提供的对象选择方法及终端,在不增加设备成本或增加少量成本开销的情 况下,通过对显示屏中显示的待选择对象进行数字化处理, 可以通过选择编号 来快速地选择目标对象,从而大大提升对象选择的操作效率,在不增加设备成 本或增加少量成本开销的情况下, 兼容现有使用习惯, 满足各种复杂应用场景 的需求。 附图说明

下面通过附图和实施例, 对本发明的技术方案做进一步的详细描述。 本发明提供的对象选择方法可用于具有显示屏幕的终端, 其所涉及的终 端包括但不限于电视机、机顶盒,还可以包括其他配备有遥控装置和显示屏幕
(或触摸屏)的终端, 如配有遥控设备的平板电脑等。 平板电脑的触摸操作可 以精确定位图形对象, 操作十分灵活高效。 然而, 当平板电脑需要远距离使用 时, 触摸操作就会很不方便, 完全失去了可用性。 通过给平板电脑配备具有本 发明功能的遥控设备, 就可以实现远距离精确、 灵活、 高效的控制操作, 弥补 触摸操作在操控距离上的不足。本发明实施例以遥控器和电视机为例进行说明, 所述遥控器可以是传统的电视机或机顶盒遥控器,也可以是安装有具备遥控功 能的应用软件 APP的移动终端。
实施例一
图 1是本实施例提供的对象选择方法流程图, 如图 1所示, 本发明的对 象选择方法包括:
S10 当终端处于对象选择状态时, 所述终端通过所述终端的显示屏显 示待选择的对象。
待选择的对象包括终端显示屏上显示的不同选项的内容, 当用户需要进 行对象选择时, 通常会通过终端遥控器上的 "菜单 MENU" 等按键进入到终端 的对象选择状态。 在该状态下, 终端将待选择的对象显示于显示屏上。 图 2a 是本实施例提供的一种显示页面的原始信息示意图, 如图 2a 中所示, 比如, 该显示页面中包括"所有结果"、 "图片"、 "视频"、 "新闻"、 "购物 "及"更多" 这几个选项, 即为待选择的对象。 当然,还可以根据系统的设置或用户的需求 显示其它的选项,比如音乐、 设置等等。
S102、 当所述终端接收到所述终端的遥控器发送的第一指令时, 对所述 待选择的对象进行对象数字化处理, 并显示所述待选择对象的编号。
所述第一指令包括指示所述终端显示所述待选择的对象的编号的指令。 第一指令可以由遥控器触发产生, 遥控器可以是红外设备或蓝牙设备, 也可以是无线高保真 WIFI通信设备。
一种方式, 可以在遥控器上新增 "显示对象编号" 的功能按键, 当用户按下该 "显示对象编号" 按键时, 遥控器向终端发送第一指令。 或者, 第二种方式, 也可以直接釆用遥控器上的原有的按键组合输入或者长按输入或者双击输入 等的方式, 在输入的指令满足预设指令的情况下, 例如, 长按 "确定"按键或 者按下 "菜单" + "确定" 组合按键时, 遥控器向终端发送第一指令。
所述对所述待选择的对象进行对象数字化处理, 包括: 对所述待选择的 对象增加编号属性及编号属性值,所述编号属性值为所述待选择的对象的编号。 所述编号属性值为所述待选择的对象在其所在的单一页面中的顺序编号。所述 顺序编号为数字编号或英文字母编号。
终端接收到第一指令后, 将数字化处理后的所述待选择对象的编号显示 于显示屏上,通常在待选择的对象的周边位置。 图 2b是图 2a经过数字化处理 后的显示页面的示意图, 如图 2b中所示, 各选项分别对应数字编号 1 ~ 6。 可 选的,还可以在显示屏左下角或其他合适的位置显示一个空白框, 用于显示用 户将要输入的数字编号或者英文编号。
5103、 终端接收所述遥控器发送的第二指令, 所述第二指令包括选择的 目标对象的编号。
用户利用遥控器上的数字按键或者英文字母按键, 选择对应编号的目标 对象, 遥控器向终端发送第二指令, 其中包括用户选择的目标对象的编号。
如果在显示屏的左下角有显示空白框, 则在终端接收第二指令时, 用户 输入的数字或者英文字母会在该空白框中显示出来。
5104、 当所述第二指令中所述目标对象的编号与所述待选择的对象的编 号相匹配时, 所述终端选择所述编号与所述目标对象的编号相匹配的对象。
当所述第二指令中所述目标对象的编号与所述待选择的对象的编号相匹
配时, 终端可以直接选择编号与所述目标对象的编号相匹配的对象, 终端执行 相应的操作, 并输出显示结果显示于显示屏上。
可选的, 所述终端选择所述编号与所述目标对象的编号相匹配的对象, 包括:所述终端将所述编号与所述目标对象的编号相匹配的对象置于选中状态, 当接收到确认消息时,选择所述编号与所述目标对象的编号相匹配的对象, 终 端执行相应的操作, 并输出显示结果显示于显示屏上。
图 2 c是图 2b中待选择对象 "图片" 被选中的示意图, 当第二指令中目 标对象的编号与该待选择对象"图片"的编号相同时,终端将该待选择对象 "图 片" 置于选中状态, 即处于高亮显示的状态, 当终端再次收到确认消息时(用 户按下遥控器上的 "确认"按键), 则终端选择该待选择对象 "图片", 执行相 应的显示图片的操作, 并输出显示结果显示于显示屏上。
可选的, 当所述终端接收的第二指令中选择的目标对象的编号与所述待 选择的对象的编号均不匹配时,所述终端生成用以提示错误输入的信息并显示。 如果在显示屏的左下角有显示空白框, 在用户输入有错误, 例如输入非数字或 英文字母、 编号过大等, 显示屏上会显示相应的错误提示。
因此, 用户可以通过遥控器的 "菜单" 按键进入对象选择状态, 显示屏 上显示待选择的对象, 用户点击遥控器的 "显示对象编号"按键, 向终端发送 指示显示待选择的对象的编号的第一指令,显示屏上显示当前页面中的待选择 的对象及其编号,用户在遥控器上输入目标对象的数字编号(或英文字母编号), 向终端发送包括目标对象的编号的第二指令,显示屏上将与该目标对象的编号 相同的对象进行高亮显示,表示该对象被用户选中,用户点击遥控器的 "确定" 按键, 终端搜索编号与目标对象相同的对象, 执行相应的操作, 并输出结果信 息内容。
为了兼容现有的遥控器设备, 也可以将 "显示对象编号"按键与 "确定"
按键的功能进行合并,在不增加遥控器按键和红外信号接口的情况下,利用 "确 定"按键进行本发明的对象数字化处理。具体地,在终端处于对象选择状态时, 默认没有被选中的对象,即没有对象被高亮显示,此时显示页面处于"初始态"。 在 "初始态" 下, 如果收到遥控器 "确定" 命令, 则进行对象数字化处理, 显 示页面的状态迁移至 "编号态"。 在 "编号态" 下, 终端获取当前页面中所有 对象的编号属性值, 并在对象周边的合适位置显示其编号标签; 同时, 在显示 屏左下角显示一个空白框, 用于显示用户输入的数字编号。 在 "初始态" 下, 如果收到遥控器 "下" 方向命令, 则显示页面中高亮显示第一个可操作对象, 表示选中该对象, 显示页面的状态迁移至 "选中态"。 在 "初始态" 下, 如果 收到遥控器发送的非 "确定" 和 "下" 方向的其它命令, 则显示页面提示用户 输入错误, 显示页面的状态保持不变。
在 "编号态" 下, 用户使用遥控器输入编号时, 输入的数字会在左下角 空白框中显示出来; 如果用户的输入有错误, 如非数字、 编号过大等, 显示页 面会提示相应的错误; 此过程中, 显示页面的状态均保持不变。 在 "编号态" 下, 用户完成输入后, 按 "确定"键, 终端在当前页面的对象中搜索编号与输 入的目标对象的编号相同的对象, 并高亮显示该对象, 表示选中该对象, 显示 页面的状态迁移至 "选中态"。 在 "编号态" 下, 如果收到 "退出"或 "取消" 命令, 则显示页面取消显示对象编号标签和数字输入框, 显示页面的状态迁移 至 "初始态"。
在 "选中态" 下, 如果收到 "确定" 命令, 则终端执行该对象对应的动 作,显示页面中显示执行结果页面,显示页面的状态迁移至新页面的 "初始态"。 在 "选中态"下,如果收到 "下"方向命令,则显示页面高亮显示下一个对象, 表示选中该对象, 显示页面的状态保持不变。 在 "选中态" 下, 如果收到 "退 出" 或 "取消"命令, 则显示页面取消显示对象编号标签和数字输入框, 显示
页面的 态迁移至 "初始态"。
由此, 本发明实施例提供的对象选择方法可以在不增加设备成本或增加 少量成本开销的情况下, 通过给图形对象增加数字标识, 实现对图形对象精确 地识别、 快速地定位, 使用户能更加高效地操控图形对象, 有效地解决现有遥 控器操作效率低的问题, 尤其是针对显示页面中对象数量 N较多时,提升效果 尤为明显, 一般来说, 效率提升与 N值大小成正比例关系, 即 N值增大, 效率 提升也会增大, 对用户体验的改善也会越来越明显。
以上是对本发明所提供的对象选择方法进行的详细描述, 下面对本发明 提供的终端进行详细描述。
实施例二
图 3是本实施例提供的终端示意图, 如图 3所示, 本发明的终端包括: 接收模块 301、 处理模块 302、 显示模块 303和遥控模块 304。
遥控模块 304用于发送操作指令。 遥控模块 304根据用户的不同操作产 生各种操作指令, 并发送给终端的接收模块 301。 接收模块 301用于接收遥控 模块 304发送的所述操作指令。遥控模块 304可以为红外设备或蓝牙设备,也 可以是无线高保真 WIFI通信设备。
遥控模块 304 产生的操作指令包括第一指令和第二指令。 其中, 所述第 一指令包括指示显示模块 303显示所述待选择的对象的编号的指令。所述第二 指令包括选择的目标对象的编号的信息。 例如, 一种方式, 可以在遥控模块 304上新增 "显示对象编号" 的功能按键, 当用户按下该 "显示对象编号"按键时, 遥控模块 304向接收模块 301发送第 一指令。 或者, 第二种方式, 也可以直接釆用遥控模块 304上的原有的按键组 合输入或者长按输入或者双击输入等的方式,在输入的指令满足预设指令的情
况下, 例如, 长按 "确定"按键或者按下 "菜单" + "确定"组合按键时等等, 遥控模块 304向接收模块 301发送第一指令。
显示模块 303 用于显示所述终端所需要显示的内容。 当所述终端处于对 象选择状态时, 显示模块 303通过所述终端的显示屏显示待选择的对象。
待选择的对象包括终端显示屏上显示的不同选项的内容, 当用户需要进 行对象选择时,通常会通过 "菜单 MENU"等按键进入到终端的对象选择状态。 在该状态下, 显示模块 303将待选择的对象显示于显示屏上。 图 2a是本实施 例提供的一种显示页面的原始信息示意图, 如图 2a中所示, 该显示页面中包 括 "所有结果"、 "图片"、 "视频"、 "新闻"、 "购物" 及 "更多" 这几个选项, 即为待选择的对象。
处理模块 302用于当接收模块 301接收到遥控模块 304发送的第一指令 时,对所述待选择的对象进行对象数字化处理, 并利用显示模块 303显示所述 待选择对象的编号。
处理模块 302用于对所述待选择的对象进行对象数字化处理,具体包括: 用于对显示模块 303显示的所述待选择的对象增加编号属性及编号属性值,所 述编号属性值为所述待选择的对象的编号。所述编号属性值为所述待选择的对 象在其所在的单一页面中的顺序编号。所述顺序编号为数字编号或英文字母编 号。
处理模块 302在接收模块 301接收到遥控模块 304发送的第一指令后, 将数字化处理后的所述待选择对象的编号显示于显示屏上,通常在待选择的对 象的周边位置。 图 2b是图 2a经过数字化处理后的显示页面的示意图, 如图 2b中所示, 各选项分别对应数字编号 1 ~ 6。 可选的, 还可以在显示屏左下角 或其他合适的位置显示一个空白框,用于显示用户将要输入的数字编号或者英 文编号。
处理模块 302还用于当接收模块 301接收到遥控模块 304发送的所述第 二指令时,如果所述第二指令中所述目标对象的编号与所述待选择的对象的编 号相匹配, 选择所述编号与所述目标对象的编号相匹配的对象。
用户利用遥控模块 304 上的数字按键或者英文字母按键, 选择对应编号 的目标对象,遥控模块 304向接收模块 301发送第二指令, 其中包括用户选择 的目标对象的编号。
如果显示模块 303 在显示屏的左下角有显示空白框, 则在接收模块 301 接收第二指令时, 用户输入的数字或者英文字母会在该空白框中显示出来。
当所述第二指令中所述目标对象的编号与所述待选择的对象的编号相匹 配时, 处理模块 302可以直接选择编号与所述目标对象的编号相匹配的对象, 执行相应的操作, 并利用显示模块 303输出显示结果显示于显示屏上。
或者, 处理模块 302 用于选择所述编号与所述目标对象的编号相匹配的 对象, 具体包括: 用于将所述编号与所述目标对象的编号相匹配的对象置于选 中状态, 当接收模块 301接收到确认消息时,选择所述编号与所述目标对象的 编号相匹配的对象,执行相应的操作, 并利用显示模块 303输出显示结果显示 于显示屏上。
图 2c是图 2b中待选择对象 "图片" 被选中的示意图, 当第二指令中目 标对象的编号与该待选择对象 "图片" 的编号相同时, 处理模块 302将该待选 择对象 "图片" 置于选中状态, 即处于高亮显示的状态, 当接收模块 301再次 收到确认消息时 (用户按下遥控器上的 "确认" 按键), 则处理模块 302选择 该待选择对象 "图片", 执行相应的显示图片的操作, 并利用显示模块 303输 出显示结果显示于显示屏上。
可选的, 处理模块 302还用于当接收模块 301接收的第二指令中选择的 目标对象的编号与所述待选择的对象的编号均不匹配时,生成用以提示错误输
入的信息并利用所述显示模块显示。如果显示模块 303在显示屏的左下角有显 示空白框, 在用户输入有错误, 例如输入非数字或英文字母、 编号过大等, 显 示屏上会显示相应的错误提示。
本实施例提供的终端通过给图形对象增加数字标识, 实现对图形对象精 确地识别、 快速地定位, 使用户能更加高效地操控图形对象, 有效地解决现有 遥控器操作效率低的问题。
实施例三
图 4是本实施例提供的终端示意图, 如图 4所示, 本发明的终端包括: 处理器 401、 通信接口 402、 存储器 403、 显示器 404和遥控器 405。
遥控器 405用于与用户进行交互。
通信接口 402用于与遥控器 405之间进行交互。
显示器 404用于显示处理器 401产生的显示内容。
存储器 403可以是永久存储器, 例如硬盘驱动器和闪存, 存储器 403中 具有软件模块和设备驱动程序。软件模块能够执行本发明上述方法的各种功能 模块; 设备驱动程序可以是网络和接口驱动程序。
在启动时, 这些软件组件被加载到存储器 403中, 然后被处理器 401访 问并执行如下指令:
当终端处于对象选择状态时, 所述终端通过所述终端的显示器 404 显示 待选择的对象;
当所述终端接收到所述终端的遥控器 405 发送的第一指令时, 对所述待 选择的对象进行对象数字化处理, 并显示所述待选择对象的编号, 所述第一指 令包括指示所述终端显示所述待选择的对象的编号的指令;
所述终端接收遥控器 405 发送的第二指令, 所述第二指令包括选择的目 标对象的编号,当所述第二指令中所述目标对象的编号与所述待选择的对象的
编号相匹配时, 所述终端选择所述编号与所述目标对象的编号相匹配的对象。 具体地, 终端还根据所述指令执行上述图 1 所示的对象选择方法, 具体 在此不再赘述。 本发明提供的对象选择方法及终端, 在不增加设备成本或增加少量成本 开销的情况下, 通过给图形对象增加数字标识, 实现对图形对象精确地识别、 快速地定位, 使用户能更加高效地操控图形对象。

1、 一种对象选择方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
当终端处于对象选择状态时,所述终端通过所述终端的显示屏显示待选择 的对象;
当所述终端接收到所述终端的遥控器发送的第一指令时,对所述待选择的 对象进行对象数字化处理, 并显示所述待选择对象的编号, 所述第一指令包括 指示所述终端显示所述待选择的对象的编号的指令;
所述终端接收所述遥控器发送的第二指令,所述第二指令包括选择的目标 对象的编号,当所述第二指令中所述目标对象的编号与所述待选择的对象的编 号相匹配时, 所述终端选择所述编号与所述目标对象的编号相匹配的对象。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述待选择的对象包括: 所述显示屏上显示的不同选项的内容。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述对所述待选择的对象 进行对象数字化处理, 包括:
对所述待选择的对象增加编号属性及编号属性值,所述编号属性值为所述 待选择的对象的编号。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端选择所述编号与 所述目标对象的编号相匹配的对象, 包括:
所述终端将所述编号与所述目标对象的编号相匹配的对象置于选中状态, 当接收到确认消息时, 选择所述编号与所述目标对象的编号相匹配的对象。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 当所述终端接收所述遥控 器发送的第二指令中选择的对象的编号与所述待选择的对象的编号均不匹配 时, 所述终端生成用以提示错误输入的信息并显示。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述遥控器为红外设备或 蓝牙设备。
7、 一种终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端包括: 显示模块、 遥控模块、 接收 模块和处理模块;
所述显示模块, 用于当所述终端处于对象选择状态时,通过所述终端的显 示屏显示待选择的对象;
所述遥控模块, 用于发送操作指令, 所述操作指令包括第一指令和第二指 令;
所述接收模块, 用于接收所述遥控模块发送的所述操作指令;
所述处理模块,用于当所述接收模块接收到所述遥控模块发送的所述第一 指令时,对所述待选择的对象进行对象数字化处理, 并利用所述显示模块显示 所述待选择对象的编号,所述第一指令包括指示所述显示模块显示所述待选择 的对象的编号的指令;
所述处理模块还用于当所述接收模块接收到所述遥控模块发送的所述第 二指令时, 所述第二指令包括选择的目标对象的编号的信息,如果所述第二指 令中所述目标对象的编号与所述待选择的对象的编号相匹配,选择所述编号与 所述目标对象的编号相匹配的对象。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述待选择的对象包括: 所述显示屏上显示的不同选项的内容。
9、 根据权利要求 7所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述处理模块用于对所述 待选择的对象进行对象数字化处理, 具体包括: 用于对所述显示模块显示的所 述待选择的对象增加编号属性及编号属性值,所述编号属性值为所述待选择的 对象的编号。
10、 根据权利要求 7所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述处理模块用于选择所
述编号与所述目标对象的编号相匹配的对象, 具体包括: 用于将所述编号与所 述目标对象的编号相匹配的对象置于选中状态, 当接收到确认消息时,选择所 述编号与所述目标对象的编号相匹配的对象。
