本发明的实施例还提供一种终端设备,用于实现交互视频业务的 控制, 包括:
浏览单元, 用于浏览网络侧 VOD系统提供的 EPG页面, 并通过 选择所述 EPG页面相应链接向所述 VOD系统发送控制请求; 会话控制单元,用于向所述 VOD系统发送对 STB设备正在接收的 媒体流的控制请求。
本发明的实施例还提供一种 VOD系统, 包括:
EPG服务器, 用于接收终端设备发送的控制请求;
STB获取实体,用于获取与发送所述控制请求的终端设备对应的
STB设备的标识;
VOD服务器, 用于根据所述 EPG服务器接收的控制请求, 对所述
STB获取实体获取的 STB的媒体流进行控制。
本发明的实施例还提供一种 EPG服务器, 包括:
EPG页面生成单元,用于向终端设备提供基于 HTTP方式或 WAP 链接发送控制请求;

与现有技术相比, 本发明的实施例具有以下优点:
利用终端设备和 VOD系统进行交互,实现面向 STB用户的交互视 频业务节目单浏览和点播控制。因此可以在不对广电网络进行大规模 改造的前提下, 解决 STB用户无法使用交互视频业务的难题; 而且, 用户可以在手持设备上完成节目单浏览、发起点播、 以及点播会话控 制等操作, 具有良好的业务体验。 附图说明

以下结合附图和实施例, 说明本发明实施例的具体实施方式。 本发明的实施例中, 提供了一种控制交互视频业务的系统, 其结 构示意图如图 3所示。 包括:
( 1 ) VOD系统。
VOD系统用于提供交互视频管理以及播出功能, 主要由 VOD服 务器、交互视频业务管理中间件 BMS ( Business Management System , 商务管理系统) 、 EPG服务器、 IP2ASI Gateway, 计费系统等组成, 以下分别进行说明。
BMS: 交互视频业务中间件, 实现 VOD、 TVOD ( Television On Demand, 电视点播) 、 nPVR ( Network Personal Video Recorder, 网 络个人摄像机) 、 TSTV ( Time-Shift TV, 时移电视)等交互视频业 务逻辑, 提供业务的认证、 授权、 会话资源分管理。
VOD服务器:提供交互视频业务能力,主要是以流式媒体播出用 户请求的 VOD、 TVOD, nPVR、 TSTV媒体流, 同时提供直播码流录 制功能, 该功能具体为: TVOD、 nPVR、 TSTV等业务实现需要 VOD 服务器实时接收从直播电视头端注入的直播节目流, 并录制成文件, 后续用户请求 TVOD、 nPVR、 TSTV节目时 VOD服务器从录制好的文 件中播出对应的视频媒体流。
IP2ASI Gateway: 将 IP打包的点播控制消息转换为 ASI信号, 经 单向 HFC网络广播下发给 STB;点播控制消息实现两个功能:通知 STB 切换到指定频点接收点播码流, 通知 STB退出点播状态切换回直播频 道。
EPG ( Electronic Program Guide, 电子节目指南)服务器: 提供 双向节目单浏览功能, 并接收、 转发来自双向 STB、 手持设备点播控 制请求,这里的手持设备是指本发明实施例中提到的基于无线接入技 术, 实现 IP接入功能的 GPRS/WCDMA/WiMax/CDMA IX等移动电话 终端或具备 WiFi功能接入家庭网关的手持设备。 本发明实施例中的 EPG具备 HTTP ( Hypertext Transfer Protocol, 超文本传输协议) 方式 的 EPG页面外, 还具有提供 WML ( Wireless Markup Language, 无线 标记语言) 方式的 EPG页面, 以支持手持设备通过 WAP ( Wireless Application Protocol, 无线应用协议)协议浏览器来浏览 EPG页面, 获取节目单。
综上所述, 本发明实施例中的 VOD系统应至少具有以下功能: EPG服务器, 用于接收终端设备发送的控制请求;
STB获取实体, 用于获取与发送控制请求的终端设备对应的 STB 设备;
VOD服务器, 用于根据所述 EPG服务器接收的控制请求, 对所述 STB获取实体获取的 STB的媒体流进行控制。
对应关系存储实体, 用于存储终端设备与 STB的对应关系, 以供 所述 STB获取实体根据发送所述控制请求的终端设备, 获取对应的 STB设备。
具体的, 该 STB获取实体以及对应关系存储实体的功能可以位于 交互视频业务中间件 BMS上。
该 EPG服务器还包括: EPG页面生成单元, 用于向所述终端设备 提供基于 HTTP方式或 WAP方式的 EPG页面, 以供所述终端设备通过 选择所述 EPG页面的相应链接发送控制请求。
( 2 )单向 HFC: 单向 HFC特点是只提供下行通道, 没有上行通 道, 是视频媒体流下发通道, 主要包括 QAM、 IPQAM、 复用器、 加 扰器等。 IPQAM负责将从 VOD输入的 IP节目流转换成 ASI信号输出, ASI信号和直播电视信号混频经过 HFC网络广播传达到 STB上。
( 3 )移动 IP互联网和固网 IP互联网: 提供手持终端的 IP接入, 提 供在手持设备上进行 EPG页面浏览、 点播控制的双向 IP回传通道
( 4 ) STB: 在单向 HFC广播网上接收点播的媒体流, 同现有支 持 MPEG2等解码能力的 STB终端
( 5 ) 手持设备: 手机电话终端支持 GPRS/WCDMA/ CDMA/ WiMax等无线技术的手持电话终端或支持 WiFi ( Wireless Fidelity, 无 线高保真 )、 WiMax( Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access, 微波存取全球互通)的手持设备, 用户在此设备上浏览节目单、 进行 点播控制。 进一步包括:
手机电话终端: 提供移动 IP接入功能, 无线接入链路可以是基于 GPRS ( General Packet Radio Service, 通用无线分组业务)、 WCDMA ( Wideband CDMA,宽带码分多址)、 CDMA ( Code Division Multiple Access , 码 分 多 址 ) 、 WiMax 、 TD-SCDMA ( Time Division-Synchronization CDMA , 时分同步码分多址接入 )等制式。 与现有技术中的手机电话终端的区别在于,本发明的实施例利用手机 电话终端内置的浏览器或针对本实施例定制开发的客户端基于 IP链 路来访问 EPG页面、 进行点播的交互控制, 控制点播的节目码流发送 到和手机绑定的 STB上。
支持 WiFi的手持终端, 如 WiFi话机、 PDA ( Personal Digital Assistant, 个人数字助理)等, 支持 WiFi的手持终端通过家庭 WiFi网 络的家庭网关接入电信运营商提供的固网 IP互联网, 从而能建立和 VOD系统的双向 IP通道, 进行 EPG节目单浏览、 点播控制等。
终端设备的逻辑部件如图 4A和图 4B所示, 具体组成如下: 物理层( Hardware Layer ) : 针对本发明的实施例, 主要包括接 入单元 10以及显示单元 20 ,其中接入单元 10提供和 VOD系统的通讯链 路连接, 支持 GPRS/WCDMA/WiMax/CDMA lX/WiMax/WiFi等连接 方式; 显示单元 20具体为终端设备的屏幕。
操作系统( Handset Device OS ): 针对本发明的实施例, 具体为 操作系统单元 30, 具体为手持设备的嵌入式操作系统, 如 Sybian OS、 Linux, Windows CE、 Palm OS等, 用于实现设备中物理层与浏览器 间的数据交互。
浏览器: 针对本发明的实施例, 该浏览器具体为浏览单元 40, 为 支持 WAP协议或 HTTP协议的嵌入式浏览器, 如目前通用的手机用浏 览器 Opera等,其可以进一步包括 WAP浏览子单元 41和 HTTP浏览子单 元 42。 该单元主要用于 EPG节目单的浏览; 另外, 当 VOD支持 WAP、 和 /或 HTTP协议承载的点播会话控制时,还可以进一步包括 WAP点播 控制子单元 43、 和 /或 HTTP点播控制子单元 44, 直接在浏览器中通过 WAP、 和 /或 HTTP协议进行点播控制。
会话控制客户端: 针对本发明的实施例, 该浏览器具体为会话控 制单元 50,提供 RTSP( Real-time Streaming Protocol,实时流协议)/SIP ( Session Initiation Protocol, 会话初始 4匕十办议)方式的点播会话控制 功能, 其进一步包括: RTSP控制子单元 51和 SIP控制子单元 52, 分别 用于提供基于 RTSP和 SIP的点播会话控制功能; 另外, 还可以包括 RTSP控制界面子单元 53和 SIP控制界面子单元 54 , 用于提供基于 RTSP和 SIP控制的界面, 以供用户在该界面中直接进行点播控制。
通过本发明的实施例提供的上述系统和设备, 利用终端设备和 VOD系统进行交互,实现面向 STB用户的交互视频业务节目单浏览和 点播控制。 因此可以在不对广电网络进行大规模改造的前提下, 解决 目前数量庞大的 STB用户无法使用交互视频业务的难题; 而且, 不同 于现有技术中短信、 电话和 PC点播的方式, 用户可以在手持设备上 完成节目单浏览、 发起点播、 以及点播会话控制等操作, 具有良好的 业务体验。
本发明的实施例中提供一种控制交互视频业务的方法,由用户通 过终端设备使用交互视频业务, 该方法的流程如图 5所示, 包括以下 步骤:
步骤 s501、 将终端设备与 STB进行绑定。
具体的, 用户可以通过营业厅、 自助网站等方式完成 STB与终端 设备的绑定操作。设备绑定目的在于,使得 VOD系统能够终端设备和 STB进行关联。 绑定操作完成后, VOD系统建立了终端设备标识和 STB标识(如 STB IC卡或 STB ID )之间的对应关系, 并将绑定关系记 录在数据库中。后续用户通过终端设备点播时, VOD系统接收到来自 特定终端设备的点播请求时,可以根据本地存储的绑定关系识别出是 哪个 STB用户点播, 从而能将码流广播到对应的 STB上。 在实现方式 上, 终端设备的标识可以采用网络运营商给设备分配的号码标识, 如 移动电话号码等。
步骤 s502、 通过终端设备浏览 VOD系统提供的节目单。
用户通过终端设备内置的浏览器、或针对交互视频业务定制开发 安装在终端设备上的协议客户端(如 RTSP协议客户端、 SIP协议客户 端等), 访问 VOD系统的 EPG服务器, EPG服务器根据手持设备浏览 器或客户端的能力返回按照 WAP协议标签( WML )或 HTTP协议标签 ( HTML )编写的 EPG节目单页面, 用户通过终端设备的按键或触摸 装置选择需要进入的页面浏览, 直至找到需要点播的节目。
步骤 s503、 使用终端设备选择节目并进行点播。
用户找到需要点播的节目后, 选择页面提供的点播按钮或链接, 向 VOD系统发起点播请求, 建立点播会话。 VOD系统收到点播请求 后, 进行必要的业务认证、 授权、 点播资源分配, 并产生码流下发通 道通知消息经 HFC网络广播给终端设备对应的 STB , 通知 STB切换到 特定的频点准备接收码流。同时, VOD系统播出发流下发给 HFC网络, 由 HFC网络在通知 STB等待接收码流的频点上广播下发。
步骤 s504、 使用终端设备与 VOD系统进行交互视频播放控制。 用户在观看节目的过程中,可以随时使用终端设备对节目进行快 进、 快退、 暂停、 结束播放等 Trick mode操作。
具体的, 本发明的实施例中, 对上述控制交互视频播放的流程通 过信令流程图作进一步描述, 其中以终端设备为手持设备为例。 如图 6所示, 该控制交互视频业务的流程包括以下步骤: 视频业务客户端访问运营商的 EPG站点, 进入 EPG首页。 该 EPG首页 的浏览方式可以为 WAP或 HTTP方式, 具体采用何种方式由手持终端 所支持的方式决定。
步骤 s602、 用户通过 EPG首页提供的链接浏览 EPG节目单, 节目 单包括 VOD节目单、 TVOD节目单、 nPVR节目单等, 节目单的浏览 接口可以是基于 WAP或 HTTP; 用户通过浏览节目单找到点播的节 。 步骤 s603、 在找到点播的节目单后, 用户点击页面 URL或点播按 钮, URL或按钮指向 VOD系统处理点播请求的服务程序入口,一般是 EPG提供的特定 CGI ( common gateway interface )程序, 具体实现上 包括但不限于 jsp页面、 servlet或 asp页面等, 服务程序处理请求时, 首 先进行必要的业务认证, 确保只有合法、有权限的用户才可以进行后 续的点播交互。
步骤 s604、 认证授权通过后, 作为点播请求的响应, VOD系统将 点播请求重定向到会话服务的 URL入口(点播请求响应的代码为 3XX 系列, 并在响应中提供有会话服务的 URL ) , 这个 URL可以是 HTTP URL, WAP URL, RTSP URL、 SIP URL等, 浏览器收到 URL后, 根 据 URL的类型启动对应的协议客户端进行后续的会话交互,例如 URL 为 HTTP URL则还是在浏览器中进行会话交互, 再如 URL为 RTSP URL, 则启动 RTSP协议客户端进行会话交互, 等等。 VOD系统在处 理会话建立请求时, 进行 VOD资源分配、 分配媒体流下发通道, 主要 是 HFC网络的下发通道, 包括 HFC网络从 GE网口接收 VOD播出的媒 体流端口和把媒体流转换成 ASI信号后广播下发到 STB的频点、 ServicelD两部分。
步骤 s605、 VOD系统将媒体流下发通道信息 (频点、 ServicelD ) 通过 HFC网络设备提供的接口(一般为以太网口)通知 HFC网络设备, 请求 HFC网络设备将通道信息广播下发给对应的 STB, 消息中提供有 接收此通道信息的 STB标识, VOD系统通过手持终端和 STB的绑定关 系找到 STB标识。
步骤 s606、 HFC网络设备收到来自 VOD系统的下发通道信息通知 后, 将通道通知消息打包在广播码流中 (一般为 DVB的 PSI/SI表) , 广播下发给 STB;
步骤 s607、 STB通过过滤机制确保只接收处理发给自己的通道通 知消息, 具体的可以通过消息包的 STB标识和 STB自身的标识来进行 条件过滤, 当其收到通道通知消息时, 根据消息中提供的频点、 ServicelD调整高频头切换到此频点上接收指定 ServicelD的节目码流; 步骤 s608、 通过上面的步骤建立点播会话后, 客户端按照协议自 动触发机制进入正常倍速的码流播放环节(这种情况一般在有标准的 会话协议流程支撑时使用, 如会话协议是 RTSP、 SIP时), 或者 VOD 系统按照缺省的约定逻辑在会话建立时就播出码流(可能在没有标准 会话协议支撑方案中使用, 如用 WAP或 HTTP协议来控制会话) ; 步骤 s609、 HFC网络设备收到在特定端口上收到 VOD发送的节目 码流后, 根据入端口和出端口的配置关系, 将接收的码流转换为 ASI 信号在指定的频点上广播出去, 下发给 STB;
步骤 s610、 STB在频点上收到 Service ID标识的广播节目码流后, 解码出音视频信号播出, 至此, 用户通过 STB而不是手持设备终端屏 幕收看到了其点播的节目码流, ;
步骤 s611、 用户在观看点播节目的过程中, 还可以通过手持终端 进行节目的快进操作。
步骤 s612、 用户在观看点播节目的过程中, 还可以通过手持终端 进行节目的快退操作。
步骤 s613、 用户在观看点播节目的过程中, 还可以通过手持终端 进行节目的暂停操作。
步骤 s614、 用户在观看点播节目的过程中, 还可以通过手持终端 进行节目的定位播放操作。
步骤 s615、 用户在观看点播节目的过程中, 还可以通过手持终端 进行结束节目点播操作。
上述步骤 s611〜步骤 s615中涉及的节目快进、 快退、 暂停、 定位 播放以及结束等操作, 都可以采用上述步骤 s601 ~步骤 s609所描述的 流程实现。 具体过程不进行重复描述。 筒单来说, 都是由用户通过手 持终端浏览 EPG界面, 在 EPG页面上通过 EPG首页提供的链接对需要 进行的操作进行选择, 之后 VOD系统根据用户选择的操作对经 HFC 下发给用户侧 STB的媒体流进行相应控制, 从而用户可以在 STB上接 收到通过手持终端发送的操作请求所对应的操作结果。
通过本发明的实施例提供的上述方法,利用终端设备和 VOD系统 进行交互, 实现面向 STB用户的交互视频业务节目单浏览和点播控 制。 因此可以在不对广电网络进行大规模改造的前提下, 解决目前部 分 STB用户无法使用交互视频业务的难题; 而且, 不同于现有技术中 短信、 电话和 PC点播的方式, 用户可以在手持设备上完成节目单浏 览、 发起点播、 以及点播会话控制等操作, 具有良好的业务体验。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解 到本发明可以通过硬件实现,也可以可借助软件加必要的通用硬件平 台的方式来实现基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案可以以软件产品 的形式体现出来, 该软件产品可以存储在一个非易失性存储介质(可 以是 CD-ROM, U盘, 移动硬盘等) 中, 包括若干指令用以使得一 台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机, 服务器, 或者网络设备等)执行 本发明各个实施例所述的方法。
总之, 以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本 发明的保护范围。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1、 一种控制交互视频业务的方法, 其特征在于, 包括以下步骤: 接收终端设备发送的控制请求;
获取与所述终端设备对应的机顶盒 STB设备的标识;
根据所述控制请求对所述 STB设备的标识对应的 STB设备的媒 体流进行控制。
2、 如权利要求 1所述控制交互视频业务的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收终端设备发送的控制请求前, 还包括步骤:
获取终端设备的标识与 STB设备的标识的对应关系并保存; 所述获取与所述终端设备对应的 STB设备的标识的步骤具体为: 获取所述终端设备的标识;
根据所述终端设备的标识与 STB设备的标识的对应关系, 获取 与所述终端设备的标识对应的 STB设备的标识, 从而获取到与所述 终端设备对应的 STB设备。
3、 权利要求 1所述控制交互视频业务的方法, 其特征在于, 所 述根据控制请求对所述 STB的媒体流进行控制的步骤具体为:
所述控制请求为点播请求时,将所述点播请求重定向到所述终端 设备的会话服务入口; 所述重定向后的消息中携带会话服务的链接, 以供所述终端设备根据所述链接的类型启动对应的协议客户端进行 后续的会话交互;
将所述点播请求的媒体流通过网络下发到所述 STB。
4、 如权利要求 1所述控制交互视频业务的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据控制请求对所述 STB的媒体流进行控制的步骤具体为: 所述控制请求为快进、 快退、 暂停、 定位播放、 结束播放、 播放 中的任意一种时, 根据所述控制请求对向所述 STB发送的媒体流进 行相应控制。
5、 一种控制交互视频业务的系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
VOD 系统, 用于接收终端设备发送的控制请求, 获取与所述终 端设备对应的 STB设备的标识, 并根据所述控制请求对所述 STB的 媒体流进行控制;
STB设备, 用于接收所述 VOD系统根据所述终端设备发送的控 制请求发送的媒体流。
6、 如权利要求 5所述控制交互视频业务的系统, 其特征在于, 所述 VOD系统包括:
EPG服务器, 用于接收终端设备发送的控制请求;
STB获取实体,用于获取与发送所述控制请求的终端设备对应的 STB设备;
VOD服务器, 用于根据所述 EPG服务器接收的控制请求, 对所 述 STB获取实体获取的 STB的媒体流进行控制。
7、 如权利要求 5所述控制交互视频业务的系统, 其特征在于, 所述 STB设备与所述终端设备预先绑定。
8、 一种终端设备, 用于实现交互视频业务的控制, 其特征在于, 包括:
浏览单元, 用于浏览网络侧 VOD系统提供的 EPG页面, 并通过 选择所述 EPG页面相应链接向所述 VOD系统发送控制请求;
会话控制单元,用于向所述 VOD系统发送对 STB设备正在接收 的媒体流的控制请求。
9、 如权利要求 8所述终端设备, 其特征在于, 所述浏览单元进 一步包括:
WAP点播控制子单元, 用于当 VOD支持基于 WAP方式的点播 会话控制时, 直接在浏览器中向所述 VOD系统发送控制请求;
HTTP点播控制子单元, 用于当 VOD支持 HTTP方式的点播会 话控制时, 直接在浏览器中向所述 VOD系统发送控制请求。
10、 如权利要求 8所述终端设备, 其特征在于, 所述会话控制单 元进一步包括:
RTSP控制子单元, 用于提供基于 RTSP的点播会话控制功能; SIP控制子单元, 用于提供基于 SIP的点播会话控制功能。
11、 如权利要求 8所述终端设备, 其特征在于, 所述会话控制单 元还包括:
RTSP控制界面子单元, 用于提供基于 RTSP控制的界面, 以向 所述 VOD系统发送控制请求;
SIP控制界面子单元, 用于提供基于 SIP控制的界面, 以向所述 VOD系统发送控制请求。
12、 一种 VOD系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
EPG服务器, 用于接收终端设备发送的控制请求;
STB获取实体,用于获取与发送所述控制请求的终端设备对应的
STB设备的标识;
VOD服务器, 用于根据所述 EPG服务器接收的控制请求, 对所 述 STB获取实体获取的 STB的媒体流进行控制。
13、 如权利要求 12所述 VOD系统, 其特征在于, 还包括: 对应关系存储实体, 用于存储终端设备与 STB 的对应关系, 以 供所述 STB获取实体根据发送所述控制请求的终端设备, 获取对应 的 STB设备的标识, 从而获取所述标识对应的 STB设备。
14、 如权利要求 12所述 VOD系统, 其特征在于, 所述 EPG服 务器还包括:
EPG页面生成单元,用于向所述终端设备提供基于 HTTP方式或 WAP方式的 EPG页面,以供所述终端设备通过选择所述 EPG页面的 相应链接发送控制请求。
15、 一种 EPG服务器, 其特征在于, 包括:
EPG页面生成单元,用于向终端设备提供基于 HTTP方式或 WAP 链接发送控制请求;
接收单元,用于接收终端设备根据 EPG页面生成单元提供的 EPG 页面发送的控制请求。
