传统的对多个设备的控制方法中常见的是分别使用设备各自的遥控器进 行控制, 而这些遥控器往往是互不通用的, 遥控器大多不具备网络功能, 例 如传统的电视机、 音响; 也有一些支持网络的遥控器, 例如在具有计算和网 络能力的设备 (如手机、 PAD)上加载支持互通协议的软件,来控制另一设备。
随着技术的发展, 多个设备之间的内容播放共享、 转移需求越来越多, 上述操控方式显得并不够方便: 或者人们需要在一堆遥控器中挑选出对应设 备的那一个遥控器并随着控制不同的设备而不断地更换遥控器, 或者只能由 熟悉电脑基本操作的人们来操作 PAD、 手机来控制设备来控制单一的设备。 人们更希望使用更简单、 更自然的操作方式来控制内容的共享播放、 转移播 放。
如果能够提供一种更简单、 更自然的操控方式来实现对设备间的内容播 放转移、 协同播放等功能的控制, 将使得人们的娱乐生活更轻松、 更享受。 发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种数字媒体内容播放转移的方法及播 放设备及系统, 为数字媒体内容设备的易操控性提供新的解决方案。

第一设备和第二设备可以进行单向信息交互的协商, 例如: 第一设备识 别出第一指示后向第二设备发送转移数字媒体内容播放和请求消息, 并向第 二设备指示所述数字媒体内容。 再例如: 第二设备识别出第二指示后向第一 设备发送转移数字媒体内容播放的请求, 第一设备收到所述请求消息后第二 设备指示所述数字媒体内容。
上述协商过程中, 请求消息中可包含数字媒体内容的类别指示, 所述类 别指示包括以下参数中的一种或多种的组合: 图像、 视频、 音频、 桌面。
第一设备和第二设备也可以不进行协商, 即在已经默认两者为通信双方 的前提下 (甚至已默认两者中的源设备和目标设备的前提下) , 第一设备识 别出第一指示和 /或第二设备识别出第二指示后,第二设备播放第一设备向所 述第二设备指示的数字媒体内容。
举例说明: 例如第一设备为 PAD, 第二设备为 TV。
PAD上正在播放数字媒体内容,数字媒体内容可以是本地存储的视频文 件, 或者是来自 IP 网络的视频流, 或者是本地的音频文件, 或者是来自 IP 网络的音频流, 也可以是操作系统的桌面。
PAD上有一触屏, 也有一摄像头。 用户可以使用手指在触摸屏上做抓或 捏拢、 划过这样的动作, 还可以在摄像头前用手做抓取动作等。
PAD具有转移数字媒体内容播放的触发能力, 这里含义是 PAD能够接 收触屏的上的手的动作, 或是通过摄像头获取运动图像, 从而按预定义识别 判断出准备转移播放数字媒体内容的指示。
PAD上有网络接口, 支持 IEEE 802.1 lb/g/n, 也支持 IEEE 802.3 , 从而 可以连接到 IP网络。 PAD 内的模块还具有网络业务能力, 网络业务能力能 够与其它设备互相发现、连接,并在收到已经触发了准备转移播放的指示后, 向其它设备广播消息。
TV作为第二设备, 有一摄像头。 用户可以在摄像头前用手做抛出、 释 放、 或指向动作等。 TV 具有识别转移数字媒体内容播放的能力, 这里就是 TV 能够通过摄像头获取运动图像, 从而按预定义识别出有数字媒体内容要 转移到本 TV播放, 也就是获知数字媒体内容即将转移到本设备, 这一识别 结合了上下文场景: 包括识别手的抛出动作、 手的释放动作。 TV上有一触 摸屏,可以通过触摸屏捕获用户手的指向动作或者手在触摸屏上张开的动作。
TV上有网络接口, 支持 IEEE 802.1 lb/g/n , 也支持 IEEE 802.3 , 从而可 以连接到 IP网络。 TV内的模块还具有网络业务能力, 网络业务能力能够与 其它设备互相发现、 连接, 并能够接收 PAD的广播消息、 响应广播消息, 还 能够在识别到用户发出的转移动作意图后, 向 PAD发送确认消息, 最终与 PAD进行数字媒体内容的播放转移。
PAD和 TV通过网络互相连接。 PAD和 TV的网络业务能力包括:
1)使得 PAD和 TV能够通过网络互相通讯;
2) 通过网络协商数字媒体内容播放的控制操作;
3) 可以进行数字媒体内容的传输。
PAD可识别出的动作分别为:
1) 划: 用户在 PAD触屏上数字媒体内容对应窗口或图标上划过; 如图 2所示。
在 PAD上, 划这一动作, 由触屏检测到电阻或电流, 识别出触点和运动 轨迹, 进而判断出操作的手势。
2)捏: 用 3个手指或 4个手指或 5个手指在屏上做捏拢抬起动作, 如图 3所示。
TV可识别出的动作分别为:
1)抛丟: 用户对着 TV摄像头用手做抛丟动作; 如图 4所示。
2)释放: 用户先保持第一组中的抓起或捏起手势, 然后对着 TV摄像头 用手做释放动作; 如图 5所示。 3) 指向: 用户对着 TV摄像头用手做指向动作; 如图 6所示。
4) 张开: 如果 TV屏有一触摸屏的话, 先收拢 5指, 然后用手指在触摸 屏上做张开动作; 如图 7所示。
手势动作的识别可釆用直方图法或隐马尔科夫模型法。 首先用户的手势 动作要落在摄像头捕获范围内,这样摄像头能够生成手势视频交给识别模块, 识别模块对视频中的手势图像通过颜色、 或轮廓、 或结构光分析等方法识别 出手的位置, 检测分割出手势对象, 提取出手势特征, 跟踪到手势运动; 然 后对手指方向、 运动方向序列进行处理, 最后完整地识别出手势动作, 此时 可釆用与预定义的手势动作空间对比等方法, 确定用户的动作操作意图。
除了上述的手势动作, 还可以用眼球运动、 身体姿势等动作。
上述两组动作分别从每组中各选其一组合, 都能够完成数字媒体内容的 转移控制,例如选择第一组的 1)在 PAD上做动作, 然后对着 TV摄像头做第 二组里的动作 2)。 PAD将正在播放的数字媒体内容发送至 TV, TV播放此数 字媒体内容。
下面通过具体实施例进行详细说明。
具体实施例一
第一设备为 PAD, 第二设备为 TV。 在这一实施例中, 数字媒体内容在 PAD上, 用户操控数字媒体内容从 PAD转移到 TV,对用户来说使用场景与 体验是: 在家庭居所的客厅里, 用户坐在沙发上, 使用 PAD观看 PAD上的 家庭录像, 当他用手指在正在播放视频的 PAD显示屏上抓一下、然后抬起手 再朝向 TV摄像头方向做抛出动作,于是原来在 PAD上播放的数字媒体内容, 现在 TV上被播放出来, 用户直接观看 TV上播放出来的视频内容。 这个过 程, 不需要用户识别显示屏上的菜单、 更不需要用户点击显示屏按钮等, 也 不需要用户使用遥控器。
本具体实施例中, 设备 PAD、 TV之间通过网络互相连接, 并能够互相 通讯。 本具体实施例的执行过程包括步骤 1至步骤 5。
步骤 1 : 用户在 PAD上演示第一动作, PAD识别这一动作的意图: 当前 正在播放的视频需要在另一设备上播放。
这里的第一动作, 可以是前述实施例中的第一组动作中的任一个动作。
PAD可以支持其中的一个动作, 且至少支持其中的一个动作。 对这些动作的 识别,在 PAD中可以是结合上下文预定义的,部分动作识别结合使用了图像 识别算法,从而 PAD能够识别出动作所表示的含义, 即: 当前正在播放的视 频需要在另一设备上播放。
在这一步,依赖于 PAD即第一设备的转移数字媒体内容播放的触发能力, 触发能力是指能够接收或识别准备转移播放的指示, 包括 PAD有一触屏、手 在触摸屏上抓捏或划过这样的动作等; 触发使得第一设备得知转移播放数字 媒体内容的意图。
完成这一步, 就完成了第一设备接收到准备转移播放数字媒体内容的指 示 (如触屏操作); 或者说, 第一设备识别出准备转移播放数字媒体内容的指 示。
步骤 2: PAD设备发广播消息: READY PLEASE消息
PAD识别出动作, 识别了转移数字媒体内容播放意图后, 启动网络业务 功能, 在预先规定的地址和端口上发送广播 /组播报文, 报文中包括的信息用 于通知其它设备准备识别接收动作。
这一消息在本发明中称为 READY PLEASE, 报文中包括的信息包括: 本设备名称、 地址、 端口; 这是数字媒体内容播放的 READY PLEASE 消息的发出地址, 以及后续接收响应消息的地址;
数字媒体内容类别的指示, 可以是以下之一或多个的组合: 图像、 或运 动图像、 或声音、 或桌面;
数字媒体内容属性: 当类别是图像时包括图像编码方式; 当类别是运动 图像时包括图像编码方式、 帧率等等, 当类别是声音时包括声音编码方式、 和 /或釆样率等等, 当类别是桌面时包括桌面大小、 分辨率等等; 当类别是组 合方式时, 包括组合当中的各类别的相应参数;
发送数字媒体内容的传输协议参数, 包括地址、 端口、 及其它协议参数 集; 如果最终确认了数字媒体内容的转移, 将使用这里列出的参数来发送数 字媒体内容;
超时时间; 表示这一 READY PLEASE报文消息的有效时间 , 也就是过 了指定的时间之后, 这次的转移意图将无效 (取消)。
在完成这一步骤之前, PAD与 TV的网络能力能够使得 PAD与 TV完成 了互相连接, 同样地依赖设备的网络能力, 在本设备上收到已经触发了准备 转移数字媒体内容的播放的指示后, PAD通过网络发出让其它设备包括 TV 准备接收或识别手势动作的消息指示, 也就是其它设备需要确认是否能够接 收数字媒体内容的转移。
简言之, 在这一步, 第一设备发出让其它设备确认是否能够接收数字媒 体内容的转移的指示。
步骤 3: TV识别第二动作。
这里的第二动作, 可以是前述实施例中的第二组动作中的任一个动作。
TV 可以支持其中的一个动作, 且至少支持其中的一个动作。 对这些动作的 识别, 在 TV中是结合上下文且预定义的, 这种上下文包括 TV在摄像头收 到了 PAD的广播消息后开始启动识别功能;动作识别结合使用了图像识别算 法, 从而 TV能够识别出动作所表示的含义, 即: 当前正在播放的视频将要 被转移到本设备上播放。
在这一步, 第二设备识别出数字媒体内容将转移到本设备。
步骤 4: TV识别后发消息 (此消息可以是广播消息) : PAIRED OK TV识别出针对本设备的动作, 即识别出了数字媒体内容播放转移到本 设备的意图后,若本设备能够接收前述 PAD发出的广播消息中的数字媒体内 容,就启动网络业务功能,在预先规定的地址和端口上向 PAD发送响应报文 即在本发明中称为 PAIRED OK的消息, 报文中包括的信息用于回答 PAD: 本设备确认可以接受数字媒体内容。
报文中包括的信息包括:
本设备名称、 地址、 端口; 这是 PAIRED OK消息的发出地址, 以及后 续消息交互的地址;
能够接收的数字媒体内容类别的指示, 可以是图像、 或运动图像、 或声 音、 或桌面或其组合之中的一个; 这是 TV向 PAD确认内容类别;
数字媒体内容属性: 图像类别时包括图像编码方式, 运动图像类别时包 括图像编码方式、 帧率等等, 声音类别时包括编码方式、 和 /或釆样率等等, 桌面类别时包括桌面大小、 分辨率等等; 这是 TV向 PAD确认内容属性; 接收发送来的数字媒体内容的传输协议, 包括地址、 端口、 及其它协议 参数集; 如果最终建立了数字媒体内容的转移, 将使用这里列出的参数来接 收; 这是 TV向 PAD确认内容传输协议;
超时时间;表示这一报文消息的有效时间 ,也就是过了指定的时间之后, 这次的能够接收数字媒体内容的意图将无效 (取消)。
在这一步, 第二设备向第一设备确认已经准备好接收数字媒体内容。 步骤 5: 数字媒体内容转移。
在 PAD与 TV之间通过网络消息确认之后, PAD与 TV之间开始转移数 字媒体内容直到完成或被中止。
数字媒体内容的转移,使用前述 PAD和 TV之间消息协商的媒体传输协 议, 例如可以使用实时传输协议 /实时传输控制协议 (Real Time Transport Protocol/Real Time Transport Control Protocol, RTP/RTCP), HTTP方式的自 适应流媒体 ( HTTP Adaptive Streaming, HAS )、文件传输协议 ( File Transport Protocol, FTP ) 、 WiFi联盟的显示技术 (WiFi Display), 无线家庭数字接口 ( Wireless Home Digital Interface, WHDI ) 、 无线高清协议( Wireless High Definition, WiHD )等等。
控制数字媒体播放如快进快退、 音量的功能, 可以利用所述的媒体传输 协议中的功能, 在 PAD或 TV上进行控制, 也可以完全交由 TV控制, 这时 这里 TV需要緩存传输来的数字媒体内容。
当 PAD上的数字媒体内容播放结束或传输结束时, PAD可以发送消息 给 TV, 通知 TV播放结束, 关闭网络连接。
若 PAD上的数字媒体内容来自网络上另一内容源设备,也可以通过三方 协商的方式, 把另一内容源设备上的数字媒体内容转移到 TV上播放, 这情 形下 PAD可以不再参与数字媒体内容的播放、 控制等。 具体实施例二
用户先向 TV实施手势操作, 即先指出目的设备, 然后再向 PAD实施手 势操作,即指出源设备,两者完成转移协商, PAD向 TV指示数字媒体内容, TV进行播放。 具体执行方式与具体实施例一同理, 此处不再赘述。
具体实施例三
将 PAD默认为源设备,用户只在 TV处作出手势指示需将数字媒体内容 转移到 TV上播放, TV识别此指示后向 PAD广播消息, PAD响应此广播消 息, 两者完成转移协商, PAD向 TV指示数字媒体内容, TV进行播放。 具 体执行方式与具体实施例一同理, 此处不再赘述。
具体实施例四
将 TV默认为目标设备,用户只在 PAD处作出手势指示需将数字媒体内 容转移播放 , PAD识别此指示后向 TV广播消息 , TV响应此广播消息 , 两 者完成转移协商, PAD向 TV指示数字媒体内容, TV进行播放。 具体执行 方式与具体实施例一同理, 此处不再赘述。
具体实施例五
将 PAD默认为源设备, 将 TV默认为目标设备, 用户在两个设备的任一 设备上进行手势指示, 两设备进行协商后, PAD向 TV指示数字媒体内容, TV进行播放。 具体执行方式与具体实施例一同理, 此处不再赘述。
上述具体实施例中, 均包含了两设备进行双向交互的协商过程, 需说明 两者为通信双方的前提下(甚至已默认两者中的源设备和目标设备的前提下) 省略协商过程。
上述具体实施例中, PAD被作为第一设备, 而本发明并不限定于第一设 备是 PAD设备, 手机、 带触屏的播放器、使用手机或触屏做遥控器的播放设 备, 甚至是电脑等等都可以作为第一设备, 前述流程中的触发功能, 也可以 在电脑上由键盘、 鼠标来实现。
上述具体实施例中, TV被作为第二设备, 而本发明并不限定于第二设 备是 TV设备,只要配置有一摄像头,具有实施例中描述的各种能力,手机、 机顶盒、 投影仪、 电脑等等都可以作为第二设备。
上述实施例,网络相关的,可适用于基于 IEEE 802.3、 IEEE 802.1 lb/g/n、 POWELINE, CABLE, PSTN, 3 GPP ( 3rd Generation Partnership Project, 第 三代合作伙伴计划) 网络、 3GPP2 网络等通讯网络所支持的 IP 网络, 各设 备的操作系统可适用于 UNIX 类操作系统、 WINDOWS 类操作系统、 ANDROID类操作系统、 IOS操作系统, 对消费者接口可适用于 JAVA语言 接口等。
上述流程, 是实现本发明的实施例, 并不是限定只能用实施例来实现, 也不是用来限定具体流程执行的方法, 本发明还可以用类似的方式实现, 比 如表示模块的名字、 各种消息的类型等, 那不过是命名形式、 具体的报文内 容等有所不同。
如图 8所示, 可用为源设备的播放设备包括用于进行数字媒体内容播放 的播放控制模块, 还包括摄像模块和 /或触屏处理模块, 所述播放设备还包括 数据传输指示识别模块和网络模块。

本发明使数字媒体内容设备更易操控,提高数字媒体内容设备的易用性, 提高用户使用体验。
