具体的, 例如, 甩动检测模块 21检测到用户向右甩动移动终端, 处理模 块 22确定输入的甩动控制指令是要求数字电视接收终端将当前正在播放的音 视频快进; 当用户向右甩动移动终端, 处理模块 22由于内置有转换规则, 将 该甩动控制指令转换为快进遥控指令, 并发送到数字电视接收终端。 进一步,处理模块 22向数字电视接收终端发送遥控指令可以通过 wifi和 / 或蓝牙和 /或红外等进行发送。

本发明实施例提供的移动终端控制数字电视接收终端的系统, 包括: 具备位移传感器的移动终端 31 , 用于获取用户甩动控制指令; 根据所述 甩动控制指令发送相应遥控指令到数字电视接收终端 32;
数字电视接收终端 32, 用于根据所述遥控指令对音视频进行播放控制。 具体的, 本发明实施例中移动终端 31可以是图 2对应实施例提供的移动 终端。
本发明的数字电视接收终端包括但不限于:机顶盒、网络协议电视( Internet Protocol Television, IPTV )、 数字电视一体机、 电视手机等具有接收数字电视 功能的终端。本发明的移动终端包括但不限于:手机、平板电脑、 PDA( Personal Digital Assistant, 个人数字助理)、 MID ( Mobile Internet Device, 移动互联网 设备)等。

1、 一种移动终端控制数字电视接收终端的方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 具备位移传感器的移动终端获取用户甩动控制指令;
移动终端根据所述甩动控制指令发送相应遥控指令到数字电视接收终端; 所述数字电视接收终端根据所述遥控指令对音视频进行播放控制。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述具备位移传感器的移 动终端获取用户甩动控制指令包括:
所述具备位移传感器的移动终端包括具备陀螺仪和 /或具备重力感应的移 动终端;
所述移动终端获取用户甩动加速度;
当所述加速度大于等于预设阈值时, 生成甩动控制指令。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述移动终端根据甩 动控制指令通过预置规则发送相应遥控指令到数字电视接收终端包括:
所述移动终端根据预置规则将甩动控制指令转换为对应遥控指令; 所述移动终端通过 wifi和 /或蓝牙和 /或红外发送所述遥控指令到数字电视 接收终端。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述具备位移传感器的移 动终端获取用户甩动控制指令前包括:
移动终端获取用户输入状态切换指令;
根据所述状态切换指令切换工作状态为甩动遥控状态。
5、 一种移动终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
甩动检测模块, 用于获取用户甩动控制指令;
处理模块,用于根据所述甩动控制指令发送相应遥控指令到数字电视接收 终端。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述甩动检测模块还 包括:
位移传感器, 用于获取用户甩动加速度;
生成模块, 用于当所述加速度大于等于预设阈值时, 生成甩动控制指令。
7、 根据权利要求 5或 6所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述处理模块还 包括:
转换模块, 用于根据预置规则将甩动控制指令转换为对应遥控指令; 发送模块, 用于通过 wifi和 /或蓝牙和 /或红外发送所述遥控指令到数字电 视接收终端。
8、 根据权利要求 5所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述移动终端还包括: 获取模块, 获取用户输入状态切换指令;
状态切换模块, 用于根据所述状态切换指令切换工作状态为甩动遥控状 态。
9、 一种移动终端控制数字电视接收终端的系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 具备位移传感器的移动终端, 用于获取用户甩动控制指令; 根据所述甩动 控制指令发送相应遥控指令到数字电视接收终端;
数字电视接收终端, 用于根据所述遥控指令对音视频进行播放控制。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述移动终端为权利要求 5-8任一所述的移动终端。
