移动终端, 用于与 B2BUA连接, 根据用户选择的互动业务, 发送对应 的互动指令到 B2BUA; 还用于接收互动文件进行互动;
B2BUA, 用于根据移动终端的互动指令进行相应的处理, 并建立移动 终端与互动业务服务器间的连接;
互动业务服务器, 用于向移动终端发送用户选择的互动业务的互动文 件。
上述方案中, 所述移动终端发送对应的互动指令包括: 主动互动请求 消息、 互动预约请求消息。

本发明的基本思想是: 移动终端通过电信网或互联网与 B2BUA连接, 根据用户选择的互动业务, 发送对应的互动指令到 B2BUA; B2BUA根据 收到的互动指令进行相应的处理, 并建立移动终端与互动业务服务器间的 连接; 互动业务服务器向移动终端发送用户选择的互动业务的互动文件, 移动终端接收到互动文件后, 进行互动。
下面通过附图及具体实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明。
本发明实现了一种移动终端电视互动的方法, 如图 1 所示, 该方法包 括以下几个步骤:
步骤 101 : 移动终端通过电信网或互联网与 B2BUA连接, 根据用户选 择的互动业务, 发送对应的互动指令到 B2BUA;
具体的, 移动终端可以使用传输控制协议 /因特网互联协议(TCP/IP, Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol )或者会话初始化协议 ( SIP, Session Initiation Protocol )等通信协议, 通过电信网或互联网与 B2BUA连 接, 并通过广播网接收电视信号; 在用户选择了互动业务时, 移动终端根 据用户选择的互动业务, 发送相应互动指令到 B2BUA; 所述互动业务可以 是主动互动业务、 或者预约互动业务等; 其中, 当前正在收看节目的互动 业务为主动互动业务, 相应互动指令为主动互动请求消息, 所述主动互动 请求消息携带互动需求信息, 所述互动需求信息包括: 当前收看节目的频 道信息及移动终端的号码; 用户在节目预告单中选择的互动业务为预约互 动业务, 则相应互动指令为携带频道信息及预约节目信息的互动预约请求 消息。
所述频道信息一般包括频道标识 (ID )等信息, 所述预约节目信息一 般包括预约的节目名称等信息。
步骤 102: B2BUA根据收到的互动指令进行相应处理, 并建立移动终 端与互动业务服务器间的连接;
例如, B2BUA收到主动互动请求消息后, 将从主动互动请求消息中得 到的互动需求信息进行存储, 并断开与移动终端的连接, 然后, 按照使用 的通信协议建立移动终端与互动业务服务器之间的连接, 即: B2BUA向移 动终端和互动业务服务器发起连接请求, 在移动终端和互动业务服务器均 返回确认连接消息后, 移动终端与互动业务服务器之间的连接建立完成; 在连接建立后, B2BUA将互动需求信息以 XML文件格式进行封装, 发送 到互动业务服务器;
再如, B2BUA收到互动预约请求消息后, 根据其中的频道信息及预约 节目信息, 在存储的互动业务文件信息中查找对应的预约节目的所有互动 类型的索引, 并在查找到时, 发送预约节目的所有互动类型的索引给移动 终端; 移动终端将用户选择的互动类型的索引发送到 B2BUA; B2BUA将 频道信息、 预约节目信息、 移动终端的号码及用户选择的互动类型的索引 作为互动需求信息进行存储, 并在预约节目开始时, 根据所述互动需求信 息, 在存储的互动业务文件信息中查找所述预约节目的互动类型的索引, 在查找到时, B2BUA按照使用的通信协议建立移动终端与互动业务服务器 之间的连接, 将互动需求信息以 XML文件格式进行封装, 发送到互动业务 服务器; 在查找不到时, 结束本次互动;
所述 B2BUA存储互动业务文件信息, 可以是, B2BUA按照一定的时 间周期与互动业务服务器建立连接, 查询互动业务服务器上当前可用的所 有互动业务的互动类型的索引, 将所有互动业务的互动类型的索引存储为 互动业务文件信息;
进一步的, 本步骤还包括: 所述 B2BUA设置互动业务请求记录, 将发 送互动指令的移动终端号码进行记录, 用于建立或断开移动终端与互动业 务服务器间的连接。
步骤 103: 互动业务服务器根据互动需求信息发送互动文件, 移动终端 接收到互动文件后, 进行互动;
所述互动业务服务器根据互动需求信息发送互动文件, 具体是: 如果 所述互动需求信息只包括当前收看节目的频道信息及移动终端的号码, 则 互动业务服务器将频道信息所对应当前收看节目的所有互动类型的互动文 件发送到移动终端; 如果所述互动需求信息包括用户选择的互动类型的索 引, 则互动业务服务器只将预约节目的所述互动类型的索引所对应的互动 文件发送到移动终端;
所述移动终端接收到互动文件后, 进行互动的方法与现有技术相同, 本发明不对此进行赘述。
步骤 104: 用户互动结束, 关闭互动浏览器时, 移动终端通知 B2BUA 本次互动结束, B2BUA断开移动终端与互动业务服务器间的连接;
所述移动终端通知 B2BUA 本次互动结束, 一般是移动终端按照与 B2BUA连接使用的通信协议, 发送本次互动结束的通知消息; 如: 所述通 信协议为 SIP协议时, 可以发送 Bye消息通知 B2BUA本次互动结束; 所述 B2BUA 断开移动终端与互动业务服务器间的连接, 具体是: B2BUA按照使用的通信协议断开移动终端与互动业务服务器间的连接。
上述方案中, 移动终端与 B2BUA、 互动业务服务器与 B2BUA间的交 互指令都是预先根据所使用的通信协议设定的, 所述交互指令包括: 主动 互动请求消息、 互动预约请求消息、 连接请求等。
为了实现上述方法, 本发明还提供了一种实现移动终端电视互动的系 统, 如图 2所示, 该系统包括: 移动终端 21、 B2BUA 22, 互动业务服务器 23; 其中,
移动终端 21 , 用于通过电信网或互联网与 B2BUA 22连接, 根据用户 选择的互动业务,发送对应的互动指令到 B2BUA 22; 及用于接收互动文件 进行互动, 在互动浏览器关闭时, 通知 B2BUA 22本次互动结束;
B2BUA 22, 用于根据移动终端 21的互动指令进行相应的处理, 并建 立移动终端 21与互动业务服务器 23 间的连接, 在收到本次互动结束的通 知后, 断开移动终端 21与互动业务 Λ良务器 23间的连接;
互动业务服务器 23 ,用于向移动终端 21发送用户选择的互动业务的互 动文件;
所述移动终端 21发送对应的互动指令包括: 主动互动请求消息、 互动 预约请求消息等;
所述 B2BUA 22包括互动处理模块 221、 互动连接模块 222; 其中, 互动处理模块 221 ,用于根据移动终端 21的互动指令进行相应的处理; 所述互动处理模块 221 , 具体用于收到主动互动请求消息后, 将从主动 互动请求消息中得到的互动需求信息进行存储, 并通知互动连接模块 222 建立移动终端 21与互动业务服务器 23之间的连接, 在连接建立后, 将互 动需求信息以 XML文件格式进行封装, 发送到互动业务服务器 23 ;
以及, 所述互动处理模块 221 收到互动预约请求消息后, 根据其中的 频道信息及预约节目信息, 在存储的互动业务文件信息中查找对应的预约 节目的所有互动类型的索引, 并在查找到时, 向移动终端 21发送预约节目 的所有互动类型的索引; 在收到用户选择的互动类型的索引后, 将频道信 息、 预约节目信息、 移动终端的号码及用户选择的互动类型的索引作为互 动需求信息进行存储, 并在预约节目开始时, 根据所述互动需求信息, 在 存储的互动业务文件信息中查找所述预约节目的互动类型的索引, 在查找 到时, 通知互动连接模块 222建立移动终端 21与互动业务服务器 23之间 的连接, 在连接建立后, 将互动需求信息以 XML文件格式进行封装, 发送 到互动业务 Λ良务器 23 ; 在查找不到时, 结束本次互动;
所述互动处理模块 221 还用于存储互动业务文件信息, 可以是: 互动 处理模块 221按照一定的时间周期通知互动连接模块 222与互动业务服务 器 23建立连接, 查询互动业务服务器 23上当前可用的所有互动业务的互 动类型的索引, 将所有互动业务的互动类型的索引存储为互动业务文件信 息。
互动连接模块 222, 用于建立或断开移动终端 21与互动业务服务器 23 间的连接;
所述互动连接模块 222具体用于收到建立移动终端 21与互动业务服务 器 23之间的连接的通知后, 按照使用的通信协议, 先断开与移动终端 21 的连接; 然后建立移动终端 21与互动业务服务器 23之间的连接;
所述互动连接模块 222, 进一步用于断开或建立与移动终端 21或互动 业务服务器 23的连接;
所述互动连接模块 222,还用于设置互动业务请求记录, 将发送互动指 令的移动终端 21号码进行记录, 用于建立或断开移动终端 21与互动业务 服务器 23间的连接。
基于上述系统, 本发明还提供了一种实现移动终端电视互动的 B2BUA, 如图 2中的 B2BUA 22所示, 包括:
互动处理模块 221、 互动连接模块 222; 其中,
互动处理模块 221 ,用于根据移动终端 21的互动指令进行相应的处理; 所述互动处理模块 221 , 具体用于收到主动互动请求消息后, 将从主动 互动请求消息中得到的互动需求信息进行存储, 并通知互动连接模块 222 建立移动终端 21与互动业务服务器 23之间的连接, 在连接建立后, 将互 动需求信息以 XML文件格式进行封装, 发送到互动业务服务器 23 ;
以及, 所述互动处理模块 221 收到互动预约请求消息后, 根据其中的 频道信息及预约节目信息, 在存储的互动业务文件信息中查找对应的预约 节目的所有互动类型的索引, 并在查找到时, 向移动终端 21发送预约节目 的所有互动类型的索引; 在收到用户选择的互动类型的索引后, 将频道信 息、 预约节目信息、 移动终端的号码及用户选择的互动类型的索引作为互 动需求信息进行存储, 并在预约节目开始时, 根据所述互动需求信息, 在 存储的互动业务文件信息中查找所述预约节目的互动类型的索引, 在查找 到时, 通知互动连接模块 222建立移动终端 21与互动业务服务器 23之间 的连接, 在连接建立后, 将互动需求信息以 XML文件格式进行封装, 发送 到互动业务 Λ良务器 23 ; 在查找不到时, 结束本次互动;
所述互动处理模块 221 还用于存储互动业务文件信息, 可以是: 互动 处理模块 221按照一定的时间周期通知互动连接模块 222与互动业务服务 器 23建立连接, 查询互动业务服务器 23上当前可用的所有互动业务的互 动类型的索引, 将所有互动业务的互动类型的索引存储为互动业务文件信 息。
互动连接模块 222, 用于建立或断开移动终端 21与互动业务服务器 23 间的连接;
所述互动连接模块 222具体用于收到建立移动终端 21与互动业务服务 器 23之间的连接的通知后, 按照使用的通信协议, 先断开与移动终端 21 的连接; 然后建立移动终端 21与互动业务服务器 23之间的连接;
所述互动连接模块 222, 进一步用于断开或建立与移动终端 21或互动 业务服务器 23的连接;
所述互动连接模块 222,还用于设置互动业务请求记录, 将发送互动指 令的移动终端 21号码进行记录, 用于建立或断开移动终端 21与互动业务 服务器 23间的连接。

权利要求书
1、 一种实现移动终端电视互动的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括: 移动终端与背靠背的用户代理(B2BUA )连接, 根据用户选择的互动 业务, 发送对应的互动指令到 B2BUA;
B2BUA根据收到的互动指令进行相应的处理, 并建立移动终端与互动 业务服务器间的连接;
互动业务服务器向移动终端发送用户选择的互动业务的互动文件, 移 动终端接收到互动文件后, 进行互动。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的方法,其特征在于, 所述移动终端与 B2BUA 连接, 为: 移动终端使用传输控制协议 /因特网互联协议或者会话初始化协 议, 通过电信网或互联网与 B2BUA连接。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述互动业务包括: 主 动互动业务、 预约互动业务;
相应的, 所述互动指令分别为主动互动请求消息、 互动预约请求消息。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 B2BUA根据收到 的互动指令进行相应的处理, 并建立移动终端与互动业务服务器间的连接, 为:
B2BUA收到主动互动请求消息时, 将其中的互动需求信息进行存储, 并断开与移动终端的连接, 然后, 按照使用的通信协议建立移动终端与互 动业务服务器之间的连接, 在连接建立后, B2BUA将互动需求信息发送到 互动业务服务器;
B2BUA收到互动预约请求消息时, 根据其中的频道信息及预约节目信 息, 发送预约节目的所有互动类型的索引给移动终端; 移动终端发送用户 选择的互动类型的索引到 B2BUA; B2BUA将频道信息、 预约节目信息、 移动终端的号码及用户选择的互动类型的索引作为互动需求信息进行存 储, 并在预约节目开始时, 按照使用的通信协议建立移动终端与互动业务 服务器之间的连接, 在连接建立后, 将互动需求信息发送到互动业务服务 器。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述互动业务服务器向 移动终端发送用户选择的互动业务的互动文件, 为: 所述互动需求信息只 包括当前收看节目的频道信息及移动终端的号码时, 互动业务服务器将频 道信息所对应当前收看节目的所有互动类型的互动文件发送到移动终端; 所述互动需求信息包括用户选择的互动类型的索引时, 互动业务服务器只 将预约节目的所述互动类型的索引所对应的互动文件发送到移动终端。
6、 一种实现移动终端电视互动的系统, 其特征在于, 该系统包括: 移 动终端、 B2BUA、 互动业务服务器; 其中,
移动终端, 用于与 B2BUA连接, 根据用户选择的互动业务, 发送对应 的互动指令到 B2BUA; 还用于接收互动文件进行互动;
B2BUA, 用于根据移动终端的互动指令进行相应的处理, 并建立移动 终端与互动业务服务器间的连接;
互动业务服务器, 用于向移动终端发送用户选择的互动业务的互动文 件。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述移动终端发送对应 的互动指令包括: 主动互动请求消息、 互动预约请求消息。
