用户甩动方向和 /或甩动幅度符合预定规则时, 切换工作状态到遥控器状 态; 即当用户甩动状态符合预定规则时,确定用户进行工作状态切换指令的输 入。 移动终端可以通过陀螺仪和 /或重力感应器测量用户甩动的加速度, 当该 加速度超过一预设阔值时确定用户需要进行工作状态切换指令的输入。
例如,预定规则是用户向左甩动后向右甩动, 当用户的甩动方向满足上述 条件时,认定用户需要切换移动终端的工作状态; 当然预定的规则可以固定预 先设置也可以由用户自主预先设置,也可以是设置甩动需达到一定幅度。 当确 认用户需要切换移动终端工作状态时, 切换工作状态到遥控器状态。 进一步的, 当移动终端包括触摸屏时, 移动终端可以根据预置规则将当前 运行程序调入后台或停止当前运行程序, 调用遥控器程序提供虚拟遥控器界 面。这样用户可以通过触摸屏点击虚拟遥控器界面中的按键进行遥控操作。 当 移动终端包括实体键盘时,移动终端切换键盘输入方式为遥控器状态对应输入 方式, 这样当用户点击键盘中的某一个按键时,移动终端可以根据预置规则将 该按键的按键信息转换为对应的遥控指令。
需要提出的是,步骤 S103与步骤 S102可以同步实现,也可以在步骤 S102 完成后进行。
步骤 S104、 数字电视接收终端根据播放指令获取播放视频进行播放。 数字电视接收终端接收到播放指令后,根据该播放指令获取在线视频进行 播放。
进一步, 当数字电视接收终端根据播放指令获取播放视频进行播放后, 用 户利用移动终端进行遥控操作时可以釆用如下步骤:
步骤 S105、 获取按键指令;
当移动终端切换到遥控器状态后, 用户可以点击相应按键进行遥控, 此时 移动终端将会获取按键指令。
步骤 S106、 据预置规则转换所述按键指令为对应遥控指令;
当移动终端获取到用户输入的按键指令后,根据预置的规则将所述按键指 令转换为对应的遥控指令。
步骤 S107、 发送所述遥控指令。
移动终端可以通过红外和 /或蓝牙和 /或 wifi发送遥控指令。 数字电视接收 终端接收到遥控指令后根据该遥控指令做相应处理。
本发明实施例在数字电视接收终端继续播放移动终端当前播放的在线视 频后, 方便趣味的将移动终端转换为遥控器供用户使用, 方便了用户, 提高了 用户体验。
参照图 2是本发明一种移动终端一实施例的结构示意图。
本发明实施例提供的移动终端包括:
检测模块 21 , 用于检测用户甩动状态;
处理模块 22, 用于当所述甩动状态符合预定规则时, 发送针对当前在线 播放视频的播放指令到数字电视接收终端, 并切换工作状态到遥控器状态。 进一步, 所述检测模块 21还用于检测用户甩动方向和 /或甩动幅度。 进一步, 所述处理模块 22还用于当用户甩动方向和 /或甩动幅度符合预定 规则时, 切换工作状态到遥控器状态。
进一步, 所述处理模块 22具体用于当甩动状态符合预定规则时, 将当前 运行程序调入后台或停止当前运行程序, 调用遥控器程序提供虚拟遥控器界 面。
进一步, 所述处理模块 22具体用于当甩动状态符合预定规则时, 切换键 盘输入方式为遥控器状态对应输入方式。
进一步, 所述移动终端还包括:
获取模块 23 , 用于当甩动状态符合预定规则时, 获取用户按键指令; 转换模块 24 , 用于根据预置规则转换所述按键指令为对应遥控指令; 发送模块 25 , 用于发送所述遥控指令。
进一步, 所述发送模块 25具体用于通过红外和 /或蓝牙和 /或 wifi发送遥 控指令。
本发明实施例中移动终端的检测模块 21可以位移感应器, 所述位移感应 器可以是陀螺仪和 /或重力感应器等。
检测模块 21检测用户甩动状态, 所述甩动状态可以是甩动方向和 /或甩动 幅度。
当用户甩动方向和 /或甩动幅度符合预定规则时,检测模块 21确定用户需 要切换视频到数字电视接收终端中播放,也即是用户的甩动动作必须达到预定 的要求以避免误操作,当用户甩动动作达到预定要求时移动终端调用出预置的 第一甩动控制指令。
检测模块 21检测到用户甩动方向和 /或甩动幅度符合预定规则时, 处理模 块 22切换工作状态到遥控器状态; 即当用户甩动状态符合预定规则时, 确定 用户进行工作状态切换指令的输入。
例如, 预定规则是用户向左甩动后向右甩动, 当检测模块 21检测到用户 的甩动方向满足上述条件时,认定用户需要切换移动终端的工作状态; 当然预 定的规则可以固定预先设置也可以由用户自主预先设置,也可以是设置甩动需 达到一定幅度。 当检测模块 21确认用户需要切换移动终端工作状态时, 处理 模块 22切换工作状态到遥控器状态。
进一步的, 当移动终端包括触摸屏时, 处理模块 22可以根据预置规则将 当前运行程序调入后台或停止当前运行程序,调用遥控器程序提供虚拟遥控器 界面。 这样用户可以通过触摸屏点击虚拟遥控器界面中的按键进行遥控操作。 当移动终端包括实体键盘时, 处理模块 22切换键盘输入方式为遥控器状态对 应输入方式, 这样当用户点击键盘中的某一个按键时,移动终端可以根据预置 规则将该按键的按键信息转换为对应的遥控指令。
当处理模块 22将工作状态切换为遥控器状态后, 移动终端通过获取模块 23、转换模块 24和发送模块 25将用户输入的按键指令转换为遥控指令并发送。
本发明的数字电视接收终端包括但不限于:机顶盒、网络协议电视( Internet Protocol Television, IPTV )、 数字电视一体机、 电视手机等具有接收数字电视 功能的终端。

1、 一种移动终端工作状态切换方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
移动终端检测用户甩动状态;
当所述甩动状态符合预定规则时 ,移动终端发送针对当前在线播放视频的 播放指令到数字电视接收终端, 并切换工作状态到遥控器状态;
所述数字电视接收终端根据所述播放指令获取所述播放视频进行播放。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述移动终端检测用户甩 动状态包括:
所述移动终端检测用户甩动方向和 /或甩动幅度。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述切换工作状态到遥控 器状态包括:
当用户甩动方向和 /或甩动幅度符合预定规则时, 切换工作状态到遥控器 状态。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述切换工作状态到遥控 器状态包括:
将当前运行程序调入后台或停止当前运行程序,调用遥控器程序提供虚拟 遥控器界面。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述切换工作状态到遥控 器状态包括:
切换键盘输入方式为遥控器状态对应输入方式。
6、 根据权利要求 1至 5任意一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述数字电 视接收终端根据播放指令获取所述播放视频进行播放后, 还包括:
移动终端获取用户按键指令;
根据预置规则转换所述按键指令为对应遥控指令;
发送所述遥控指令。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述发送遥控指令包括: 移动终端通过红外和 /或蓝牙和 /或 wifi发送遥控指令。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述数字电视接收终端根 据播放指令获取所述播放视频进行播放后, 还包括: 数字电视接收终端根据遥控指令做相应处理。
9、 一种移动终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
检测模块, 用于检测用户甩动状态;
处理模块, 用于当所述甩动状态符合预定规则时,发送针对当前在线播放 视频的播放指令到数字电视接收终端, 并切换工作状态到遥控器状态, 以使所 述数字电视接收终端根据所述播放指令获取所述播放视频进行播放。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述检测模块, 具体 用于检测用户甩动方向和 /或甩动幅度。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述处理模块, 具 体用于当用户甩动方向和 /或甩动幅度符合预定规则时, 切换工作状态到遥控 器状态。
12、 根据权利要求 9所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述处理模块, 具体 用于将当前运行程序调入后台或停止当前运行程序,调用遥控器程序提供虚拟 遥控器界面。
13、 根据权利要求 9所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述处理模块, 具体 用于切换键盘输入方式为遥控器状态对应输入方式。
14、 根据权利要求 9至 13任意一项所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述 移动终端还包括:
获取模块, 用于当甩动状态符合预定规则时, 获取用户按键指令; 转换模块, 用于根据预置规则转换所述按键指令为对应遥控指令; 发送模块, 用于发送所述遥控指令。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述发送模块, 具 体用于通过红外和 /或蓝牙和 /或 wifi发送遥控指令。
16、 一种移动终端工作状态切换系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
移动终端, 用于通过位移感应器检测用户甩动状态, 当所述甩动状态符合 预定规则时,移动终端发送针对当前在线播放视频的播放指令到数字电视接收 终端, 并切换工作状态到遥控器状态;
数字电视接收终端,用于接收终端根据所述播放指令获取所述播放视频进 行播放。
17、 根据权利要求 16所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述移动终端为如权利 要求 9至 15任意一项所述的移动终端。
