目播放的方法, 其特征在于, 所述控制信息包括: 快进播放信 息、 快退播放信息、 暂停播放信息和 /或继续播放信息。
5、 一种在第三代移动通信系统中控制移动流媒体节目播放的装置, 其 特征在于, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收第三代移动通信系统(3G )移动终端在播放移动 流媒体节目时输入的按键信息; 查找单元, 用于根据所述接收单元接收到的按键信息, 在预设的按键 信息和控制信息的对应关系中 , 查找与所述按键信息对应的控制信息; 控制单元, 用于基于所述查找单元查找到的控制信息, 对所述移动流 媒体节目进行控制。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的在第三代移动通信系统中控制移动流媒体节目 播放的装置, 其特征在于, 所述控制单元包括:
生成子单元, 用于根据所述查找单元查找到的控制信息, 生成与所述 控制信息对应的控制指令;
发送子单元, 用于将所述生成子单元生成的控制指令发送给流媒体服 务器;
指示子单元, 用于指示流媒体服务器根据接收到的所述控制指令对所 述移动流媒体节目进行控制。
7、 如权利要求 5所述的在第三代移动通信系统中控制移动流媒体节目 播放的装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
发送单元,用于在所述接收单元接收到 3G移动终端输入的按键信息之 前, 将预设的按键信息和控制信息的对应关系发送给所述 3G移动终端。
8、 如权利要求 5至 7中任一项所述的在第三代移动通信系统中控制移 动流媒体节目播放的装置, 其特征在于, 所述控制信息包括快进播放信息、 快退播放信息、 暂停播放信息和 /或继续播放信息。
