本发明涉及移动终端技术领域, 特别是一种移动终端控制数字电视接收终 端方法、 装置和系统。
背景技术
随着数字电视的不断普及, 数字电视机顶盒也逐渐进入每个家庭, 而随着 光电运营商提供的服务越来越多样化,用户可以获取的服务越来越多的同时操 作也越来越复杂。 而随着智能手机的功能不断增多,手机作为机顶盒或数字电 视的遥控器也越来越多的被应用。
现有技术中, 手机作为机顶盒或数字电视的遥控器时, 只是通过固定的按 键或触摸屏上特定的遥控界面完成遥控器的功能。
在具体实施中, 由于数字电视运营商提供了多种多样的服务, 针对这些服 务遥控器上都有专门的按键区域进行操作 ,但是在手机作为遥控器时, 由于按 键数量或触摸屏面积的限制要么不能完全实现遥控器功能,要么按键过小不方 便用户操作。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在 提供一种移动终端控制数字电视接收终 端方法、装置和系统,其可根据数字电视接收终端中不同的业务应用提供不同 的遥控界面, 方便用户使用。
为解决本发明的技术问¾本发明公开一种移动终端控制数字电视接收终 端方法, 包括:
移动终端提供第一遥控器界面;

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清 楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而不是 全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造 性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。
参照图 1 是本发明一种移动终端控制数字电视接收终端方法一实施例的 流程图;
当前的数字电视接收终端的遥控器大体可以分为多个控制区域,对应的是 不同的功能或业务应用。
例如方向键控制音量加减和频道加减, 0-9数字键方便用户直接通过数字 进入对应的频道, 快进快退方便用户点播节目时对节目视频的播放进行控制 , 以及数字电视接收终端的功能设置区域等。
本发明实施例为了解决移动终端当做数字电视接收终端遥控器使用时,按 键功能少,或因为模拟所有^ ¾而因为屏幕尺寸限制导致^ ¾过小使用不便的 问题。本发明实施例的主要思想是移动终端针对数字电视接收终端的不同业务 需求提供对应的遥控器界面, 以方便用户使用。 具体参考如下步骤:
步骤 S101、 移动终端接收用户选择指令;
当移动终端切换到遥控器工作状态后,根据预设的规则提供给用户一个默 认遥控器界面 , 该界面可以是包含方向键和确定键的简单界面。
用户通过方向键和确认键选择数字电视接收终端的某一项业务。
步骤 S102、 移动终端发送选择指令到数字电视接收终端; 该选择指令表 示用户在默认遥控器界面上选择的业务; 该默认遥控器界面为第一遥控器界 面;
用户选择到某项业务后,移动终端发送针对该业务的选择指令到数字电视 接收终端。 具体的, 移动终端可以通过蓝牙和 /或 wifi发送选择指令到数字电 视接收终端。 步骤 S103、 移动终端根据选择指令切换到对应的第二遥控器界面。
移动终端发送完选择指令后,可以自动切换到该选择指令对应业务所对应 的第二遥控器界面。其中, 该选择指令对应的业务是用户在默认遥控器界面上 选择的业务。
本发明中实施例移动终端作为遥控器时,可以根据数字电视接收终端中不 同的应用切换成对应的遥控器界面, 方便了用户使用。
参照图 2是本发明一种移动终端控制数字电视接收终端另一实施例的流 程图;
在本发明实施例中在图 1对应实施例的基础上,为避免上述实施例可能出 现的选择指令发送后,数字电视接收终端未能接收到或未能正常切换到对应业 务时, 移动终端却切换了遥控器界面导致的使用不便, 提出的方案。
步骤 S201、 移动终端接收用户选择指令;
当移动终端切换到遥控器工作状态后 ,根据预设的规则提供给用户一个默 认遥控器界面 , 该界面可以是包含方向键和确定键的简单界面。
用户通过方向键和确认键选择数字电视接收终端的某一项业务。
步骤 S202、 移动终端发送选择指令到数字电视接收终端;
用户选择到某项业务后,移动终端发送针对该业务的选择指令到数字电视 接收终端。 具体的, 移动终端可以通过蓝牙和 /或无线保真 ( Wireless Fidelity, wifi )发送选择指令到数字电视接收终端。
步骤 S203、 数字电视接收终端根据选择指令进入对应业务;
数字电视接收终端接收到选择指令后 ,进入该选择指令对应的业务的工作 模式。 其中, 选择指令对应的业务是用户在默认遥控器界面上选择的业务; 步骤 S204、 数字电视接收终端根据选择指令返回响应信息到移动终端; 数字电视接收终端接收到选择指令后,可以根据选择指令返回对应的响应 信息到移动终端。 具体的所述响应信息可以通过蓝牙和 /或 wifi发送。 其中, 数字电视接收终端可以在进入该选择指令对应的业务的工作模式后,返回响应 信息到移动终端,该响应信息表示数字电视接收终端已进入该选择指令对应的 业务的工作模式。 步骤 S205、 移动终端根据响应信息切换到对应的第二遥控器界面。
至此,移动终端需要接收到数字电视接收终端切换完成后返回的响应信息 才切换遥控器界面, 保证了遥控器界面与业务应用对应, 方便了用户使用。
本发明实施例中, 当在步骤 S201用户的选择指令对应的是点播节目时, 在步骤 S204中, 数字电视接收终端正常获取到该点播节目后返回响应信息到 移动终端, 在步骤 S205中, 移动终端切换操作界面到与点播节目对应的遥控 器界面, 例如可以包括快进键、 快退键、 暂停键、 停止键和开始键等, 而在切 换之前因为业务可能不需要上述按键,可以只包括方向键、确认键及返回键等。
参照图 3是本发明一种移动终端一实施例的结构示意图;
本发明实施例是与上述方法实施例对应的移动终端; 该移动终端包括: 发送模块 31, 用于向数字电视接收终端发送选择指令, 所述选择指令表 示用户在移动终端提供的第一遥控器界面上选择的业务;
切换模块 32, 用于切换到所述用户在第一遥控器界面上选择的业务所对 应的第二遥控器界面。
进一步, 所述移动终端还包括:
接收模块 33, 用于接收数字电视接收终端根据所述选择指令返回的响应 信息;
所述切换模块 32, 具体用于根据所述响应信息进入第二遥控器界面。 进一步, 所述发送模块 31具体用于当移动终端处于第一遥控器界面时, 根据用户选择通过蓝牙和 /或 wifi发送选择指令到数字电视接收终端。
具体的,本发明实施例的移动终端切换遥控器界面可以采用两种方式, 第 一种,发送模块 31发送完选择指令后,切换模块 32自动切换到第二遥控器界 面。但是这样可能会因为数字电视接收终端未能接收到或未能正常切换到对应 业务时,移动终端却切换了遥控器界面导致的使用不便。 因此本发明实施例的 移动终端还可以提供一个接收模块 33 , 切换模块 32只有在接收模块 33接收 到数字电视接收终端根据选择指令切换业务完成后返回的对应响应信息时才 切换遥控器界面。
参照图 4是本发明一种数字电视接收终端一实施例的结构示意图; 本发明实施例提供的数字电视接收终端, 包括:
接收模块 41 , 用于接收选择指令;
处理模块 42, 用于进入所述选择指令对应的业务的工作模式;
发送模块 43 , 用于根据所述选择指令返回响应信息。
进一步,所述发送模块 43具体用于根据选择指令通过蓝牙和 /或 wifi返回 响应信息。
本发明实施例中 ,发送模块 43可以在处理模块 42进入所述选择指令对应 的业务的工作模式之后, 返回响应信息。
当用户的选择指令对应的是点播节目时, 处理模块 42正常获取到该点播 节目后发送模块 43返回响应信息到移动终端。

本发明的数字电视接收终端包括但不限于:机顶盒、网络协议电视( Internet
Protocol Television, IPTV )、 数字电视一体机、 电视手机等具有接收数字电视 功能的终端。本发明的移动终端包括但不限于:手机、平板电脑、 PDA( Personal Digital Assistant, 个人数字助理)、 MID ( Mobile Internet Device, 移动互联网 设备)等。

权 利 要 求
1、 一种移动终端控制数字电视接收终端方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 移动终端提供第一遥控器界面;
所述移动终端向数字电视接收终端发送选择指令,所述选择指令表示用户 在所述第一遥控器界面上选择的业务;
所述移动终端切换到所述用户在第一遥控器界面上选择的业务所对应的 第二遥控器界面。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述移动终端向数字电视 接收终端发送选择指令后, 该方法还包括:
数字电视接收终端接收所述选择指令,进入所述选择指令对应的业务的工 作模式; 其中, 所述选择指令对应的业务是用户在第一遥控器界面上选择的业 务。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述数字电视接收终端 接收所述选择指令后, 该方法还包括:
数字电视接收终端根据所述选择指令发送对应的响应信息到移动终端。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述移动终端切换到所述 用户在第一遥控器界面上选择的业务所对应的第二遥控器界面包括:
移动终端根据所述响应信息,切换到所述用户在第一遥控器界面上选择的 业务所对应的第二遥控器界面。
5、 根据权利要求 1-4任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述移动终端向数 字电视接收终端发送选择指令包括:
所述移动终端通过蓝牙和 /或无线保真 wifi向数字电视接收终端发送选择 指令。
6、 一种移动终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
发送模块, 用于向数字电视接收终端发送选择指令, 所述选择指令表示用 户在移动终端提供的第一遥控器界面上选择的业务;
切换模块,用于切换到所述用户在第一遥控器界面上选择的业务所对应的 第二遥控器界面。
7、根据权利要求 6所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述移动终端还包括: 接收模块, 用于接收数字电视接收终端根据所述选择指令返回的响应信 所述切换模块,具体用于根据所述响应信息,切换到所述用户在第一遥控 器界面上选择的业务所对应的第二遥控器界面。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述发送模块具体用 于通过蓝牙和 /或 wifi向数字电视接收终端发送选择指令。
9、 一种数字电视接收终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收模块, 用于接收选择指令;
处理模块, 用于进入所述选择指令对应的业务的工作模式;
发送模块, 用于根据所述选择指令返回响应信息。
10、根据权利要求 9所述的数字电视接收终端, 其特征在于, 所述发送模 块具体用于通过蓝牙和 /或 wifi返回响应信息。
11、 一种移动终端控制数字电视接收终端的系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 权 利要求 6-8任一项所述的移动终端, 和权利要求 9或 10任一项所述的数字电 视接收终端。
